Abstract

L'invention concerne une centrifugeuse à vis sans fin à bol plein (1) comprenant un boîtier fixe et un système, qui peut tourner en fonctionnement et qui est pourvu d'un tambour (2) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner sur une paire de paliers (10), et une vis sans fin (3) montée à rotation dans le tambour (2). Un tuyau d'entrée (4) sert à introduire une suspension à traiter dans un espace centrifuge (6) situé entre la vis sans fin (3) et le tambour (2). La vis sans fin (3) transporte la matière solide (S) vers une sortie de matière solide (7), tandis qu'au moins une phase liquide (L1, L2) située dans le tambour (2) s'écoule jusque dans un espace annulaire (14) du système rotatif. Une partie (105), prélevée en surface, d'un tube de raclage de surface (100) s'engage dans l'espace annulaire (14) pour évacuer la phase liquide de l'espace annulaire (14).
