背景技术
相关技术中,随着车辆技术的发展,电动式车门锁逐渐取代了传统的机械式车门锁。然而,电动式车门锁在故障断电或者掉电时,电动门锁装置会出现故障,进而导致车门锁常处于锁止状态无法解锁或者常处于解锁状态无法锁止。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种门锁装置,所述门锁装置可以在常规解锁机构出现故障时,通过紧急解锁件解锁,使门锁装置具有较高的使用安全性以及可靠性。
本申请还提出一种具有上述门锁装置的车辆。
一种门锁装置包括:壳体、紧急解锁件、锁止臂以及锁舌,所述锁止臂具有第一锁止部,所述紧急解锁件与所述锁止臂之间直接或间接连接以适于驱动所述锁止臂旋转,所述锁舌与所述壳体枢转连接,所述锁舌具有与所述第一锁止部锁止配合的第二锁止部,解锁时所述紧急解锁件通过驱动所述锁止臂旋转以使所述第一锁止部与所述第二锁止部脱离配合。
由此,在锁止臂可以被拉动以使第一锁止部与第二锁止部脱离配合的前提下,锁止臂可以在紧急解锁件的带动下转动,以使第一锁止部与第二锁止部脱离配合。这样,在门锁装置的常规解锁机构出现故障失效并导致车门锁无法解锁时,可以通过紧急解锁件解锁,提高了门锁装置的使用安全性,进而提高了车门锁的使用安全性以及可靠性。

需要说明的是,锁止臂60的第一锁止部61与锁舌40的第二锁止部41锁止配合时,车门锁处于锁止状态,当第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合时,车门锁处于解锁状态。
根据本申请实施例的门锁装置100,在锁止臂60可以被拉动以使第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合的前提下,锁止臂60可以在紧急解锁件20的带动下转动,以使第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合。这样,在门锁装置100的常规解锁机构出 现故障失效并导致车门锁无法解锁时,可以通过紧急解锁件20解锁,提高了门锁装置100的使用安全性,进而提高了车门锁的使用安全性以及可靠性。
如图3至图8所示,紧急解锁件20的个数为多个,多个紧急解锁件20中的至少一个形成为可直接作用于锁止臂60的第一紧急解锁件21,且其余紧急解锁件20形成为通过第一紧急解锁件21驱动锁止臂60旋转的第二紧急解锁件22。

可以理解的是,第一紧急解锁件21与第二紧急解锁件22分别与内车门解锁触发件以及外车门解锁触发件间接连接。也就是说,拉动内车门解锁触发件或者外车门解锁触发件时,需要通过与对应地门锁装置100连接的传动机构将动力传递给紧急解锁件20,进而第一紧急解锁件21驱使锁止臂60转动,以完成紧急解锁动作。这样,不仅可以提高门锁装置100的工作稳定性,而且可以避免门锁装置100与内车门解锁触发件以及外车门解锁触发件的运动干涉。
如图5和图6所示,第二紧急解锁件22被构造成在第一紧急解锁件21执行解锁动作时不随第一紧急解锁件21运动。也就是说,在第一紧急解锁件21被触发以执行解锁动作时,第二紧急解锁件22不会受第一紧急解锁件21影响出现运动,进而与第二紧急解锁件22间接连接的门锁触发件也不会执行动作。
由此,不仅第一紧急解锁件21工作对第二紧急解锁件22的动作无影响,可以防止误操作导致车门无法打开或无法关闭,而且使第一紧急解锁件21与锁止臂60之间的动力传递更加顺畅,有效地降低了第二紧急解锁件22对动力传递的干扰,以使门锁装置100的传动效率更高,工作性能更稳定。
如图3、图5和图7所示,第一紧急解锁件21具有避让滑槽211,第二紧急解锁件22具有限位销221,限位销221可滑动地设于避让滑槽211内,在第二紧急解锁件22执行解锁动作时,限位销221适于在避让滑槽211的一端推抵第一紧急解锁件21。
具体而言,在第一紧急解锁件21被触发并执行解锁动作时,第一紧急解锁件21相对向上转动,但第一紧急解锁件21的避让滑槽211与第二紧急解锁件22的限位销221之间无法形成止抵关系(参见图5),从而在第一紧急解锁件21工作的过程中,第二紧急解锁件22不会转动,而在第二紧急解锁件22被触发时,第二紧急解锁件22相 对可以向上转动,限位销221在避让滑槽211背离壳体10的一端与避让滑槽211相止抵,以带动第一紧急解锁件21相对壳体10向上转动,从而带动锁止臂60在壳体10内顺时针转动,以使第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合,以实现紧急解锁。
在图1所示的具体的实施例中,门锁装置100还包括臂组件30,臂组件30与紧急解锁件20位于壳体10的一侧,锁止臂60与锁舌40位于壳体的另一侧,锁止臂60至少部分穿过壳体10以与臂组件30配合。由此,使门锁装置100的一部分部件设置在壳体10的一侧,另一部分部件设置在10的另一侧,使门锁装置100上部件的分布更加合理,装配更加简单,并可以避免锁舌40与紧急解锁件20或者臂组件30之间干涉,以提高门锁装置100的工作稳定性。
可以理解的是,锁止臂60与臂组件30之间可以是止抵配合以使锁止臂60可以在臂组件30的推动下转动,锁止臂60与臂组件30之间也可以是枢转配合,从而锁止臂60可以在臂组件30的带动下转动。
如图1所示,第一紧急解锁件21具有止抵爪212,驱动臂31具有与止抵爪212相适配的止抵面311,连接臂32具有止挡块321,壳体10具有弧形槽11,锁止臂60具有与弧形槽11配合的止挡销62,止挡销62穿过弧形槽11以与止挡块321止抵配合。由此,不仅通过设置止抵爪212以及与止抵爪212相适配的止抵面311,使驱动臂31与紧急解锁件20之间的止抵关系更加可靠,驱动臂31可以在紧急解锁件20的带动下迅速执行解锁动作,以实现快速紧急解锁,而且通过连接臂32的止挡块321与锁止臂60的止挡销62相止抵,使门锁装置100的传动更加稳定,从而使门锁装置100的工作稳定性更高。
在一些实施例中,臂组件30包括驱动臂31以及连接臂32,紧急解锁件20与驱动臂31止抵配合,驱动臂31与连接臂32枢转连接以带动连接臂32转动,进而驱使锁止臂60旋转。
换言之,驱动臂31带动连接臂32转动,从而连接臂32推动止挡销62以使止挡销62相对弧形槽11滑动,进而使锁止臂60转动,以使第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合。由此,通过设置弧形槽11可以对锁止臂60的止挡销62的滑动提供导向,以使锁止臂60的转动更加平稳,从而提高门锁装置100的工作稳定性;通过连接臂32的设置,使连接臂32与止挡销62推抵,以完成动力传递,使动力传递的效果更好。
如图4、图6和图8所示,紧急解锁件20与壳体10枢接,紧急解锁件20的旋转轴a垂直于锁舌40的旋转轴a、臂组件30的旋转轴a。
具体而言,紧急解锁件20与壳体10通过紧急解锁件旋转轴a2枢转连接,驱动臂31以及连接臂32通过驱动臂旋转轴a3与壳体10枢转连接,锁止臂60通过锁止臂旋 转轴a1与壳体10枢转连接,锁舌40通过锁舌40旋转轴a4与壳体10枢转连接,且紧急解锁件旋转轴a2与上述其余旋转轴a之间垂直设置。这样,不仅使紧急解锁件20位于其余门锁装置100部件的上方,使紧急解锁件20在门锁装置100上的安装以及布置更加简单,还使门锁装置100的体积占用更小,各部件之间的结构更加紧凑,而且使紧急解锁件20驱动驱动臂31转动的过程更加简单,门锁装置100可以实现快速地紧急解锁。
如图2所示,锁舌40的旋转轴a、臂组件30的旋转轴a沿壳体10的高度方向设置,紧急解锁件20的旋转轴a沿壳体10的宽度方向设置,紧急解锁件20沿壳体10的长度方向设置,紧急解锁件20夹在壳体10的侧壁与臂组件30之间。
也就是说,紧急解锁件旋转轴a2位于壳体10的上方并与壳体10枢转连接,以使在长度方向上设置的紧急解锁件20邻近臂组件30最上方的驱动臂31的端部设置,从而使紧急解锁件20转动时,臂组件30可以在紧急解锁件20的驱动下转动。这样,不仅使门锁装置100内各个部件的分布更加合理,而且使紧急解锁件20与臂组件30之间的连接更加可靠,传动更加平稳。
根据本申请的一些实施例,门锁装置100还包括:多个弹性复位件50,多个弹性复位件50被构造成可分别驱动紧急解锁件20、锁止臂60、臂组件30、锁舌40复位运动以使锁舌40的第二锁止部41与锁止臂60的第一锁止部61锁止配合。由此,可以通过多个弹性复位件50使锁舌40与锁止臂60可以自动地运动回初始位置,以提高门锁装置100的工作稳定性。
如图9所示,根据本申请第二方面实施例的车辆1000包括:车身以及如上述实施例中的门锁装置100,车身具有锁环,在第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41脱离配合时锁舌40与锁环解除锁止,在第一锁止部61与第二锁止部41锁止配合时锁舌40与锁环锁止配合。
其中,门锁装置100的车门锁的工作原理如下:锁舌40安装在车门上,与安装在车身上的锁环卡和以实现车门锁的锁止,驱动臂31被带动运动,进而锁止臂60在与驱动臂31同步转动的连接臂32的带动下转动,以使第一锁止部61与第二所示部脱离配合,从而使车门锁解锁或锁止。
根据本申请实施例的车辆1000,不仅可以通过上述门锁装置100实现对车门的自动解锁以及自动锁止,而且在车门锁出现故障导致车门无法打开使,可以通过门锁装置100的紧急解锁件20解锁或者锁止车门,从而可以在车门锁出现故障时,第一时间打开或者关闭车门,提高了车门锁的使用安全性,进而提高了车辆1000的使用安全性。
下面参照图3至图8,描述本申请实施例的解锁过程。
如图3和图4所示,此时车门锁处于锁止状态。
如图5和图6所示,此时车门锁处于解锁状态并在第一紧急解锁件21带动下执行解锁动作。具体而言,此时,操作者拉动第一紧急解锁件21,第二紧急解锁件22没有相关解锁动作,止抵爪212推动止抵面311,以使驱动臂31转动,并带动连接臂32转动,连接臂32转动推动止挡销62在弧形槽11内滑动,以使锁止臂60转动,从而使第一锁止臂60与第二锁止臂60脱离配合,以实现车门的紧急解锁。
如图7和图8所示,此时车门处于解锁状态并在第二紧急解锁件22带动下执行解锁动作。具体而言,此时,操作者拉动第二紧急解锁件22,避让滑槽211与限位销221相止抵,以使第一紧急解锁件21在第二紧急解锁件22的带动下向上转动,以使驱动臂31转动,并带动连接臂32转动,连接臂32转动推动止挡销62在弧形槽11内滑动,以使锁止臂60转动,从而使第一锁止臂60与第二锁止臂60脱离配合,以实现车门的紧急解锁。
可以理解的是,在上述解锁过程中,操作者需要拉动与上述紧急解锁件20间接连接的内车门解锁触发件或者外车门解锁触发件以实现上述紧急解锁功能。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构或单元必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种门锁装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    紧急解锁件;
    锁止臂,所述锁止臂具有第一锁止部,所述紧急解锁件与所述锁止臂之间直接或间接连接以适于驱动所述锁止臂旋转;以及
    锁舌,所述锁舌与所述壳体枢转连接,所述锁舌具有与所述第一锁止部锁止配合的第二锁止部,解锁时所述紧急解锁件通过驱动所述锁止臂旋转以使所述第一锁止部与所述第二锁止部脱离配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述紧急解锁件的个数为多个,多个所述紧急解锁件中的至少一个形成为可直接作用于所述锁止臂的第一紧急解锁件,且其余所述紧急解锁件形成为通过第一紧急解锁件驱动所述锁止臂旋转的第二紧急解锁件。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述第二紧急解锁件被构造成在所述第一紧急解锁件执行解锁动作时不随所述第一紧急解锁件运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述第一紧急解锁件具有避让滑槽,所述第二紧急解锁件具有限位销,所述限位销可滑动地设于所述避让滑槽内,在所述第二紧急解锁件执行解锁动作时,所述限位销适于在所述避让滑槽的一端推抵所述第一紧急解锁件。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述门锁装置还包括臂组件,所述臂组件与所述紧急解锁件位于所述壳体的一侧,所述锁止臂与所述锁舌位于所述壳体的另一侧,所述锁止臂至少部分穿过所述壳体以与所述臂组件相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述臂组件包括:
    驱动臂,所述紧急解锁件与所述驱动臂止抵配合;
    连接臂,所述驱动臂与所述连接臂枢转连接,所述连接臂与所述锁止臂止抵配合,解锁时所述紧急解锁件推抵所述驱动臂转动以带动所述连接臂转动,进而驱使所述锁止臂旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述紧急解锁件具有止抵爪,所述驱动臂具有与所述止抵爪相适配的止抵面,所述连接臂具有止挡块,所述壳体具有弧形槽,所述锁止臂具有与所述弧形槽滑动配合的止挡销,所述止挡销穿过所述弧形槽以与所述止挡块止抵配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述紧急解锁件与所述壳体枢接,所述紧急解锁件的旋转轴垂直于所述锁舌的旋转轴、所述臂组件的旋转轴。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,所述锁舌的旋转轴、所 述臂组件的旋转轴沿所述壳体的高度方向设置,所述紧急解锁件的旋转轴沿所述壳体的宽度方向设置,所述紧急解锁件沿所述壳体的长度方向设置,所述紧急解锁件夹在所述壳体的侧壁与所述臂组件之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的门锁装置,其特征在于,还包括:多个弹性复位件,多个所述弹性复位件被构造成可分别驱动所述紧急解锁件、所述锁止臂、所述臂组件、所述锁舌复位运动以使所述锁舌的第二锁止部与所述锁止臂的第一锁止部锁止配合。
  11. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
    车身,所述车身具有锁环;
    以及如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的门锁装置,在所述第一锁止部与所述第二锁止部脱离配合时所述锁舌与所述锁环解除锁止,在所述第一锁止部与所述第二锁止部锁止配合时所述锁舌与所述锁环锁止配合。
