一种手表的按键防水结构,其表壳(1)上从外到内依次设有相互连通的第一台阶孔(11)、第二台阶孔(12)、第三台阶孔(13)和通孔(14),按键的按键支柱(32)与通孔之间设有防水套管(2),防水套管靠近表壳外侧的一端设有密封环(21),密封环卡设于第二台阶孔内,第三台阶孔在密封环的阻隔下形成一个环形密封腔(4),环形密封腔内设有环形密封件(5);由于防水套管与表壳之间的空隙被环形密封腔内的环形密封件密封,且按键按压时,防水套管与表壳之间相对静止,两者之间的密封性更加稳定。另外,防水套管通过铸造直接成型,其表面无需经过加工,按键与防水套管之间的密封性能更好地保证。

一种手表的按键防水结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手表结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种手表的按键防水结构。
背景技术
现有的电子手表,其侧面或正面至少设有一个用于校准时间、日期,或者切换显示内容和功能的按键,但是由于这些按键的存在,表壳上需要设置多个通孔,才能使按键在受到外部压力的情况下接触到机芯上的开关,从而实现切换手表的显示内容和功能,但是表壳上的通孔增加了水进入表壳内的途径,从而加大了手表防水功能制作工艺的难度。
为了解决上述问题,公告号为CN205334063U的中国专利公开了一种手表按键防水结构,其包括表壳、按键和PCB板,表壳的一端开设有凹槽,凹槽中心处设有通孔,按键活动地安装在通孔内,按键与通孔内侧接触处设置有防水垫片,按键与通孔外侧接触处设置有弹性密封件;这种结构虽然设置有两层防水结构,能够在较长时间内保持防水效果,但是由于表壳一般都是采用铝合金制成,铝合金制品铸造时容易因为卷入气体而产生细小的针状砂孔,当在铝合金制成的表壳上加工出通孔时,表壳内部的砂孔容易外露使通孔的孔壁凹凸不平,则会导致防水结构与通孔内壁密封性不足,从而导致水从通孔流入表壳内,造成机芯的失灵。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种手表的按键防水结构,该手表的按键防水结构有效解决了上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种手表的按键防水结构,其包括:表壳、防水套管和按键;所述表壳上从外到内依次设有第一台阶孔、第二台阶孔、第三台阶孔和通孔,所述第一台阶孔、第二台阶孔、第三台阶孔和通孔同轴设置且相互连通;所述防水套管穿设于所述通孔,其靠近所述表壳外侧的一端设有密封环,所述密封环卡设于所述第二台阶孔内,所述第三台阶孔在所述密封环的阻隔下形成一个环形密封腔,所述环形密封腔内设有环形密封件;所述按键包括按压帽和按键支柱,所述按压帽卡设于所述第一台阶孔,所述按键支柱穿设于所述防水套管内,所述按键支柱上设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有环形密封件。
作为一种具体的实施例,所述按压帽的外侧壁上设有第二环形凹槽,所述第二环形凹槽内设有环形密封件。
所述按键支柱靠近所述表壳内侧的一端设置有第三环形凹槽,所述第三环形凹槽套设有防水垫片,当所述按键处于初始位置时,所述防水垫片紧贴所述表壳的内壁;当所述按键向所述表壳内侧按压时,所述防水垫片与所述表壳分离,所述第二环形凹槽内的环形密封件进入所述第一台阶孔内形成密封。
进一步地,所述环形密封件为聚氨酯密封环。
作为一种具体的实施例,所述第一台阶孔的底部设置有用以防止所述防水套管脱出的固定垫片。

进一步,按压帽的外侧壁上设有第二环形凹槽,第二环形凹槽内设有环形密封件;按键支柱靠近表壳内侧的一端设置有第三环形凹槽,第三环形凹槽套设有防水垫片,当按键处于初始位置时,防水垫片紧贴表壳的内壁,防水垫片与第一环形凹槽内的环形密封件形成双重密封;当按键向表壳内侧按压时,即使防水垫片与表壳分离,第二环形凹槽内的环形密封件进入第一台阶孔内,按键结构内仍然存在双重密封。
进一步地,第一台阶孔的底部设置有用以防止防水套管脱出的固定垫片,按压帽与固定垫片之间设置有弹性元件连接;固定垫片使防水套管不会轻易从表壳脱落,而按压帽与固定垫片之间的弹性元件能使按键在按压之后能够自动复位。

具体地,所述按压帽31的外侧壁上设有第二环形凹槽311,所述第二环形凹槽内7设有环形密封件5,所述环形密封件5用于密封所述第二环形凹槽311与第一台阶孔11之间的空隙。
另外,所述按键支柱32靠近所述表壳1内侧的一端设置有第三环形凹槽322,所述第三环形凹槽322套设有防水垫片6,当所述按键3处于初始位置时,所述防水垫片6紧贴所述表壳1的内壁;当所述按键3向所述表壳1内侧按压时,所述防水垫片6与所述表壳1分离,所述第二环形凹槽311内的环形密封件5进入所述第一台阶孔11内形成密封。

    所述防水套管穿设于所述通孔,其靠近所述表壳外侧的一端设有密封环,所述密封环卡设于所述第二台阶孔内,所述第三台阶孔在所述密封环的阻隔下形成一个环形密封腔,所述环形密封腔内设有环形密封件;
    所述按键包括按压帽和按键支柱,所述按压帽卡设于所述第一台阶孔,所述按键支柱穿设于所述防水套管内,所述按键支柱上设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有环形密封件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手表的按键防水结构,其特征在于:
    所述按压帽的外侧壁上设有第二环形凹槽,所述第二环形凹槽内设有环形密封件;
    所述按键支柱靠近所述表壳内侧的一端设置有第三环形凹槽,所述第三环形凹槽套设有防水垫片,当所述按键处于初始位置时,所述防水垫片紧贴所述表壳的内壁;当所述按键向所述表壳内侧按压时,所述防水垫片与所述表壳分离,所述第二环形凹槽内的环形密封件进入所述第一台阶孔内形成密封。
