背景技术
连锁经营的超市,往往面临一个巨大的挑战—货物管理,超市的商品种类繁多,除了日常配送、冷链外,还会有生鲜、蔬果等非标准货架陈列方式,再加上地域分散,信息不准确、不及时等,连锁超市的货物管理困难重重。
货物管理工作难以开展,将至少导致出现如下问题:
1)超市管理人员很难及时了解到商品状态(如数量、陈列位置、商品临期状态等),从而无法快速进行预算审批、业务审批、领导决策等工作。
2)将造成资产不清、帐实不符等问题。
3)货架陈列情况不清楚,从而无法对货架陈列进行智能化管理。据研究表明,除了产品质量以及企业的营销手段外,货架陈列情况直接影响着产品销量及展示效果。据统计数据显示,一名消费者在一个超市平均会停留15分钟(大卖场除外),在一个产品区域前会停留15秒,其中75%的消费者在5秒之内做出购买决定;40%的人在货架上看不到要买的产品就会转而购买别的产品。
目前,大多数零售行业仍然通过人工整理货物和清点货物的方式,确认货物是否需要补给,这就需要工作人员不停的在货架中穿梭,而且一个人也只能管理少数几个货架,如果超市很大就会需要很多工作人员,才能工作过来,这样就增加了超市的运营成本。在目前的市场上,随着人工成本不断的提高,超市的运营成本也在不断的提高,如何改变这种现象就成了许多超市关注的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供货架商品管理系统,以解决现有技术存在的货架陈列管理效率低、门店 运营成本高的问题。本申请另外提供货架商品管理方法和装置,以及电子设备。
本申请提供一种货架商品管理系统,包括:
服务器,用于获取门店的待调整货架信息,并向门店的第一终端设备下发所述待调整货架信息;以及,接收所述第一终端设备发送的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成请求,根据所述陈列调整完成请求,更新所述目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息;
至少一个所述第一终端设备,部署在门店,用于接收所述服务器下发的所述待调整货架信息,接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令,显示所述目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息,并接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向所述服务器发送所述陈列调整完成请求。

在本申请中,提供了货架商品管理系统(以下简称系统),货架商品管理方法和装置,以及电子设备。为了便于理解本申请的技术方案,下面将首先对门店的货架商品管理业务作简要说明。
由图1可见,门店前场可包括多个商品架位,每个架位可包括多个货架,如图1中显示的IS-11、IS-12、TG-14等等即为货架编码,由IS-01至IS-12、及TG-01、TG-02构成一个架位。
由图2可见,一个架位可对应一个商品品类,一个架位的多个货架可摆放同一品类下的多种商品,如饮品品类对应的架位可摆放啤酒、果汁等多种商品。
由图3可见,一个货架可包括多层,每一层可包括多个陈列位置,如图3中显示的货架第1层包括的陈列位1-4。陈列位置,也称为陈列区域,以下简称陈列位。每个陈列位可摆放多个同一商品,一种商品可占用一个货架的多个陈列位。
一个陈列位摆放的商品总数量称为排面容量(以下简称排面量),商品的排面量可为左右宽度(横向)摆放数量、上下高度(纵向)摆放数量及前后深度(深度)摆放数量的乘积,例如,假设图3中第1层陈列位1摆放AA啤酒,横向摆放2个、纵向摆放1个及深度摆放12个,那么该商品的排面量为2*1*12=24个。
本申请提供的技术方案,其发明构思为:系统包括服务器和部署在门店的多个第一终端设备,通过服务器获取门店的待调整货架信息,并向第一终端设备下发待调整货架信息;第一终端设备获取到待调整货架信息后,接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令,显示目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息,并接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向服务器发送陈列调整完成请求;服务器根据陈列调整完成请求,更新目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息。由于门店货架管理人员能够通过第一终端设备执行服务器下发的货架商品陈列管理任务;因此,可以有效提升货架管理作业效率,节约人工成本,降低整体运营成本,同时达成货架商品陈列的数字化能力。
第一实施例
请参考图4,其为本申请的货架商品管理系统的结构图。所述系统包括:服务器1和部署在门店的多个第一终端设备2。
如图5所示,服务器1可用于获取多个门店的待调整货架信息,并向各个门店的第一终端设备2下发相应门店的待调整货架信息。
对于一个连锁店而言,多个门店可共用服务器1,服务器1可仅向各个门店的第一终端设备2下发该门店的待调整货架信息。服务器1可以只包括一台机器,也可以是一个服务器集群。
所述待调整货架信息,包括多个门店的多个待调整货架的货架标识。所述货架标识,可以是库位码或货位编码。
服务器1,可以通过邮件方式下发待调整货架信息,表1示出了邮件中的待调整货架数量。

服务器1,也可以通过任务方式下发待调整货架信息。服务器1,可以定时或实时地向第一终端设备2下发待调整货架对应的陈列调整任务,也可以由第一终端设备2向服务器1发送任务获取请求,以获得陈列调整任务。
陈列调整任务,可以是以一个货架的调整作业为任务单元,也可以是以一个架位的调整作业为任务单元。
服务器1,可根据陈列调整任务分配算法将任务分配给指定负责人,例如将商品补货任务分配给门店后场作业人员等等。任务分配规则,可以是将一个货架的陈列调整任务分配给一个负责人,一个负责人可以负责多个货架的陈列调整任务,任务执行时间可根据实际情况安排。
第一终端设备2,可部署在门店的前场,用于接收服务器1下发的所述待调整货架信息,接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令,显示所述目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息,并接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向所述服务器发送所述陈列调整完成请求。
第一终端设备2接收到所述待调整货架信息后,用户可从待调整货架列表中选取要处理的货架(即目标待调整货架),也可以输入目标待调整货架的货架标识,例如,通过具有射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification)功能的第一终端设备2(RF枪)扫描货架上的库位码,以将库位码输入至第一终端设备2;接下来,用户输入针对该货架的陈列调整处理指令,如点击“执行任务”按钮;接下来,第一终端设备2显示该货架的陈列位调整作业信息,一个货架可包括多个陈列位调整作业;接下来,用户根据显示的陈列位调整作业信息,执行各个调整作业,当全部作业或部分作业完成后,用户可向第一终端设备2输入针对该货架的陈列调整完成指令,第一终端设备2继而向服务器1发送所述陈列调整完成请求。
用户,可以是门店前场作业人员或后场作业人员,可以是收货上架主管、收货上架小儿、所有档口主管、所有档口小儿等等有第一终端设备2使用权限的人。
本申请实施例提供的系统,将陈列位和货架分离设计,以货架为单元形成陈列调整任务,以陈列位为单元形成陈列位调整作业;这种处理方式,可以实现货架商品陈列的精细化管理。
陈列位调整作业,可包括如下类型的作业:补货类型,下架类型,跨货架的移库类型,不跨货架的调整陈列位类型(以下简称调位类型),缩小陈列位排面类型(以下简称缩面类型),扩大陈列位排面(以下简称扩面类型)等等。
一个货架可包括多个陈列位调整作业,例如,货架IS-11包括5个陈列位调整作业,分别为:第1层第2个陈列位的补货作业,第1层第5个陈列位的下架作业,第2层第3个陈列位的调位作业,第3层第4个陈列位的移库作业,第4层第6个陈列位的扩面作业。
如表2所示,其为陈列位调整作业模型。由表2可见,一个陈列调整任务可包括多个作业。

如图6所示,其为一个由多个陈列位子图构成的货架图,第一终端设备2以货架图的形式显示货架。如图7所示,其为第一终端设备1的使用状态界面图,以不同图例形式标识待调整陈列位,例如,以蓝色图标标识陈列位对应的补货作业,以橙色图标标识陈列位对应的调位作业,以绿色图标标识陈列位对应的下架作业等等。用户点击其中任意一个陈列位子图,则显示该陈列位的商品信息,包括商品图片、商品名称等等。采用这种处理方式,使得门店商品货架空间陈列可视化,用户可观看图片形式的货架陈列信息,且对应不同作业类型的陈列位具有不同的图例;因此,可以有效提升用户体验。
用户可以在执行完货架的所有调整作业或部分作业完成后,向第一终端设备2输入针对该货架的陈列调整完成指令。以补货作业为例,允许用户不执行补货作业而直接向第一终端设备2输入陈列调整完成指令的原因包括,门店现场有很多因素可能导致无法执行补货作业,如门店缺货、实际排面量和系统记录的排面量不一致,不符合陈列调整策略和补货调整策略,门店用户可以不处理补货作业。由此可见,本申请实施例的补货作业采用被动式触发执行,根据陈列调整策略和补货调整策略等因素决定是否执行。
门店前场陈列通常需要遵循“一品一位”的规则,陈列调整策略可以包括如下策略:当商品在普通货架上有陈列,在促销货架上也有陈列,系统默认前场货位是普通货架的货位号;当商品在普通货架上未陈列,在促销货架上有陈列,那么将该商品的系统默认货位设置为距离促销货架最近的普通货架的货位号;当商品被陈列在两个或多个普通货架上,那么以该商品所在的主品类存放区的货位号作为系统内的货位号。
补货策略规则包括:对于普通货架陈列商品,当商品排面空出比例高于2/3时,可以触发人工补货作业,否则无需执行补货作业;对于促销货架、地堆货架陈列商品,当排面空出比例高于1/2时,可以触发人工补货作业,否则无需执行补货作业。
再例如,某个陈列位的补货作业需要从后场调货时,前场用户可不处理该作业,而是在处理完该货架的其它作业后,直接向第一终端设备2输入陈列调整完成指令,这种情况下,服务器1可自动将该补货作业下发至门店后场用户的第一终端设备2,由后场用户将库存商品放入容器中送入前场执行补货作业。
服务器1,接收第一终端设备1发送的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成请求,根据陈列调整完成请求,更新目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息。
所述当前陈列方式信息,是指服务器1记录的货架实际陈列方式信息。本申请实施例提供的系统,将陈列位和货架分离设计,服务器1记录的货架陈列方式信息可如表3 所示,其中最新版为目标陈列方式(调整后的陈列方式),当前版为货架实际陈列方式(即当前陈列方式,也称调整前的陈列方式)。

下面对一个待调整货架的确定方式进行说明。待调整货架的确定至少可采用如下几种方式实现:
方式1、服务器1根据货架的目标陈列方式信息和当前陈列方式信息的比较结果,确定待调整货架。
所示目标陈列方式,是指相对于当前陈列方式的调整后陈列方式,可通过陈列版本号区分货架的目标陈列方式和当前陈列方式。
服务器1可获取目标陈列方式信息及当前陈列方式信息,通过对比获取两种陈列方式的差异,根据差异确定待调整货架。
在一个示例中,服务器1通过货架陈列布局生成算法,生成所述目标陈列方式信息。例如,通过分析品类销售额,库存,存消比,畅销滞销商品销售库存,墙面销售额,客单价,连带率等数据,自动生成货架的目标陈列方式。采用这种处理方式,通过系统自动布局货架的陈列方式,由数据驱动零售,使得智能化的陈列布局,辅助做好陈列规划;因此,可以有效降低人力成本、及对人能力的要求。
具体实施时,服务器可根据预设的陈列布局生成周期(如每5分钟等等),通过所述货架陈列布局生成算法,生成所述目标陈列方式信息。
在另一个示例中,第一终端设备2,还用于接收用户输入的针对目标货架的陈列方式调整指令,向服务器1发送针对目标货架的陈列方式调整请求,所述陈列方式调整请求携带所述目标货架的陈列调整方式信息;服务器1接收所述陈列方式调整请求,可根据所述陈列调整方式信息和当前陈列方式信息,确定所述目标陈列方式信息。
在又一个示例中,如图8所示,所述系统还可包括:第二终端设备3,部署在门店的前场或后场,用于确定多个货架的多个待调整陈列位的陈列调整方式信息,向服务器1发送针对多个货架的陈列方式批量调整请求;服务器1,还用于接收所述陈列方式批量调整请求,根据所述陈列调整方式信息,将多个货架作为待调整货架,确定所述多个货 架的目标陈列方式信息。
方式2、第一终端设备2接收用户输入的针对目标货架的陈列方式调整指令,向服务器1发送针对目标货架的陈列方式调整请求,所述陈列方式调整请求携带目标货架的陈列调整方式信息;服务器1,根据所述陈列方式调整请求,将目标货架作为待调整货架,并记录所述陈列调整方式信息。
例如,现场作业人员根据现场勘察结果,判断一个陈列位是否需要补货,如对于普通货架陈列商品,当商品排面空出比例高于2/3时,可以触发人工确定待调整货架;对于促销货架、地堆货架陈列商品,当排面空出比例高于1/2时,可以触发人工确定待调整货架。
所述陈列调整方式信息,可包括多个陈列位调整作业信息,还可包括作业执行顺序信息,如陈列位调整作业信息包括货架A的第1层第2个陈列位需要补货,第1层第5个陈列位需要下架等等,作业执行顺序信息包括先执行下架作业后执行补货作业等等。
下面对人工方式确定待调整货架的原因作简要说明。
原因一、在门店实际运营中,经常出现门店商品实际陈列量与系统记录的陈列量不一致的情况。产生这种问题的原因包括,顾客将商品从货架上拿下后,即没有购买又没有将其放回原位,由此造成了商品在货架上的实际陈列量减少,但系统记录的陈列量又没有发生变化,进而导致系统根据不准确的货架陈列信息无法自动确定有效的待调整货架。例如,顾客将商品从货架上拿下后,导致商品排面实际空出比例高于2/3,但系统根据不准确的数据确定空出比例并未高于2/3,因此没有自动确定待调整货架。在这种情况下,当现场作业人员勘察到这种情况时,由人工将货架确定为待调整货架。
原因二、系统周期性陈列任务还没推送下来,门店作业人员可能需要提前执行某个货架的陈列调整,这个时候也需要人工触发确定待调整货架。
采用方式2,通过人工方式确定待调整货架,使得用户根据门店现场勘察结果确定待调整货架,既可避免系统自动布局不符合货架真实陈列情况的问题,又可避免系统自动布局不及时的问题(如每5分钟才生成一次自动布局);因此,可以有效提高待调整货架确定的准确度和效率。
第一终端设备1,还用于在接收用户输入的针对目标货架的陈列方式调整指令之前,显示由陈列位子图构成的货架图,接收用户输入的针对目标陈列位对应的陈列位子图的显示指令,显示所述目标陈列位的当前陈列方式信息。采用这种处理方式,使得门店商品货架空间陈列可视化,用户可观看图片形式的货架陈列信息;因此,可以有效提升用 户体验。
方式3、所示系统还可包括:第二终端设备3,部署在门店的前场或后场,用于确定多个货架的多个待调整陈列位的陈列调整方式信息,向服务器1发送针对多个货架的陈列方式批量调整请求;服务器1,还用于接收所述陈列方式批量调整请求,根据所述陈列调整方式信息,将多个货架作为待调整货架,并记录多个货架的陈列调整方式信息。
同样的,所述多个货架的陈列调整方式信息也可包括多个陈列位调整作业信息及作业执行顺序信息。
采用方式3,通过人工批量设置待调整货架,避免向服务器多次提交针对单个货架的陈列方式批量调整请求;因此,可以有效提升多个待调整货架的设置效率,节约网络资源。
以上对一个待调整货架的确定方式进行说明,下面对一个货架包括的陈列位调整作业的生成方式进行说明。陈列位调整作业的生成至少可采用如下两种方式实现:
方式1、服务器1在接收到第一终端设备2发送的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理请求时,通过对比目标待调整货架的目标陈列方式信息和当前陈列方式信息,根据二者差异生成目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业。
以自动生成移库作业为例,当系统自动生成补货作业时,若发现排面量不够,就会同时生成移库作业,以使得排面量能够满足补货要求。具体实施时,可以先判断通过当前货架调位的方式是否能满足补货要求,如果当前货架调位不能满足,则要将商品移动到其他货架,跨货架移库的情况可首先生成原陈列位的下架任务,再生成其它货架陈列位的补货任务。
采用方式1,使得系统自动生成陈列位调整作业;因此,可以有效降低人力成本、及对人能力的要求。
方式2、第一终端设备2在执行一个陈列位调整作业时,接收用户输入的针对当前调整货架的目标陈列位的陈列方式调整指令,向服务器1发送陈列方式调整请求;服务器1接收所述陈列方式调整请求,根据陈列调整方式信息,生成所述当前调整货架的所述陈列位调整作业。
如图7所示,在一个示例中,用户在处理移库作业后,可点击右下角的“生成补货作业“按钮以触发生成补货作业,在补货作业对应的窗口中输入补货作业信息,如补货量、前场补货或后场补货等等。
人工触发生成补货作业,至少可采用如下方式确定商品补货数量:1)所述陈列调整 方式信息包括补货作业对应的陈列位标识,还可包括该陈列位的实际商品陈列量;服务器1根据该陈列位的排面量和系统记录的当前陈列商品数,或根据排面量和第一终端设备提交的实际商品陈列量,确定补货数量;2)所述陈列调整方式信息包括补货作业对应的陈列位标识和指定补货量;服务器1根据指定补货量,确定补货数量。
在另一个示例中,现场作业人员发现货架陈列的部分商品已过期,则人工触发生成下架作业。用户向第一终端设备输入针对目标陈列位的“商品下架”指令,该指令可包括用户指定的下架数量。如图9所示,其为第一终端设备1的使用状态界面图。
在又一个示例中,现场作业人员发现某个陈列位的商品需要调整位置,则人工触发生成调位作业。具体实施时,人工触发生成调位作业可包括如下步骤:1)用户向第一终端设备2输入针对目标陈列位的“生成调位作业”指令,该指令可包括用户指定的原陈列位标识和目标陈列位标识;2)第一终端设备2向用户提供针对原陈列位的生成补货作业的操作方式,用户输入“生成补货作业”的指令,该指令可包括用户指定的补入商品及其数量;3)第一终端设备2向服务器1发送陈列方式调整请求。
采用方式2,使得作业人员在执行系统下发的陈列位调整作业时,也可以由人工触发生成陈列位调整作业。
在一个示例中,第一终端设备1可在执行所述至少一个陈列位调整作业时,接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的目标陈列位的陈列调整完成指令;以及,向服务器1发送包括所述目标陈列位的陈列调整信息的陈列调整完成请求。采用这种处理方式,使得作业人员在执行系统下发的陈列位调整作业时,也可以由人工触发生成陈列位调整作业并执行新生成的作业。
在另一个示例中,第一终端设备2还用于接收用户输入的针对目标货架的陈列调整完成指令,向服务器1发送针对所述目标货架的陈列调整完成请求;服务器1,还用于接收所述目标货架的陈列调整完成请求,根据所述目标货架的陈列调整完成请求携带的陈列调整信息,更新所述货架的当前陈列方式信息。采用这种处理方式,使得作业人员根据现场勘察结果,直接调整货架陈列,并通过终端向服务器发送货架陈列调整后信息。
在又一个示例中,第二终端设备3,还用于接收用户输入的针对多个目标货架的陈列调整完成指令,向服务器1发送针对所述多个目标货架的批量陈列调整完成请求;服务器1,还用于接收所述第二终端设备3发送的所述批量陈列调整完成请求,根据所述批量陈列调整完成请求携带的陈列调整信息,更新所述多个目标货架的当前陈列方式信息。采用这种处理方式,使得人工批量更新货架陈列调整后信息。
接下来,对一个货架包括的多个陈列位调整作业的执行方式进行说明。一个货架包括的多个陈列位调整作业的执行至少可采用如下两种方式实现:
方式1、终端设备1以不同图例形式标识待调整陈列位,用户任意选取一个陈列位对应的调整作业进行处理。
方式2、第一终端设备1,可以是以一个货架的多个陈列位调整作业的预设执行顺序,依次向用户推送所述陈列位调整作业,若接收到用户输入的针对推送的陈列位调整作业的作业执行指令,则显示所述陈列位调整作业。
所述预设执行顺序,包括但不限于以下顺序:执行完成所述目标待调整货架的全部移库类型的陈列位调整作业后再执行补货类型的陈列位调整作业或下架类型的陈列位调整作业。
如图10所示,其为第一终端设备1的用户在处理移库作业过程中的界面变化图。在一个示例中,用户点击图10中的b的“移库”按钮后,第一终端设备1将用户界面切换至图10中的c;图10中的c显示移库作业的详情,用户可在该窗口中输入实际移出的商品数量,然后点击“确认移库”,以触发向服务器发送陈列调整完成请求,若检测到该货架的移库作业全部被处理完成,则第一终端设备1将用户界面切换至图10中的d;图10中的d显示了第一终端设备1向用户弹出的操作选项窗口,该窗口包括用户提示信息及两个按钮“不,直接去下图”和“是,领取”,若现场具备执行补货作业的条件,则用户可点击“是,领取”按钮以触发执行补货作业,若不具备执行补货作业的条件,则用户可点击“不,直接去下图”按钮以触发执行下架作业。
采用这种处理方式,使得作业人员可根据实际情况,决定继续执行的下一个陈列位调整作业,例如,用户在“移库作业”完成后,可人工决定是执行“下图作业”,还是执行“补货作业”,由此可将货品更换流程自动串联起来;因此,可以有效提升作业处理效率。
本申请实施例提供的系统,经实验证明,使得货架缺货率从12%下降到6%;有库存陈列商品,在前场指定货架有商品陈列从最初的75%提升到90%以上;目标单货架调整工时调整从5小时降至1小时;单店平均每节货架POS销售从1500+到2000+,上涨幅度14%。
从上述实施例可见,本申请实施例提供的系统,通过服务器获取门店的待调整货架信息,并向第一终端设备下发待调整货架信息;第一终端设备获取到待调整货架信息后,接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令,显示目标待调整货架的至少 一个陈列位调整作业信息,并接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向服务器发送陈列调整完成请求;服务器根据陈列调整完成请求,更新目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息;这种处理方式,使得门店货架管理人员通过第一终端设备执行服务器下发的货架商品陈列管理任务;因此,可以有效提升货架管理作业效率,节约人工成本,降低门店运营成本,同时达成货架商品陈列的数字化能力。
第二实施例
与上述的货架商品管理系统相对应,本申请还提供一种货架商品管理方法,该方法的执行主体为货架商品管理装置,该装置通常部署于服务器,但并不局限于服务器,也可以是能够实现所述货架商品管理方法的任何设备。
请参考图11,其为本申请提供的一种货架商品管理方法实施例的流程图,本实施例与第一实施例内容相同的部分不再赘述,请参见实施例一中的相应部分。本申请提供的一种货架商品管理方法包括:

    至少一个所述第一终端设备,部署在门店,用于接收所述服务器下发的所述待调整货架信息,接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令,显示所述目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息,并接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向所述服务器发送所述陈列调整完成请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器,具体用于根据所述货架的目标陈列方式信息和当前陈列方式信息的比较结果,确定所述待调整货架。

    第二终端设备,部署在所述门店,用于确定多个目标货架的多个待调整陈列位的陈列调整方式信息,向所述服务器发送针对所述多个目标货架的陈列方式批量调整请求;
    所述服务器,还用于接收所述陈列方式批量调整请求,根据所述陈列调整方式信息,将所述多个目标货架作为待调整货架。

    确定多个目标货架的多个待调整陈列位的陈列调整方式信息;
    向服务器发送针对所述多个目标货架的陈列方式批量调整请求。
  43. 一种货架陈列管理装置,其特征在于,
    待调整货架信息获取单元,用于获取门店的待调整货架信息;
    待调整货架信息下发单元,用于向第一终端设备下发所述待调整货架信息;
    请求接收单元,用于接收所述第一终端设备发送的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成请求;
    陈列信息更新单元,用于根据所述陈列调整完成请求,更新所述目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息。
  44. 一种货架陈列管理装置,其特征在于,
    待调整货架信息接收单元,用于接收服务器下发的待调整货架信息;
    指令接收单元,用于接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令;
    作业显示单元,用于根据所述陈列调整处理指令,显示所述目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息;
    请求发送单元,用于接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向所述服务器发送所述陈列调整完成请求。
  45. 一种货架陈列管理装置,其特征在于,
    指令接收单元,用于接收用户输入的针对多个目标货架的陈列调整完成指令;
    请求发送单元,用于向服务器发送针对所述多个目标货架的批量陈列调整完成请求,所述批量陈列调整完成请求携带所述多个目标货架的陈列调整信息。
  46. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,用于存储实现货架陈列管理方法的程序,该设备通电并通过所述处理器运行该货架陈列管理方法的程序后,执行下述步骤:获取门店的待调整货架信息;向第一终端设备下发所述待调整货架信息;接收所述第一终端设备发送的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成请求;根据所述陈列调整完成请求,更新所述目标待调整货架的当前陈列方式信息。
  47. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,用于存储实现货架陈列管理方法的程序,该设备通电并通过所述处理器运行该货架陈列管理方法的程序后,执行下述步骤:接收服务器下发的待调整货架信息;接收用户输入的针对目标待调整货架的陈列调整处理指令;根据所述陈列调整处理指令,显示所述目标待调整货架的至少一个陈列位调整作业信息;接收用户输入的针对所述目标待调整货架的陈列调整完成指令,向所述服务器发送所述陈列调整完成请求。
  48. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,用于存储实现货架陈列管理方法的程序,该设备通电并通过所述处理器运行该货架陈列管理方法的程序后,执行下述步骤:接收用户输入的针对多个目标货架的陈列调整完成指令;向服务器发送针对所述多个目标货架的批量陈列调整完成请求,所述 批量陈列调整完成请求携带所述多个目标货架的陈列调整信息。
