装夹充电板2上与夹爪4位于同一侧的装夹面上安装有无线充电线圈5,为了将保护无线充电线圈5,在装夹充电板2的装夹面上一个安装槽21,无线充电线圈5置于安装槽21内,并在安装槽21上盖装有盖板22,盖板22将无线充电线圈5盖在安装槽21内。
装夹充电板2上相对于装夹面的背面的中心设有螺纹孔23,基座1的圆盖上设有对于的通孔11,本实施例中,优先的,装夹充电板2通过限位锁紧组件3可旋转的与基座1连接,在其他实施例中,装夹充电板2可通过转轴直接与基座1连接,限位锁紧组件3仅起到限位锁紧的作用。本实施例的限位锁紧组件3除了限位锁紧作用外还,还起到旋转连接的作用。
具体的,如图2、3和4所示,限位锁紧组件3包括第一限位件31、第二限位件32和锁紧件33,第一限位件31包括第一环形凸台311,第二限位件32包括第二环形凸台321,第一环形凸台311位于装夹充电板2的背面中心,与螺纹孔23同心设置,第二环形凸台321位于基座1的圆盖内,并与圆盖上的通孔11同心设置。第一环形凸台311上设有四个限位槽311a,四个限位槽311a均匀分布,并沿着装夹充电板2的横向和纵向设置。对应的,第二环形凸台321上设有四个限位凸起321a,四个限位凸起321a均匀分布设置,与四个限位槽311a一一对应。为了更好的切换卡接,限位槽311a为三角凹槽,即在横截面上限位槽311a为三角形,并在开口处设有过渡的倒角,限位凸起321a设置成三角块,便于限位凸起321a滑入及滑出限位槽311a。
本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,第一限位件31还包括限位块312,第二限位件32还包括限位挡片322,限位块312具有两个,对称设置在第一环形凸台311的两侧,并且限位块312为弧形结构,两端延伸至与相邻的两个限位槽311a对齐。对应的,限位挡片322具有两个,对称设置在第二环形凸台321的外侧,并与两个限位凸起321a对齐,限位块312和限位挡片322的设置,使得装夹充电板2只能在0°和90°两个角度之间切换,即实现了手机横屏和竖屏旋转的切换。
本其他实施例中,第一限位件31与装夹充电板2为一体式结构,通过铸造一体成型,第二限位件32与基座为一体式结构,通过铸造一体成型。在其他实施例中,第一限位件31和第二限位件32可通过卡接或螺钉分别固定在装夹充电板2和基座1上。
在其他实施例中,第一环形凸台311和第二环形凸台321可省略,直接在装夹充电板2和基座1上设置限位槽311a和限位凸起321a,同样可实现旋转限位的作用。或者,限位块312和限位挡片322分别设置在第一环形凸台311和第二环形凸台321的内侧,同样可实现限位隔档的效果。
在其他实施例中,限位槽311a和限位凸起321a的个数及分布角度也可按照需求设置,例如设置成两个成90°限位槽311a和限位凸起321a,同样可实现手机横屏和竖屏的切换;甚至可将限位槽311a和限位凸起321a分布在不同圆周角上,以实现不同角度的切换,例如45°或60°旋转限位。限位块312和限位挡片322的数量和位置也可根据实际需求设置。
在本实施例中,锁紧件33为螺杆,螺杆包括螺纹杆和旋钮,螺纹杆穿过基座1上的通孔11与装夹充电板2的螺纹孔23连接,旋钮的外径大于基座1上的通孔11,从而螺杆可将装夹充电板2锁紧在基座1上,并且装夹充电板2可将螺杆作为转轴相对于基座1旋转。
为了更好的实现装夹充电板2的旋转,装夹充电板2的背面设有圆凹槽24,第一限位件31位于圆凹槽24内,并与之同心设置,圆凹槽24与基座1的圆盖适配,第二限位件32位于基座1的圆盖内,并与之同心设置。基座1的圆盖的部分可旋转的卡接在圆凹槽24内,从而圆盖将整个第一限位件31和第二限位件32盖装在一起。
圆凹槽24内还设有避让孔25,避让孔25与第一限位件31错开设置,避让孔25与装夹充电板2的安装槽21导通,用于穿设电源线,避让孔25设置成弧形结构,比防止装夹充电板2在旋转过程中拉扯电源线。
在其他实施例中,限位锁紧组件3可通过其他具有限位锁紧的机构代替,比例电磁旋转组件,通过电磁吸附力和弹簧力实现自动旋转。
本实施例的智能终端夹,当需要将横屏拍摄的手机切换成竖屏拍摄时,先通过旋转螺杆,将实现装夹充电板2松开,再旋转装夹有手机的实现装夹充电板2,将手机从横屏旋转至竖屏,其过程中通过第一限位件31和第二限位件32实现90°的限位,最后再通过螺杆将装夹充电板2锁紧在基座1上,完成手机横屏至竖屏的切换。当手机需要从竖屏切换成横屏时,同样通过上述步骤,旋转相反90°即可实现。
本实施例提供的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,由于装夹充电板2设有可伸缩的夹爪4和无线充电线圈5,可实现不同型号大小的智能终端的装夹及无线充电,装夹充电板2可旋转的安装在基座1上,并通过限位锁紧组件3限位锁紧,使得智能终端在无线充电的同时,可随时实现装夹角度的切换,尤其针对具有拍照功能的智能终端手机,具有无线充电及可旋转功能,使得智能终端可实现长时间的拍照或录像使用,在使用过程中可任意实现拍摄角度的切换,并且不影响无线充电。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种三轴陀螺仪稳定器,三轴陀螺仪稳定器包括三轴陀螺仪杆和上述实施例的智能终端夹,三轴陀螺仪杆可在XYZ三个轴方向旋转,从而智能终端夹可实现任意角度的摆动。
具体的,如图5所示,三轴陀螺仪杆包括手持杆6、第一连接杆7和第二连接杆8,手持杆6用于用户手持拾取,第一连接杆7和第二连接杆8为折弯结构,第一连接杆7和第二连接杆8的两端分别成90°设置,第一连接杆7的一端通过转轴与手持杆6沿着Z轴旋转连接,第二连接杆8的一端通过转轴与第一连接杆7的另一端沿着Y轴旋转连接,第二连接杆8的另一端通过转轴与智能终端夹的基座1沿X轴连接,即第一连接杆7和第二连接杆8的设置,实现了智能终端夹相对手持杆6的XYZ三轴联动。
手持杆6内安装有可充电的电池,并设有充电端口,智能终端夹上的无线充电线圈5通过电源线依次穿过基座1、第二连接杆8和第一连接杆7延伸至手持杆6内与电池连接,实现对手机等智能终端的无线充电。
手持杆6内还设置有蓝牙模块与手机通讯,并在手持杆6上设置拍照按钮,拍照安装通过蓝牙模块控制手机拍照;或者手持杆6上设有数据端口,可通过数据线直接与手机连接通讯,实现拍照控制。
本实施例提供的三轴陀螺仪稳定器,通过手持杆6、第一连接杆7和第二连接杆8的三轴联动设计,实现了手机的拍摄角度的任意调整变化,并且智能终端夹本身具有横屏和竖屏旋转切换功能,使得本三轴陀螺仪稳定器在无线充电的同时,可实现横屏和竖屏状态下的任意角度摆动拍摄,方便了用户使用,极大的提高了用户体验。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,包括:
    基座;
    装夹充电板,其两端安装有可伸缩的夹爪,与所述夹爪位于同一侧的装夹面安装有无线充电线圈,所述装夹面相对的背面与基座可旋转的连接;
    限位锁紧组件,其安装在所述基座和装夹充电板之间,用于将所述装夹充电板限位锁紧在至少两个不同旋转角度的位置上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述限位锁紧组件包括第一限位件、第二限位件和锁紧件,所述第一限位件位于所述装夹充电板的背面上,所述第二限位件位于所述基座上,所述第一限位件和第二限位件至少两个不同旋转角度的位置上相互卡接在一起;所述锁紧件安装在所述基座和装夹充电板之间,用于锁紧及松开基座和装夹充电板的限位卡接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述第一限位件包括第一环形凸台,所述第一环形凸台上至少设有两个限位槽,所述第二限位件包括与所述第一环形凸台对应的第二环形凸台,所述第二环形凸台上设有至少两个与所述限位槽对应的限位凸起。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述第一限位件还包括至少两个限位块,所述限位块位于所述第一环形凸台的外侧或内侧,并与所述限位槽对齐;所述第二限位件还包括至少两个限位挡片,所述限位挡板位于所述第二环形凸台的外侧或内侧,并且与所述限位凸起对齐。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述限位槽具有四个,均匀分布在所述第一环形凸台上,并沿所述装夹充电板的横向和纵向设置,所述限位块具有两个,对称设置在所述第一环形凸台的外侧,并所述限位块的两端延伸至与相邻的两个所述限位槽对齐;所述限位凸起具有四个,均匀分布在所述第二环形凸台上,所述限位挡片具有两个,对称设置在所述第二环形凸台的外侧,分别与两个所述限位凸起对齐。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧件为螺杆,所述装夹充电板的背面设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔位于所述第一环形凸台中心,所述基座上设有对于的通孔,所述螺杆穿过所述基座上的通孔与所述装夹充电板的螺纹孔连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述装夹充电板的背面的中心设有圆凹槽,所述第一限位件位于所述圆凹槽内,所述圆凹槽内设有与所述第一限位件错开设置的避让孔;所述基座与所述装夹充电板的连接端为与所述圆凹槽适配的圆盖,所述圆盖可旋转的卡在所述圆凹槽内,所述通孔和第二限位件位于所述圆盖内。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述第一限位件与装夹充电板为一体式结构,所述第二限位件与基座为一体式结构。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹,其特征在于,所述装夹充电板的装夹面设有安装槽,所述无线充电线圈安装在所述安装槽内,并且所述安装槽上安装有盖板,所述盖板将所述无线充电线圈盖在所述安装槽内。
  10. 一种三轴陀螺仪稳定器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的可旋转无线充电的智能终端夹和三轴陀螺仪杆,所述三轴陀螺仪杆包括手持杆、第一连接杆和第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆和第二连接杆为折弯结构,所述第一连接杆一端可沿Z轴旋转的安装在所述手持杆上,所述第二连接杆可沿Y轴旋转的安装在所述第一连接杆的另一端,所述智能终端夹可沿X轴旋转的安装在所述第二连接杆的另一端。
