- 一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置(1)包括一盛放座(2)和一压盘(3),所述的盛放座(2)上方安装有一上卡座(6),所述的上卡座(6)上设置有四个第一旋接孔(7),所述的上卡座(6)上安装有一通接盘(5),所述的压盘(3)贯穿所述的上卡座(6),所述的上卡座(6)下方安装有四个撑接螺栓(8),所述的撑接螺栓(8)下方旋接有一第二旋接孔(10),所述的盛放座(2)中部设置有一卡放孔(12),所述的卡放孔(12)一侧设置有若干个固定栓孔(11),所述的压盘(3)顶部设置有一压柄(13),所述的压柄(13)下方设置有一穿接柱(14),所述的穿接柱(14)下方设置有一下压台(15),所述的下压台(15)下方设置有若干个磨柱(16)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,若干个所述的磨柱(16)呈等间距分布,若干个磨柱(16)之前形成圆形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的磨柱(16)上设置有一磨头(17),且所述磨头(17)一侧设置有一旋进螺纹(18),磨头(17)通过旋进螺纹(18)旋入到下压台(15)内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的盛放座(2)与上卡座(6)呈平行设置,且压盘(3)贯穿通接盘(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的撑接螺栓(8)与盛放座(2)和上卡座(6)均呈垂直设置。
