本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有处理系统,所述处理系统被处理器执行时实现上述的资金异常问题处理的方法的步骤。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请在出盘清算和回盘核对的实际应用场景 中,如果出现异常问题,首先确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,然后根据问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额确定该异常问题的处理优先级,及该处理优先级对应的处理时效,在该处理时效的基础上计算得到与该异常问题的问题类型、涉及的总金额相关的处理期限T,最终根据处理期限T对各异常问题进行综合性排序,在上报的异常问题的数量较大时,按序进行处理,能够避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏,减少损失。

参阅图1所示,是本申请电子装置一实施例的硬件架构的示意图。电子装置1是一种能够按照事先设定或者存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备。所述电子装置1可以是计算机、也可以是单个网络服务器、 多个网络服务器组成的服务器组或者基于云计算的由大量主机或者网络服务器构成的云,其中云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。
在本实施例中,电子装置1可包括,但不仅限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接的存储器11、处理器12、网络接口13,存储器11存储有可在处理器12上运行的处理系统。需要指出的是,图1仅示出了具有组件11-13的电子装置1,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,存储器11包括内存及至少一种类型的可读存储介质。内存为电子装置1的运行提供缓存;可读存储介质可为如闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等的非易失性存储介质。在一些实施例中,可读存储介质可以是电子装置1的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置1的硬盘;在另一些实施例中,该非易失性存储介质也可以是电子装置1的外部存储设备,例如电子装置1上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。本实施例中,存储器11的可读存储介质通常用于存储安装于电子装置1的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如存储本申请一实施例中的处理系统的程序代码等。此外,存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器12通常用于控制所述电子装置1的总体操作,例如执行与其他设备进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,所述处理器12用于运行所述存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行处理系统等。
所述网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口13 通常用于在所述电子装置1与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
所述处理系统存储在存储器11中,包括至少一个存储在存储器11中的计算机可读指令,该至少一个计算机可读指令可被处理器器12执行,以实现本申请各实施例的方法;以及,该至少一个计算机可读指令依据其各部分所实现的功能不同,可被划为不同的逻辑模块。
在一实施例中,上述处理系统被所述处理器12执行时实现如下步骤:
第一确定步骤,在接收到基于资金收付的清算及核对过程中的异常问题后,确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额;
其中,本实施例应用在金融领域的资金收付的清算及核对,例如养老险资金收付的清算及核对。问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型。收付类型包括重复收付、错误收付,例如,在清算送盘过程中,或者回盘核算回销等过程中,一旦发现批次A和批次B文件内容相同,疑似重复支付,需上报问题核实,此时类型为重复收付;在资金核算过程中,发现网银到账金额和对账文件金额不一致、对账文件有改批次,但网银未到账等金额不一致问题,疑似错误收付,需上报问题核实,此时类型为错误收付。非收付类型送盘异常、取不到回盘文件、取不到对账文件、回销失败、银行系统异常等。
其中,在接收到上述的异常问题时,直接获取该异常问题涉及的总金额,或者对该异常问题涉及的金额进行统计,以最终得到该异常问题所涉及的总金额,所涉及的总金额例如为10万、50万、100万或500万等。
第二确定步骤,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级,并基于预先确定的处理优先级与处理时效的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理时效;
在一实施例中,处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,即第一优先级P1最高,第二优先级P2次之,第三优先级P3最低。其中,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,包括:
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额 大于第一预设金额(例如,总金额大于5万)时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于5万且大于1万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于1万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时(例如,总金额大于500万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于500万且大于100万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于100万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
本实施例中,不同的问题类型及其涉及的总金额对应的处理优先级不相同,预先将不同的异常问题对应的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级进行关联并存储。其中,收付类型对业务影响最大,因此,收付类型及非收付类型在相同的总金额情况下,收付类型的处理优先级更高,要求的解决期限越短;而非收付类型的处理优先级相对低,要求的解决期限相对宽松。
本实施例中,不同的处理优先级对应不同的处理时效,预先将不同的处理优先级及对应的处理时效进行关联并存储。在依据问题类型及其涉及的总 金额确定处理优先级后,根据该处理优先级可以确定对应的处理时效。处理时效即为要求该异常问题在该处理时效内得到解决。优选地,第一优先级P1对应的处理时效为2小时,第二优先级P2对应的处理时效为6小时,第三优先级P3对应的处理时效为18小时。
计算步骤,获取该问题类型对应的调和参数,根据所述处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据所述处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理。
本实施例中,调和参数针对不同的问题类型而预先设定,对业务影响大的对应的调和参数大,因此收付类型的调和参数比非收付类型的调和参数大。在一实施例中,计算该异常问题的处理期限的步骤包括:处理期限T=TD*[1.5-(2/π)*arctan(α*M)],TD为处理时效,α为该异常问题的问题类型对应的调和参数,M为该异常问题涉及的总金额。
在一实施例中,对于收付类型,调和参数α为1/10000;对于非收付类型,调和参数α为n/10000000,n为(0,10)之间的数值,例如不明款项核实α取值为7/10000000,取不到回盘文件α取值为5/10000000。(2/π)*arctan(α*M)为(0,1)之间的数值,则[1.5-(2/π)*arctan(α*M)]为(1.5,0.5)之间的数值,即处理期限T根据异常问题的问题类型及涉及的总金额在TD处理时效左右浮动,使得处理期限T不再是一个根据处理优先级确定的固定值,而是一个根据问题类型及涉及的总金额而确定的值。最后,根据处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理,以避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏。
与现有技术相比,本实施例在出盘清算和回盘核对的实际应用场景中,如果出现异常问题,首先确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,然后根据问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额确定该异常问题的处理优先级,及该处理优先级对应的处理时效,在该处理时效的基础上计算得到与该异常问题的问题类型、涉及的总金额相关的处理期限T,最终根据处理期限T对各异常问题进行综合性排序,在上报的异常问题的数量较大时, 按序进行处理,能够避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏,减少损失。
为了进一步避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏,在一实施例中,如果处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,则对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第一预设时间时(例如,第一预设时间为1小时),若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题标识为紧急处理状态,并可将该异常问题置顶,以供处理人员优先处理;
而对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1之外的异常问题,即第二优先级P2或第三优先级P3的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第二预设时间时(例如,第二预设时间为3小时),第一预设时间小于所述第二预设时间,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题的处理优先级提高,例如,该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2,将其提高为第一优先级P1。基于提高后的处理优先级重新确定该异常问题的处理时效,根据本次确定的处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额重新计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据重新计算的处理期限T将该异常问题重新进行排序,供处理人员进行优先处理。
本实施例对于一些接近处理期限T的截止时间但未得到解决的异常问题进行升级处理,例如,将异常问题标识为紧急处理状态或者重新计算处理期限并排序,以供处理人员进行优先处理,进一步避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏。
为了进一步避免重大问题延迟处理或遗漏,在另一实施例中,对于所有处理优先级的异常问题,在距离该异常问题的处理期限T的截止时间为第三预设时间时,例如,第三预设时间为2小时,若监测到该异常问题处于已完成状态,则生成完成标识,并可将该异常问题从排序对应的列表中移除,以方便处理人员查看其它未处理的异常问题;若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则生成提醒消息并将提醒消息发送给预定的终端,供处理人员对这些 已经进行提醒的异常问题优先处理。
如图2所示,图2为本申请资金异常问题处理的方法一实施例的流程示意图,该资金异常问题处理的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,在接收到基于资金收付的清算及核对过程中的异常问题后,确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,所述问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型;
其中,本实施例应用在金融领域的资金收付的清算及核对,例如养老险资金收付的清算及核对。问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型。收付类型包括重复收付、错误收付,例如,在清算送盘过程中,或者回盘核算回销等过程中,一旦发现批次A和批次B文件内容相同,疑似重复支付,需上报问题核实,此时类型为重复收付;在资金核算过程中,发现网银到账金额和对账文件金额不一致、对账文件有改批次,但网银未到账等金额不一致问题,疑似错误收付,需上报问题核实,此时类型为错误收付。非收付类型送盘异常、取不到回盘文件、取不到对账文件、回销失败、银行系统异常等。
其中,在接收到上述的异常问题时,直接获取该异常问题涉及的总金额,或者对该异常问题涉及的金额进行统计,以最终得到该异常问题所涉及的总金额,所涉及的总金额例如为10万、50万、100万或500万等。
步骤S2,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级,并基于预先确定的处理优先级与处理时效的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理时效;
在一实施例中,处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,即第一优先级P1最高,第二优先级P2次之,第三优先级P3最低。其中,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,包括:
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额(例如,总金额大于5万)时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于5万且大于1万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时(例如,总金额小于等于1万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时(例如,总金额大于500万),则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;

本实施例中,不同的处理优先级对应不同的处理时效,预先将不同的处理优先级及对应的处理时效进行关联并存储。在依据问题类型及其涉及的总金额确定处理优先级后,根据该处理优先级可以确定对应的处理时效。处理时效即为要求该异常问题在该处理时效内得到解决。优选地,第一优先级 P1对应的处理时效为2小时,第二优先级P2对应的处理时效为6小时,第三优先级P3对应的处理时效为18小时。
步骤S3,获取该问题类型对应的调和参数,根据所述处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据所述处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理。
本实施例中,调和参数针对不同的问题类型而预先设定,对业务影响大的对应的调和参数大,因此收付类型的调和参数比非收付类型的调和参数大。在一实施例中,计算该异常问题的处理期限的步骤包括:处理期限T=TD*[1.5-(2/π)*arctan(α*M)],TD为处理时效,α为该异常问题的问题类型对应的调和参数,M为该异常问题涉及的总金额。

而对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1之外的异常问题,即第二优先级P2或第三优先级P3的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第二预设时间时(例如,第二预设时间为3小时),第一预设时间小于所述第二预设时间,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题的处理优先级提高,例如,该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2,将其提高为第一优先级P1。基于提高后的处理优先级重新确定该异常问题的处理时效,根据本次确定的处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额重新计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据重新计算的处理期限T将该异常问题重新进行排序,供处理人员进行优先处理。

  1. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括存储器及与所述存储器连接的处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的处理系统,所述处理系统被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    第一确定步骤,在接收到基于资金收付的清算及核对过程中的异常问题后,确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,所述问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型;
    第二确定步骤,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级,并基于预先确定的处理优先级与处理时效的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理时效;
    计算步骤,获取该问题类型对应的调和参数,根据所述处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据所述处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述计算该异常问题的处理期限的步骤包括:
    处理期限T=TD*[1.5-(2/π)*arctan(α*M)],TD为处理时效,α为该异常问题的问题类型对应的调和参数,M为该异常问题涉及的总金额。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,所述基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,具体包括:
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优 先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;

    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述处理系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第一预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题标识为紧急处理状态,供处理人员优先处理;
    对于处理优先级为第二优先级P2或第三优先级P3的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第二预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题的处理优先级提高,基于提高后的处理优先级确定该异常问题的处理时效,根据本次确定的处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额重新计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据重新计算的处理期限T将该异常问题进行排序,供处理人员进行处理,所述第一预设时间小于所述第二预设时间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述处理系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    在距离该异常问题的处理期限T的截止时间为第三预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于已完成状态,则生成完成标识;
    若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则生成提醒消息并将提醒消息发送给预定的终端,供处理人员进行处理。

    在距离该异常问题的处理期限T的截止时间为第三预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于已完成状态,则生成完成标识;

  8. 一种资金异常问题处理的方法,其特征在于,所述资金异常问题处理的方法包括:
    S1,在接收到基于资金收付的清算及核对过程中的异常问题后,确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,所述问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型;
    S2,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级,并基于预先确定的处理优先级与处理时效的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理时效;
    S3,获取该问题类型对应的调和参数,根据所述处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据所述处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的资金异常问题处理的方法,其特征在于,所述计算该异常问题的处理期限的步骤包括:
    处理期限T=TD*[1.5-(2/π)*arctan(α*M)],TD为处理时效,α为该异常问题的问题类型对应的调和参数,M为该异常问题涉及的总金额。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的资金异常问题处理的方法,其特征在于,所述处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3, 所述基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,具体包括:
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的资金异常问题处理的方法,其特征在于,所述处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,所述基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,具体包括:
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的资金异常问题处理的方法,其特征在于,所述资金异常问题处理的方法,还包括:
    对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第一预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题标识为紧急处理状态,供处理人员优先处理;
    对于处理优先级为第二优先级P2或第三优先级P3的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第二预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异常问题的处理优先级提高,基于提高后的处理优先级确定该异常问题的处理时效,根据本次确定的处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额重新计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据重新计算的处理期限T 将该异常问题进行排序,供处理人员进行处理,所述第一预设时间小于所述第二预设时间。

  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有处理系统,所述处理系统被处理器执行时实现步骤:
    第一确定步骤,在接收到基于资金收付的清算及核对过程中的异常问题后,确定该异常问题所属的问题类型及该异常问题涉及的总金额,所述问题类型包括收付类型及非收付类型;
    第二确定步骤,基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级,并基于预先确定的处理优先级与处理时效的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理时效;
    计算步骤,获取该问题类型对应的调和参数,根据所述处理时效、调和参数及该异常问题涉及的总金额计算该异常问题的处理期限T,根据所述处理期限T将各异常问题进行先后排序,供处理人员进行处理。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算该异常问题的处理期限的步骤包括:

    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理优先级包括第一优先级P1、第二优先级P2及第三优先级P3,P1>P2>P3,所述基于预先确定的问题类型、异常问题涉及的总金额与处理优先级的关联关系,确定该异常问题的处理优先级的步骤,具体包括:
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第一预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第一预设金额且大于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第二预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第一预设金额大于所述第二预设金额;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额大于第三预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第一优先级P1;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第三预设金额且大于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第二优先级P2;
    若该异常问题所属的问题类型为非收付类型,且该异常问题涉及的总金额小于等于第四预设金额时,则确定该异常问题的处理优先级为第三优先级P3,所述第三预设金额大于所述第四预设金额,所述第四预设金额大于所述第一预设金额。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理系统被所述处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    对于处理优先级为第一优先级P1的异常问题,在距离处理期限T的截止时间为第一预设时间时,若监测到该异常问题处于未完成状态,则将该异 常问题标识为紧急处理状态,供处理人员优先处理;
