餐厅使用的杯垫,通常是纸质的,优点在于成本低廉以及具有便利性。然而,由于其是一次性用品,不利于环保;木质杯垫,虽然能够多次使用,然而成本较高,同时,木质材料在液体的长期浸渍下,容易损坏;金属杯垫装饰性好,耐久性强,但是成本高,一般不为人们所接受。所以,使用频率最高、范围最广的是塑胶杯垫。

然而,上述这些会发光的杯垫由于构件及制造过程比较复杂,制作成本高,难以满足人们对于成本控制的需求。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种LED发光杯垫,该发光杯垫能够低成本地实现,且结构稳固,能够长期使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种LED发光杯垫,包括有底座及盖体、LED灯,底座用以支撑杯子或瓶子,且底座为透光材料制作,其特征在于底座覆盖于盖体上,所述LED灯设于底座内,且接有导通单元,所述盖体上设有控制单元,所述LED灯的一侧同时设有供电单元,所述LED灯与供电单元通过导通单元进行连接,所述控制单元对应于导通单元设置,以控制LED灯的接通和断开。
所述供电单元为电池,所述导通单元为固定于LED灯上的引线,所述控制单元为控制开关,所述控制开关设置于盖体的外表面,且控制开关延伸入 到底座内,能够推动所述引线,通过对LED灯的引线的推动,使引线接触到电池,从而导通电路,点亮LED灯。
所LED灯连接有两条引线:一条为连接引线,另一条为接通引线,其中,连接引线向电池伸出并连接于电池;接通引线则向电池的一侧伸出,能够弹性地被控制开关所挤压,控制开关挤压时该接通引线抵靠于电池,从而接通电路,点亮LED灯;不使用时,推动控制开关松开对接通引线的挤压,该接通引线则弹开,不接触电池,从而断开电路,LED灯灭,避免电池电力的浪费。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地表述本发明,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
本发明所实现的LED发光杯垫,包括有底座及盖体、LED灯,底座用以支持杯子或瓶子,且底座为透光材料制作,底座覆盖于盖体上,提高了底座的位置,具有良好的防水性能,其核心在于所述LED灯设于底座内,且接有导通单元,所述盖体上设有控制单元,所述LED灯的一侧同时设有供电单元,所述LED灯与供电单元通过导通单元进行连接,所述控制单元对应于导通单元设置,以控制LED灯的接通和断开。
结合图1、图2所示,LED发光杯垫的主要构成包括有底座1及盖体2、LED灯3和电池4,其中,所述供电单元为电池4,电池4通常采用纽扣电池,以便于安装使用,且重量轻;所述导通单元为固定于LED灯上的引线(31、32、33和34),所述控制单元为控制开关5,所述控制开关5设置于盖体2的外表面,且控制开关5伸入到底座1内,能够推动所述LED灯的引线,通过对LED灯3的引线(32和33部分)的推动,使引线接触到电池4,从而 导通电路,点亮LED灯3。
如图3所示,所述底座1内设置有若干个支撑柱11、电池槽12、LED灯安置位13及定位柱14。其中,电池槽12用以设置并固定电池4,结合图5所示,所述电池槽12由侧壁122合围而成,侧壁122对应于LED灯安置位13的部位具有一缺口121,该缺口121用以使连接引线31伸入到电池槽12内,电池4压住连接引线31,以便于接通电路;所述电池槽12的侧壁122上则具有一开口123,所述开口123对应于接通引线32的接触部34设置,以使接触部34能够顺利接触到电池4,打到点亮LED灯3的效果。
通常情况下,电池槽12对称设置两个,两个电池槽是为了便于电池4的安置,以及调整本发明的状态,例如,电池4装设在对应于图6所示电池盖22对应的电池槽中时,可以更换电池,但是电池4装在另一个位置时,则电池不可更换。

结合图4所示,所述LED灯连接有两条引线:一个条为连接引线31,一条为接通引线32,连接引线31和接通引线32均连接于LED灯3,并呈两个方向延伸出来,其中,连接引线31向电池4伸出并连接于电池4,;另一个接通引线32向电池4的一侧延伸,能够弹性地被控制开关5所挤压,挤压时能够接触于电池。
具体地说,所述接通引线32还具有弯折部33及接触部34,所述接通引线32从LED灯3向外延伸,接通引线32具有一折部33,弯折部33向电池4方向进行弯折,弯折部33的外端具有接触部34,接触部34用以与电池4接触,以接通电路。
在设置时,为了便于接触部34与电池4接触,所述接通引线32与连接引线31呈一定夹角,通常该夹角为80-100°,以能够使接通引线32和/或弯折部33被控制开关5挤压,并使接触部34顺利抵靠于电池4上,从而接通电路。
当需要点亮LED灯3时,推动控制开关5,控制开关5则挤压接通引线32和/或弯折部33,从而使接触部34抵靠于电池4上,从而接通电路,点亮LED灯3;不使用时,再次推动控制开关,松开对接通引线32和/或弯折部33的挤压,该接触部34则弹开,不再接触电池4,从而断开电路,LED灯3灭,避免电池电力的浪费。
从整体上来看,接通引线32与弯折部33、接触部34呈之字形,其中接通引线32与弯折部33呈一定夹角,以具有良好的弹性;弯折部33则与接触部34呈120-150°夹角,以能够进行良好的接触。
盖体2可以是基本全封闭的结构,如图1所示,除了设置控制开关5的位置具有开槽21外,其它位置不再设有开口。这样,电池4就固定在本发明的内部,不会被拆出,也就是说电池不能进行更好。
在其它的实现方式中,电池可以设置为可更换的方式,如图6所示。此时,盖体2的外表面上还设置有电池盖22,电池盖22通过螺丝23固定在盖体1上,通过打开电池盖22可实现电池4的更换。
由此,本发明与现有技术相比,本发明能够稳定、持续、可靠地提高对杯子、瓶子的照明;且通过塑胶制作,实现成本低廉,能够满足人们对于成本控制的需求。
同时,本发明结构稳固,能够长期使用。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED发光杯垫,包括有底座及盖体、LED灯,底座用以支撑杯子或瓶子,且底座为透光材料制作,其特征在于覆盖底座于盖体上,所述LED灯设于底座内,且接有导通单元,所述盖体上设有控制单元,所述LED灯的一侧同时设有供电单元,所述LED灯与供电单元通过导通单元进行连接,所述控制单元对应于导通单元设置,以控制LED灯的接通和断开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述供电单元为电池,所述导通单元为固定于LED灯上的引线,所述控制单元为控制开关,所述控制开关设置于盖体的外表面,且控制开关伸入到底座内,能够推动所述LED灯的引线,通过对LED灯的引线的推动,使引线接触到电池,从而导通电路,点亮LED灯。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所LED灯连接有两条引线:一条为连接引线,另一条为接通引线,其中,连接引线向电池伸出并连接于电池;接通引线则向电池的一侧伸出,能够弹性地被控制开关所挤压。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述接通引线,包括有延伸部、弯折部及接触部,所述延伸部从LED灯内向外延伸,延伸部接有弯折部,弯折部向电池方向进行弯折,弯折部的外端接有接触部,接触部用以与电池接触,以接通电路;所述延伸部与连接引线呈一定夹角,以能够使弯折部被控制开关挤压,并使接触部顺利抵靠于电池上,从而接通电路。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述接通引线整体呈之字形,其中接通引线从LED灯延伸出来的部分与弯折部呈80-100°夹角,以具有良好的弹性;弯折部则与接触部呈120-150°夹角,以能够进行良好的接触。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述延伸部与弯折部的衔接部位内侧设置有定位柱,定位柱以对接通引线进行限位,避免其过渡弯曲,保障使用寿命。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述底座内设置有 电池槽,以设置并固定电池,所述电池槽的侧壁上具有一开口,所述开口对应于接触部设置,以使接触部能够顺利接触到电池。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述电池槽的底部设置有突出的支撑条,所述连接引线伸入到支撑条上部,支撑条支撑连接引线,且,所述支撑条的高度低于电池槽的侧壁。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述底座的中间位置设置有LED灯安置位,LED灯安置位为中空的柱状结构,里面装设有LED灯。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的LED发光杯垫,其特征在于所述底座内设置有若干个支撑柱,所述若干个支撑柱,从底座的内表面向上伸出,同时盖体的对应部位设置有容纳支撑柱的空心柱体,以使支撑柱和空心柱体嵌合。
