从上述描述可知,本实用新型的有益效果在于:用户通过转动第一、二旋转件即可让卷发组件进行变形,从而使得卷发器能够将头发卷出不同直径,用户无需购买多个卷发组件,节约了用户购置成本;而且,当第一、二旋转件转动幅度不同时,多个发热铝板可以呈锥形,此时用户调整头发在卷发组件上的位置即可调整卷后头发波浪的大小,用户操作极为简便,有利于增强用户体验。
进一步的,所述限位轨道8呈椭圆形,椭圆形的限位轨道8的中心位于所述第一旋转件2的旋转中心轴上。
进一步的,所述发热铝板6的数量为两个,两个所述滑动槽71位于同一直线上。
由上述描述可知,两个发热铝板能够实现同步开合,即,当用户以相同的方向、相同的速度同时旋转第一、二旋转件时,多个发热铝板可以实现同幅度开合。
进一步的,所述限位轨道8呈多边形,多边形的限位轨道8的中心位于所述第一旋转件2的旋转中心轴上。
进一步的,所述发热铝板6的数量与所述多边形的边的数目一致。
进一步的,所述多边形为正多边形,且多个所述滑动槽71绕所述安装盘7的中心均布设置。
进一步的,所述限位轨道8包括至少两个两端封闭的呈弧形的限位槽,至少两个的所述限位槽以第一旋转件2的旋转中心为中心呈漩涡状设置。
进一步的,第一固定座4包括限位板41,限位板41靠近所述支架1的一侧设有第一轴部42,所述第一旋转件2可转动套设在所述第一轴部42上,第一旋转件2和限位板41之间设有密封圈12。
由上述描述可知,第一轴部的作用是为第一旋转件提供一个转轴部。
进一步的,所述第一固定座4为通嘴,第二固定座5为驳通,所述卷发组件通过所述驳通与所述手柄相连。
由上述描述可知,通嘴可采用耐热防烫的塑胶制成。
进一步的,所述第一旋转件2和第二旋转件3上分别设有刻度标识9。
由上述描述可知,设置刻度标识方便用户查看第一、二旋转件的转动幅度,从而让用户确定卷发组件的状态(呈圆柱形还是呈圆锥形)。
实施例一
请参照图1至图6,本实用新型的实施例一为:一种卷发器,包括卷发组件和手柄(图未示),卷发组件与手柄相连,卷发组件包括支架1、第一旋转件2、第二旋转件3、第一固定座4、第二固定座5和至少两个弧形的发热铝板6;
支架1的两端分别设有安装盘7,所述安装盘7上具有沿安装盘7径向向外延伸的滑动槽71,所述发热铝板6的两端分别设有限位轴61,所述限位轴61位于所述滑动槽71中并沿所述安装盘7的径向可滑动设置,安装盘7上滑动槽71的数量与所述发热铝板6的数量一致;
第一固定座4和第二固定座5分别位于所述支架1的两端且与所述支架1固定连接;
所述第一旋转件2可转动套设在所述第一固定座4上;所述第二旋转件3可转动套设在所述第二固定座5上;
所述第一旋转件2上和第二旋转件3上分别设有限位轨道8,发热铝板6一端的限位轴61的一部分位于第一旋转件2的限位轨道8内,发热铝板6的另一端的限位轴61的一部分位于第二旋转件3的限位轨道8内。
本实施例中,所述限位轨道8呈椭圆形,椭圆形的限位轨道8的中心位于所述第一旋转件2的旋转中心轴上。
所述发热铝板6的数量为两个,为让两个发热铝板6能够同步开合,安装盘7上的两个所述滑动槽71位于同一直线上。
第一固定座4包括限位板41,限位板41靠近所述支架1的一侧设有第一轴部42,所述第一旋转件2可转动套设在所述第一轴部42上,第一旋转件2和限位板41之间设有密封圈12。同理,第二固定座5也可以如此设置。另外,应当理解的,第一固定座4在本实施例中既起到限制第一旋转件2的作用又起到为第一旋转件2提供安装位置的作用,在其他实施例中,可以将上述两个作用拆分开来,即第一固定座4只起到限制第一旋转件2的作用而不起为第一旋转件2提供安装位置的作用(即第一固定座不具有第一轴部42),此时,为第一旋转件2提供安装位置的功能可以由连接第一固定座4和支架1的连接件提供。
进一步的,所述第一固定座4为通嘴,第二固定座5为驳通,所述卷发组件通过所述驳通与所述手柄相连。
所述第一旋转件2和第二旋转件3上分别设有刻度标识9,刻度标识9包括但不限于刻度线、刻度数字等。
为防止发热铝板6绕限位轴61发生非预期转动,本实施例中,发热铝板6上设有导向件10,支架1上设有与所述导向件10相适配的导向槽11,所述导向件10在所述导向槽11内的滑动方向与滑动槽71的长度方向一致。
实施例二
请参照图7至图9,本实用新型的实施例二是在实施例一的基础上对卷发组件做出的进一步改进,与实施例二的不同之处在于:所述限位轨道8呈多边形,多边形的限位轨道8的中心位于所述第一旋转件2的旋转中心轴上。
进一步的,所述发热铝板6的数量与所述多边形的边的数目一致。
优选的,所述多边形为正多边形,且多个所述滑动槽71绕所述安装盘7的中心均布设置。
本实施例中,限位轨道8呈正三角形,发热铝板6的数量和滑动槽71的数量分别为三个,三个滑动槽71绕安装盘7的中心间隔120°设置。
另外,在其他实施例中,所述限位轨道8可以为非首尾相连的回转槽,具体的,所述限位轨道8包括至少两个两端封闭的呈弧形的限位槽,至少两个的所述限位槽以第一旋转件2的旋转中心为中心呈漩涡状设置。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的卷发器,用户通过转动第一、二旋转件即可让卷发组件进行变形,从而使得卷发器能够将头发卷出不同直径,用户无需购买多个卷发组件,节约了用户购置成本;而且,当第一、二旋转件转动幅度不同时,多个发热铝板可以呈锥形,此时用户调整头发在卷发组件上的位置即可调整卷后头发波浪的大小,用户操作极为简便,有利于增强用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷发器,包括卷发组件和手柄,卷发组件与手柄相连,其特征在于:卷发组件包括支架、第一旋转件、第二旋转件、第一固定座、第二固定座和至少两个弧形的发热铝板;
    支架的两端分别设有安装盘,所述安装盘上具有沿安装盘径向向外延伸的滑动槽,所述发热铝板的两端分别设有限位轴,所述限位轴位于所述滑动槽中并沿所述安装盘的径向可滑动设置,安装盘上滑动槽的数量与所述发热铝板的数量一致;
    第一固定座和第二固定座分别位于所述支架的两端且与所述支架固定连接;
    所述第一旋转件可转动套设在所述第一固定座上;所述第二旋转件可转动套设在所述第二固定座上;
    所述第一旋转件上和第二旋转件上分别设有限位轨道,发热铝板一端的限位轴的一部分位于第一旋转件的限位轨道内,发热铝板的另一端的限位轴的一部分位于第二旋转件的限位轨道内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述限位轨道呈椭圆形,椭圆形的限位轨道的中心位于所述第一旋转件的旋转中心轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述发热铝板的数量为两个,两个所述滑动槽位于同一直线上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述限位轨道呈多边形,多边形的限位轨道的中心位于所述第一旋转件的旋转中心轴上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述发热铝板的数量与所述多边形的边的数目一致。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述多边形为正多边形,且多个所述滑动槽绕所述安装盘的中心均布设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述限位轨道包括至少两个两端封闭的呈弧形的限位槽,至少两个的所述限位槽以第一旋转件的旋转中心为中心呈漩涡状设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:第一固定座包括限位板,限位板靠近所述支架的一侧设有第一轴部,所述第一旋转件可转动套设在所述第一轴部上,第一旋转件和限位板之间设有密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述第一固定座为通嘴,第二固定座为驳通,所述卷发组件通过所述驳通与所述手柄相连。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的卷发器,其特征在于:所述第一旋转件和第二旋转件上分别设有刻度标识。
