技术领域
本公开涉及电子标签领域,特别涉及一种电子标签、数据写入终端及电子标签系统。
背景技术
电子标签是一种能够实现标志无纸化和电子化的设备,例如可以采用车载电子标签来显示机动车年检标志。目前,电子标签的电源为锂电池,通过锂电池给电子标签的屏幕供电,从而使得电子标签的屏幕显示标志。电子标签的屏幕显示的内容由电子标签的显示控制器控制,可以通过事先向显示控制器写入要显示的内容来控制电子标签的显示。
上述电子标签采用锂电池供电,需要通过充电或者更换电池来保证电池的电量,从而对电子标签的屏幕长期供电,浪费人力和电力;另外,如果标志需要更换,则需要利用接口将要显示的内容重新写入显示控制器,造成电子标签使用不便。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种电子标签、数据写入终端及电子标签系统。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种电子标签,所述电子标签包括:显示屏;第一电磁感应线圈,用于通过电磁耦合从数据写入终端接收电能和显示信息;主控制器,用于从所述第一电磁感应线圈获取所述显示信息,并控制所述显示屏显示所述显示信息。
在本公开实施例的一种实现方式中,所述显示屏为电子墨水屏。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述电子标签还包括:整流电路,设 置在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间,用于对所述第一电磁感应线圈产生的感应电流进行整流处理。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述电子标签还包括:受电控制器,设置在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间,用于控制所述第一电磁感应线圈输出到所述主控制器的电信号的电压。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述受电控制器,还用于生成充电信息,并通过所述第一电磁感应线圈将所述充电信息发送给所述数据写入终端。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述受电控制器包括:变压器,连接在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间;电容,连接在所述变压器和所述主控制器之间;电压传感器,用于检测所述电容的电压;线圈控制器,用于根据所述电容的电压生成充电信息。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述电子标签还包括:通信控制器,用于根据所述第一电磁感应线圈输出的电信号解码得到所述显示信息。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述通信控制器还用于控制所述第一电磁感应线圈向所述数据写入终端发送准备就绪指令。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述显示信息为加密数据;所述电子标签还包括:解密模块,用于对所述加密数据进行解密。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述主控制器包括存储器,所述主控制器还用于根据所述显示信息生成电子标签记录,并将所述电子标签记录存储在所述储存器中。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种数据写入终端,所述数据写入终端包括:第二电磁感应线圈,用于通过电磁耦合向电子标签发送电能和显示信息;主控制器,用于提供所述第二电磁感应线圈发送的所述显示信息;电源模块,用于向所述第二电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器提供电能。
在本公开实施例的一种实现方式中,所述数据写入终端还包括:供电控制器,用于控制所述电源模块输出到所述第二电磁感应线圈的电压。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述数据写入终端还包括:通信控制器,用于控制所述第二电磁感应线圈将所述显示信息发送给所述电子标签。
在本公开实施例的另一种实现方式中,所述数据写入终端还包括:加密模块,用于对所述显示信息进行加密。
第三方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种电子标签系统,所述电子标签系统包括如第一方面任一项所述的电子标签和如第二方面任一项所述的数据写入终端。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本公开实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
图1是本公开实施例提供的一种电子标签的结构示意图,参见图1,所述电子标签包括:显示屏101、第一电磁感应线圈102和主控制器103。
其中,第一电磁感应线圈102用于与数据写入终端的第二电磁感应线圈进行电磁耦合,通过电磁感应从所述数据写入终端接收电能,并通过电磁感应接收所述数据写入终端发送的显示信息;主控制器103,用于从所述第一电磁感应线圈获取所接收的显示信息,并控制所述显示屏显示所述显示信息。
其中,电子标签接收的电能用于为电子标签中的显示屏101和主控制器103以及其他模块供电。
在本公开实施例提供的技术方案通过电磁感应线圈对电子标签进行无线充电,相比于对锂电池进行充电或者更换锂电池,能够节省人力;另外,电子标签要显示的内容同样由相同的电磁感应线圈进行无线传输,无需事先通过接口写入电子标签,操作方便。
在本申请中,主控制器103可以采用集成电路或芯片实现,例如采用中央处理器(CPU)实现。
在本公开实施例的一种实现方式中,所述显示屏101可以为电子墨水屏,在这种实现方式中,采用电子墨水屏进行信息显示,由于电子墨水屏在刷新完成后内容不会因为掉电状态而改变,能够静态显示,无需持续供电,所以只需要在刷新标签内容时供电,无需对电子标签的屏幕长期供电,节省了人力和电力。
在本公开实施例中,显示信息可以为图片或者文字,主控制器103在获取到显示信息后,如果是图片则直接控制电子墨水屏显示该图片,如果是文字,则根据该文字以及预定的格式生成图片,然后控制电子墨水屏显示该图片。其中,主控制器103可以根据要显示的内容生成电子墨水屏控制信号,该电子墨水屏控制信号包括电子墨水屏中每个像素的数据信号,从而使得电子墨水屏显示对应的画面。
在本公开实施例的其他实现方式中,所述显示屏101还可以为其他类型的显示屏,如液晶显示器(LCD)、有机发光二极管显示器(OLED)等,只要能够提供不因掉电而改变的静态显示即可,本申请对此不做限制。
进一步地,所述电子标签还包括:设置在所述第一电磁感应线圈102和所述主控制器103之间的整流电路104,通过设置整流电路,对电磁感应线圈感应产生的电流进行整流处理,以更好地给电子标签的各个部件提供电能。
进一步地,所述电子标签还包括:受电控制器105,用于控制所述第一电磁感应线圈102输出到所述主控制器103的电信号的电压,通过受电控制器105控制输出到所述主控制器103的电信号的电压的大小,保证主控制器103、显示屏101的工作电压。在图1所示的实施例中,受电控制器105连接在整流电路104和主控制器103之间。
在本公开实施例中,所述受电控制器105,还可以用于生成充电信息,并通过所述第一电磁感应线圈102将所述充电信息发送给所述数据写入终端,由于无线充电过程中,需要实时反馈充电信息,这样数据写入终端能够根据该信息调整电压大小,避免充电过量等情况发生。其中,生成充电信息具体可以是通过检测受电控制器105中电容的电压,生成包含该电压的充电信息,然后通过电磁感应将该充电信息发送给数据写入终端,详细如下文所述。应该理解的是,在本公开的一些实施例中,受电控制器105可以根据生成的充电信息直接控制第一电磁感应线圈102向数据写入终端进行发送。在另一些实施例中,受电控制器105可以将生成的充电信息发送给电子标签中设置的通信控制器(例如,下文所述的通信 控制器106),并由通信控制器根据生成的充电信息来控制第一电磁感应线圈102向数据写入终端进行发送。
进一步地,所述电子标签还包括:通信控制器106,用于根据所述第一电磁感应线圈102输出的电信号解码得到所述显示信息。通过设置通信控制器来处理通信,避免集成到主控制器上,造成主控制器功能较多,设计复杂。当然,在另一些实施例中,通信控制器106可以形成为主控制器103的一部分。
在本公开实施例中,所述通信控制器106可以控制所述第一电磁感应线圈102向所述数据写入终端发送准备就绪指令,通过发送准备就绪指令来通知数据写入终端可以进行数据通信。在另一些实施例中,所述主控制器103可以控制通信控制器106进行这些操作。
在本公开实施例中,所述显示信息可以为加密数据;相应地,所述电子标签还包括:解密模块107,用于对所述加密数据进行解密,通过对数据加密传输,来保证信息安全。如图1所示,在一种实现方式中,解密模块可以是一个单独模块,具体可以采用中央处理器(CPU)或者加密芯片实现;在其他实现方式中,解密模块也可以集成在主控制器内,从而通过一个芯片同时实现主控和解密功能。
其中,显示信息的加密解密可以采用相关加密算法完成,本申请对此不做限制。
在本公开实施例中,所述主控制器103可以包括存储器。所述主控制器103还用于根据所述显示信息生成电子标签记录,并将所述电子标签记录存储在所述储存器中,通过设置存储器来保存电子标签的历史记录,以便后续查询电子标签的显示记录。其中,存储器可以为带电可擦可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),这种存储器掉电后数据不丢失,能够满足本申请的需求。
图2是本公开实施例提供的一种受电控制器的结构示意图。参见图2,所述受电控制器105包括:变压器151、电容152、电压传感器153和线圈控制器154。
其中,变压器151连接在所述第一电磁感应线圈102和所述主控制器103之间;电容152连接在所述变压器151和所述主控制器103之间;电压传感器153用于检测所述电容152的电压;线圈控制器154用于根据所述电容152的电压生成充电信息。通过检测连接在所述变压器151和所述主控制器103之间的电容 152的电压,来表示充电程度,并根据该电压生成充电信息传输给数据写入终端,使得数据写入终端能够根据该充电信息调整电压大小。
如图2所示,在上述实施例中,采用一个单独的电容152作为储能和电量检测器件,在其他实施例中,电容152也可以不单独设置,例如可以集成在变压器151内等,本申请对此不做限制。
在本公开实施例中,线圈控制器154可以根据所述充电信息控制所述第一电磁感应线圈102工作。线圈控制器154和通信控制器106可以通过改变第一电磁感应线圈102的阻抗特性,从而使得第二电磁感应线圈201感应到的电信号发生相应变化,例如形成具有高低电平的信号波形,从而通过该电信号能够携带前述充电信息或者准备就绪指令。示例性地,电磁感应线圈102上可以并联一控制开关和负载电阻,线圈控制器154和通信控制器106通过控制该控制开关的闭合和断开,来控制负载电阻是否接入电路,从而改变第一电磁感应线圈102的阻抗特性。其中,线圈控制器154和通信控制器106可以根据要发送的信息的内容确定出对应的信号波形,进而根据信号波形确定控制开关的方式(例如闭合和断开的顺序及闭合和断开的持续时间)。当然这种方式只是举例,本申请对于线圈控制器154和通信控制器106如何控制第二电磁感应线圈201进行信息发送不做限制。
进一步地,在上述实现方式中线圈控制器154和通信控制器106为两个独立器件,在其他实现方式中,线圈控制器154和通信控制器106也可以采用同一器件实现,本申请对此不做限制。
此外,在另一些实施例中,线圈控制器154可以不具有对线圈的控制功能,而是将充电信息提供给通信控制器106,并由通信控制器106根据所述充电信息控制所述第一电磁感应线圈102工作。
该电子标签可以应用于众多场景,例如可以作为车载电子标签,通过近场无线充电和通信,实现机动车检验合格标志的无纸化电子显示。
下面对电子标签的工作过程进行简单地示例性说明:当数据写入终端的第二电磁感应线圈贴近电子标签的第一电磁感应线圈时,数据写入终端通过电磁耦合方式向电子标签无线供电;电子标签内部的整流电路及受电控制器工作,输出工作电压,电子标签的主控制器及解密模块开始工作,并通过第一电磁感应线圈向数据终端发送准备就绪指令;数据写入终端与电子标签开始无线通信,数据写入 终端向电子标签发送加密的显示信息,电子标签的主控制器和解密模块接收并解密;主控制器根据显示信息刷新电子墨水屏,并由主控制器将显示信息保存在主控制器内部的存储器中,从而完成一次工作流程。当刷新完成后,数据写入终端离开电子标签,电子标签电量耗尽后主控制器停止工作,电子墨水屏在刷新完成后内容不会因为掉电状态而改变。
图3是本公开实施例提供的一种数据写入终端的结构示意图,参见图3,所述数据写入终端包括:第二电磁感应线圈201、主控制器202和电源模块203。
其中,第二电磁感应线圈201,用于与电子标签的第一电磁感应线圈进行电磁耦合,通过电磁感应向所述电子标签发送电能和显示信息;主控制器202,用于获取显示信息,并向所述第二电磁感应线圈201提供所述显示信息;电源模块203,用于向所述第二电磁感应线圈201和主控制器202提供电能。
在本公开实施例提供的技术方案通过电磁感应线圈对电子标签进行无线充电,相比于对锂电池进行充电或者更换锂电池,能够节省人力;另外,电子标签要显示的内容同样由电磁感应线圈进行无线传输,无需事先通过接口写入电子标签,操作方便。
其中,电源模块203可以为电池,例如锂电池或者其他类型电池,当然电源模块203也可以为其他类型的电源,例如直流电源等。
进一步地,所述数据写入终端还包括:供电控制器204,用于控制所述电源模块203输出到所述第二电磁感应线圈201的电压,通过供电控制器204控制工作电压,这样数据写入终端能够根据电子标签的充电信息调整电压大小,避免充电过量等情况发生。
其中,供电控制器204可以包括变压器,通过变压器来控制电源模块203输出到所述第二电磁感应线圈201的电压,该变压器可以由主控制器202进行控制,控制方式可以如后文所述。
进一步地,所述数据写入终端还包括:通信控制器205,用于控制所述第二电磁感应线圈201将所述显示信息发送给所述电子标签。通过设置通信控制器来处理通信,避免集成到主控制器上,造成主控制器功能较多,设计复杂。当然,在另一些实施例中,通信控制器205可以形成为主控制器202的一部分。
在一些实施例中,通信控制器205除了负责控制第二电磁感应线圈201发送显示信息外,还负责对第二电磁感应线圈201接收的电信号进行解码,从而得到由电子标签发送的充电信息。主控制器202根据该充电信息控制供电控制器204的变压器工作,从而调节供给电子标签的电压,例如当充电信息指示电子标签中电容的电压较低(如低于阈值)时,控制变压器输出第一电压,当充电信息指示电子标签中电容的电压较高(如不低于阈值)时,控制变压器输出第二电压,第一电压大于第二电压。
通信控制器205的工作方式可以参照前文电子标签中的通信控制器106,这里不再赘述。
进一步地,所述数据写入终端还可以包括:加密模块206,用于对所述显示信息进行加密,通过对数据加密,来保证信息安全。如图3所示,在一种实现方式中,加密模块可以是一个单独模块,具体可以采用中央处理器(CPU)或者加密芯片实现;在其他实现方式中,加密模块也可以集成在主控制器内,从而通过一个芯片同时实现主控和加密功能。
进一步地,所述数据写入终端还可以包括:输入模块207,用于供用户输入所述显示信息。所述输入模块207包括但不限于键盘输入、触摸输入、语音识别输入等输入装置。在一些实施例中,为了便于输入,数据写入终端还可以包括:显示模块208,用于显示用户输入的内容。同时,该显示模块208还可以用于显示前文中的电子标签的充电信息。显示模块208可以为常见显示器件,例如液晶显示器(LCD)、有机发光二极管显示器(OLED)等,本申请对此不做限制。
该数据写入终端整体构造可以为一手持式数据写入终端,从而方便用户使用。
图4是本公开实施例提供的一种电子标签系统的结构示意图,参见图4,所述电子标签系统包括如图1所示的电子标签100和如图3所示的数据写入终端200。
在本公开实施例提供的技术方案通过电磁感应线圈对电子标签进行无线充电,相比于对锂电池进行充电或者更换锂电池,能够节省人力;另外,电子标签要显示的内容同样由电磁感应线圈进行无线传输,无需事先通过接口写入电子标签,操作方便。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本公开的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子标签,包括:
    显示屏;
    第一电磁感应线圈,用于通过电磁耦合从数据写入终端接收电能和显示信息;
    主控制器,用于从所述第一电磁感应线圈获取所述显示信息,并控制所述显示屏显示所述显示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子标签,其中,所述显示屏为电子墨水屏。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子标签,还包括:整流电路,设置在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间,用于对所述第一电磁感应线圈产生的感应电流进行整流处理。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子标签,还包括:
    受电控制器,设置在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间,用于控制所述第一电磁感应线圈输出到所述主控制器的电信号的电压。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子标签,其中,所述受电控制器,还用于生成充电信息,并通过所述第一电磁感应线圈将所述充电信息发送给所述数据写入终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子标签,其中,所述受电控制器包括:
    变压器,连接在所述第一电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器之间;
    电容,连接在所述变压器和所述主控制器之间;
    电压传感器,用于检测所述电容的电压;
    线圈控制器,用于根据所述电容的电压生成充电信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子标签,还包括:
    通信控制器,用于根据所述第一电磁感应线圈输出的电信号解码得到所述显示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子标签,其中,所述通信控制器还用于控制所述第一电磁感应线圈向所述数据写入终端发送准备就绪指令。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子标签,其中,所述显示信息为加密数据;
    所述电子标签还包括:解密模块,用于对所述加密数据进行解密。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子标签,其中,所述主控制器包括存储器,
    所述主控制器还用于根据所述显示信息生成电子标签记录,并将所述电子标签记录存储在所述储存器中。
  11. 一种数据写入终端,包括:
    第二电磁感应线圈,用于通过电磁耦合向电子标签发送电能和显示信息;
    主控制器,用于提供所述第二电磁感应线圈发送的所述显示信息;
    电源模块,用于向所述第二电磁感应线圈和所述主控制器提供电能。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的数据写入终端,还包括:
    供电控制器,用于控制所述电源模块输出到所述第二电磁感应线圈的电压。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的数据写入终端,还包括:
    通信控制器,用于控制所述第二电磁感应线圈将所述显示信息发送给所述电子标签。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的数据写入终端,其中,所述数据写入终端还包括:加密模块,用于对所述显示信息进行加密。
  15. 一种电子标签系统,包括如权利要求1-10任一项所述的电子标签和如权利要求11-14任一项所述的数据写入终端。
