본 발명에 따른 토양 보호 및 농약 수집 기능을 갖는 농약 재사용 시스템 및 방법은, 농작물에 뿌려지는 농약을 재사용하기 위한 것으로, 일반적으로 논이나 밭과 같은 경작지 등의 지면에 식재된 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 작업을 수행하는 경우, 살포작업의 여건상 농약액 전량이 농작물에 분사되지 못하고 일부는 농작물의 주변 토양에 뿌려지게 됨에 따라 잉여의 농약액이 토양에 흡수되거나 토양 표면에 잔존하게 되는데, 본 발명은 이와같이 토양에 농약이 뿌려지는 것을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라 토양에 축적되는 농약액을 수집하고 이를 재사용할 수 있도록 구성됨으로써 토양을 보호함과 동시에 농약을 재사용 할 수 있는 시스템 및 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 농약 재사용 시스템은, 농작물(C) 사이 통로(P)를 가로질러 지면상에 배치되는 복수의 팽창튜브(100)와, 팽창튜브(100) 위에 설치되어서 농작물 주변 토양을 덮는 복수의 덮개(200)를 포함하여 이루어지고, 팽창튜브(100)의 팽창시 덮개(200)가 팽창튜브(100)로부터 탈락되도록 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 분리 가능하게 고정하는 접착부재(100a)가 구비될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 농약액의 재사용을 위해서 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 경작지로부터 회수하여 농약액 추출 작업을 수행하는바, 회수작업의 효율을 높이기 위해서 이들을 소정 그룹으로 묶어 회수할 수 있도록 연결하는 튜브회수끈(310)과 덮개회수끈(320), 그리고 튜브연결봉(410)과 덮개연결봉(420)을 포함하고, 추출 작업을 위한 세척장치 또는 탈수장치 등의 농약추출장비(500)가 구비될 수 있다.
본 발명은 덮개(200)가 농약액을 흡수할 수 있도록 흡수성을 지닌 재질로 형성됨으로써 농작물 주변 토양으로 낙하하는 농약을 흡수하게 되어 농작물 주변 토양 보호가 가능하고, 농약액 흡수 및 추출을 통해 농약액의 재사용이 가능하도록 한다.
본 발명의 구성을 상세히 설명하면, 먼저 팽창튜브(100)는 일정 길이를 가지며, 농작물간의 간격과 대응하거나 이보다 작은 폭으로 형성되는 부재로서, 경작지의 가로나 세로 한 방향을 따라 농작물 사이 통로에 위치되어 길게 설치되되, 다수개가 폭 방향으로 각 통로마다 설치됨으로써 경작지 전역을 덮도록 배치된다. 팽창튜브(100)는 후술할 덮개(200)의 하측에서 지면과 접촉함에 따라, 덮개(200)에 이물질이나 흙이 묻는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이러한 팽창튜브(100)는 공기 투입 여부에 따라 지면으로부터 상이한 높이를 갖게 되도록 형성되는데, 공기가 투입되지 않은 상태에선 얇은 막의 형태로 존재하고, 공기가 투입되면 일정 높이를 갖도록 팽창하게 된다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 팽창튜브(100)는 고무 재질과 같이 신축성을 지닌 튜브로 형성되거나, 비닐 재질과 같이 신축성이 미비한 튜브로 형성될 수 있으며, 가능하다면 팽창튜브(100)의 전체 길이에는 큰 변함이 없도록 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 팽창튜브(100)의 길이는 경작지의 규모에 따라 선택적으로 사용될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 소정 길이를 갖는 다수개의 튜브로 구성되고 이들이 길이 방향으로 연속 배치되어서 일정 범위에 걸쳐서 설치되는 것이 바람직한데, 예컨대 작은 크기의 경작지에 사용될 경우엔 하나의 튜브가 연속된 3개 내지 5개 가량의 농작물에 걸쳐 배치되도록 다수개가 구비될 수 있으며, 큰 크기의 경작지에 사용될 경우에는 10개 이상의 농작물에 걸쳐서 배치되도록 연속 구비될 수 있다. 이렇게 연속적으로 설치되는 팽창튜브(100)는 길이 방향으로 인접한 튜브와 연결되는 형태로 마련될 수 있는데, 규모가 상당히 큰 경작지에서는 모든 튜브를 연결할 경우 이후의 회수 작업에 어려움이 있을 수 있으므로, 적절하게 선택되어 연결되거나 개별적으로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 팽창튜브(100)에는 공기가 주입될 수 있도록, 110이 형성된다. 110은 팽창튜브(100)의 상면이나 측면에 형성된다.
팽창튜브(100)는 후술하는 팽창단계에서 110을 통해 공기가 주입됨에 따라 외경 방향으로 팽창되고, 회수단계에서 회수됨에 따라 일 방향으로 이동하게 되는데, 팽창된 상태에서 이동될 경우 농작물의 줄기 등에 외력을 가하게 될 수 있으므로, 농작물의 손상을 방지하기 위해서 상부측 방향으로 굴곡진 형상을 갖도록 마련될 수 있다.
즉, 팽창튜브(100)는 폭방향으로 잘린 단면으로 봤을 때, 덮개(200)가 설치되는 상측 부분인 평면부의 양측으로 하향 경사지게 경사부가 형성되도록 마련될 수 있으며, 이러한 형상은 결과적으로 평면부가 지면으로부터 일정 거리 이격된 상태에서 경사부의 양측단부가 지면을 향해 경사지도록 하향 배치되기 때문에, 팽창튜브(100)가 이동되는 경우에 농작물에 가해지는 외력을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 이러한 팽창튜브(100)는 농작물의 손상을 더욱 방지하기 위해서 팽창튜브(100)의 경사부쪽의 외면재질이 평면부와 상이한 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 경사부의 재질은 스펀지와 같이 부드러운 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이렇게 토양에 설치된 팽창튜브(100)는 후술하는 회수 단계에서 수작업 또는 별도의 장비를 통한 작업에 의해 회수되는데, 작업자의 작업을 용이하게 하도록 길이 방향 일측 단부에는 튜브회수끈(310)이 연결되는 튜브회수구멍(120)이 형성될 수 있다.
튜브회수구멍(120)은 팽창튜브(100)의 길이방향 일측 단부에 형성되는 것이 바람직한데, 단부에서 폭 방향으로 양측에 위치되어 형성되고, 양측에서 연결된 상태로 튜브회수끈(310)이 연결됨으로써 튜브회수끈(310)을 안정적으로 연결할 수 있으며, 튜브회수끈(310)은 갈고리 형태의 단부고리가 형성되어서 튜브회수구멍(120)의 상측에서 하측 방향으로 걸리도록 끼움 결합될 수 있다.
각 팽창튜브(100)에 연결되는 튜브회수끈(310)은, 작업자가 복수개의 팽창튜브(100)를 연결하여 한번에 이동시킬 수 있도록 하나의 튜브연결봉(410)에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다.
튜브연결봉(410)은 복수의 튜브회수끈(310)이 각 위치에서 연결될 수 있도록 소정 길이를 갖는 중공의 원통형이나 사각봉으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 튜브연결봉(410)은 팽창튜브(100)가 설치되는 방향(예, 가로 방향)과 교차하는 방향(세로 방향)으로 설치된다.
또한, 팽창튜브(100)는 길이방향으로 연속 설치된 팽창튜브(100)의 튜브회수구멍(120)이 인접한 위치에 형성될 수 있도록 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 도 1 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 한 쌍의 팽창튜브(100)는 길이 방향에 대해서 튜브회수구멍(120)이 서로 마주보면서 배치될 수 있도록 설치된다.
이로서, 튜브연결봉(410)은 세로 방향으로 배치된 상태에서 양측에 위치된 팽창튜브(100)를 동시에 연결할 수 있어 이후 회수 단계에서 양측의 팽창튜브(100)를 동시에 회수할 수 있게 된다.
튜브회수끈(310)을 튜브연결봉(410)에 연결하기 위해서, 튜브연결봉(410)에 일정 간격으로 복수의 고리돌기(미도시)를 형성하고, 튜브회수끈(310)을 이 고리돌기에 걸어서 연결할 수 있다.
이때, 튜브연결봉(410)과 튜브회수끈(310)의 연결 작업을 좀 더 안정적으로 하기 위하여, 튜브회수끈(310)의 단부에는 튜브걸림뭉치(311)가 구비되고, 튜브연결봉(410)에는 이 튜브걸림뭉치(311)가 걸릴 수 있도록 일정 간격으로 배치된 튜브걸림공(411)이 형성될 수 있다.
튜브걸림뭉치(311)는 튜브회수끈(310)의 단부에 구비되는데 통상의 스프링으로 작동되는 끈조임 장치 등이 사용될 수 있는데, 정육면체나 구형이 아닌 장방형의 육면체 또는 길이를 갖는 원통형 등의 형상과 같이 폭방향에 비해 길이방향 길이가 길도록 형성됨으로써, 튜브연결봉(410)의 튜브걸림공(411)에 한 방향으로만 삽입될 수 있도록하여 쉽게 빠져나가는 것을 방지할 수 있는 구조로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
튜브걸림공(411)은 튜브걸림뭉치(311)의 폭방향의 형상과 대응하는 크기로 형성되어 튜브연결봉(410)에 형성된다. 다만, 튜브걸림뭉치(311)가 튜브걸림공(411)에 삽입되되 재이탈되지 않도록 수평으로 놓여져 있는 튜브연결봉(410)의 상측 외면에 튜브걸림공(411)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 튜브걸림공(411)의 일측부분에는 튜브회수끈(310)이 통과되는 끈이동공(412)이 튜브연결봉(410)의 외경을 따라 하측을 따라 연장형성될 수 있다.
즉, 튜브걸림뭉치(311)는 상측의 튜브걸림공(411)을 통해 삽입되어서 튜브연결봉(410)의 내부에 위치하게 되고, 튜브회수끈(310)은 끈이동공(412)을 통과함으로써 결과적으로 튜브연결봉(410)을 상측 방향으로 들었을 때 튜브걸림뭉치(311)가 끈이동공(412)에 걸쳐지고 튜브회수끈(310)은 아래로 처진 상태로 있게 된다.
덮개(200)는 팽창튜브(100)와 대응하는 길이 또는 폭을 갖도록 형성되는데, 덮개(200)의 폭이 팽창튜브(100)보다 좁은 폭으로 형성되는 경우에는 팽창튜브(100)의 상측에 위치한 상태가 됨으로써 토양과 접촉되는 것이 방지될 수 있으며, 넓은 폭으로 형성되는 경우에는 여유면적에 의해 농작물의 주변 토양을 더 덮도록 배치됨으로써 토양을 덮는 면적을 넓힐 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 덮개(200)는 팽창튜브(100)와 함께 농작물 주변 토양을 덮음으로써 농약 살포시 토양에 분사되는 농약액으로부터 토양을 보호하게 되는데, 농약액을 흡수할 수 있는 재질로 형성되거나 농약액을 그대로 보유할 수 있는 형태나 재질로 형성됨으로써 농약액을 수집할 수 있게 된다. 이를 위해, 덮개(200)는 흡수성이나 보수성을 갖도록 거즈와 같은 직물이나 면직물, 스펀지 또는 티슈 등으로 형성될 수 있다.
이러한 덮개(200)는 팽창튜브(100)로부터 분리가 가능하도록 팽창튜브(100)에 결합된다. 즉, 본 발명은 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100)에 결합시키기 위해서 접착부재(100a)가 구비될 수 있으며, 접착부재(100a)는 풀과 같은 접착제로 형성되어 팽창튜브(100)에 도포될 수 있으며, 양면테이프와 같은 접착패치 형태로 형성되어 팽창튜브(100)에 부착되도록 마련될 수도 있는바, 농약액의 재사용을 용이하게 수행하기 위해서 접착제로 선택되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같은 접착부재(100a)는 팽창튜브(100)의 상측 표면이나 덮개(200)의 하측 표면에 구비되는데, 예컨대 팽창튜브(100)의 길이 방향을 따라서 일정 간격으로 연속하여 도포되거나, 일단부측 지점이나 양단부측 지점에 선택적으로 도포될 수 있다. 이때, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)의 용이한 분리를 위해서는 접착부재(100a)가 팽창튜브(100)의 한 지점 또는 적어도 두 지점 정도에 도포되어서 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100)에 한점 또는 두점 지지하는 것이 바람직하나, 이들의 전체 길이에 따라 적절하게 선택될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에서는 이들을 재사용하는 구조로 마련되는바, 팽창튜브(100)에는 접착부재(100a)가 도포 또는 부착될 수 있는 접착유도부(100b)가 마련될 수 있다. 접착유도부(100b)는 접착부재(100a)가 도포되거나 부착되는 부위에 형성됨으로써 항상 동일한 위치에 접착부재(100a)가 위치될 수 있도록 유도하게 되며, 접착부재(100a)가 위치되는 부분에 일정 크기로 표시되거나, 대응 크기로 상이한 재질을 갖는 부재로 형성되어 팽창튜브(100)의 표면에 고정된다.
이렇게 접착부재(100a)에 의해서 팽창튜브(100)와 분리 가능하게 결합되는 덮개(200)는 후술하는 단계에서 회수되는바, 회수 작업의 용이성을 증대시키기 위해서 팽창튜브(100)와 마찬가지로, 덮개회수끈(320)이 연결되는 덮개회수구멍(220)이 일측 단부에 형성된다.
다만, 덮개(200)는 팽창튜브(100)가 회수되는 방향과 상이한 방향으로 회수될 수 있도록 팽창튜브(100)의 튜브회수구멍(120)과 반대 위치에 대응하여 덮개회수구멍(220)이 위치되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 단순히 덮개(200)와 팽창튜브(100)를 상이한 방향으로 배치함으로써 달성될 수 있다.
이때, 본 발명에서는 후술하는 추출 작업시, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)에 각각 상이한 추출 작업을 수행하도록 구성되는바, 분리된 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 회수함에 있어서 이들을 다른 방향에서 각각 회수함도록 하는 것이 바람직하며, 이들을 한 방향에서 동시에 회수하도록 구성될 수도 있다.
즉, 덮개회수구멍(220)은 튜브회수구멍(120)과 같은 단부측에 위치될 수 있으며, 이로서 덮개(200)가 팽창튜브(100)와 같은 방향으로 이동되어 회수될 수도 있게 된다. 이때에는 덮개(200)와 팽창튜브(100)를 동시에 회수하는 작업보단 순차적으로 작업하는 것이 작업의 능률을 더 높일 수 있으며, 이들을 하나의 추출작업으로 수행하는 경우에는 동시에 회수할 수도 있다.
각 덮개(200)에 연결되는 덮개회수끈(320)은, 팽창튜브(100)의 것과 유사하게, 작업자가 복수개의 덮개(200)를 한번에 이동시킬 수 있도록 하나의 덮개연결봉(420)에 연결되는 것이 바람직하다. 이때의 덮개연결봉(420)은 팽창튜브(100)가 연결되는 튜브연결봉(410)과 동일하게 형성될 수 있으며, 이들의 연결 방식 또한 그와 동일할 수 있으므로, 이에 대한 설명은 생략하도록 한다. 즉, 덮개회수끈(320)의 단부에는 덮개걸림뭉치(321)가 구비되고, 덮개연결봉(420)에는 덮개걸림공(421)이 형성될 수 있으며, 덮개걸림공(421)의 일측으로부터 끈이동공(431)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 재사용 시스템을 사용하여 농약액을 재사용하는 방법을 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 농약액 재사용 방법은, (a) 인접한 농작물(C) 사이의 통로(P)를 가로질러 팽창튜브(100)를 배치하는 튜브배치단계와, (b) 토양을 덮기 위한 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100) 위에 설치하는 덮개설치단계와, (c) 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 농약살포단계와, (d) 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 분리하도록 팽창튜브(100)를 팽창시키는 튜브팽창단계와, (e) 분리된 팽창튜브(100) 또는 덮개(200)를 경작지로부터 회수하기 위한 회수단계, 그리고 (f) 농약의 재사용을 위하여 회수된 팽창튜브(100) 또는 덮개(200)로부터 농약액을 추출하는 농약추출단계를 포함한다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 방법은, 농작물 주변 토양을 덮도록 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 설치하고, 농약을 살포한 후에 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 분리하여 이들을 회수하고, 덮개(200)에 흡수된 농약액과 팽창튜브(100)의 표면에 묻은 농약액을 추출함으로써 농약액을 확보할 수 있게 되는데, 농약이 분사될 때 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)에 의해서 토양으로 농약이 쉽게 흡수되지 못하게 할 뿐만 아니라 이를 재사용 할 수 있도록 하여 불필요한 농약의 사용을 줄일 수 있게 된다.
이를 구체적으로 설명하자면, 먼저 (a) 튜브배치단계는 팽창튜브(100)를 경작지에 배치하기 위한 단계로서, 일반적으로 벼 등의 농작물이 격자 모양의 각 교차점에 위치되어 경작지에 식재되는바, 이들 농작물 사이를 가로지르도록 팽창튜브(100)를 배치하는 단계이다. 이 단계에서, 작업자는 다수의 팽창튜브(100)를 인접한 농작물 사이의 통로를 가로지르도록 배치하며, 팽창튜브(100)가 소정의 길이를 갖게 되므로 이후의 회수작업을 용이하게 하도록 길이 방향과 폭 방향으로 적절하게 간격을 두고 배치하는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 팽창튜브(100)는 직렬식과 병렬식으로 연속 배치되어서 경작지의 면적을 커버하게 되며, 팽창튜브(100)의 폭 방향 설치 간격은 농작물에 접촉하지 않는 정도로 농작물의 식재 간격과 대응할 수 있으며, 길이 방향 설치 간격은 농작물과 농작물 사이의 공간에 팽창튜브(100)의 단부가 위치하도록 배치할 수 있다.
이때, (a) 튜브배치단계에서는 후술하는 회수작업의 용이성을 높이기 위해서, 복수의 팽창튜브(100)를 하나의 튜브연결봉(410)에 연결하는 작업을 수행할 수 있는바, 실질적으로 (a-1) 팽창튜브(100)를 경작지에 배치하는 단계와, (a-2) 튜브회수끈(310)을 팽창튜브(100)에 연결하거나 이미 팽창튜브(100)에 연결되어 있는 튜브회수끈(310)을 튜브연결봉(410)에 연결하는 튜브연결봉 설치단계를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
여기서, (a-2) 튜브연결봉 설치단계에서는, 튜브회수끈(310)에 있는 튜브걸림뭉치(311)를 튜브연결봉(410)의 튜브걸림공(411)에 삽입하는 것으로서 간단하게 설치 작업을 완료할 수 있게 된다.
다음으로, (b) 덮개설치단계는 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100)에 설치하는 단계로서, 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100)의 상부 표면에 배치시키고 접착부재(100a)를 통해 덮개(200)와 팽창튜브(100)를 연결하는 단계이다. 작업자는 팽창튜브(100)의 상면에 덮개(200)를 배치하게 되는데, 접착부재(100a)를 팽창튜브(100)의 표면에, 특히 접착유도부(100b)에 도포하고, 서로 포개어지는 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)의 회수끈들(300)이 반대 방향을 향하도록 덮개(200)를 위치시키는 것이 바람직하며, 접착부재(100a)가 도포된 부분을 적절한 힘으로 눌러줌으로써 서로가 접착되도록 한다. 이때, 접착부재(100a)는 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 완전 고정하는 것이 아닌 흡착 수준으로 임시 고정 역할을 하는 것이기 때문에, 너무 강한 힘으로는 누르지 않도록 한다.
이러한 (b) 덮개설치단계에서는, 실질적으로 (b-1) 덮개(200)를 팽창튜브(100) 위에 설치하는 단계와, 회수작업의 용이성을 위해 (b-2) 덮개회수끈(320)을 덮개(200)에 연결하고, 이를 덮개연결봉(420)에 연결하는 덮개연결봉 설치 단계를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
즉, (b-2) 덮개연결봉 설치 단계를 통해 복수의 덮개(200)를 하나의 덮개연결봉(420)에 연결함으로써 회수작업을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 이때의 작업은 (a-2) 단계와 유사하다. 여기서, 덮개연결봉(420)은 튜브연결봉(410)이 설치되어 있는 라인의 다음 라인에 설치되는바, 이로서 튜브연결봉(410)과 덮개연결봉(420)은 반복적인 순서로 배치가 된다.
한편, 전술한 (a) 단계와 (b) 단계에서, 팽창튜브(100)를 지면에 설치하고, 그 위에 덮개(200)를 설치하는 공정으로 설명하였지만, 경작지에 설치하기 이전에 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 서로 연결하고, 이를 경작지에 설치하는 순서로도 수행될 수 있다. 이는, 접착부재(100a)에 의해서 습기나 공기의 팽창 등에 의해 쉽게 이탈될 수 있는 상태에서 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)가 연결되는바, 서로 연결된채로 이동되어서 경작지에 설치되는 경우에는 작업 여건상 접착부위가 일부 탈락되는 상황이 발생할 수 있다는 단점이 있긴 하나, 결합한 상태로 경작지에 설치하는 경우 이들의 연결 작업 자체는, 팽창튜브(100)가 지면에 배치된 상태에서 덮개(200)를 설치하는 작업에 비해서 훨씬 수월하게 진행될 수 있다는 이점을 갖게 되므로, 작업 환경에 따라 선택적으로 공정 순서를 설정하는 것이 바람직하다.
이후, (c) 농약살포단계는 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 단계로서, 작업자가 직접 농약을 살포하거나, 별도의 자동농약살포장치 또는 농약살포드론에 의해서 농약을 살포하게 된다. 살포된 농약액은 농작물에 뿌려지거나 지면을 향해 내려앉게 되는데, 지면으로 낙하하는 농약액의 경우에는 농작물 주변 토양이 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)에 의해 덮여있으므로 토양에는 살포되지 않고, 덮개(200)에 흡수되거나 팽창튜브(100)의 표면에 묻게 된다. 즉, 본 발명에 따른 방법은, 주된 목적이 농약의 재사용을 위한 것이지만, 토양으로 직접적인 농약의 살포가 이뤄지지 않도록 함으로써 불필요한 농약의 사용을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이렇게 농약이 살포되고 나면, 다음으로 (d) 튜브팽창단계가 수행되는데, 이 단계는 팽창튜브(100)를 팽창하는 단계로서, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 서로 분리하기 위해서 팽창튜브(100)에 공기를 주입하는 단계이다.
본 단계에서는, 에어컴프레셔 등의 공기주입장치에 있는 에어호스를 팽창튜브(100)에 형성된 110에 연결함으로써 팽창튜브(100)에 공기를 주입하게 된다.
여기서, 팽창튜브(100)에 공기가 주입되면, 팽창튜브(100)가 유도된 형상이나 외경방향 으로 팽창하면서 상측의 덮개(200)를 상측으로 이동시킴에 따라 지면으로부터 이격시킨다.
이때, 접착부재(100a)에 의해 부착된 상태의 덮개(200)와 팽창튜브(100)의 결합 관계는 접착 부위가 볼록한 형상으로 변형됨에 따라 접착 부위의 면적을 감소시켜서 접착력을 약화시키는 동시에, 농약액에 의한 수분 함량으로 접착부재(100a)의 접착력이 약해짐으로써 상호간에 분리가 발생하게 된다. 이로서, 다음 단계에서 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 분리 이동시킬 수 있는 상태가 된다.
팽창튜브(100)가 팽창된 후에는 투입된 공기를 다시 빼내어 원래 상태로 되돌리는 것이 바람직하며, 이로서 팽창튜브(100)는 공기가 빠진 상태로 이동될 수 있게 되므로 이동시 농작물의 표면에 손상을 덜 발생시킬 수 있게 된다.
이후, (e) 회수단계가 수행되는바, 이 단계에서는 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 순차적 또는 동시에 회수하는 단계가 수행되는 것으로서, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)가 양측 반대 방향을 따라 상이한 경로로 이동되면서 회수될 수 있다. 복수의 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)는 양측에 위치한 각각의 연결봉들(400)에 의해서 연결되어 있는바, 작업자가 연결봉들(400)을 길이방향을 따라 양쪽으로 당김으로써 이들을 양쪽에서 각각 회수할 수 있게 된다. 이때, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)는 별도의 권선장치(미도시)에 연결되어 권선 작동에 의해 회수될 수도 있다. 여기서, 팽창튜브(100)의 상부에 위치되어 있는 덮개(200)를 우선적으로 회수하고서 팽창튜브(100)를 회수하는 것이 바람직하며, 추가 작업자 등에 의해서 이들을 동시에 회수할 수도 있는 것이다.
한편, 본 (e) 회수단계에서는 회수용 드론(600)이 사용될 수 있다. 즉, 연결봉들(400)을 파지할 수 있도록 결합유닛(610)이 하측에 마련된 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 공중으로 상승되면서 지면으로부터 이탈되어 경작지 밖으로 이동될 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 사용되는 회수용 드론(600)은 일반적인 작업용 드론이 사용될 수 있으며, 회수용 드론(600)의 하측으로는 튜브연결봉(410)이나 덮개연결봉(420)에 결합되는 결합유닛(610)이 형성되고, 결합유닛(610)에 의해 연결봉들(400)을 파지한 상태로 이동할 수 있게 된다.
결합유닛(610)은 단부가 연결봉들(400)을 감싸는 형태의 집게나 갈고리 형상으로 형성될 수 있으며, 회수용 드론(600)의 조작을 통해 집게나 고리를 움직여 단순히 연결봉들(400)의 하측을 지지하도록 걸림 작동하거나, 연결봉들(400)을 직접 움켜쥠으로써 파지할 수 있게 된다.
이때, 본 발명은 회수용 드론(600)의 결합유닛(610)과, 지면상에 놓여진 연결봉들(400)의 결합 동작이 용이하도록 연결봉들(400)을 지면으로부터 이격시켜 지지하는 봉받침대(450)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
봉받침대(450)는 지면에 설치되는 한 쌍의 다리부(451)가 수직 방향으로 형성되고, 연결봉들(400)을 거치할 수 있는 거치부(452)가 양 다리부(451)의 상측에 수평 방향으로 연장 형성된다. 봉받침대(450)는 연결봉들(400)이 적어도 두 지점에서 지지될 수 있도록 복수개로 구성되어서 지면에 설치되는 것이 바람직하다. 봉받침대(450)는 연결봉들(400)을 지면으로부터 이격시켜서 거치할 수 있는 형상이라면 어느 것으로 형성되어도 무방하나, 설치 작업의 편이성을 위하여 다리부(451)와 거치부(452)로 형성되었으며, 이들은 얇은 폭의 막대나 봉 형상의 골조로 형성될 수 있다. 이 봉받침대(450)는 연결봉들(400)이 설치되는 단계인 (a-2) 및 (b-2) 단계에서 함께 수행될 수 있으며, 봉받침대(450)를 지면에 설치한 상태에서 봉받침대(450)상에 연결봉들(400)을 위치시키고, 각 회수끈들(300)을 연결하도록 한다. 즉, (a-2) 및 (b-2) 단계에서 각 회수끈들(300)을 연결하는 작업시, 봉받침대(450)를 설치하고서 그 위에 연결봉들(400)을 올리고, 끈안내부(453)를 통해 회수끈이 통과될 수 있도록 한 상태에서 끈들을 연결봉에 연결하는 순서로 이루어진다.
이에 따라, 결합유닛(610)은 봉받침대(450)에 거치된 연결봉들(400)을 파지하는 작업이 수월하게 수행될 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 연결봉들(400)이 상승하게 되면 회수끈들(300)이 상측방향으로 이동함과 동시에 이에 연결된 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)가 끌려오게 되는데, 완전한 회수를 위해서 드론(600)이 계속해서 올라가는 상태에서는 이들이 지면상에서 끌리기만 하는 것이 아닌 상측으로 들리면서 이동함에 따라 농작물과의 접촉이 발생할 수 있게 되므로, 이를 방지하기 위하여 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)가 지면에서 이동할 수 있도록 안내하는 끈안내부(453)가 구비될 수 있다.
즉, 봉받침대(450)에는 인접한 다리부(451)의 하측을 가로지르도록 끈안내부(453)가 형성되는데, 끈안내부(453)는 튜브회수끈(310)과 덮개회수끈(320)이 통과될 수 있도록 지면으로부터 일정 거리 이격되어서 다리부(451)의 하측에 형성된다. 이때, 봉받침대(450)가 설치된 경우, 전술한 (a) 및 (b) 단계에서, 연결봉들(400)에 각각의 회수끈들(300)을 연결하는 작업 수행시 회수끈들(300)을 봉받침대(450)의 끈안내부(453) 아래로 통과시킨 상태에서 각각의 연결봉들(400)에 연결하고서, 연결봉들(400)을 거치부(452)에 배치하는 작업을 수행하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 끈안내부(453)의 높이는, 농작물의 높이, 예컨대 벼의 높이에 따라 상이하게 위치될 수 있으며, 일반적으로 벼농사에서 벼의 성장에 따라 시기별로 몇차례에 걸쳐 농약살포 작업이 수행되는바, 성장시기에 맞춰서 벼의 길이(높이)가 상이하므로, 이에 대응하여 끈안내부(453)의 높이를 조절하는 것이 바람직하다. 이를 위해, 끈안내부(453)는 다리부(451)에 소정 높이별로 탈착 가능하게 구비될 수 있으며, 간격을 두고 형성된 구멍(미도시)에 별도의 부재로 형성된 끈안내부(453)를 끼워 고정함으로써 탈착 구조로 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 (e) 회수단계에서는, 작업자에 의한 수작업이나 권선장치에 의한 기계작업이 실시되는 경우에는, 한 방향 또는 양측 방향에서 각 연결봉들(400)을 당기는 동작을 통해서 다수의 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)를 회수할 수 있게 되며, 회수용 드론(600)이 사용되는 경우에는 (e-1) 회수용 드론(600)을 각 연결봉들(400)의 위치로 이동시켜 이들에 연결하는 드론연결단계와, (e-2) 회수용 드론(600)을 상승시키고 경작지역 밖으로 이동시켜서 경작지로부터 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)를 수거하는 드론수거단계로 수행될 수 있다.
(e-2) 드론수거단계에서 바람직하게는, 각 연결봉들(400)이 양측으로 인접한 팽창튜브(100)나 덮개(200)를 연결하고 있는바, 실질적으로는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 튜브연결봉(410)과 덮개연결봉(420)이 병렬로 순차적으로 번갈아 설치되는 형태가 되며, 이를 각각 수거하는 방식으로 수행된다.
전술한 (e) 회수단계에서 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)가 회수되고 나면, (f) 팽창튜브(100)에 들러붙거나 덮개(200)에 흡수된 농약액을 재사용할 수 있도록, 이들로부터 농약액을 추출하는 농약추출단계가 수행된다.
(f) 농약추출단계는 회수된 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)를 각 연결봉(,)으로부터 분리하는 (f-1) 분리단계와, 분리된 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)로부터 농약액을 추출하는 (f-2) 추출단계로 구성될 수 있다.
이때, 작업 시간을 단축하기 위해, (f-1) 분리단계에서 분리되는 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)는, (f-2) 추출단계의 농약추출장비(500) 안으로 바로 투입할 수 있도록 분리되는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 회수단계에서 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)를 이동시킬 때, 이들을 농약추출장비(500)의 상부로 바로 이동시켜 그 자리에서 분리단계를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
또한, (f-1) 분리단계에서, 각 연결봉들(400)은 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 작업이 수행될 경우, 회수작업 이후 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 용이하게 분리하기 위해서 회수끈들(300)을 한번에 이탈시키는 구조를 갖는 것이 바람직하며, 본 발명에서는 연결봉들(400)이 중앙부를 중심으로 분할된 양측 절반부가 분절형으로 하향 회동 작동하는 구조로 형성됨으로써 분리 작업을 진행할 수 있다. 여기서, 설명의 편이성을 위해 튜브연결봉(410)과 튜브회수끈(310)의 분리 작업에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
즉, 튜브연결봉(410)은 한 쌍의 절반부(401)가 중앙부를 축으로 꺾여지는 구조로 형성되며, 절반부(401)에 연결되어 있는 팽창튜브(100)나 튜브연결봉(410)의 자중에 의해 하향 회동 작동할 수 있다.
이러한 튜브연결봉(410)은 양 절반부(401)가 별도의 탄성부재에 의해서 회동작동이 탄력적으로 지지되거나, 가이드부에 의해 절첩 작동이 지지될 수 있도록 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
이에, 회수용 드론(600)의 결합유닛(610)은 튜브연결봉(410)의 회동 작동을 안내하도록 형성되는 것이 바람직한바, 고리(집게)형태의 파지갈퀴부(620)가 일정 간격을 두고 이격되어 연속적으로 배치되는 구성으로 마련될 수 있는데, 세 개의 갈퀴들(621,622,623)로 마련되어서 양단에 위치하는 제1 및 제3 갈퀴(621,623)는 각 절반부(401)를 지지하고, 가운데의 제2 갈퀴(622)는 튜브연결봉(410)의 중앙부를 지지하도록 한다. 각 갈퀴들(621,622,623)은 개별적으로 작동할 수 있도록 구비된다. 즉, 파지갈퀴부(620)에 의해 튜브연결봉(410)이 지지된 상태에서, 분리 작업을 위해 제1 갈퀴(621)와 제3 갈퀴(623)의 파지상태를 해제하게 되면, 양측 절반부(401)를 지지하고 있던 상태가 해제됨에 따라 튜브연결봉(410)은 양 절반부(401)의 각 단부측이 아래로 하강하게 되고, 역'V'자 형태가 된다.
이에 따라, 튜브연결봉(410)의 길이 방향으로 소정간격 연달아 배치되어 있던 팽창튜브(100)들은 양측에 집결된 상태로 늘어지게 되므로, 이들을 한데 모아 추출작업 또는 분리작업을 수행하는 것이 간편해지게 된다.
이때, 튜브연결봉(410)은 양절반부(401)가 하향 경사지게 작동된 상태에서, 튜브회수끈(310)이 분리될 수 있도록 안내하는 이탈장공(432)이 형성될 수 있다.
이탈장공(432)은 튜브연결봉(410)의 외경을 따라 하측으로 연장 형성된 복수의 끈이동공(431)을 연결하도록 연장 형성되는바, 튜브연결봉(410)의 길이 방향을 따라 절반부(401)의 단부까지 이어지는 긴 장공으로 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 튜브연결봉(410)이 회동작동한 상태에서 튜브회수끈(310)이 끈이동공(431)으로부터 이탈장공(432)을 따라 튜브연결봉(410) 양단으로 이동할 수 있게 되는 것이며, 이로서 튜브연결봉(410)과 팽창튜브(100)가 분리 가능하게 된다.
따라서, (f-1) 분리단계에서는 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 튜브연결봉(410)을 세척장치의 상부측으로 이동시키고, 결합유닛(610)의 파지상태를 부분적으로 해제하여 튜브연결봉(410)의 양 절반부(401)가 하향 회동 작동하도록 하며, 이에 따라 튜브회수끈(310)이 튜브연결봉(410)으로부터 이탈되면서 결과적으로 팽창튜브(100)와 튜브연결봉(410)의 분리가 이루어지게 된다.
또한, 덮개연결봉(420)의 경우에도 튜브연결봉(410)과 같은 형태와 방법으로 수행될 수 있다.
여기서, (f-1) 분리단계에서는, 각각의 회수끈들(300)을 팽창튜브(100) 및 덮개(200)로부터 추가적으로 분리하는 작업 또한 수행될 수 있으며 각 회수구멍들(,)에 연결된 회수끈들(300)을 빼내는 작업이 이루어질 수 있다.
이후, (f-2) 추출단계가 수행되는데, 이 단계는 분리된 팽창튜브(100)나 덮개(200)에서 농약액 직접적으로 추출하는 단계로서, 세척, 탈수 또는 건조 장비에 의해서 수행될 수 있다.
회수된 덮개(200)의 농약액 추출 작업은, 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 덮개연결봉(420)을 파지한 상태로 농약추출장비(500)의 탈수장치로 이동되어 온 덮개(200)를 탈수함으로써 덮개(200)가 포함하고 있는 농약액을 추출할 수 있으며, 이때 탈수 작업시 소량의 물을 첨가할 수 있는데, 이는 흡수된 농약액의 용이한 배출을 위한 것이다. 이렇게 탈수되어 추출된 농약액은 바로 사용하거나, 가열 등 소정의 수분 분리 작업을 실시한 후에 재사용될 수 있다. 또한, 탈수된 덮개(200)는 추가적인 건조 작업을 통해 완전히 건조되어서 초기의 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 준비될 수 있는데, 탈수장치에 별도의 건조장치를 구성함으로써 같은 장소에서 작업이 수행되는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 회수된 팽창튜브(100)의 농약액 추출 작업은, 추출장비(500)의 세척장치에서 수행되는바, 즉 탈수가 아닌 세척에 의한 작업으로 진행될 수 있으며, 이는 덮개(200)에 비해서 팽창튜브(100)가 토양에 직접적으로 접촉하기 때문에 흙이나 이물질이 표면에 들러붙게 되는바, 이를 세척함과 동시에, 소량이지만 팽창튜브(100)에 묻어 있는 농약액을 재사용할 수 있도록 한다. 이에, 팽창튜브(100)의 농약액 추출 작업은 회수용 드론(600)에 의해 튜브연결봉(410)을 파지한 상태로 세척 장치로 이동되어 온 팽창튜브(100)를 세척함으로써 팽창튜브(100)에 묻어있는 농약액을 추출하고, 이를 재사용할 수 있는 상태로 만들게 된다. 이렇게 세척된 팽창튜브(100)는 별도의 건조대(530)로 이동되어 건조된 후 초기 작업을 위해 준비될 수 있다.
한편, 팽창튜브(100)는 탈수 작업이 아닌 세척 및 건조작업으로만 수행될 수 있기 때문에, 별도의 분리작업 없이 회수용 드론(600)에 연결된 상태에서 작업이 수행될 수도 있는바, (f-1) 분리단계에서의 팽창튜브(100) 분리 작업은 수행하지 않고서 진행될 수 있다. 이는, 팽창튜브(100)의 이동을 용이하게 하기 위함이다. 즉, 회수용 드론(600)과 팽창튜브(100)의 분리 없이 작업이 수행되는 경우에는, 팽창튜브(100)가 세척 장치의 세척물에 담기도록 회수용 드론(600)을 하강한 상태에서 세척 작업을 수행하고, 세척이 끝나면 바로 건조대(530)로 이동시킬 수 있으므로, 작업 소요 시간을 상당히 단축할 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이, 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)의 작업이 상이하게 수행되는 것은, 덮개(200)에 흡수된 농약액은 팽창튜브(100)에 흡수된 농약액에 비해 이물질에 의한 오염률이 적기 때문에, 별다른 세척 작업 없이, 바로 탈수(건조) 작업을 수행할 수 있는 것이다.
이렇게 탈수나 건조가 완료된 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)는 다시 경작지에 설치할 수 있는 상태가 되며, 이들로부터 추출한 농약액은 별도의 가열 작업 등을 통해 재사용할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 본 발명은, 농약추출장비(500)가 개별적인 장치(세척,탈수,건조장치)들로 각기 구성되어 상기 작업이 수행될 수 있지만, 세척, 탈수 또는 건조 작업을 일체로 형성된 장비에서 수행할 수 있도록 마련될 수도 있다.
이러한 일체형 장비로 마련된 농약추출장비(500)는 터널 형태의 프레임으로 본체가 구성되되, 회수용 드론(600)이 팽창튜브(100)나 덮개(200)를 파지한 상태로 본체의 양측프레임 사이로 통과될 수 있도록 형성되는데, 이때 회수용 드론(600)은 본체의 상측부의 외부에서 이동할 수 있도록 양 프레임이 이격 배치되어서 본체의 상측이 개방된 형상으로 형성되며, 팽창튜브(100)나 덮개(200)가 진입되는 진행방향의 전방측에는 세척수를 양측에서 분사하는 세척부가 배치되고, 세척부의 다음으로는 에어분사부가 배치되어서 진입된 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)의 표면에 남은 물기를 제거하도록 한다. 이때, 본체의 하측으로는 수용탱크가 형성됨으로써 세축수와 함께 세척된 농약액을 보유할 수 있도록 하고, 별도의 가열부를 마련함을써 이를 재사용할 수 있도록한다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명에 따른 농약 재사용 시스템 및 방법은, 덮개(200)에 의해서 농약액이 토양으로 유입되는 것을 막아 토양에 농약이 뿌려지는 것을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라, 토양에 닿기 전에 덮개(200)의 표면으로 축적되는 농약액을 수집함으로써, 이를 재사용할 수 있게 되어, 결과적으로 농약액이 과다하게 사용되더라도 이를 재사용하는 구조이기에, 농약의 전체 사용량을 줄임으로써 경작비용을 절감할 수 있고, 토양을 보호할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
특히, 본 발명은 덮개(200)의 하측에 팽창튜브(100)가 위치함으로써 토양과 덮개(200)의 접촉을 피하고, 팽창튜브(100)의 공기 주입을 통한 팽창 작동만으로 덮개(200)와의 분리가 이루어질 수 있어, 덮개(200)에 토양이 묻는 것을 방지하면서도 이를 쉽게 분리할 수 있는 구조로 이루어져 회수 작업이 용이하다는 효과를 갖는다.
또한, 본 발명은 여러개의 팽창튜브(100)와 덮개(200)를 동시에 회수할 수 있는 구조로 마련됨으로써 회수 작업의 속도를 높일 수 있으며, 드론(600)을 통한 작업 또한 가능해지기에 작업의 능률을 상당히 높일 수 있게 된다. 이때, 연결봉들은 봉받침대(450)에 의해 거치되어 지면으로부터 이격되어 있으므로 이를 회수용 드론(600)이 쉽게 연결해서 이동할 수 있으므로 작업이 간편하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 연결봉이 결합유닛(610)의 작동만으로 양측 하방으로 회동 작동하는 절첩 구조로 형성됨에 따라, 이들에 연결되어 있는 회수끈들을 양쪽으로 쉽게 분리할 수 있으며, 덮개(200)와 팽창튜브(100)를 빠르게 분리하여 세척 작업이나 건조 작업을 수행할 수 있으므로, 작업 시간을 단축할 수 있게 된다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 갖는 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 게시된 실시 예는 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아닌 설명을 위한 것이고, 이런 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다.
따라서 본 발명의 보호 범위는 전술한 실시예 에 의해 제한되기보다는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 경작지에 식재된 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 작업 중에 농작물 주변 토양으로 분사되는 농약액을 수집하고 이를 재사용하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,
    농작물 사이를 가로질러 지면상에 배치되며 공기 주입에 따라 외경 방향으로 팽창하는 적어도 하나 이상의 팽창튜브; 및
    팽창튜브 위에 설치되어서 농작물 주변 토양을 적어도 하나 이상의 덮는 덮개를 포함하고,
    덮개는 농약액을 흡수할 수 있도록 흡수성을 지닌 재질로 형성됨으로써 농작물 주변 토양으로 낙하하는 농약을 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    팽창튜브와 덮개를 부분적으로 연결하되 팽창튜브의 팽창시 덮개가 팽창튜브로부터 탈락되도록 팽창튜브와 덮개를 분리 가능하게 고정하는 접착부재를 더 포함하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    인접한 다수의 팽창튜브를 하나로 연결하기 위해 팽창튜브의 일측단에 일단이 연결되는 튜브회수끈과, 길게 연장된 봉 형상으로 형성되어 튜브회수끈의 타단이 연결되는 튜브연결봉을 더 포함하고,
    튜브연결봉은 직렬로 연속 배치된 팽창튜브의 이격 공간에 배치되되 팽창튜브의 폭 방향을 따라 교차하도록 배치되며, 직렬 배치된 두개의 팽창튜브는 튜브회수끈이 연결되는 단부측이 튜브연결봉을 향해 마주보도록 튜브연결봉의 양측에 배치는 것을 특징으로 하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    인접한 다수의 덮개를 하나로 연결하기 위해 덮개의 일측단에 일단이 연결되는 덮개회수끈과, 길게 연장된 봉 형상으로 형성되어 덮개회수끈의 타단이 연결되는 덮개연결봉을 더 포함하고,
    덮개연결봉은 직렬로 연속 배치된 덮개의 이격 공간에 배치되되 덮개의 폭 방향을 따라 교차하도록 배치되며, 직렬 배치된 두개의 덮개는 덮개회수끈이 연결되는 단부측이 덮개연결봉을 향해 마주보도록 덮개연결봉의 양측에 배치는 것을 특징으로 하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  5. 청구항 3 또는 4에 있어서,
    연결봉을 지면으로부터 이격시켜 거치하기 위한 봉받침대를 더 포함하고,
    봉받침대는 지면에 수직으로 세워지는 한 쌍의 다리부와, 연결봉이 거치되도록 다리부의 상측에 설치되는 거치부와, 다리부의 하측를 가로지르도록 설치되되 회수끈이 아래로 통행하도록 소정 높이로 이격 설치되는 끈안내부를 포함하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    연결봉을 파지하도록 고리 또는 집게 형태의 갈퀴부를 갖는 결합유닛이 하측에 형성된 회수용 드론을 더 포함하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    팽창튜브나 덮개를 세척, 건조, 탈수 또는 가열하여 농약액을 추출하기 위한 농약추출장비를 더 포함하는 농약 재사용 시스템.
  8. 경작지에 식재된 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 작업 중에 농작물 주변 토양으로 분사되는 농약액을 수집하고 이를 재사용하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    (a) 인접한 농작물 사이의 통로를 가로질러 팽창튜브를 배치하는 튜브배치단계;
    (b) 토양을 덮기 위한 덮개를 팽창튜브 위에 설치하는 덮개설치단계;
    (c) 농작물에 농약을 살포하는 농약살포단계;
    (d) 팽창튜브와 덮개를 분리하도록 팽창튜브를 팽창시키는 튜브팽창단계;
    (e) 분리된 팽창튜브 및 덮개를 경작지로부터 회수하기 위한 회수단계; 및
    (f) 농약의 재사용을 위하여 회수된 팽창튜브 및 덮개로부터 농약액을 추출하는 농약추출단계를 포함하는 농약 재사용 방법.
