Description

摇杆装置及手环 技术领域
本发明涉及按键领域,尤其涉及具有防水功能的摇杆装置及安装有摇杆装置的手环。
背景技术
现有技术中,对电子产品的防水需求越来越大。尤其对于经常在移动或户外情况下使用的电子产品,一般都要求有防水功能。而现有电子产品的按键,作为经常使用的部件,更加容易因为进水或其他外部液体而使得电子元器件损坏,严重的使整个电子产品失效或损毁。
一般电子产品的按键,即便有放水功能,也仅是通过在按键下面增设或部分位置增设一层防水层(例如防水薄膜),从而达到初级程度的防水效果。然而,对于价值高或者应用环境复杂的电子产品,初级的防水功能已经无法满足需求。而且,对于多维键(例如四维键、五维键等)的防水处理则复杂很多,不仅因为结构更为复杂、不易设置防水层,而且很容易在使用过程中发生进水问题。
举例来说:当多维键应用在摇杆装置上时,如果多维键进水,不仅会导致了该摇杆装置失效,而且还可能会导致安装该摇杆装置的电子产品(例如遥控器、遥控手环等)失效,甚至还会对受该电子产品遥控的电子设备(例如无人机等)造成影响,例如:在无人机飞行过程中,遥控器的失效可能会导致无人机失控,最终撞毁或丢失。
发明内容
本发明提供一种摇杆装置及手环。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种摇杆装置,包括壳体、电路板、安装到电路板上的多维键以及与该多维键连接的摇杆;所述多维键包括基座以及从基座上凸伸的按键端。所述摇杆设有与该按键端配合的安装腔。所述摇杆装置还包括位于壳体内的防水件,其中所述防水件至少覆盖所述多维键基座的上表面以及所述摇杆安装腔的外壁表面,以防止外部液体进入所述多维键。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种手环,包括手环本体以及设置在手环本体内的摇杆装置。所述摇杆装置包括壳体、电路板、安装到电路板上的多维键以及与该多维键连接的摇杆;所述多维键包括基座以及从基座上凸伸的按键端。所述摇杆设有与该按键端配合的安装腔。所述摇杆装置还包括位于壳体内的防水件,其中所述防水件至少覆盖所述多维键基座的上表面以及所述摇杆安装腔的外壁表面,以防止外部液体进入所述多维键。
与现有技术相比,本发明摇杆装置以及安装该摇杆装置的手环,通过设置有效的防水件,很好地保护了设置在摇杆装置内的多维键,从而使得所述摇杆装置以及安装该摇杆装置的手环具有更为良好的防水功能,而且所述防水件不易损坏,更加可靠。

如图1及图2所示,本发明摇杆装置100,包括壳体1、电路板2、安装到电路板上的多维键3、与该多维键连接的摇杆4以及位于壳体1内的防水件5。所述防水件5用以为所述多维键3提供防水保护。
所述多维键3包括基座31以及从基座31上凸伸的按键端32。所述基座31安装到所述电路板2上。
所述摇杆4至少设有与该按键端32配合的安装腔40,以使得操作所述摇杆4可以实现对所述多维键3的控制。
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,所述防水件5至少覆盖所述多维键3基座31的上表面以及所述摇杆4安装腔40的外壁表面41,以防止外部液体从所述壳体1进入到所述多维键3内,而导致按键失灵或损坏的情况发生。
继续参照图1所示,所述壳体1内设有内壁11以及位于所述内壁11内的收容空间(未标号)。所述壳体1与所述电路板2及多维键3安装后,所述多维键3的至少部分位于该收容空间内。
所述防水件5位于该收容空间内,包括与所述内壁11抵接的第一端51。在本发明一实施例中,所述第一端51为O型圈。进一步地,所述摇杆装置100还包括与所述第一端51配合的防水件支撑架6,使得第一端51与所述内壁11之间保持过盈配合,而防止外部液体通过所述第一端51与所述内壁11之间的间隙流入到所述多维键3内,从而实现更好的防水效果。
具体地,所述防水件支撑架6包括上支撑壁61、下支撑壁62以及开口朝向所述壳体1内壁11的环形槽63。所述防水件5的第一端51设置于环形槽63内。位于该环形槽63内的第一端51与所述壳体1内壁11之间保持过盈配合。
其中,所述上支撑壁61的长度小于所述下支撑壁62的长度。当所述防水件支撑架6安装到壳体1内后,所述上支撑壁61与所述壳体内壁11之间形成一开口(未标号),以使得靠近所述防水件5上靠近第一端51的部分通过。
进一步地,所述防水件5还包括弯曲部52以及第二端53。所述弯曲部52位于所述防水件5第一端51和第二端53之间的中间位置,以使得所述防水件5具有伸缩自由度。
所述摇杆4还设有一固定腔42。所述摇杆4和防水件5安装后,所述防水件5的第二端53设置在该固定腔42内。在本发明一实施例中,所述第二端53为O型圈,并与所述固定腔42保持过盈配合,以防止外部液体通过所述第二端53与所述摇杆4之间的间隙流入到所述多维键3内,从而实现更好的防水效果。
所述防水件5通过第一端51与所述壳体1的内壁11配合、第二端53 与所述摇杆4配合,而防止外部液体流入到所述多维键3内。进一步地,由于第一端51与第二端53与所述壳体1内部11以及所述摇杆4之间为过盈配合,而使得防水效果更佳。同时,通过本发明的如上结构,所述防水件5除了第一端51和第二端53的其他部位不易受到挤压而导致破损的情况发生,更加可靠。
进一步地,所述摇杆4包括供使用者操作的操作件43以及与所述操作件43连接的中间件44。可选地,所述安装腔40设置在所述中间件44上,并位于所述中间件44的下部。
在本发明一实施例中,所述操作件43设有安装部45,而所述中间件44设有位于与所述安装部45配合的连接部46。通过所述安装部45与连接部46的配合而使得所述操作件43与中间件44连接在一起。所述操作件43与中间件44安装连接后形成所述固定腔42。诚然,在本发明另一实施例中,所述操作件43与所述中间件44一体成型。
进一步地,所述壳体1设有开口12。所述摇杆4的操作件43设有位于所述开口12处的挡止部47。所述挡止部47与所述壳体1的位于开口12处的壁抵接配合,而防止所述操作件43从所述开口12处脱出。
在本发明一实施例中,所述防水件5为一体成型。诚然,考虑成本或工艺,在本发明其他实施例中,所述防水件5采用分段式结构。
在本发明一实施例中,所述防水件5是软胶防水件,例如防水橡胶或硅橡胶等。诚然,在本发明其他实施例中,所述防水件5也可以是其他复合防水材料。
在本发明一实施例中,所述多维键3是五维键,即所述多维键3可以在前后左右和上下方向上运动。然而,在不同的应用环境下,所述多维键3也可以是三维键、四维键。可选地,所述多维键3也可以是六维或更多维度的按键。

进一步地,所述手环是指用于控制无人机的手环。
由于安装有该摇杆装置100的手环,需佩戴在使用者的手上,因此与水或其他外部液体接触的可能性会比较高。通过设置本发明摇杆装置100,可以使得所述手环具备良好的防水功能,而提升了产品的可靠度和使用便利性。
诚然,本发明摇杆装置100还可以应用多种场合,例如应用在控制电子设备(例如:无人机)的遥控器上等。

  1. 一种摇杆装置,包括壳体、电路板、安装到电路板上的多维键以及与该多维键连接的摇杆;所述多维键包括基座以及从基座上凸伸的按键端,其特征在于:所述摇杆设有与该按键端配合的安装腔;所述摇杆装置还包括位于壳体内的防水件,其中所述防水件至少覆盖所述多维键基座的上表面以及所述摇杆安装腔的外壁表面,以防止外部液体进入所述多维键。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆装置,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有内壁以及位于所述内壁内的收容空间;所述防水件设置于所述收容空间内,包括与所述内壁抵接的第一端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的摇杆装置,其特征在于,所述第一端为O型圈;所述摇杆装置还包括与所述第一端配合的防水件支撑架,使得第一端与所述内壁之间保持过盈配合。

  17. 一种手环,包括手环本体以及设置在手环本体内的摇杆装置,所述摇杆装置包括壳体、电路板、安装到电路板上的多维键以及与该多维键连接的摇杆;所述多维键包括基座以及从基座上凸伸的按键端;其特征在于:所述摇杆设有与该按键端配合的安装腔;所述摇杆装置还包括位于壳体内的防水件,其中所述防水件至少覆盖所述多维键基座的上表面以及所述摇杆安装腔的外壁 表面,以防止外部液体进入所述多维键。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的手环,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有内壁以及位于所述内壁内的收容空间;所述防水件设置于所述收容空间内,包括与所述内壁抵接的第一端。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的手环,其特征在于,所述第一端为O型圈;所述摇杆装置还包括与所述第一端配合的防水件支撑架,使得第一端与所述内壁之间保持过盈配合。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的手环,其特征在于,所述防水件支撑架包括上支撑壁、下支撑壁以及开口朝向所述壳体内壁的环形槽,所述第一端设置于所述环形槽内。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的手环,其特征在于,所述上支撑壁的长度小于所述下支撑壁的长度;当所述防水件支撑架安装到壳体内后,所述上支撑壁与所述壳体内壁之间形成一开口,以使得所述防水件上靠近所述第一端的部分通过。
  22. 如权利要求17所述的手环,其特征在于,所述防水件上设有弯曲部,以使得所述防水件具有伸缩自由度。
  23. 如权利要求17至22任一项中所述的手环,其特征在于,所述摇杆还设有一固定腔,所述防水件还包括与设置在该固定腔内的第二端。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的手环,其特征在于,所述第二端为O型圈,并与所述固定腔保持过盈配合。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的手环,其特征在于,所述摇杆包括供使用者操作的操作件以及与所述操作件连接的中间件。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的手环,其特征在于,所述安装腔设置在所述中间件 上,并位于所述中间件的下部。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的手环,其特征在于,所述操作件设有安装部,而所述中间件设有位于与所述安装部配合的连接部;通过所述安装部与所述连接部的配合而使得所述操作件与所述中间件连接在一起,所述操作件与所述中间件安装连接后形成所述固定腔。
  28. 如权利要求25所述的手环,其特征在于,所述操作件与所述中间件一体成型。
  29. 如权利要求25所述的手环,其特征在于,所述壳体设有开口;所述摇杆的操作件设有位于所述开口处的挡止部;所述挡止部与所述壳体的位于所述开口处的壁配合而防止所述操作件从所述开口处脱出。
  30. 如权利要求17所述的手环,其特征在于,所述防水件为一体成型。
  31. 如权利要求17所述的手环,其特征在于,所述防水件是软胶防水件。
  32. 如权利要求17所述的手环,其特征在于,所述多维键是五维键。
