本申请要求于2018年4月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810361501.0、发明名称为“搁架组件和无人零售终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及置物设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种搁架组件和无人零售终端。
背景技术
目前,很多智能冰箱、酒柜、无人零售柜中都安装摄像头,一般可以将摄像头安装在箱体内部两侧、顶部位置或者搁板底部进行拍摄,但是由于搁架是平的,而摄像头若想要拍到整层搁架上的全部物品还是有一定的难度。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的一方面在于提出了一种搁架组件。
本发明的另一方面在于提出了一种无人零售终端。
有鉴于此,本发明第一方面提出了一种搁架组件,包括:支撑架,支撑架包括托梁;至少两个搁架,设置在托梁上;其中,在同一水平方向上,至少两个搁架中的任一搁架的端部均凸出于位于任一搁架上方的搁架的端部。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,搁架组件还包括:卡槽,设置在托梁上,卡槽的数量为多个;连接部,设置在搁架的两侧,连接部卡设在卡槽内,将搁架安装到托梁上。

在该技术方案中,搁架组件还包括设置在托梁上的滑道,滑道设置在卡槽内,连接部能够在滑道内滑动,以便于调整搁架的位置。进一步地,滑道沿前后方向设置,连接部在滑道内沿前后方向滑动,进而使得下层搁架相对于上层搁架凸出部分的大小得以调整,以适应搁架上放置的不同物品的大小。具体地,通过将连接部在滑道内滑动,能够使下层的搁架完全凸出于上层搁架。当然,滑道也能够沿托梁延伸方向设置,以使搁架能够在托梁上滑动,进而通过调整搁架在托梁上的位置,以满足不同高度物品的放置要求。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,搁架包括:第一搁架体,设置在托梁上;第二搁架体,与第一搁架体相连接;其中,第二搁架体可滑动地设置在第一搁架体上;或能够折叠于第一搁架体的下方。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,搁架组件还包括:第一挡板,设置在搁架的端部或搁架的周向边缘。
在该技术方案中,搁架组件还包括第一档板,第一档板设置在搁架的端部,以防止搁架上的物品掉落,进一步地,第一挡板设置在搁架的周向边缘,进而更全面的保证搁架上放置的物品的稳固性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,搁架组件还包括:至少一个第二挡板,设置在搁架的承托面上。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,搁架组件还包括:限位槽,设置在搁架的承托面上。
在该技术方案中,搁架组件还包括设置在承托面上的限位槽,用于放置物品,进一步地,限位槽的形状与其上放置的物品的外形相适配,当存放饮品时,可以将饮品放倒摆设,将限位槽设置成与饮品的外包装相同的形状,进而避免饮品来回滚动。具体地,限位槽可以为圆形凹槽或方形凹槽等。
根据本发明的第二方面,还提出了一种无人零售终端,包括:箱体,箱体为具有开口的腔体结构;以及如上述任一技术方案所述的搁架组件,搁架组件设置在腔体结构内。
本发明第二方面的提供的无人零售终端,因包括上述任一技术方案所述的搁架组件,因此具有所述搁架组件的全部有益效果。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:摄像头,设置在腔体结构的顶部。
在该技术方案中,无人零售终端还包括摄像头,摄像头设置在腔体结构的顶部,能够拍摄到搁架上的物品的状态,该状态包括图片或动态的视频。进一步地,摄像头采用广角摄像头或鱼眼摄像头,视角范围大,可拍摄整层搁架的范围,拍摄的图像用于发送到云端进行图像识别,从而识别被取出的物品信息;同时拍摄的视频能够发送到云端,当系统发生异常时,供工作人员参考分析,尤其当箱体为无人零售柜时,用于分析用户购物期间的行为。当然,摄像头也能够安装在腔体结构的两侧。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:至少一个隔板,设置在腔体结构内,将腔体结构分隔成至少两个容纳腔,每个容纳腔的顶部均设置有摄像头;搁架组件设置在每个容纳腔内。

在该技术方案中,无人零售终端还包括控制器,用于控制无人零售终端工作,其中,控制器包括主控板、电源模块、图像处理模块、照明模块、开关模块、通信模块、报警模块和负载控制模块,电源模块与主控板相连接,用于给无人零售终端供电,图像处理模块与主控板和摄像头相连接,以接收和处理摄像头采集到的图像,照明模块控制箱体内的亮度,开关模块控制门体的开启和锁定,通信模块用于各模块之间的通信,报警模块用于在发现异常时向用户发出提示信息,同时发送视频和/或图片给工作人员,负载控制模块用于无人零售终端的基本负载的控制。
具体地,无人零售终端可以为冰箱、酒柜、零售柜、无人售货机等设备,摄像头与主控板相连接,用于拍摄搁架上的物品的图片和视频,并发送至云端服务系统,图像处理模块进行图像的识别,从而获取用户取出物品的种类和数量,以在云端生成物品清单;当无人零售终端为无人售货机时,云端可以根据取出物品的信息,进行自动结账扣款。其中,摄像头的设置能够用于对用户在选购过程中的监控,对用户选购的过程进行记录,以在发生用户破坏行为或其他不良行为时,将不良购物图像或视频发送至工作人员。

在该实施例中,搁架组件1还包括设置在第一挡板14上的滑槽,第二挡板16能够在滑槽内滑动。进一步地,第二挡板16能够沿上下方向在滑槽内滑动,以便于将第二挡板16通过滑动的方式拆卸或安装在搁架12上,或者第二挡板16能够沿搁架12的一侧至另一侧的方向滑动,也即沿左右方向滑动,以调节第二挡板16将搁架12的承托部分隔出的单独的储物空间的大小,进而适应放置在搁架12上的不同物品的大小,提高了搁架12的通用性。
具体地,第一挡板14和第二挡板16可以由塑料、钢丝或木材中的任一种制成。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,搁架组件1还包括:限位槽18,设置在搁架12的承托面上。
如图2所示,在该实施例中,搁架组件1还包括设置在承托面上的限 位槽18,用于放置物品,进一步地,限位槽18的形状与其上放置的物品的外形相适配,当存放饮品时,可以将饮品放倒摆设,将限位槽18设置成与饮品的外包装相同的形状,进而避免饮品来回滚动。具体地,限位槽18可以为圆形凹槽或方形凹槽等。
根据本发明的第二方面,还提出了一种无人零售终端,包括:箱体2,箱体2为具有开口的腔体结构;以及如上述任一实施例所述的搁架组件1,搁架组件1设置在腔体结构内。
如图3所示,本发明第二方面的提供的无人零售终端100括上述任一实施例所述的搁架组件1,因此具有所述搁架组件1的全部有益效果。
在上述实施例中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:摄像头3,设置在腔体结构的顶部。
如图3所示,在该实施例中,无人零售终端还包括摄像头3,摄像头3设置在腔体结构的顶部,能够拍摄到搁架12上的物品的状态,该状态包括图片或动态的视频。进一步地,摄像头3采用广角摄像头3或鱼眼摄像头3,视角范围大,可拍摄整层搁架12的范围,拍摄的图像用于发送到云端进行图像识别,从而识别被取出的物品信息;同时拍摄的视频能够发送到云端,当系统发生异常时,供工作人员参考分析,尤其当箱体2为无人零售柜时,用于分析用户购物期间的行为。当然,摄像头3也能够安装在腔体结构的两侧。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:至少一个隔板4,设置在腔体结构内,将腔体结构分隔成至少两个容纳腔,每个容纳腔的顶部均设置有摄像头3;搁架组件1设置在每个容纳腔内。
如图3所示,在该实施例中,无人零售终端还包括至少一个隔板4,以将腔体结构分隔成至少两个容纳腔,搁架组件1的数量为多个,具体地,搁架组件1的数量与被隔板4分隔成的容纳腔的数量相同,其中,每个容纳腔的顶部均设置有摄像头3,以便于通过摄像头3对每个容纳腔内的搁架组件1上的物品进行查看。
具体地,隔板4可以由塑料、钢丝或木材中的任一种制成。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:发光件5,设 置在每个容纳腔的顶部和/或容纳腔的侧壁上。
如图3所示,在该实施例中,无人零售终端还包括发光件5,发光件5设置在容纳腔的顶部和/或容纳腔的侧壁上,一方面能够对箱体2内的搁架组件1进行照明,以便用户选购搁架组件1上的物品;另一方面还能够用于对摄像头3工作时进行补光,以使摄像头3拍摄的画面更加清楚。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:门体6,能够开合地设置在开口处;把手,设置在门体6上,用于开启或关闭门体6;门锁7,设置在门体6和箱体2上,用于锁定门体6。
如图3所示,在该实施例中,无人零售终端还包括门体6、把手和门锁7,门体6能够开合的设置在开口处,用于打开或关闭箱体2,把手设置在门体6上,便于打开或关闭门体6,门锁7设置在门体6和箱体2上,用于锁定门体6。
进一步地,门体6可以为透明的、半透明的或不透明的。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,无人零售终端还包括:控制器,用于控制无人零售终端工作;控制器包括:主控板;电源模块,与主控板相连接,用于给无人零售终端供电;图像处理模块,与主控板和摄像头3相连接,用于接收和处理采集到的图像;照明模块,与主控板和发光件5相连接,用于控制箱体2内的亮度;开关模块,与主控板和门锁7相连接,用于控制门体6的开启和锁定;通信模块,与主控板相连接,用于各模块之间的通信;报警模块,与主控板相连接,用于发出报警提示;负载控制模块,与主控板相连接,用于无人零售终端的基本负载控制。
如图4所示,在该实施例中,无人零售终端还包括控制器,用于控制无人零售终端工作,其中,控制器包括主控板、电源模块、图像处理模块、照明模块、开关模块、通信模块、报警模块和负载控制模块,电源模块与主控板相连接,用于给无人零售终端供电,图像处理模块与主控板和摄像头3相连接,以接收和处理摄像头3采集到的图像,照明模块控制箱体2内的亮度,开关模块控制门体6的开启和锁定,通信模块用于各模块之间的通信,报警模块用于在发现异常时向用户发出提示信息,同时发送视频和/或图片给工作人员,负载控制模块用于无人零售终端的基本负载的控 制。
具体地,无人零售终端100可以为冰箱、酒柜、零售柜、无人售货机等设备,摄像头3与主控板相连接,用于拍摄搁架12上的物品的图片和视频,并发送至云端服务系统,图像处理模块进行图像的识别,从而获取用户取出物品的种类和数量,以在云端生成物品清单;当无人零售终端100为售货机,可以根据取出物品的信息,进行自动结账扣款。其中,摄像头3的设置能够用于对用户在选购过程中的监控,对用户选购的过程进行记录,以在发生用户破坏行为或其他不良行为时,将不良购物图像或视频发送至工作人员。
在本发明中,术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种搁架组件,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架包括托梁;
    至少两个搁架,设置在所述托梁上;
    其中,在同一水平方向上,所述至少两个搁架中的任一搁架的端部均凸出于位于所述任一搁架上方的所述搁架的端部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,
    所述托梁与水平线形成有第一夹角;
    所述搁架的承托面与所述托梁的中心线形成有第二夹角;
    其中,所述第一夹角大于所述第二夹角;或
    所述第一夹角小于所述第二夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    卡槽,设置在所述托梁上,所述卡槽的数量为多个;
    连接部,设置在所述搁架的两侧,所述连接部卡设在所述卡槽内,将所述搁架安装到所述托梁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    滑道,设置在所述托梁上,所述卡槽与所述滑道相连接;
    其中,所述连接部能够在所述滑道内滑动,以调整所述搁架的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,所述搁架包括:
    第一搁架体,设置在所述托梁上;
    第二搁架体,与所述第一搁架体相连接;
    其中,所述第二搁架体可滑动地设置在所述第一搁架体上;或能够折叠于所述第一搁架体的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:第一挡板,设置在所述搁架的所述端部或所述搁架的周向边缘。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个第二挡板,设置在所述搁架的承托面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    安装槽,设置在所述承托面上,所述第二挡板插设在所述安装槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:
    滑槽,设置在所述第一挡板上,所述第二挡板可在所述滑槽内滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的搁架组件,其特征在于,还包括:限位槽,设置在所述搁架的承托面上。
  11. 一种无人零售终端,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体为具有开口的腔体结构;以及
    如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的搁架组件,所述搁架组件设置在所述腔体结构内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的无人零售终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    摄像头,设置在所述腔体结构的顶部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的无人零售终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个隔板,设置在所述腔体结构内,将所述腔体结构分隔成至少两个容纳腔,每个所述容纳腔的顶部均设置有所述摄像头;
    所述搁架组件设置在每个所述容纳腔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的无人零售终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    发光件,设置在每个所述容纳腔的顶部和/或所述容纳腔的侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的无人零售终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    门体,能够开合地设置在所述开口处;
    把手,设置在所述门体上,用于开启或关闭所述门体;
    门锁,设置在所述门体和所述箱体上,用于锁定所述门体。
  16. 根据权利要求15述的无人零售终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    控制器,用于控制所述无人零售终端工作;
    所述控制器包括:
    主控板;
    电源模块,与所述主控板相连接,用于给所述无人零售终端供电;
    图像处理模块,与所述主控板和所述摄像头相连接,用于接收和处理采集到的图像;
    照明模块,与所述主控板和所述发光件相连接,用于控制所述箱体内 的亮度;
    开关模块,与所述主控板和所述门锁相连接,用于控制所述门体的开启和锁定;
    通信模块,与所述主控板相连接,用于各模块之间的通信;
    报警模块,与所述主控板相连接,用于发出报警提示;
    负载控制模块,与所述主控板相连接,用于所述无人零售终端的基本负载控制。
