具体地,如图1和2所示,本发明的洗衣机包括本体和与本体固定连接或者一体制成的投放机构,衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器1、存储容器2和对接机构3,投放容器1和存储容器2均与本体上的投放机构滑动连接,对接机构3能够将投放容器1和存储容器2彼此接合并使投放容器1和存储容器2相对于本体整体稳定滑动。其中,对接机构3可以设置在投放容器1上,也可以设置在存储容器2上,还可以设置在投放机构上,或者一部分设置在投放容器1上,另一部分设置在存储容器2上,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置对接机构3的设置位置,只要通过对接机构3能够实现投放容器1和存储容器2的对接接合并使投放容器1和存储容器2以整体的方式相对于本体滑动即可,这种对接机构3的设置位置的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,对接机构3包括设置在投放容器1上的第一对接部以及设置在存储容器2上的第二对接部,第一对接部和第二对接部相互配合以使投放容器1和存储容器2彼此接合。其中,第一对接部和第二对接部可以采用定位销4和销孔5的配合方式,还可以采用卡爪和卡槽的配合方式,再或者采用卡扣的配合方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置对接机构3的具体结构以及配合方式,只要通过对接机构3能够实现投放容器1和存储容器2的对接接合并使投放容器1和存储容器2以整体的方式相对于本体滑动即可,这种对接机构3的具体结构以及配合方式的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,继续参照图1至4,第一对接部为定位销4,第二对接部为与定位销4相适配的销孔5。即,在投放容器1上设置定位销4,在存储容器2上设置与该定位销4相配合的销孔5,从而使投放容器1和存储容器2对接设置,并且使投放容器1和存储容器2不会在垂直于其移动方向的方向上发生窜动。当然,作为上述实施例的一种改变,第一对接部为销孔5,第二对接部为与销孔5相适配的定位销4,即在投放容 器1上设置销孔5,在存储容器2上设置与该销孔5相配合的定位销4,此方案的实施原理与上述实施例类似,在此就不一一赘述。在上述的实施例中,定位销4和销孔5优选地采用过渡配合或者过盈配合,从而保证在定位销4和销孔5对接完成后能够限制投放容器1和存储容器2的相对运动,使投放容器1和存储容器2能够相对于本体稳定地移动。
具体地,在上述结构中,第一对接部与投放容器1固定连接或者设置为一体。其中,将第一对接部与投放容器1固定连接可以便于零部件之间的安装和拆卸,将第一对接部与投放容器1设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。同理地,第二对接部与存储容器2固定连接或者设置为一体,将第二对接部与存储容器2固定连接可以便于零部件之间的安装和拆卸,将第二对接部与存储容器2设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。
进一步优选地,第一对接部的数量和第二对接部的数量均为两个,第一对接部与第二对接部一一对应,两个第一对接部分别设置在投放容器1后部的两侧,两个第二对接部分别设置在存储容器2前部的两侧。其中,在本发明的描述中,投放容器1朝向存储容器2的一侧为后侧,存储容器2朝向投放容器1的一侧为前侧,投放容器1向本体的前侧被抽拉出本体外,投放容器1向本体的后侧被推回至本体内。在一种可能的实施方式中,如图1至4所示,投放容器1后部的两侧分别设置一个定位销4,存储容器2前部的两侧分别设置一个销孔5,定位销4和销孔5一一对应且插接配合,从而使投放容器1的左右两侧和投放容器1的左右两侧均能够彼此对接配合,进而提高投放容器1和存储容器2的相对稳定性,使投放容器1和存储容器2均能够稳定地移动。
优选地,如图5和6所示,投放容器1上设置有液体出口接头6,存储容器2上设置有液体入口接头7,液体出口接头6和液体入口接头7通过密封圈8密封插接。其中,液体出口接头6可以与投放容器1固定连接或者设置为一体,液体入口接头7可以与存储容器2固定连接或者设置为一体。在一种可能的实施方式中,液体出口接头6的内径大于或等于液体入口接头7的外径,在组装好的状态下,液体入口接头7插入液体出口接头6中。当然,在另外一种可能的实施方式中,液体入口接头7的内径大于或等于液体出口接头6的外径,在组装好的状态下,液体出口接头6插入液体入口接头7中。本领域技术人员可以在实际应 用中灵活地对液体出口接头6的尺寸以及液体入口接头7的尺寸进行设定,只要能够将液体出口接头6与液体入口接头7连接并通过密封圈8能够对液体出口接头6与液体入口接头7进行密封即可。
进一步优选地,密封圈8设置为倒刺结构,以阻止液体出口接头6和液体入口接头7相互分离。如图5和6所示,倒刺结构为斜向设置,具体为向投放容器1朝向存储容器2的一侧(即后侧)倾斜设置,使得液体出口接头6与液体入口接头7能够顺利地完成插接安装但是在插接安装完成之后能够阻止液体出口接头6和液体入口接头7彼此发生相离移动,以提高液体出口接头6与液体入口接头7的连接可靠性。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括本体,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器、存储容器和对接机构,所述投放容器和所述存储容器均与所述本体滑动连接,所述对接机构能够将所述投放容器和所述存储容器彼此接合并使所述投放容器和所述存储容器相对于所述本体整体稳定滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述对接机构包括设置在所述投放容器上的第一对接部以及设置在所述存储容器上的第二对接部,所述第一对接部和所述第二对接部相互配合以使所述投放容器和所述存储容器彼此接合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一对接部为销孔,所述第二对接部为与所述销孔相适配的定位销。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一对接部为定位销,所述第二对接部为与所述定位销相适配的销孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一对接部与所述投放容器固定连接或者设置为一体。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第二对接部与所述存储容器固定连接或者设置为一体。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一对接部的数量和所述第二对接部的数量均为两个,所述第一对接部与所述第二对接部一一对应,两个所述第一对接部分别设置在所述投放容器后部的两侧,两个所述第二对接部分别设置在所述存储容器前部的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放容器上设置有液体出口接头,所述存储容器上设置有液体入口接头,所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头通过密封圈密封插接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈设置为倒刺结构,以阻止所述投放容器和所述存储容器相互分离。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
