Description

利于下料的物料干混装置 技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,特别涉及一种利于下料的物料干混装置。
背景技术
高分子材料制备行业常用干混机对物料进行混合,使得不同种类的物料可均匀分散;现有技术中,一般在干混机底部设置下料口,物料搅拌均匀后,打开干混机底部的下料口进行下料;固体颗粒下料时,物料容易堵住下料口,需要借助外力,费时费力。
中国专利201620536845.7公开了一种干混机,包括搅拌锅和设置于所述搅拌锅内部的搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌锅的底部开设有开口,所述开口处利用封板进行密封;所述封板上开设有至少一个用于下料的开孔,每个所述开孔的正下方利用下料阀体与所述搅拌锅固定,对所述开孔形成密封式包围,所述下料阀体内相对滑动式的安装有插板,所述插板沿滑动方向上的长度不小于所述下料阀体沿所述滑动方向上的长度;利用上述干混机,清洁时可将所述插板拉至出口端并悬挂在出口处,或者取出插板,因此能够便于干混机更换品种时的清洁工作,节省清场时间,提高生产效率;但固体颗粒下料时,物料容易堵住下料口,需要借助外力,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种利于下料的物料干混装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
利于下料的物料干混装置,包括混合室体,以及设置在混合室体内部的筛板、混合桨、下料部;
所述混合室体顶部有加料口,底部左右两端有两个相对设置的下料口;
所述筛板固定在混合室体内壁上,位于混合室体中上部,所述筛板底部设置振动电机;
所述混合桨设置于筛板下方,靠近混合室体底部;
所述下料部设置于混合桨下方,包括下料板、支撑杆、推拉杆,
所述下料板的形状与混合室体水平方向的横截面的形状相同,所述下料板包括左右对称的左下料板和右下料板,左下料板和右下料板通过铰链相连,使得左下料板和右下料板可下活动;
所述推拉杆的上端与下料板的中心相连,下端穿过混合室体底壁,伸入混合室体外;
所述支撑杆至少有两组,分别设置在左下料板和右下料板的正下方的底壁上,支撑杆上有螺纹,底端设置螺栓。
物料干混装置工作时,物料从加料口加入混合室体,落在筛板上,在振动电机的作用下振动下,实现预混合,同时也将较大的物料留在筛板上,避免物料体积大小不一致导致难以混合均匀的问题,体积均一的物料从筛板落在下料板上,此时支撑杆通过螺纹向上拧入混合室体内部,并用底端螺栓固定,推拉杆的推入高度与支撑杆在混合室体的高度相同,在该状态下,物料稳定在下料板上,通过混合桨进行混 合,混合均匀后,将支撑杆通过螺纹向下拧出,推拉杆在外力作用下,仍然保持原位置,此时,左下料板和右下料板绕对称轴向下转动,物料沿倾斜向下的左、右下料板分别从左、右下料口出料;为了获得更好的效果,还可以将推拉杆向上推动,以增大下料板的倾斜角度和下料口的开口面积。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述加料口上设置密封盖,避免在混合过程中产生的灰尘进入空气中。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述支撑杆上部设置限位环,避免支撑杆通过螺纹向下拧出时完全拧出。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述推拉杆下端与液压系统相连,通过液压系统控制推拉杆的推动或拉回。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述混合室体设置可视窗,便于直观了解混合室体的混合情况。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述可视窗上设置刻度线,便于更好的了解使混合室体内物料的加入量。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下,
本发明的物料干混装置通过设置下料部,使得物料混合均匀后,将支撑杆通过螺纹向下拧出,推拉杆仍然保持原位置,左下料板和右下料板绕对称轴向下转动,物料沿倾斜向下的左、右下料板分别从左、右下料口顺利出料,不会因物料过多堵塞出料口;同时可以将推拉杆向上推动,以增大下料板的倾斜角度和下料口的开口面积,更加有利于下料。

所述混合室体1顶部有加料口11,底部左右两端有两个相对设置的下料口12;
所述筛板2固定在混合室体1内壁上,位于混合室体1中上部,所述筛板2底部设置振动电机21;
所述混合桨3设置于筛板2下方,靠近混合室体1底部;
所述下料部设置于混合桨3下方,包括下料板41、支撑杆42、推拉杆43,
所述下料板41的形状与混合室体1水平方向的横截面的形状相同,所述下料板41包括左右对称的左下料板和右下料板,左下料板和右下料板通过铰链44相连,使得左下料板和右下料板可下活动;
所述推拉杆43的上端与下料板41的中心相连,下端穿过混合室体1底壁,伸入混合室体1外;
