具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本公开作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关公开,而非对该公开的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与公开相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
请参考图1和图2,其中,图1示出了根据本公开实施例的称重装置的示例性示意图;图2示出了根据本公开实施例的称重装置的示例性结构框图。如 图1和图2所示,一种称重装置包括:
一个或多个称重单元21,称重单元21用于检测被测商品的重量;
一个或多个射频读写器22,射频读写器22用于与可穿戴称重终端通信;以及
控制器23,控制器23与称重单元21和射频读写器22通信连接,并用于控制射频读写器22向可穿戴称重终端发送与由称重单元21检测到的被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息。
实际应用中,称重单元21的数量可根据需求配置,通常可根据商品的种类配置。控制器23可用于接收与多个称重单元21检测到的相应商品的重量相关的信息,并通过射频读写器22向外部设备(如可穿戴称重终端)发送与检测到的重量的变化有关的信息。需要说明的是,每个称重单元21可配置一个射频读写器22,或者多个称重单元21可配置同一射频读写器22,这可根据实际情况而定,因此本公开不限于此。
在一些实施例中,称重单元21可包括称重传感器211和托盘212,托盘212可设置在称重传感器211上,称重传感器211可用于感测托盘212上的被测商品的重量。
如图1所示,给出一称重装置的实施例。其配置有两个称重单元21,并分别配置有托盘212和托盘213和射频读写器22和射频读写器26,其中。射频读写器22可用于与外部设备进行与托盘212中商品重量的变化有关的信息的传输,射频读写器26可用于与外部设备进行与托盘213中商品重量的变化有关的信息的传输。使用时,每个托盘中摆放某一商品,随着购买者的购买,商品重量减少,则控制器23可根据购买前后的重量差来检测购买者购买的商品重量。
在一些实施例中,称重装置还可包括摄像头24,摄像头24可与控制器23通信连接,控制器23通过摄像头24所采集的商品图像信息,可判断所增加的商品是否与托盘中的被测商品一致。在购买过程中,为了避免购物者将另一种商品放置于托盘中,可采用摄像头24来识别所放置商品是否与托盘中的商品相同。例如,当购买者将梨放入苹果托盘时,可通过所采集的商品图像信息的识别,能够判断发生不同商品放入至托盘的现象。
在一些实施例中,称重装置还可包括显示器25,显示器25可与控制器23通信连接,用于显示与重量的变化有关的信息。在一些实施例中,每个称重装置可配置一显示器25,或者多个称量装置可配置一显示器25。如图1所示,根据需求,用于标明商品信息的商品标签27可替换为显示器;或者单独配置显示器25,通过有线或者无线方式与控制器23进行数据通信。
本公开还公开与称重装置配合使用的一种可穿戴称重终端。
请参考图3和图4,其中,图3示出了根据本公开实施例的可穿戴称重终端的示例性示意图;图4示出了根据本公开实施例的可穿戴称重终端的示例性结构框图。如图3和图4所示,可穿戴称重终端包括:
射频标签11,用于接收由称重装置发送的与被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息,保存所述信息,并向外部装置(例如,外部自动结算设备或前述称重装置)发送所述信息;
佩戴机构12,用于将射频标签11佩戴于人体,例如固定在手腕上,佩戴机构12可为开放式环形,如环形手环。
采用射频标签11接收和保存称重装置发送的重量信息。射频标签为射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)标签,或者为近场通信(NFC)标签。RFID是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,它通过射频自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,RFID技术可识别高速运动物体并可同时识别多个标签,操作方便快捷。
在一些实施例中,可穿戴称重终端还可包括透射式光电传感器13和控制器14,控制器14与透射式光电传感器13、射频标签11通信连接,控制器14可根据脉搏的有无来控制是允许还是禁止向射频标签11保存信息。
在可穿戴称重终端处,通过设置采集脉搏信息的透射式光电传感器13来实时检测是否有脉搏信息,若有,则允许向射频标签11写入信息,若无,则禁止向射频标签11写入信息。可以理解的是,这里所说的无脉搏信息是指,指定时长内未检测到脉搏信息。
在一些实施例中,可穿戴称重终端还可包括可充电式锂电池15,用于供电。锂电池15可用于向射频标签11、控制器14和透射式光电传感器13等电子器件供电。
本公开还公开一种称重系统,该称重系统包括:
如本公开各实施例提供的可穿戴称重终端和各实施例提供的称重装置。可穿戴称重终端和称重装置共同配合,将重量信息方便地发送到购买者。
本公开还公开一种称重方法,用于称重装置。
请参考图5,示出了根据本公开实施例的称重装置的称重方法的示例性流程图。如图所示,方法包括:
步骤S101:检测是否有射频标签信息,若存在则读取可穿戴称重终端的标签信息;
步骤S102:检测被测商品的重量的变化,并将与重量的变化有关的信息发送给与标签信息匹配的可穿戴称重终端。
在步骤S101,称重装置控制射频读写器检测附近(例如,RFID或NFC技术的通信范围内)是否有射频标签存在,若存在,说明有购物者走近托盘。此时称重装置读取可穿戴称重终端的射频标签的标签信息,以识别可穿戴称重终端。若不存在,则说明附近没有购物者,则在一些实施例中称重装置可进入休眠状态,并在一定时间后醒来以例如节约功耗。此外,在例如采用持久电源而非电池的实施例中,称重装置也可以不进入休眠状态而持续工作。
在步骤S102,称重装置检测被测商品的重量的变化,并将与重量的变化有关的信息写入与标签信息匹配的射频标签,从而实现重量信息的传递。例如,当检测到被测商品的重量减轻时,可通过射频读写器向该可穿戴称重终端发送与被测商品的减轻的重量相关的信息,以表明与该可穿戴称重终端相关联的人取走了相应重量的商品。
接着请参考图6,示出了根据本公开实施例的步骤S102的示例性流程图。如图所示,步骤S102包括:
步骤S201:当前所检测的重量信息与前一次称重操作的重量信息进行比较;
步骤S202:若减少,则根据重量减少信息计算重量变化信息;
步骤S203:若增加,则启动摄像头,判断所放入的商品是否与托盘中的商品一致。
本公开的称重是将当前检测的重量信息与前一个重量信息比较,通过两者 的重量差,计算购物者所购物的重量信息。如遇到补充缺货商品或者购物者将不同类商品放入托盘时,将出现当前所检测的重量大于前一次重量的情况,此时,启动摄像头,判断放入的商品是否与托盘的原有商品相符。
请参考图7,示出了根据本公开实施例的步骤S203的示例性流程图。如图所示,步骤S203包括:
步骤S301:若所放入的商品与托盘中的商品一致,则更新前一次重量信息;
步骤S302:否则,进行错误报警处理。
当识别到所放入的商品与托盘中的原有商品相符时,将前一次重量信息更新为当前检测的重量信息。若不相符,则进行错误处理。
此外,还存在购物者将所拿去的商品放回原处的可能。在该情况下,需要同时判断商品的重量是否增加以及与该重量的增加相对应的射频标签中是否存在前一次称重操作相关的信息,然后进一步确定本次重量的增加与前一次操作的重量的减少是否相同。如果相同,则可以认为是购物者将所拿去的商品放回原处,在该情况下,可以向购物者的可穿戴称重终端发送指示取消前一次操作的信息。如果不同,则可以认为购物者仅归还了部分商品或设备出现故障,在该情况下,可以选择进行报警处理或其它恰当操作。
本公开还公开用于可穿戴称量终端的称重方法。
请参考图8,示出了根据本公开实施例的可穿戴称量终端的称重方法的示例性流程图。如图所示,该方法包括:
步骤S401:控制器未接收到透射式光电传感器发送的脉搏信息时,禁止射频标签接收写入信息。
通过在可穿戴称重终端设置检测脉搏的透射式光电传感器,可防止可穿戴称重终端脱离人体造成的信息误写入或漏写情况,或防止购买者的作弊行为。
根据本公开实施例提供的技术方案,通过在摆放商品的托盘下设置称重单元,能够解决相关手动称重带来的称重效率低下问题。进一步的,根据本公开的某些实施例,通过内设有射频读写器的称重装置与内设有射频标签的可穿戴称重终端相配合使用,将重量信息实时发送至购买者,获得称重便利和提高称重效率的效果。
附图中的流程图和框图,图示了按照本公开各种实施例的系统、方法和计算机程序产品的可能实现的体系架构、功能和操作。在这点上,流程图或框图中的每个方框可以代表一个模块、程序段、或代码的一部分,所述模块、程序段、或代码的一部分包含一个或多个用于实现规定的逻辑功能的可执行指令。也应当注意,在有些作为替换的实现中,方框中所标注的功能也可以以不同于附图中所标注的顺序发生。例如,两个顺序连接的方框实际上可以基本并行地执行,它们有时也可以按相反的顺序执行,这依所涉及的功能而定。也要注意的是,框图和/或流程图中的每个方框、以及框图和/或流程图中的方框的组合,可以用执行规定的功能或操作的专用的基于硬件的系统来实现,或者可以用通用硬件与计算机指令的组合来实现。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种称重装置,包括:
    称重单元,所述称重单元被配置为检测被测商品的重量;
    射频读写器,所述射频读写器被配置为与可穿戴称重终端通信;以及
    控制器,与所述称重单元和所述射频读写器通信连接,并被配置为控制所述射频读写器向所述可穿戴称重终端发送与由所述称重单元检测到的所述被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的称重装置,其中,所述称重单元包括称重传感器和托盘,所述托盘设置在所述称重传感器上,所述称重传感器被配置为感测所述托盘上的被测商品的重量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的称重装置,其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
    通过所述射频读写器来检测是否存在进入通信范围的射频标签;
    响应于检测到所述射频标签存在,读取所述射频标签中与相应可穿戴称重终端有关的信息;
    通过所述称重单元来检测在检测到所述射频标签存在期间所述被测商品的重量是否发生变化;以及
    响应于检测到所述被测商品的重量减轻,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送与所述被测商品的减轻的重量相关的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的称重装置,其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于检测到所述被测商品的重量增加,通过所述射频读写器从所述相应可穿戴称重终端接收与针对所述被测商品的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量相关的信息;
    确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量是否相同;以及
    至少响应于确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量相同,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送指示取消前一次称重操作的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的称重装置,还包括:
    摄像头,所述摄像头与所述控制器通信连接,
    其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
    根据所述摄像头所采集的图像信息来确定放入所述托盘的商品是否与所述被测商品一致。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的称重装置,其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量相同并响应于确定放入的商品与所述被测商品一致,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送指示取消前一次称重操作的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的称重装置,其中,所述控制器还被配置为:
    响应于检测到所述商品与所述被测商品不一致,执行错误报警处理。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的称重装置,还包括显示器,所述显示器与所述控制器通信连接,并被配置为显示由所述称重单元检测到的所述被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息。
  9. 一种可穿戴称重终端,包括:
    射频标签,被配置为接收由称重装置发送的与被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息,保存所述信息,并向外部装置发送所述信息;以及
    佩戴机构,被配置为将所述射频标签固定在佩戴者的手腕上,所述佩戴机构为开放式环形。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可穿戴称重终端,还包括:
    透射式光电传感器,被配置为检测所述佩戴者的脉搏;以及
    控制器,所述控制器与所述透射式光电传感器和所述射频标签通信连接,所述控制器根据脉搏的有无,控制是允许还是禁止向所述射频标签保存信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的可穿戴称重终端,其中,所述射频标签为射频识别(RFID)标签。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的可穿戴称重终端,其中,所述射频标签为近场通信(NFC)标签。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的可穿戴称重终端,还包括:
    可充电式锂电池,被配置为供电。
  14. 一种称重系统,包括:
    如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的称重装置和如权利要求9-13中任一项所述的可穿戴称重终端。
  15. 一种在称重装置处的称重方法,包括:
    通过所述称重装置处的射频读写器来检测是否存在进入通信范围的射频标签;
    响应于检测到所述射频标签存在,读取所述射频标签中与相应可穿戴称重终端有关的信息;
    通过所述称重装置的称重单元来检测在检测到所述射频标签存在期间被测商品的重量是否发生变化;以及
    响应于检测到所述被测商品的重量减轻,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送与所述被测商品的减轻的重量相关的信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的称重方法,还包括:
    响应于检测到所述被测商品的重量增加,通过所述射频读写器从所述相应可穿戴称重终端接收与针对所述被测商品的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量相关的信息;
    确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量是否相同;以及
    至少响应于确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量相同,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送指示取消前一次称重操作的信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的称重方法,还包括:
    根据所述称重装置的摄像头所采集的图像信息来确定放入所述托盘的商品是否与所述被测商品一致。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的称重方法,还包括:
    响应于确定所接收的前一次称重操作中的减轻的重量与本次检测到的增加的重量相同并响应于确定放入的商品与所述被测商品一致,通过所述射频读写器向所述相应可穿戴称重终端发送指示取消前一次称重操作的信息。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的称重方法,还包括:
    响应于检测到所述商品与所述被测商品不一致,执行错误报警处理。
  20. 一种在可穿戴称重终端处的称重方法,包括:
    接收由称重装置发送的与被测商品的重量的变化相关的信息;
    保存所述信息;以及
    向外部装置发送所述信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的称重方法,还包括:
    响应于在预设时间长度内未接收到由所述可穿戴称重终端的透射式光电传感器发送的指示存在脉搏的信息,禁止所述可穿戴称重终端的射频标签接收信息或保存所接收的信息。
