Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及一种用于在终端壳体的壁与密封式压缩机外壳之间密封的密封环。
背景技术
压缩机是已知的并典型地包括在密封的外壳内驱动压缩机泵单元的马达。外壳通常是密封的,因为致冷剂在外壳内循环以便冷却马达。即使外壳是密封的,电连接部分仍需延伸进入外壳内以向马达供给电力。
穿过外壳的连接部分必须充分地密封,而终端壳体和压缩机外壳的布置使其成为了一项挑战。
发明内容
一种密封式压缩机具有容置在密封的外壳内的电机。电机驱动压缩机泵单元。电连接部分向电机提供电力。终端壳体安装在所述外壳上,并带有用于将电力从外壳外部供给到外壳内的电连接器的终端插头(terminal plug)。环状件位于外壳中的开口处,并允许从终端插头到电连接器的电连接部分的通过。环状件具有定位在壳体壁的、与外壳间隔开的相对侧上的第一表面以及抵靠外壳密封的第二表面。环状件具有内部部分,该内部部分允许从终端插头到外壳内的电连接器中的电连接部分的通过。

具体实施方式
图1示出了包括压缩机泵单元22和电机24的密封式压缩机20。外壳26限定出能防止流体泄漏而密封的内部。致冷剂通常在外壳26内绕电机24流动。必须向电机24供给电力,且电连接器28示出为在外壳26的内部。示出了从终端插头31延伸的终端连接件29,其中终端插头31连接在封装体或壳体42中。
线缆30在壳体42的外部插入到终端插头31的端部中。孔33允许终端插头31离开壳体。盖46示出为在凸耳204和盖46中的孔202处通过螺栓连接到壳体。
环状件32在壳体42和外壳26之间提供流体紧密密封。如图所示,环状件32具有从壳体42的端部向外布置的凸耳44以及抵靠外壳26密封的端部36。
如该图所示,弹簧50示意性地偏压盖46以保持电连接器28和终端连接件29之间的连接。
图2中以俯视图示出了环状件32。如图所示,孔眼103为中空的,且允许电连接部分通过。上部圆周部102抵靠终端插头布置(参见图1),以提供抵靠插头的密封。外部部分104在壳体42外部布置,以提供密封。
下部部分106位于穿过压缩机外壳26的孔眼中。如图2和3所示,下部部分106比外部部分104延伸得更远。外部部分104位于壳体42内部,且下部部分106布置成与压缩机外壳26齐平。
切除部分108围绕用于螺栓的孔109,该螺栓将终端壳体连接到外壳。
如图4中所示,环状件的实施例132具有中空内部孔眼、位于压缩机外壳内的部分116、位于终端箱体内部的部分110以及布置成向上进入终端插头的部分102。槽口112允许螺栓通过。
图5示出一个实施例198,其中孔眼由部分200所密封,但形成有穿过环状件、作为连接销的通道的销孔。
弹簧50被示意性地示出,然而,弹簧的细节在与本申请同日申请的、发明名称为“用于密封式压缩机的终端紧固连接”的、序列号为No.13/178616的共同待审的美国专利申请中更好地公开。线缆在与本申请同日申请的、发明名称为“用于密封式压缩机的终端连接”的、序列号为No.13/178568的共同待审的美国专利申请中更好地公开。
虽然本发明的实施例已经被公开,但是本领域技术人员将认识到,对本发明的某些改变将落入本发明的范围内。为此,需要研究下面的权利要求书,以便确定本发明的真实范围和内容。

Claims (4)

1.一种密封式压缩机,包括:
容置在密封外壳内的电机,所述电机驱动压缩机泵单元;穿过所述外壳用于向所述电机提供电力的电连接部分;从外部安装在所述外壳上的终端壳体,所述终端壳体带有用于将电力从所述外壳的外部供给到所述外壳内的电连接器中的终端插头;以及位于所述外壳内的开口处的环状件,所述环状件允许从所述终端插头到所述电连接器的所述电连接部分的通过,所述环状件具有上部圆周部、外部部分和下部部分,所述上部圆周部呈抵靠所述终端插头的朝向所述外壳的面而密封的弯曲部的形式,所述外部部分位于终端壳体内部并具有定位在所述终端壳体的与所述外壳间隔开的相对侧上的第一表面,所述下部部分在所述压缩机的外壳中的所述开口内齐平地布置并具有抵靠所述外壳密封的第二表面,并且所述环状件具有内部部分,所述内部部分允许从所述终端插头到所述外壳中的所述电连接器内的所述电连接部分的通过。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述环状件具有允许所述电连接部分通过的中央中空通道。
3.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述环状件具有大体为实心的中央部分,所述中央部分带有允许电插销通过以提供所述电连接部分的销孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于,所述环状件具有允许终端连接件通过的中央中空通道,所述终端连接件从所述终端插头延伸,用于与所述电连接器连接。
