背景技术
随着现代化工程设施和装备的涌现，各行各业的用电量迅增，尤其是众多的高层建筑和大型厂房车间的出现，作为输电导线的传统电缆在大电流输送系统中已不能满足要求，多路电缆的并联使用给现场安装施工连接带来了诸多不便。插接式母线槽作为一种新型配电导线应运而生，与传统的电缆相比，在大电流输送时充分体现出它的优越性，同时由于采用了新技术、新工艺，大大降低了母线槽两端部连接处及分线口插接处的接触电阻和温升，并在母线槽中使用了高质量的绝缘材料，从而提高了母线槽的安全可靠性，使整个系统更加完善。
母线槽是由金属板(钢板或铝板)为保护外壳、导电排、绝缘材料及有关附件组成的系统。它可制成标准长度的段节，并且每隔一段距离设有插接分线盒，也可制成中间不带分线盒的馈电型封闭式母线。为馈电和安装检修带来了极大的方便。
在母线分支取电时需要使用插接装置，而传统的插接装置一般体积大、防护等级低、接拨不方便、安全防护能力较低、生产装配繁琐、装配困难。

进一步的，所述弹性导电片3为铜质，弹性导电片3通过铆钉与导电排相铆接。
弹性导电片3有五组，分为两排排列，合理利用空间，减小母线槽1的体积，保护罩保护母线槽1及内部部件，限制框6使弹性导电片3位置明显，利于安装，弹性圈5保证弹性导电片3使用中不产生松动，插接孔4与母线插接箱的插脚对应连接。
本具体实施方式防护能力高，插拨方便，安全可靠，生产装配简便，体积小，多次插拔后仍能保持良好的导电性能要求。

1.母线插接装置，其特征在于包括母线槽(1)、保护罩(2)、弹性导电片(3)、插接孔(4)、弹簧圈(5)、限制框(6)；所述母线槽(1)内安装有弹性导电片(3)，弹性导电片(3)的颈部套有弹簧圈(5)，弹性导电片(3)的顶端为插接孔(4)，弹性导电片(3)有五组，排列成两排，一排三组，另一排为两组，两组分别设置在三组之间的间隙中，弹性导电片(3)与母线槽(1)接触部分设有限制框(6)，母线槽(1)外围设有保护罩(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的母线插接装置，其特征在于所述弹性导电片(3)为铜质，弹性导电片(3)通过铆钉与导电排相铆接。
