烤箱用接线端子排 技术领域
本发明涉及接线端子排,具体涉及一种烤箱用接线端子排。
背景技术
电力电子配接线中,一组功能设备与另外一组功能设备相连接时,都要通过一些专门的接线端子,这些接线端子组合起来,便称为端子排。端子排的作用就是将两组设备的线路相连接,起到信号(电流电压)传输的作用。有了端子排,使得接线美观,连接牢靠,维护方便。
目前一般用与烤箱中接线端子排,其基座与端子之间的连接固定一般采用螺钉紧固,安装拆卸不方便,且存在螺钉松脱可能,进而造成基座与端子的分离,严重甚至造成烤箱的损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种烤箱用接线端子排,设计简单巧妙,能够实现生产快速组装,安装、维修快速接线和拆除,使用方便快捷。
本发明的技术方案:
一种烤箱用接线端子排,其特征在于:它包括基座、端子、螺钉、接地铜片,所述的基座上横向均匀开有若干端子安装槽,端子安装槽两端上侧为开口,且在端子安装槽一端开有导线插入孔,导线插入孔连通开口,端子安装槽两侧中间或者两侧设置有止退槽,止退槽贯穿基座底部,且止退槽上部设置有弹性卡扣,所述的端子中间设置有贯穿端子两端的导线安装通孔,端子安装在端子安装槽内,导线插入孔与导线安装通孔连通,且弹性卡扣压在端子顶部,所述的接地铜片覆盖贴合端子上表面,并通过若干螺钉固定连接,螺钉沿着导线插入孔方向均匀分布,且螺钉穿过端子顶部垂直旋入导线插入孔内,导线穿过导线插入孔伸入导线安装通孔内,螺钉根部压在接入的导线上;端子放入端子安装槽内,向下按压,至止退槽内的弹性卡扣压在端子上,拧紧螺钉,将接地铜片与端子固定连接,即完成端子排的组装;松开螺钉,去除接地铜片,再拨动弹性卡扣,使得弹性卡扣向内形变,松开端子,即可轻松取出端子,方便、快捷。

如图1-6,一种烤箱用接线端子排,它包括基座01、端子02、螺钉03、接地铜片04,所述的基座01呈“凸”型,基座01上横向均匀开有三个端子安装槽05,端子安装槽05两端上侧为开口06,且在端子安装槽05一端开有导线插入孔07,导线插入孔07连通开口06,端子安装槽05两侧中间或者两侧设置有止退槽,止退槽贯穿基座01底部,且止退槽上部设置有弹性卡扣08,所述的端子02中间设置有贯穿端子两端的导线安装通孔09,端子02安装端子安装槽05内,导线插入孔07与导线安装通孔09连通,且弹性卡扣08压在端子02顶部,所述的接地铜片04覆盖贴合端子02上表面,并通过两个螺钉03固定连接,螺钉03沿着导 线安装通孔09方向均匀分布,且螺钉03垂直穿过端子02顶部旋入导线安装插孔09内,导线伸入导线安装通孔09内,螺钉03根部压在导线上;所述的端子安装槽05之间保持安全规范所规定的爬电距离,有效保证端子排使用过程中,相邻端子02之间在极端情况下不会造成相互影响,且在端子安装槽05之间设置有电气间隙10,能够提供良好的通风条件;所述的电气间隙10内纵向设置有加强连接板11,使得产品更加美观、轻便同时利用连接板11保证端子排整体结构的稳定性;所述的基座01底部镂空设计有若干槽12,槽12之间相互连通,且与止退槽之间连通,使得产品更加美观、轻便;所述的基座01采用PC+10%玻纤或者其它耐热工程塑料制成,增强其耐热温度和强度;所述的端子02采用铜或者铝制成,表面镀锌保护;所述的螺钉03采用标准碳钢钢制成,表面镀镍或锌保护,并经过淬火处理;所述的接地铜片04根据标准要求采用紫铜制成,使得端子排整体性能更佳,能够承受的额定电流更大。

  1. 一种烤箱用接线端子排,其特征在于:它包括基座、端子、螺钉、接地铜片,所述的基座上横向均匀开有若干端子安装槽,端子安装槽两端上侧为开口,且在端子安装槽一端开有导线插入孔,导线插入孔连通开口,端子安装槽两侧中间或者两侧设置有止退槽,止退槽贯穿基座底部,且止退槽上部设置有弹性卡扣,所述的端子中间设置有贯穿端子两端的导线安装通孔,端子安装在端子安装槽内,导线插入孔与导线安装通孔连通,且弹性卡扣压在端子顶部,所述的接地铜片覆盖贴合端子上表面,并通过若干螺钉固定连接,螺钉沿着导线插入孔方向均匀分布,且螺钉穿过端子顶部垂直旋入导线插入孔内,导线穿过导线插入孔伸入导线安装通孔内,螺钉根部压在接入的导线上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烤箱用接线端子排,其特征在于:所述的螺钉采用带垫一体化螺钉。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种烤箱用接线端子排,其特征在于:所述的端子安装槽之间保持安全规范所规定的爬电距离,且在端子安装槽之间设置有电气间隙。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种烤箱用接线端子排,其特征在于:所述的基座采用PC+10%玻纤或者其它耐热工程塑料制成;所述的端子采用铝或铜制成,表面镀锌;所述的螺钉采用标准碳钢制成,表面镀镍或锌,并经过淬火处理;所述的接地铜片根据标准要求采用紫铜制成。
