本发明公开了一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置,包括一盛放座和一压盘,所述的压盘盛放座上方安装有一上卡座,所述的上卡座上设置有四个第一旋接孔,所述的上卡座上安装有一通接盘,所述的压盘贯穿所述的上卡座,所述的上卡座下方安装有四个撑接螺栓,所述的撑接螺栓下方旋接有一第二旋接孔,所述的盛放座中部设置有一卡放孔,所述的卡放孔一侧设置有若干个固定栓孔,所述的压盘顶部设置有一压柄,所述的压柄下方设置有一穿接柱,所述的穿接柱下方设置有一下压台,所述的下压台下方设置有若干个磨柱。该装置各部件均相互独立,装置安装使用或拆卸更加方便、快捷;该装置操作方便,各构件连接灵活。

Description

一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种打磨去杂物装置,更确切地说,是一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置。
背景技术
打磨去杂物装置在滚动轴承加工时使用越来越频繁,其作用是对轴承上的轴承孔内部进行打磨抛光,并将轴承孔内的异物进行通出,现有的用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置存在着在磨柱下压到轴承孔内部后,需手动对磨柱抽回,装置使用不够方便,对轴承孔内部打磨、去杂物的效率低,不可根据不同轴承上轴承孔数量及位置的不同,来调节压盘上磨柱的安装数量及位置,适配性低,装置安装使用或拆卸十分复杂的缺点。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的;
一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置,所述的用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置包括一盛放座和一压盘,所述的盛放座上方安装有一上卡座,所述的上卡座上设置有四个第一旋接孔,所述的上卡座上安装有一通接盘,所述的压盘贯穿所述的上卡座,所述的上卡座下方安装有四个撑接螺栓,所述的撑接螺栓下方旋接有一第二旋接孔,所述的盛放座中部设置有一卡放孔,所述的卡放孔一侧设置有若干个固定栓孔,所述的压盘顶部设置有一压柄,所述的压柄下方设置有一穿接柱,所述的穿接柱下方设置有一下压台,所述的下压台下方设置有若干个磨柱。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,若干个所述的磨柱呈等间距分布,若干个磨柱 之前形成圆形结构。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的磨柱上设置有一磨头,且所述磨头一侧设置有一旋进螺纹,磨头通过旋进螺纹旋入到下压台内部。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的盛放座与上卡座呈平行设置,且压盘贯穿通接盘。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的撑接螺栓与盛放座和上卡座均呈垂直设置。
本发明的打磨去杂物装置具有以下优点:使用时,通过将滚动轴承放置在卡放孔内,通过将压盘下方的若干个磨柱插放在滚动轴承的若干个轴承孔中,并通过下压压柄来使磨柱在轴承孔内上下擦动,使轴承孔内部更加光滑圆润,且能够通除轴承孔内的异物,压盘的穿接柱上套接有复位弹簧,在将磨柱下压到轴承孔内后,压盘可被复位弹簧自动弹回,加快了该装置对轴承孔内来回打磨的效率,保证人们操作该装置更加方便;磨柱通过旋进螺纹旋入压盘的下压台中,磨柱和下压台之间相互独立,人们可根据不同的滚动轴承上轴承孔数目及位置的不同,通过在压台旋装不同数量及不同位置的磨柱来与轴承相配对,保证该装置对不同轴承进行打磨去杂物更加精准,保证了适配的广泛性;撑接螺栓通过上下头分别与上卡座的第一旋接孔、盛放座的第二旋接孔进行旋接固定,该装置各部件均相互独立,装置安装使用或拆卸更加方便、快捷;该装置操作方便,各构件连接灵活。

如图1至图5所示,该用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置1包括一盛放座2和一压盘3,该盛放座2上方安装有一上卡座6,该上卡座6上设置有四个第一旋接孔7,该上卡座6上安装有一通接盘5,该压盘3贯穿该上卡座6,该上卡座6下方安装有四个撑接螺栓8,该撑接螺栓8下方旋接有一第二旋接孔10,该盛放座2中部设置有一卡放孔12,该卡放孔12一侧设置有若干个固定栓孔11,该压盘3顶部设置有一压柄13,该压柄13下方设置有一穿接柱14,该穿接柱14下方设置有一下压台15,该下压台15下方设置有若干个磨柱16。
若干个该磨柱16呈等间距分布,若干个磨柱16之前形成圆形结构。
该磨柱16上设置有一磨头17,且所述磨头17一侧设置有一旋进螺纹18,磨头17通过旋进螺纹18旋入到下压台15内部。
该盛放座2与上卡座6呈平行设置,且压盘3贯穿通接盘5。
该撑接螺栓8与盛放座2和上卡座6均呈垂直设置。
使用时,如图1和图2所示,通过将滚动轴承放置在卡放孔12内,通过将压盘3下方的若干个磨柱16插放在滚动轴承的若干个轴承孔中,并通过下压压 柄13来使磨柱16在轴承孔内上下擦动,使轴承孔内部更加光滑圆润,且能够通除轴承孔内的异物,压盘3的穿接柱14上套接有复位弹簧4,在将磨柱16下压到轴承孔内后,压盘3可被复位弹簧4自动弹回,加快了该装置对轴承孔内来回打磨的效率,保证人们操作该装置更加方便;磨柱16通过旋进螺纹旋入压盘3的下压台15中,磨柱16和下压台15之间相互独立,人们可根据不同的滚动轴承上轴承孔数目及位置的不同,通过在下压台15旋装不同数量及不同位置的磨柱16来与轴承相配对,保证该装置对不同轴承进行打磨去杂物更加精准,保证了适配的广泛性;撑接螺栓8通过上下头分别与上卡座6的第一旋接孔7、盛放座2的第二旋接孔10进行旋接固定,该装置各部件均相互独立,装置安装使用或拆卸更加方便、快捷。

  1. 一种用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的用于滚动轴承的轴承孔打磨去杂物装置(1)包括一盛放座(2)和一压盘(3),所述的盛放座(2)上方安装有一上卡座(6),所述的上卡座(6)上设置有四个第一旋接孔(7),所述的上卡座(6)上安装有一通接盘(5),所述的压盘(3)贯穿所述的上卡座(6),所述的上卡座(6)下方安装有四个撑接螺栓(8),所述的撑接螺栓(8)下方旋接有一第二旋接孔(10),所述的盛放座(2)中部设置有一卡放孔(12),所述的卡放孔(12)一侧设置有若干个固定栓孔(11),所述的压盘(3)顶部设置有一压柄(13),所述的压柄(13)下方设置有一穿接柱(14),所述的穿接柱(14)下方设置有一下压台(15),所述的下压台(15)下方设置有若干个磨柱(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,若干个所述的磨柱(16)呈等间距分布,若干个磨柱(16)之前形成圆形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的磨柱(16)上设置有一磨头(17),且所述磨头(17)一侧设置有一旋进螺纹(18),磨头(17)通过旋进螺纹(18)旋入到下压台(15)内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的盛放座(2)与上卡座(6)呈平行设置,且压盘(3)贯穿通接盘(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的打磨去杂物装置,其特征在于,所述的撑接螺栓(8)与盛放座(2)和上卡座(6)均呈垂直设置。
