随着科学技术的发展,洗衣机自动投放技术越来越多的应用到洗衣机工作过程中。自动投放技术可以根据衣物的多少,自动精确添加洗涤剂剂量,可以很大程度上避免人为投放洗涤剂,而导致洗涤剂剂量投放不准确的情况发生;另一方面,洗涤剂自动投放技术可以一次投入较多容量洗涤剂,投放一次可以使用很长一段时间,极大地节省了每次洗衣都需要投放洗涤剂的时间成本。但因为是自动投放技术,洗涤剂剩余不多特别是不够一次性投放的洗涤添加剂剂量时,就会产生投放量不够的情况,所以需要检测洗涤添加剂的量,以便在液位不够时可以及时报警,提醒用户增添洗涤添加剂。

再者,现有滚筒洗衣机的洗涤添加剂容器,大多安装在洗衣机顶部或者左上方等明显位置,占用了洗衣机顶部或者左上方的大量位置,又由于滚筒洗衣机上方的空间狭窄,导致这些洗衣机的洗涤添加剂容器一般为长条状,沿洗衣机纵向方向延伸,导致用户不易查看存储盒内洗涤剂的剩余量,也不利于用户及时添加洗涤添加剂。此外,对于双滚筒洗衣机来说,洗涤添加剂容器设置在洗衣机顶部就需要较长的连通下洗涤筒的投放管路,造成诸多不便。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。

本发明的第四目的是提供一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体,盛放洗涤添加剂的容器和承载该容器的安装部,所述箱体内包括安装基座,所述安装部设置在安装基座上,所述容器可拆卸的设置在安装部内。
进一步的,所述洗衣机还包括前板,所述安装基座设置在前板后,所述安装部可拆卸的设置在前板后的安装基座上。
进一步的,所述前板上包括容纳机门的衣物投放口,所述容器通过衣物投放口可拆卸的设置在安装部内。
进一步的,所述安装基座包括设置在前板后的安装梁,优选的,所述安装梁设置在箱体框架上。
进一步的,所述安装部包括连接部,所述安装部通过连接部可拆卸的连接在安装梁上。
进一步的,所述连接部包括凸出于安装部设置的连接凸台,所述安装部通过连接凸台与安装梁连接,优选的,所述连接凸台上包括螺钉孔,所述安装部通过螺钉与安装梁连接。
进一步的,所述连接部包括凸出于安装部设置的连接挂钩,所述安装部通过连接挂钩挂靠在安装梁上。
进一步的,所述衣物投放口内设有安装孔,所述容器通过安装孔可拆卸的设置在安装部内。

补充洗涤添加剂的补液口,优选的所述补液口设置在安装孔处,更优选的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器的保护盖,所述保护盖设置在安装孔处;
投放洗涤添加剂的出液口,所述出液口处设有出液阀,所述出液阀控制出液口在容器安装在安装部内时打开,在容器从安装部内取出时密封关闭,优选的,所述出液阀为单向阀。
进一步的,所述容器还包括便于从安装部内取出/安装的取出部,优选的,所述取出部为设置在容器上的便于手抠的凹部。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所述容器可取放的设置在安装部内,以便补充洗涤添加剂;本发明所述的液位检测结构可用于可取放的设置在安装部内的容器的液位检测,在取出容器进行洗涤添加剂的补充后,在安放容器后,可继续灵敏、准确的进行液位检测;本发明液位检测结构的探测部自容器底部插入容器内,更便于检测容器内的洗涤添加剂是否足够;同时又由于出液口也设置在底部所以设置在底部便于安装,也不增多其他结构,节省成本;本发明所述的液位检测结构相比带有浮子的液位检测结构,检测结果更灵敏,更准确;结构简单且易于成型,可靠性高。
本发明所述的容器设置在前板的衣物投放口内,节省洗衣机上部空间,增大容器的容量,且容器可方便的进行洗涤添加剂的补充或者取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充;且容器通过衣物投放口设置在安装部内,在关闭机门时隐藏容器,在打开机门时可将容器取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充或者直接进行洗涤添加剂的补充,保证了洗衣机的整体性和美观度;且用户操作方便结构简单。
本发明所述的安装部设置在安装基座上,所述安装基座设置在前板后,节省洗衣机上部空间,增大容器的容量,且容器可方便的进行洗涤添加剂的补充或者取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充;且容器通过衣物投放口设置在安装部内,在关闭机门时隐藏容器,在打开机门时可将容器取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充或者直接进行洗涤添加剂的补充,保证了洗衣机的整体性和美观度;且用户操作方便结构简单;本发明所述安装梁设置在箱体框架上时,还具有增强洗衣机箱体的强度的功能。

如图1-3所示,一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体,盛放洗涤添加剂的容器1和承载该容器1的安装部2,所述箱体内包括安装基座,所述安装部2设置在安装基座上,所述容器1可拆卸的设置在安装部2内。
上述方案中,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体,现有滚筒洗衣机的容器1,大多安装在洗衣机顶部或者左上方等明显位置,占用了洗衣机顶部或者左上方的大量位置,又由于滚筒洗衣机上方的空间狭窄,导致这些洗衣机的容器1一般为长条状,沿洗衣机纵向方向延伸,导致用户不易查看存储盒内洗涤剂的剩余量,也不利于用户及时添加洗涤添加剂。又因为狭长的结构和复杂的线路导致的无法轻易实现容器1的取出和放置,所以导致用户添加洗涤添加剂十分不便。本发明所述容器1可拆卸的设置在安装部2内,安装部2设置在安装基座上,节省洗衣机上方的空间,同时还可增加容器1的大小,不再采取狭长的结构,更加方便了容器1内洗涤添加剂的补充或者取出容器1进行补液。此外,一种实施方式中,所述滚筒洗衣机为双滚筒洗衣机,即包括上下两个滚筒的双滚筒洗衣机,所述双滚筒洗衣机由于要容纳两个滚筒而使得箱体较大,且容器1设置在洗衣机顶部或者左上方后,位于下方的滚筒想要添加洗涤添加剂需要通过长长的管路等实现或者增设容器1实现,无形中增加了容器1的复杂程度和洗涤添加剂的投放难度,且极易发生管路堵塞或损坏等问题,本发明中所述箱体内包括安装基座,所述容器1通过安装部2设置在安装基座上,节省洗衣机顶部空间,同时还可以将容器1设置在离两个洗涤筒都近的位置,将安装基座设置在离两个洗涤筒都近的位置即可。
进一步的,所述洗衣机还包括前板3,所述安装基座设置在前板3后,所述安装部2可拆卸的设置在前板3后的安装基座上。
上述方案中,安装基座设置在前板3后,节省洗衣机上方的空间,同时还可增加容器1的大小,不再采取狭长的结构,更加方便了容器1内洗涤添加剂的补充或者取出容器1进行补液。安装部2的安装也更加方便、牢固。
进一步的,所述前板3上包括容纳机门的衣物投放口12,所述容器1通过衣物投放口12可拆卸的设置在安装部2内。
上述方案中,所述容器1通过衣物投放口12可拆卸的设置在安装部2内,使得容器1的取出和安装更加便利,同时即使不取出容器1在衣物投放口12处也方便进行洗涤添加剂的补充。安装部2设置在前板3后,当洗衣机机门打开时,方能从衣物投放口12取出容器1,洗衣机机门关闭时,用户从外部看不见容器1,使得滚筒洗衣机的整体性更好,且更加美观大方。所述容器1可以自衣物投放口12周壁向左右抽拉取放,或者向上下方向抽拉取放。本实施例中,当所述滚筒洗衣机为双滚筒洗衣机时,优选的实施方式为所述容器1设置在位于上方的衣物投放口12处,设置在上方的衣物投放口12处,使得容器1距离两个洗涤筒的距离都不远,无需借助长长的管路就可进行洗涤添加剂的投放,简化了容器1,节省了空间,节省了材料,成本降低且管路不易发生堵塞或损坏。
进一步的,所述安装基座包括设置在前板3后的安装梁15,优选的,所述安装梁15设置在箱体框架上。
上述方案中,所述安装基座包括设置在前板3后的安装梁15,安装梁15不占用洗衣机内多余的空间从而节省洗衣机内的空间,增大容器的体积,并能连接固定安装部2,将容器1设置在前板3后,隐蔽美观。所述安装梁15设置在箱体框架上,还能起到增强箱体/箱体框架的强度的作用。本实施例的一种实施方式中,所述滚筒洗衣机为双滚筒洗衣机,即包括上下两个滚筒的双滚筒洗衣机,所述双滚筒洗衣机由于要容纳两个滚筒而使得箱体较大,那么对于箱体强度的要求就越高,本实施例中所述安装梁设置在箱体框上一方面增强了箱体/箱体框架的强度,另一方面所述安装部2设置在安装梁上,占用空间少,与箱体区分安装,在进行箱体等的拆卸维修时,无需考虑影响安装部2的问题,因为安装部2连接各种管路,若跟箱体一起被拆卸维修会大大增加拆卸维修的麻烦。
进一步的,所述安装部2包括连接部,所述安装部2通过连接部可拆卸的连接在安装梁15上。
上述方案中,所述连接部用于将安装部2可拆卸的连接在安装梁15上,可拆卸的连接使得安装部2便于维修和检测。
进一步的,所述连接部包括凸出于安装部2设置的连接凸台16,所述安装部2通过连接凸台16与安装梁15连接,优选的,所述连接凸台16上包括螺钉孔17,所述安装部2通过螺钉与安装梁15连接。
进一步的,所述连接部还包括凸出于安装部2设置的连接挂钩18,所述安装部2通过连接挂钩18挂靠在安装梁15上,优选的,所述安装梁15为安装横梁,所述安装部通过连接挂钩18挂靠在安装横梁上。
上述方案中,所述连接部可以为只包括连接凸台16,或者只包括连接挂钩18,但由于安装部2设置在洗衣机内,难免会发生晃动,所以只包括连接挂钩18难免会发生安装部2移动,无法固定安 装部2,只包括连接凸台16时,连接凸台16承受的压力较大,也容易损坏,本实施例中,既包括连接凸台16进行连接,也包括连接挂钩18进行连接,使得安装部2的安装稳定性强。
进一步的,所述衣物投放口12内设有安装孔,所述容器1通过安装孔可拆卸的设置在安装部2内。
进一步的,所述衣物投放口12底壁设有安装孔,所述安装部2设置在该安装孔下方,所述容器1从安装孔向上抽拉取出/向下安放在安装部2内。
上述方案中,由于滚筒洗衣机前板3的衣物投放口12的左右两侧空间少,所以,一般情况下所述容器1和安装部2设置在前板3的衣物投放口12上下两侧,又由于上侧对密封和洗涤添加剂的投放的要求高,所以优选设置在衣物投放口12下方。在双滚筒洗衣机中,设置在位于上方的衣物投放口12的下侧,更便于容器1对于两个洗涤筒的洗涤添加剂的投放。

补充洗涤添加剂的补液口4,优选的所述补液口4设置在安装孔处,更优选的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器1的保护盖13,所述保护盖13设置在安装孔处;
投放洗涤添加剂的出液口5,所述出液口5处设有出液阀,所述出液阀控制出液口5在容器1安装在安装部2内时打开,在容器1从安装部2内取出时密封关闭,优选的,所述出液阀为单向阀。
进一步的,所述容器1包括至少一个容纳洗涤添加剂的储液腔,每一个储液腔都包括补液口4和出液口5。
上述方案中,所述的补液口4设置在安装孔处时,便于用户在未取出容器1或者无法取出容器1时进行洗涤添加剂的补充,无需拆卸任何部件,只需打开机门即可执行。设置出液阀使得容器1在安装后可进行正常的洗涤添加剂投放,在容器1被取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充时又不会从出液口5漏液。所述保护盖13上设有方便打开保护盖13的开盖部14。设置保护盖13对容器1进行保护,防止灰尘或液体进入容器1内污染洗涤添加剂,同时也具有防止容器1泄漏的密封效果。特别是补液口4设置在安装孔处时,保护盖13覆盖补液口4进行保护。

实施例二
如图4-6所示,一种滚筒洗衣机,包括前板3,盛放洗涤添加剂的容器1和承载该容器1的安装部2,所述安装部2设置在前板3上,所述容器1可拆卸的设置在安装部2内。

上述方案中,所述的补液口4设置在安装孔处时,便于用户在未取出容器1或者无法取出容器1时进行洗涤添加剂的补充,无需拆卸任何部件,只需打开机门即可执行。设置出液阀使得容器1在安装后可进行正常的洗涤添加剂投放,在容器1被取出进行洗涤添加剂的补充时又不会从出液口漏液。
进一步的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括投放部,所述投放部与洗涤筒和出液口5分别连通以将容器1内的洗涤添加剂投放到洗涤筒内。
上述方案中,所述投放部为负压自动投放结构,或者所述投放部为抽吸泵投放结构,或者所述投放部包括虹吸结构。
进一步的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括液位检测结构,所述液位检测结构包括
与电路连接的导电部7,所述导电部7设置在安装部2内;
探测部6,所述探测部6一端密封插入容器1的储液腔内,另一端在容器1设置在安装部2内时 与导电部7接触导通电路以检测液位,在容器1从安装部2取出时与导电部7分开断开电路。
进一步的,所述探测部6为导电探针;所述导电部7为通过信号线与接线端子连通的弹片结构,所述探测部6的另一端可插拔的与弹片结构连接。
进一步的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器1的保护盖13,所述保护盖13设置在安装孔处,优选的,所述保护盖13关闭时至少覆盖补液口4。
进一步的,所述保护盖13上设有方便打开保护盖13的开盖部14。
上述方案中,设置保护盖13对容器1进行保护,防止灰尘或液体进入容器1内污染洗涤添加剂,同时也具有防止容器1泄漏的密封效果。特别是补液口4设置在安装孔处时,保护盖13覆盖补液口4进行保护。
进一步的,所述安装孔内还包括限位容器1安装的限位结构,优选的,所述限位结构为凸出于容器1侧壁设置的凸出部。
上述方案中,设置限位结构使得容器1的拆卸或者取放更加简单方便,不会发生错位安放等问题。避免由错位安放等问题引起的无法正常进行洗涤添加剂的自动投放或者无法正常进行液位的检测。
实施例三
如图4-6所示,本实施例中,一种滚筒洗衣机,包括
前板3,所述前板3上包括容纳机门的衣物投放口12;
盛放洗涤添加剂的容器1,所述容器1设置在前板的衣物投放口12内。
上述方案中,现有滚筒洗衣机的容器1,大多安装在洗衣机顶部或者左上方等明显位置,占用了洗衣机顶部或者左上方的大量位置,又由于滚筒洗衣机上方的空间狭窄,导致这些洗衣机的容器1一般为长条状,沿洗衣机纵向方向延伸,导致用户不易查看存储盒内洗涤剂的剩余量,也不利于用户及时添加洗涤添加剂。又因为狭长的结构和复杂的线路导致的无法轻易实现容器1的取出和放置,所以导致用户添加洗涤添加剂十分不便。本发明所述容器1设置在前板3上的衣物投放口12内,节省洗衣机上方的空间,同时增加容器1的大小,不再采取狭长的结构,更加方便了容器1内洗涤添加剂的补充或者取出容器1进行补液。此外,当洗衣机机门打开时,方能从衣物投放口12取出容器1,洗衣机机门关闭时,用户从外部看不见容器,使得滚筒洗衣机的整体性更好,且更加美观大方。所述容器1可以自衣物投放口12周壁向左右抽拉取放,或者向上下方向抽拉取放。
进一步的,所述衣物投放口12内设有安装孔,所述容器1可拆卸的设置在安装孔内。
进一步的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器1的保护盖13,所述保护盖13设置在安装孔处。
上述方案中,设置保护盖13对容器1进行保护,防止灰尘或液体进入容器1内污染洗涤添加剂,同时也具有防止容器1泄漏的密封效果。
进一步的,所述保护盖13的形状与安装孔的形状匹配,所述容器1的形状与安装孔的形状匹配。
上述方案中,所述保护盖13的形状与容器1的形状匹配,可以更好的安装保护盖13,更好的起 到保护作用。所述容器1的形状与安装孔的形状匹配使得安装更简单方便,且可紧凑的设置,以免发生错位或者安装迟滞等问题。
进一步的,所述保护盖13一端与安装孔铰接,另一端可活动的绕铰接的一端翻转打开或关闭安装孔。
上述方案中,所述保护盖13可卡接在安装孔处,也可以通过螺纹连接在安装孔处,本实施例中所述保护盖13铰接在安装孔处。
进一步的,所述保护盖上设有方便打开保护盖的开盖部。
上述方案中,为了不对机门的打开和关闭产生干涉,所述保护盖13与衣物投放口12在同一面上或者低于衣物投放口12所在的面,此时,关闭的保护盖13打开就变的很困难,直接用手打开很难,可能需要借助细长的外物来辅助打开,为用户增添了烦恼。由此,本发明设置了开盖部14,方便打开保护盖13,以取出容器1添加洗涤添加剂或者直接向容器1内补充洗涤添加剂。
进一步的,所述安装孔设置在衣物投放口12的底部,所述保护盖13设置在安装孔上方。
上述方案中,所述前板3下方空间较多,安装孔设置在衣物投放口12的底部,所述容器自安装孔设置在前板3下方。
进一步的,所述容器1为至少上表面为矩形的盒状结构,所述衣物投放口12设置安装孔的面为平面,所述保护盖13的上表面低于或平行于该平面。
上述方案中,所述保护盖13的上表面低于或平行于设置安装孔的平面,以为了不对机门的打开和关闭产生干涉。
进一步的,所述保护盖13上设有方便打开保护盖13的开盖部14,优选的,所述开盖部14为设置在保护盖13上的便于手抠的缺口,更优选的,所述缺口为设置在保护盖13可活动的另一端上的缺口。
进一步的,所述安装孔内包括限位容器1安装的限位部。
上述方案中,设置限位部使得容器1的取放更加简单方便,不会发生错位安放等问题。避免由错位安放等问题引起的无法正常进行洗涤添加剂的自动投放或者无法正常进行液位的检测。
实施例四
如图7-9所示,本实施例中,所述洗衣机还包括至少一组检测容器1内液位的液位检测结构。
上述方案中,因为容器1一般连接有各种管路等,所以取出容器1进行补液等操作很难,需要专业维护人员操作,这就为用户补充洗涤添加剂造成了极大的不便。本发明所述容器1可取放的设置在安装部2内,方便取出容器1进行补液维修等操作。所述洗涤添加剂自动投放装置因为是自动向洗衣机内投放洗涤添加剂,而且用户在使用时又无法亲眼看到容器1内的洗涤添加剂量,所以洗涤添加剂自动投放装置尤其需要液位提醒,特别是最低液位提醒。而对于普通的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,实时监控洗涤添加剂的量并非必须,只需要在洗涤添加剂的液位低于最低液位时做出报警提醒并执行相 关程序,即可避免洗涤添加剂量不足时导致的洗涤不彻底、不干净等问题。本发明所述容器1可取放的设置在安装部2内,以便补充洗涤添加剂;所述的液位检测结构可用于可取放的设置在安装部2内的容器1的液位检测,在取出容器1进行洗涤添加剂的补充后,在安放容器1后,可继续灵敏、准确的进行液位检测。
进一步的,所述液位检测结构包括探测部6,与电路连接的导电部7,所述探测部6一端密封插入容器内,另一端在容器1放置在安装部2内时与导电部7接触导通电路,在容器1从安装部2取出时与导电部7分开断开电路。
上述方案中,探测部6用于检测液位,导电部7用于接通电路。因为容器1为可取放的设置在安装部2内,那么,当容器1被取出时,探测部6跟着容器1一起被取出,探测部6离开导电部7,电路断开,无法进行液位检测;当容器1被安放回容器安装部2内时,探测部6与导电部7重新接触,电路连通,可继续检测液位。
进一步的,所述液位检测结构包括两个探测部6,容器内的洗涤添加剂与两探测部6均接触时,则两探测部6通过洗涤添加剂导通,液位检测结构形成电路通路,探测部6检测有足够的洗涤添加剂;反之,若容器内的洗涤添加剂与至少一探测部6不接触,两探测部6之间的电路断开,则液位交底需要补充洗涤添加剂。
上述方案中,所述两探测部6分别通过导电部7与控制模块电气连接,当两探测部6之间导通时,整个信号电路连通,可以传递信号,否则整个信号电路断开,不可以传递信号。其中,两探测部6均与洗涤剂储液腔内的洗涤添加剂接触时导通,因为洗涤添加剂具有导电性,所以当两探测部6均与洗涤添加剂接触时洗涤添加剂相当于两探测部6之间的导线连通两探测部6。
进一步的,所述液位检测结构还包括固定部9,所述探测部6密封包裹在固定部9内,两端均伸出固定部9设置,所述探测部6一端通过固定部9可拆卸的密封插入容器内,优选的,所述固定部9与容器1通过螺纹连接。
上述方案中,所述固定部9可以为绝缘材料制成的,所述固定部9将探测部6插入容器内。固定部9自身未插入,此时固定部9起到的作用为密封固定探测部6,使其与容器1更容易密封连接。
进一步的,所述探测部6一端通过固定部9自容器1底部可拆卸的密封插入容器内,所述固定部9由绝缘材料制成,该固定部9至少部分插入容器内,插入部分的顶端到容器底部的高度为可测的最低液位。
上述方案中,本发明所述的液位检测结构的探测部6自容器1底部插入容器内,更便于检测容器内的洗涤添加剂是否充足,同时又由于出液口5也设置在底部所以设置在底部便于安装,也不增多其他结构,节省成本。本实施例中固定部9自身部分插入容器内,此时固定部9既起到固定探测部6,使其与容器1更容易密封连接的作用,同时还起到增高最低液位的作用。所述固定部9由绝缘材料制成,提高了最低液位的高度,并可以根据需要设置最低液位,保证最低液位时容器内具有足够的洗涤添加剂。
进一步的,容器内的洗涤添加剂液位高于固定部9,两个探测部6导通,液位检测结构形成通路, 探测部检测有足够的洗涤添加剂;反之,若容器内的洗涤添加剂液位低于固定部9时,两个探测部6之间的电路断开,则液位较低需要补充洗涤添加剂。上述方案中,因为固定部9是绝缘的,不导电,所以液位在固定部9以下时,探测部6与容器1内的洗涤添加剂不接触,两探测部6无法导通,只有液位在固定部9以上时,探测部6与容器1内的洗涤添加剂接触导通。
进一步的,所述液位检测结构还包括密封固定部9与容器1的密封结构10,设置在容器1与固定部9之间,优选的,所述密封部为密封圈。
上述方案中,所述液位检测结构的探测部6自底部插入容器1内,容器1相应的会设置检测孔,洗涤添加剂在重力作用下易从检测孔流出,意外流出的洗涤添加剂进入洗涤筒内影响自动投放量的精度,或者意外流出的洗涤添加剂流入洗衣机箱体内的其他物质造成浪费并污染或腐蚀其他部件,所以检测孔处的密封显得非常重要,设置密封结构10进行密封势在必行。
进一步的,所述固定部9包括凸出于其侧壁设置的密封凸部11,所述密封结构10设置在容器1底部与密封凸部11之间。
上述方案中,所述固定部9包括凸出于其侧壁设置的密封凸部11,密封凸部11呈环形凸出于固定部9侧壁设置,既有辅助密封的作用还有限位固定部9的作用。且设定了密封凸部11后便于安装。
实施例五
本实施例作为对前述所有实施例的进一步限定,如图7-9所示,本实施例公开了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括一种洗涤添加剂自动投放装置。所述洗涤添加剂自动投放装置包括盛放洗涤添加剂的容器1,和承载该容器的安装部2,所述容器1可取放的设置在安装部2内。
所述容器1包括两个储液腔,一个储液腔内容纳用于洗净衣物的洗涤剂,为洗涤剂储液腔,另一个储液腔内容纳柔顺剂,为柔顺剂储液腔。每一个储液腔都包括一补液口4和一出液口5,所述出液口5设置在储液腔1底部,所述洗涤添加剂自动投放装置还包括自动投放结构,所述自动投放结构可定量将容器1内的洗涤添加剂从出液口5自动投放到安装部2内。所述安装部2连通洗涤筒,所述安装部2设有进水口,出水口,进水口进水将容器1投放的洗涤添加剂冲刷到洗涤筒内;或者所述自动投放结构连通出液口5和洗涤筒,将容器1内的洗涤添加剂自动投放到洗涤筒内。
所述洗涤添加剂自动投放装置还包括两组液位检测结构,每个储液腔设置一组液位检测结构。所述液位检测结构包括探测部6,所述探测部6为导电探针,绝缘的固定部9,所述探针包裹在固定部9中间,探针两端分别伸出固定部9设置。还包括导电部7,所述导电部7为通过信号线与接线端子8连通的弹片结构,所述探测部6的另一端可插拔的与弹片结构连接。所述导电探针一端和部分固定部9可拆卸的密封插入储液腔内,所述固定部9插入储液腔底部的高度为最低液位,所述液位检测结构用于检测储液腔内的洗涤添加剂是否足够,所述导电探针的另一端插入弹片结构内,与弹片结构连接的电路导通。
进一步的,所述洗涤添加剂自动投放装置设置在洗衣机前板3下端,设置在衣物投放口下方,所述容器1可从衣物投放口下方向上抽出/向下插入安装部内。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (30)
- 一种洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,包括盛放洗涤添加剂的容器和承载该容器的安装部,其特征在于:所述容器可取放的设置在安装部内,该装置还包括检测容器内部液位的至少一组液位检测结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述液位检测结构包括探测部,与电路连接的导电部,所述探测部一端密封插入容器内,另一端在容器放置在安装部内时与导电部接触导通电路,在容器从安装部取出时与导电部分开断开电路。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述液位检测结构包括两个探测部,容器内的洗涤添加剂与两探测部均接触,则两探测部通过洗涤添加剂导通,液位检测结构形成电路通路,探测部检测有足够的洗涤添加剂;反之,若容器内的洗涤添加剂与至少一探测部不接触,两探测部之间的电路断开,则液位较低需要补充洗涤添加剂。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述液位检测结构还包括固定部,所述探测部密封包裹在固定部内,两端均伸出固定部设置,所述探测部一端通过固定部可拆卸的密封插入容器内,优选的,所述固定部与容器通过螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述探测部一端通过固定部自容器底部可拆卸的密封插入容器内,所述固定部由绝缘材料制成,该固定部至少部分插入容器内,插入部分的顶端到容器底部的高度为可测的最低液位。
- 根据权利要求4-5任一项所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述液位检测结构还包括密封固定部与容器的密封结构,设置在容器与固定部之间,优选的,所述密封部为密封圈。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述固定部包括凸出于其侧壁设置的密封凸部,所述密封结构设置在容器底部与密封凸部之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述探测部为导电探针;所述导电部为通过信号线与接线端子连通的弹片结构,所述探测部的另一端可插拔的与弹片结构连接。
- 根据权利要求2-8任一项所述的洗涤添加剂自动投放装置,其特征在于:所述容器包括至少一个容纳洗涤添加剂的储液腔,每一个储液腔包括至少一组液位检测结构,优选的,所述液位检测结构包括探测部和与电路连接的导电部,所述探测部一端密封插入储液腔内,另一端在容器放置在安装部内时与导电部接触导通电路,在容器从安装部取出时与导电部分开断开电路,更优选的,所述探测部一端自容器底部可拆卸的密封插入储液腔内。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种洗涤添加剂自动投放装置。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:包括:前板,所述前板上包括容纳机门的衣物投放口;盛放洗涤添加剂的容器,所述容器设置在前板的衣物投放口内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述衣物投放口内设有安装孔,所述容器可拆卸的设置在安装孔内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器的保护盖,所述保护盖设置在安装孔处。
- 根据权利要求12-13任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述保护盖的形状与安装孔的形状匹配,所述容器的形状与安装孔的形状匹配。
- 根据权利要求13所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述保护盖一端与安装孔铰接,另一端可活动的绕铰接的一端翻转打开或关闭安装孔。
- 根据权利要求15所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述保护盖上设有方便打开保护盖的开盖部。
- 根据权利要求11-16任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述安装孔设置在衣物投放口的底部,所述保护盖设置在安装孔上方。
- 根据权利要求17所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述容器为至少上表面为矩形的盒状结构,所述衣物投放口设置安装孔的面为平面,所述保护盖的上表面低于或平行于该平面。
- 根据权利要求17所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述开盖部为设置在保护盖上的便于手抠的缺口,优选的,所述缺口为设置在保护盖可活动的另一端上的缺口。
- 根据权利要求13所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述安装孔内包括限位容器安装的限位部。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体,盛放洗涤添加剂的容器和承载该容器的安装部,其特征在于:所述箱体内包括安装基座,所述安装部设置在安装基座上,所述容器可拆卸的设置在安装部内。
- 根据权利要求21所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机还包括前板,所述安装基座设置在前板后,所述安装部可拆卸的设置在前板后的安装基座上。
- 根据权利要求22所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述前板上包括容纳机门的衣物投放口,所述容器通过衣物投放口可拆卸的设置在安装部内。
- 根据权利要求21-23任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述安装基座包括设置在前板后的安装梁,优选的,所述安装梁设置在箱体框架上。
- 根据权利要求24所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述安装部包括连接部,所述安装部通过连接部可拆卸的连接在安装梁上。
- 根据权利要求25所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述连接部包括凸出于安装部设置的连接凸台,所述安装部通过连接凸台与安装梁连接,优选的,所述连接凸台上包括螺钉孔,所述安装部通过螺钉与安装梁连接。
- 根据权利要求25或26所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述连接部包括凸出于安装部设置的连接挂钩,所述安装部通过连接挂钩挂靠在安装梁上。
- 根据权利要求23所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述衣物投放口内设有安装孔,所述容器通过安装孔可拆卸的设置在安装部内。
- 根据权利要求21-28任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述容器包括补充洗涤添加剂的补液口,优选的所述补液口设置在安装孔处,更优选的,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括保护容器的保护盖,所述保护盖设置在安装孔处;投放洗涤添加剂的出液口,所述出液口处设有出液阀,所述出液阀控制出液口在容器安装在安装部内时打开,在容器从安装部内取出时密封关闭,优选的,所述出液阀为单向阀。
- 根据权利要求29所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述容器还包括便于从安装部内取出/安装的取出部,优选的,所述取出部为设置在容器上的便于手抠的凹部。
