需要说明的是,由于所述内管221是套设于所述外管210上的,而且内管221在升降过程中,是需要在外管210上进行升降移动的,即,在内管221上升时,有一部分的内管221是裸露在外管210上的,因此,为了防止内管221和外管210在进行升降移动时,有灰尘进入内管221与外管210之间的缝隙,阻碍内管221在外管210内滑动,同时为了保证内管221与外管210之间的润滑度,所述升降组件220还包括防护套管224,所述防护套管224套设 于所述外管210与所述内管221之间,且所述防护套管套224内设置有润滑油。如此,通过设置所述防护套管套224,就能够有效地防止灰尘进入到内管221和外管210之间的缝隙中,保证内管221能正常在外管210内滑动,保证内管221与外管210之间的润滑度。
具体地,由于所述防护套管224是套设于所述外管210与所述内管221之间,因此,所述防护套管224有一部分是穿设于所述外管210外,在需要将谱架拆卸的时候需要将防护套管224从外管210中拔出来,由此,为了防止防护套管224的表面太光滑,而无法快速地将防护套管224从外管210中拔出来,为了增大防护套管224的表面的摩擦力,为了提高拆卸人员的拆卸时的作用力,所述防护套管224上具有多个防滑凸起,多个防滑凸起间隔设置。如此,通过设置多个防滑凸起,可以有效增大防护套管224的表面的摩擦力,提高拆卸人员的拆卸时的作用力,能够让拆卸人员可以快速地将防护套管224从外管210中拔出来。

在乐谱放置时需要用到谱架,但现有的谱架不具有充电的功能,在使用时不能为使用者的平板电脑提供电能,降低了使用者使用平板电脑的时间,不方便使用者的使用,而且,越来越多的谱架上设置了自动升降功能的电机,电机同样需要用到电能,因此,现有的谱架已经不能维持使用者的工作,实用性较低。用于音乐谱架的电源装置300包括:蓄电池模组310、电路控制板231及端口组件320,需要说明的是,所述蓄电池模组310用于为平板电脑、升降驱动器等提供电源,而且当蓄电池中的电量不足时,还可以进行充电;所述电路控制板231用于控制蓄电池模组310的电压的输入以及输出,保证蓄电池模组310能够实现充电和放电;所述端口组件320用于提供充电端口和放电端口。
进一步地,请参阅图2和图5,所述蓄电池模组310设置于所述底座100上;所述电路控制板231设置于所述底座100上,所述蓄电池模组310与所述电路控制板231电连接,所述端口组件320包括电源输入插接端321及电源输出插接端322,所述电源输入插接端321和所述电源输出插接端322分别设置于所述电路控制板上,且所述电源输入插接端和所述电源输出插接端分别于所述电路控制板电连接。优选的,所述蓄电池模组310为可充放电电池。用于音乐谱架的电源装置通过设置蓄电池模组、电路控制板及端口组件,由蓄电池模组向电路控制板提供充电电源,再将充电电源输出至移动设备中,能够为平板电脑等移动智能设备 或者电机提供电能,以提高平板电脑等移动智能设备的使用时间。其中,在端口组件中设置了电源输入插接端和电源输出插接端,能够为蓄电池模组充电提供充电端以及为蓄电池模组输出电源提供输出端,方便为移动设备进行充电操作,提高了谱架的实用性。
所述电源装置300还包括升降驱动器223,所述升降驱动器设置于所述底座100上,且所述升降驱动器与所述电路控制板电连接。所述升降驱动器223用于驱动所述螺杆222转动,以驱动所述内管221相对所述底座100上升或下降;优选的,所述升降驱动器为变速电机。需要说明的是,所述升降驱动器223是由蓄电池模组310提供电源。
电源装置300还包括脚踏控制板,所述脚踏控制板设置于所述底座上,所述脚踏控制板与所述电路控制板电连接。电源装置300还包括脚踏控制按钮,所述脚踏控制按钮设置于所述脚踏控制板上,所述脚踏控制按钮与所述脚踏控制板电连接。所述脚踏控制按钮232包括上升按钮与下降按钮,所述上升按钮和所述下降按钮分别于所述脚踏控制板电连接。所述上升按钮用于控制升降驱动电机进行上升操作,所述下降按钮用于空盒子升降驱动电机进行下降操作。所述脚踏控制板用于接收脚踏控制按钮的控制指令,并将控制指令输出给电路控制板,需要说明的是,所述脚踏控制板是由蓄电池模组310提供电源。
需要说明的是,所述电源输出插接端322为USB插接端。所述端口组件还包括输入插接端保护片,所述输入插接端保护片设置于所述电源输入插接端上。所述端口组件还包括输出插接端保护片,所述输出插接端保护片设置于所述电源输出插接端上。所述输入插接端保护片和所述输出插接端保护片用于放置灰尘进入插接端口内,造成接触不良等情况。
需要说明的是,所述伸缩云台400包括中间基板、销钉组件及拉背板组件,所述销钉组件设置于所述中间基板上,所述拉背板组件与所述中间基板相对滑动连接。可以理解,现有的一些谱架中还设置了一种翻折的谱架,但是这种翻折的谱架展开后重心被改变了,使得底座不能稳定的固定在地面上。还要说明的是,平板电脑常常作为乐谱放置在谱架上,而平板电脑的尺寸又有千差万别,若谱架的尺寸太小又不能将大尺寸的平板电脑放置在谱架上,大小不一的平板电脑和谱架使得平板不能较稳定地放置在谱架上,用户在翻页的时候,有可能使平板电脑从谱架上掉落,用户也不能专心进行演唱或演奏。请参阅图5,用于音乐谱架的伸缩云台400包括:中间基板410、销钉组件420、拉背板组件430及导向轨组件440,所述中间基板410作为固定基板连接所述拉背板组件430,所述销钉组件420用于使拉背板组件430可以在中间基板410上进行拉动,所述拉背板组件430用于延伸云台的大小,所述导向 轨组件440用于引导中间基板410和拉背板组件430的拉动时的方向。
进一步地,请参阅图5和图7,所述销钉组件420包括上销钉421及下销钉422,所述上销钉421及所述下销钉422分别设置于所述中间基板410的相对两侧面上;所述拉背板组件430包括上拉背板431及下拉背板432,所述上拉背板431开设有第一长孔433,所述下拉背板432开设有第二长孔434,所述上销钉421滑动穿设所述第一长孔433,所述下销钉432滑动穿设所述第二长孔434,并且所述中间基板410位于所述上拉背板431及所述下拉背板432之间;需要说明的是,通过设置上销钉421及下销钉422,可以使得上拉背板431或下拉背板432只能在上销钉421或下销钉422方向上进行滑动,通过设置第一长孔433和第二长孔434,上销钉421或下销钉422穿设第一长孔433或第二长孔434,可以保证上拉背板431或下拉背板432可以进行稳定的滑动。
进一步地,所述导向轨组件440包括第一导向轨441及第二导向轨442,所述第一导向轨441设置于所述中间基板410上,并且所述下拉背板432的边缘滑动设置于所述第一导向轨441内,所述第二导向轨442设置于所述上拉背板431上,并且所述第一导向轨441滑动设置于所述第二导向轨442内。需要说明的是,所述第一导向轨441及第二导向轨442均设置有两个,两个所述第一导向轨441分别设置于所述中间基板410的两侧边缘,两个所述第二导向轨442分别设置于所述上拉背板431的两侧边缘,从而中间基板410可以在上拉背板431上进行滑动,同时,所述下拉背板432可以在中间基板410上进行滑动。
用于音乐谱架的伸缩云台,通过设置中间基板、销钉组件、导向轨组件、上拉背板和下拉背板,使得在销钉组件和导向轨组件的固定下,上拉背板和下拉背板可以相对中间基板进行上下伸长及收缩,使得云台在使用时,可以伸长,在不使用的时候,可以收缩起来,节省空间,方便携带;并且由于云台可以进行伸缩调节,所以可以根据平板电脑的尺寸大小进行调节,能够将不同尺寸的平板稳定地固定在云台上。
需要说明的是,为了保证平板电脑可以卡接在伸缩云台400上,不会因为平板太大或者太小而无法固定在伸缩云台400上,因此,所述伸缩云台400还包括承载组件450,所述承载组件450包括上压板451及下承托板452,所述上压板451设置于所述上拉背板432的边缘位置处,所述下承托板452设置于所述下拉背板431的边缘位置处。如此,可以保证平板电脑可以卡接在伸缩云台400上,不会因为平板太大或者太小而无法固定在伸缩云台400上。
为了减轻伸缩云台400的整体的重量,例如,所述中间基板、所述上拉背板和所述下拉 背板均开设有避位孔。如此,可以减轻中间基板、所述上拉背板和所述下拉背板的重量,进而减轻伸缩云台400的整体的重量。
为了保证上拉背板和下拉背板可以进行稳定的滑动,所述上销钉设置有多个,所述上拉背板上开设有多个第一长孔,所述上销钉的数量与所述第一长孔的数量一一对应,所述下销钉设置有多个,所述下拉背板上开设有多个第二长孔,所述下销钉的数量与所述第二长孔的数量一一对应。如此,可以保证上拉背板和下拉背板可以进行稳定的滑动。
所述第一导向轨设置有两个,两个所述第一导向轨分别设置于所述中间基板相对的两侧边边缘,所述第二导向轨设置有两个,两个所述第二导向轨分别设置于所述上拉背板相对的两侧边边缘。所述中间基板、所述上拉背板和所述下拉背板的宽度相同。如此,可以使得伸缩云台可以实现最大的宽度,保证能放入最大的平板电脑。
为了保证中间基板在上拉背板上滑动,也保证下拉背板在中间基板上滑动,并且保证在滑动过程中不会发生偏移的情况,例如,所述第一导向轨441包括第一侧位挡板441a及第一限位包边441b,所述第一侧位挡板441a设置于所述中间基板410上,所述第一限位包边441b与所述第一侧位挡板441a连接。同理,所述第二导向轨包括第二侧位挡板及第二限位包边,所述第二侧位挡板设置于所述中间基板410上,所述第二限位包边与所述第二侧位挡板连接。如此,通过设置第一侧位挡板441a和第一限位包边441b,可以保证中间基板410的滑动不会发生偏移的情况,保证滑动的有效性。
需要说明的是,用于音乐谱架的伸缩云台还包括底座100,所述底座100与所述上拉背板固定。
用于音乐谱架的伸缩云台400还包括加强筋组件460,所述加强筋组件460包括第一加强筋461和第二加强筋462,所述第一加强筋461设置于所述中间基板410上,所述第二加强筋462设置于所述上拉背板432上。需要说明的是,所述第一加强筋461为凸起的结构,使得中间基板和下拉背板之间具有一定的距离,防止下拉背板的表面直接与所述中间基板的表面发生摩擦,降低了下拉背板的表面和中间基板的表面磨损的几率,提高了伸缩云台的使用寿命。同时由于第一加强筋461的凸起结构,既可以保证相对滑动的有效性,又可以提高中间基板的硬度,提高承载能力。
为了提高中间基板的滑动有效性,请参阅图7,所述中间基板410具有滑动凸轨411,所述上拉背板432靠近所述中间基板411的一侧面开设有滑槽412,所述滑动凸轨411滑动设 于所述滑槽412内。如此,通过设置滑槽412,可以保证滑动凸轨411只在滑槽412内进行滑动,提高中间基板滑动的有效性。
所述无线翻页装置500包括控制器、无线处理模组及无线收发模组,所述控制器与所述无线处理模组电连接,所述无线收发模组与所述无线处理模组电连接。现有的谱架并没有设置有自动翻页的装置,使得演奏的人员需要手动进行翻页,极为不方便,而且也影响演奏的节奏,降低演奏人员的演出水平。因此,现急需设计一种自动翻页的装置是本领域技术人员需要考虑的问题。请参阅图8,用于音乐谱架的无线翻页装置500包括:控制模组510、处理模组520、无线接收模组530和无线发送模组540,所述控制模组510发送翻页控制指令,具体的,所述控制模组510可以是无线遥控,还可以是脚踏控制按钮,其中无线遥控是通过蓝牙、红外或zigbee进行发送控制指令的,所述脚踏控制按钮通过有线连接进行发送控制指令。需要说明的是,所述处理模组520分别于所述控制模组510、无线接收模组530和无线发送模组540电连接。
进一步地,所述处理模组520用于发送无线配对指令;所述处理模组还用于判断所述配对处理信号是否满足预设条件,若满足条件,则建立无线连接,若不满足条件,则拒绝建立无线连接;所述处理模组还用于接收并响应翻页控制指令,并对所述翻页控制信号进行处理后,再发送翻页指令;所述无线接收模组530用于接收并响应所述配对指令;所述无线接收模组还用于接收并响应配对反馈信号,并发送配对处理信号;所述无线发送模组540用于发送配对请求信号;所述无线发送模组还用于接收并响应所述翻页指令,并发送翻页信号,所述翻页信号用于控制移动设备执行翻页操作。无线翻页装置通过无线连接后,由控制模组输入控制指令,并通过无线控制平板电脑进行翻页操作。本发明能够实现自动无线的翻页功能,提高翻页的效率,以解决演奏者手动翻页的问题。通过设置无线翻页装置后,方便演奏者在演奏的过程中进行翻页操作,保证演奏者的能够集中精力进行演奏,提高演出的质量。
需要说明的是,请参阅图9,所述处理模组520包括初始配对单元521,所述初始配对单元521用于接收并响应无线配对初始指令。所述处理模组520包括无线指令处理单元522及线控指令处理单元523,所述无线指令处理单元522用于接收并响应无线翻页控制指令,所述处理模组还用于对所述无线翻页控制指令进行处理后,再发送翻页指令;所述线控指令处理单元523用于接收并响应有线翻页控制指令,并对所述有线翻页控制指令进行处理后,再发送翻页指令。通过设置初始配对单元521,可以使得无线遥控器与所述处理模组520进行 无线连接,通过设置无线指令处理单元522,可以接受无线遥控器的控制指令,通过设置线控指令处理单元523,可以接受脚踏控制按钮的控制指令。
需要说明的是,请参阅图10,所述控制模组510包括正向翻页单元511、反向翻页单元512和定时翻页单元513,所述正向翻页单元用于输出正向翻页指令,所述反向翻页单元用于输出,所述定时翻页单元用于输出定时翻页指令。如此,通过设置正向翻页单元511可以实现正向翻页的功能,通过设置反向翻页单元512可以实现反向翻页的功能,通过设置定时翻页单元513可以实现定时翻页的功能,不再用演奏者进行手动翻页,提高演奏的效率。

本发明为一种音乐谱架,通过设置电动升降装置、电源装置、伸缩云台和无线翻页装置,使得音乐谱架可以进行高低的升降,而且还可以无线控制进行翻页操作,还能为平板等移动设备进行充电,通过在伸缩云台中设置中间基板、销钉组件及拉背板组件,使得在销钉组件的固定下,拉背板组件可以相对中间基板进行伸长或收缩,即伸缩云台在使用时,可以伸长,在不使用的时候,可以收缩起来,节省空间,方便携带;并且由于云台可以进行伸缩调节,所以可以根据平板电脑的尺寸大小进行调节,能够将不同尺寸的平板稳定地固定在云台上。

    所述电动升降装置包括外管、升降组件及控制组件,所述外管设置于所述底座上,所述升降组件滑动设置于所述外管上,所述控制组件用于控制所述升降组件相对于所述底座上升或下降;
    所述电源装置包括蓄电池模组及电路控制板,所述蓄电池模组设置于所述底座上,所述电路控制板设置于所述底座上,所述蓄电池模组与所述电路控制板电连接;
    所述伸缩云台包括中间基板、销钉组件及拉背板组件,所述销钉组件设置于所述中间基板上,所述拉背板组件与所述中间基板相对滑动连接。

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的音乐谱架,其特征在于,所述固定杆具有防护部,所述防护部包括防护垫及防护安装管体,所述防护安装管体设置于所述防护垫上,所述防护安装管体套接于所述固定杆上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的音乐谱架,其特征在于,所述限位弹性件为弹簧或弹性橡胶。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的音乐谱架,其特征在于,所述外壳上开设有多个凹槽,其中一个所述凹槽中,所述固定杆和所述限位组件设置于所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的音乐谱架,其特征在于,所述底座还包括转动轴,所述固定杆 开设有转动通孔,所述转动轴穿设所述转动通孔,且所述转动轴的两端分别固定在凹槽的两侧面上。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的音乐谱架,其特征在于,所述底座还包括缓冲块,所述缓冲块设置于所述凹槽内,且所述缓冲块位于所述外壳与所述固定杆之间。
