本发明涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种为用户提供优惠券的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着电子商务的迅速发展,电子优惠券也随之成为电商平台在促销活动中必不可少且可行有效的产品形态。例如,在商家做活动时,可以将折扣券或者满减优惠券以红包的形式展示并发放给用户,或者用户可以去商家的活动页面去领取。目前电子优惠券一般在电商平台的优惠活动页面上提供的,需要用户自己在电商平台去寻找然后手动领取。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:由于电商平台的店铺售卖的商品种类繁多,导致优惠活动页面各式各样,又因为无法猜测浏览优惠活动页面的用户的购物意图,因此,仅靠用户自己去寻找优惠券,很难有效的将某个优惠券精准发送到具体用户手中,该种向用户提供电子优惠券的方法,增加用户的交互成本,影响用户体验,且电子优惠券的发放效率低下,造成潜在订单的流失。
因此,亟需一种能够实现电子优惠券的精准发放,提高用户体验的为用户提供优惠券的方法和装置。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种为用户提供优惠券的方法和装置,能够实现电子优惠券的精准发放,提高用户体验。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种为 用户提供优惠券的方法,包括:
获取用户输入的搜索关键字;
当所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。
进一步的,所述基于触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券包括:
在所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券;
将所述匹配的优惠券输出。

分别计算优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征与所述用户的用户画像的匹配度,以确定其中与所述用户匹配的优惠券。

本发明实施例提供的为用户提供优惠券的方法和装置,通过获取用户输入的搜索关键字了解到用户的意图,进而在后续步骤中将对应某一意图配置的优惠券,发送给具有该意图的用户,实现优惠券的精确发送。其中,对于某个用户意图,可以配置有多个不同的优惠券。本发明在多个不同的优惠券中,基于用户画像为用户匹配一个或多个优惠券,旨在结合更多的信息进一步细化分析用户的意图,实现优惠券的精确发放,满足用户的个性化需求和给予用户友好的用户体验。并且优惠券的挖掘以及触发提供过程可自动进行,减少运营人员的工作量,节约人力成本。
在将本发明方法应用于电商平台为用户提供红包或电子优惠券的场景中时,通过本发明方法可以将活动优惠券精准地发放到有相关购买意图的用户手中,用户可以在搜索时即可得到商品的促销信息,吸引客户,提高订单量。另一方面,通过个性化推荐技术,通过用户画像和商品优惠券的分析,做到更加精准的为搜索用户推荐发放其所需的优惠券红包,进一步提高优惠券的转化率。
上述的非惯用的可选方式所具有的进一步效果将在下文中结合具体实施方式加以说明。

本发明实施例提供一种为用户提供优惠券的方法,该方法可以应用于电商平台进行电子优惠券的发送。如图1所示,该方法包括:步骤S101和步骤S102。在步骤S101中,获取用户输入的搜索关键字。例如,在电商平台中,用户可以基于电商平台页面提供的搜索引擎的输入框内输入搜索关键字,进行相关商品的查询,在本步骤中,获取用户输入搜索引擎的搜索关键字。
用户输入的搜索关键字query,在一定程度上反映了用户的意图,例如,在电商平台中,用户输入的搜索关键字往往就代表了用户想要购买的商品。本发明方法通过获取用户输入的搜索关键字即可以了解到用户的购买意图,进而在后续步骤中基于用户的购买意图选择信息提供给用户。
在步骤S102中,当搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。在电商平台的应用场景中,优惠券为电子优惠券,也可以为广告以及链接等促销信息。预定义的触发关键字即预先配置好的能够触发向用户提供优惠券的搜索关键字,当步骤S101中获取到的用户输入的搜索关键字为触发关键字时,即触发向用户提供优惠券的进程。
在本发明中,预定义有多个触发关键字,每个触发关键字都有对应的优惠券集。触发关键字对应的优惠券是基于该触发关键字所体现的用户意图确定的要提供给用户的信息。当用户输入的搜索关键字为某一触发关键字时,即表明用户当前具有该触发关键字所体现的意图,此时,基于该触发关键字对应的优惠券集输出优惠券,然后在后续步骤中提供给用户,即可将对应某一意图配置的优惠券,发送给具有该意图的用户,实现优惠券的精确发送。在电商平台的应用场景中,即可将某类型商品的电子优惠券、广告以及链接等促销信息发送给想要 购买该类型商品的用户,实现营销信息的精确发放。
在本发明中,每个触发关键字对应的优惠券集中,可以存在多个优惠券,即对于某个用户意图,可以配置有多个不同的优惠券。本步骤中,在触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券,然后将所述匹配的优惠券输出。在多个不同的优惠券中,为用户匹配一个或多个优惠券,旨在结合更多的信息进一步细化分析用户的意图,实现优惠券的精确发放。在本发明的后续实施例中对该匹配过程进行了详细的说明。
在步骤S103中,将匹配的优惠券提供给用户,用户端将该优惠券展示给用户。本发明的提供优惠券的方法是基于搜索引擎实现的,用户在输入搜索关键字搜索得到搜索结果页时,可以将基于本发明上述步骤得到优惠券展示在搜索结果页上,或者单独弹窗展示,旨在不影响用户进行的搜索过程的同时,将优惠券呈现给用户。
本发明实施例提供的提供优惠券的方法在执行步骤S102之前还包括下述判断过程:判断预定义的触发关键字集中是否存在搜索关键字,若是,则确定搜索关键字为触发关键字。即在预定义有包含有多个触发关键字的触发关键字集查询搜索关键字,以确定触发关键字集中是否保存有该搜索关键字。
在本发明中,如图2所示,触发关键字集是通过下述步骤获得的,首先,在历史搜索关键字中选择至少一个搜索关键字作为候选关键字。其中,历史搜索关键字可以基于搜索引擎的搜索日志获得。在本步骤中对搜索关键字进行初步的筛选,得到其中的候选关键字,筛选的标准可以结合不同的应用场景进行具体设置,例如,在电商平台中,可以根据每个搜索关键字的曝光量(搜索次数)进行搜索关键字的筛选。
然后,在候选关键字的搜索结果中选择至少一个搜索结果作为该 候选关键字的主要搜索结果。搜索结果即搜索引擎根据关键字进行搜索所返回的结果,例如,在电商平台的搜索引擎根据用户输入的关键字返回搜索结果即电商平台内的商品和店铺等。搜索关键字的搜索结果可以基于搜索引擎的搜索日志获得。在本步骤中每个搜索关键字的搜索结果进行筛选,得到其中的主要搜索结果,筛选的标准可以结合不同的应用场景进行具体设置。例如,在电商平台中,可以根据每个搜索结果的点击通过率和转化率进行搜索结果的筛选。选定的主要搜索结果用于在之后的步骤中通过其关联的优惠券来评价关键字,以及组成关键字对应的优惠券集。
之后,对候选关键字进行进一步的筛选,根据候选关键字的曝光量,以及候选关键字对应的所有搜索结果中,与指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量,确定候选关键字为触发关键字。当某个候选关键字的曝光量满足第一预定义数量,且该候选关键字的与指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量也满足第二预定义数量,则可确定该候选关键字为触发关键字。当候选关键字中,指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量较多时,则表明该候选关键字与指定的优惠券的关联度较高。
在本发明中,预配置有搜索结果与优惠券的映射关系,例如,在电商平台的应用场景中,假设搜索结果为商品或店铺,优惠券为电子优惠券,搜索结果与优惠券的映射关系即指某商品或店铺与电子优惠券的映射列表,指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果,即指能够使用指定的电子优惠券的商品或店铺。
在本发明中,指定的优惠券与当前评价的候选关键字具有对应关系,当判断一个候选关键字是否可以作为触发关键字时,从该候选关键字关联的优惠券集中指定一个或多个优惠券,然后计算该候选关键字的与上述指定的每个优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量。候选关键字关联的优惠券集即包括该候选关键字的所有主要搜索结果关联的 优惠券。
在候选关键字关联的优惠券集中指定优惠券的方式,可以结合具体的应用场景和需求进行设置。例如,在电商平台的应用场景中,优惠券为电子优惠券,搜索结果为商品,假设候选关键字关联的优惠券集中包括两种优惠力度的电子优惠券,则可以选择优惠力度大的电子优惠券作为指定的优惠券,然后计算候选关键字的所有主要搜索结果(商品)中,能够使用该优惠力度大的电子优惠券的商品的数量,并且确定该数量是否满足要求。在本例中,经过上述筛选,即可使得通过筛选得到触发关键字触发并发送优惠券后,优惠券具有更高的转化率,优化用途体验,提高商品转化率。
在本发明实施例中,还可以为确定为触发关键字的候选关键字(即精准词)设置扩展信息,例如:宽泛词,将设置扩展信息作为触发关键字加入触发关键字集。例如,在电商平台的应用场景中,可以对确定为触发关键字的候选关键字进行分词,基于分词的标注结果,选取产品词和品牌词作为宽泛词。在触发关键字集中,宽泛词与其精准词对应于同一优惠券集。
在本发明实施例中,步骤S102中,在触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为用户匹配优惠券的过程具体为:获取优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征以及获取用户的用户画像。然后分别计算优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征与用户的用户画像的匹配度,从而确定其中匹配度最高的一个或多个优惠券为与用户匹配的优惠券。本步骤基于用户的用户画像为用户匹配并提供优惠券,实现对于用户意图的进一步细化分析,使得提供的优惠券更为精确,能够满足用户的个性化需求,提高了用户体验。
例如,在电商平台的应用场景中,优惠券为电子优惠券,优惠券的特征即可以包括:优惠面额、优惠力度、可使用该优惠券的商品的 价格、转化率以及品牌/属性等等,这些特征可以包括优惠券本身的特征,也可以包括能够使用该优惠券的商品的特征。用户的用户画像可以包括:购买力、品牌偏好、属性偏好以及历史浏览/点击/关注/加车/购买记录等等。
下面结合一具体的实施方式,对本发明实施例提供的为用户提供优惠券的方法作进一步的说明。本实施方式的应用场景为电商平台,配置的提供给用户的优惠券为以红包的形式展示的电子优惠券,用户基于该电商平台的搜索引擎可以搜索到商品或店铺。将本发明方法应用于该应用场景中,可以提高电子优惠券的有效发放量,让更多的对绑定该电子优惠券的商品有购买意图的用户收到红包,这样用户既可以在搜索结果页直接购买这些绑定电子优惠券的商品,也会促使用户去券购页面或者商家店铺页面浏览可用电子优惠券的商品,达到引流的目的。
在本应用场景中,为了达到引流的目的,需要使红包有更高曝光量,所以选取搜索量比较大的搜索关键字query作为触发关键字。在本实施方式中,基于对电商平台的搜索日志分析和挖掘,筛选一定时间段内曝光量排名前10W的搜索关键字,作为候选关键字。
为了实现红包的精准发放,应尽量让用户在触发关键字的搜索结果页面有点击或者下单行为,这样才能提高发放电子优惠券红包的转化效率。为此,在本实施方式中,从每个候选关键字在一定时间段内展示过的所有搜索结果(单品sku)中,选取主要搜索结果(优质单品),选取点击通过率ctr和转化率cvr排名靠前的500个单品作为主要搜索结果,这些单品的转化率较高,而且在关键字下的搜索排名都很靠前,有更高的机会曝光给用户。另外,为了保证搜索的相关性,用关键字的高相关类目过滤单品。至此,挖掘了10万候选关键字,以及每个候选关键字下500个优质单品。
在本实施方式中,单品的促销信息存放于缓存数据库(redis)中,通过单品的促销信息可以获知某个单品是否可以使用某个电子优惠券,从而也就获知每个候选关键字关联的优惠券(电子优惠券红包)集,已经筛选出的10万个候选关键字中的每一个候选关键字,从该候选关键字关联的红包集中指定一个特定电子优惠券红包,统计该候选关键字召回的500个优质单品中有多少个可以使用该电子优惠券,我们将该数据记为cnt。进而使用下述条件进一步缩小候选关键字的范围:

其中,th1和th2分别为两个阈值,view(query)表示候选关键字的曝光量。例如,假设th1=20且th2=1000,则上面的条件可以解释为:对于某个特定电子优惠券红包,从10万个候选关键字中筛选留下那些召回的500个优质单品中至少有20个可以使用该电子优惠券,且曝光量在1000以上的候选关键字,从而减小候选关键字的范围。然后,我们将剩余的这部分候选关键字按照cnt值降序排列,取前100个候选关键字作为触发关键字。
在本实施方式中,为了进一步提高曝光量和为商家引流,为上面筛选到的100个的触发关键字设置宽泛词,这些宽泛词一般是一些搜索流量很大的产品词或品牌词,在本实施方式中,设置宽泛词采用的方法包括但不限于:分别对筛选到的100个触发关键字进行分词,基于每个触发关键字分词的标注结果,选取产品词和品牌词,作为该触发关键字的宽泛触发词。
在本实施方式中,同一个触发关键字可以对应多个电子优惠券红包,在为用户匹配电子优惠券红包时,一方面基于用户画像,刻画用户特征(如购买力、品牌偏好、属性偏好、历史浏览/点击/关注/加车/购买记录等等),另一方面分析电子优惠券红包的特征以及绑定优惠券的商品特征(如优惠面额、优惠力度、商品价格、商品转化率、商品品牌/属性等等)刻画红包特征,然后建模,分别计算电子优惠券红包集中的每一个电子优惠券红包的特征与用户的用户画像的匹配度, 优先将匹配度高的电子优惠券红包提供给用户。
例如,触发关键字“运动鞋”,可以触发大品牌A商家的优惠券红包Q1(优惠券满699减200),也可以触发小品牌B商家的优惠券红包Q2(优惠券满399减100),现有用户甲和用户乙,用户甲购买力很高且偏好购买大品牌商品,用户乙购买力中等且偏好购买小品牌商品,则用户甲与优惠券红包Q1的匹配度更高,用户乙与优惠券红包Q2的匹配度更高。所以,当用户甲和用户乙分别搜索“运动鞋”这个触发关键字时,基于用户的用户画像和优惠券红包的特征,为用户甲提供优惠券红包Q1,为用户乙提供优惠券红包Q2,以满足不同用户的个性化需求并提升用户体验。需要说明的是,本例只是一个简单示例,在本发明方法的实际应用过程中,用户画像和红包特征的特征维度规模和复杂度通常较高,具体匹配方法可以是各种推荐算法中的匹配算法。
在本实施方式中,电子优惠券红包在提供给用户后,在用户终端进行展示,如图3所示的搜索界面,在用户通过搜索栏输入搜索关键字进行搜索后,通过弹窗展示该红包,用户可以通过红包上设置的操作指引图标,打开红包,并将其中的优惠券添加到用户的优惠券列表中以供使用,然后如图4所示,返回搜索结果页,并在搜索页为用户提供“查看红包适用商品”的链接,为方便用户使用刚刚领取的红包优惠券,可以点击搜索结果页中设置的“查看红包适用商品”的链接,用户通过该链接可以跳转到券购搜索页,券购搜索页展示的是所有可以使用刚刚领取的红包优惠券的商品。
本发明还提供一种为用户提供优惠券的装置,如图5所示,该装置500包括:获取模块501和输出模块502。
获取模块501用于获取用户输入的搜索关键字。
输出模块502用于当所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。
在本发明实施例中,所述输出模块进一步用于在所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券,然后将所述匹配的优惠券输出。
在本发明实施例中,所述输出模块进一步用于分别计算优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征与所述用户的用户画像的匹配度,以确定其中与所述用户匹配的优惠券。
在本发明实施例中,该为用户提供优惠券的装置还包括:判断模块和筛选模块。
判断模块用于判断预定义的触发关键字集中是否存在所述搜索关键字,若是,则确定所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字。
筛选模块用于通过下述步骤获得所述触发关键字集:在历史搜索关键字中选择至少一个搜索关键字作为候选关键字,并在候选关键字的搜索结果中选择至少一个搜索结果作为该候选关键字的主要搜索结果。若候选关键字的曝光量满足第一预定义数量,且该候选关键字的与指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量满足第二预定义数量,则确定该候选关键字为触发关键字。
在本发明实施例中,所述筛选模块进一步用于为触发关键字设置扩展信息,将设置的扩展信息加入触发关键字集。
在本发明实施例中,该为用户提供优惠券的装置还包括:优惠券集获取模块。优惠券集获取模块用于通过下述步骤获得所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集:获取触发关键字的所有主要搜索结果所 关联的优惠券,以组成该触发关键字对应的优惠券集。
本发明实施例还提供一种为用户提供优惠券的系统,该系统用于电商平台,为用户提供为以红包的形式展示的电子优惠券的优惠券。如图6所示,该系统包括在线处理单元、离线挖掘单元和基础信息采集单元,其中本发明上述实施例中提供的获取模块、判断模块和输出模块的功能集成于在线处理单元中,优惠券采集获取模块和筛选模块的功能集成于离线挖掘单元中,基础信息采集单元用于采集电商平台的商品索引信息、红包信息和优惠券信息,并对上述信息进行分析以及关联处理,以得到商品与优惠券的映射关系,即得到主键key为商品id,值value为优惠券id的数据文件,并将其提供给离线挖掘单元,优惠券采集获取模块和筛选模块的功能在此不再赘述,离线挖掘单元根据基础信息采集单元提供的上述信息生成触发关键词与红包的映射关系,即得到主键key为触发关键词,值value为红包id和优惠券id的数据文件,并将其提供给在线处理单元,在线处理单元基于上述数据和接收到用户通过客户端输入的搜索关键词为用户匹配红包,并将红包信息和优惠券信息发送给客户端,客户端接收红包信息和优惠券信息,将电子优惠券红包展示给用户。
本发明实施例提供的为用户提供优惠券的方法和装置,通过获取用户输入的搜索关键字了解到用户的意图,进而在后续步骤中将对应某一意图配置的优惠券,发送给具有该意图的用户,实现优惠券的精确发送。其中,对于某个用户意图,可以配置有多个不同的优惠券。本发明在多个不同的优惠券中,基于用户画像为用户匹配一个或多个优惠券,旨在结合更多的信息进一步细化分析用户的意图,实现优惠券的精确发放,满足用户的个性化需求和给予用户友好的用户体验。并且优惠券的挖掘以及触发提供过程可自动进行,减少运营人员的工作量,节约人力成本。
在将本发明方法应用于电商平台为用户提供红包或电子优惠券的 场景中时,通过本发明方法可以将活动优惠券精准地发放到有相关购买意图的用户手中,用户可以在搜索时即可得到商品的促销信息,吸引客户,提高订单量。另一方面,通过个性化推荐技术,通过用户画像和商品优惠券的分析,做到更加精准的为搜索用户推荐发放其所需的优惠券红包,进一步提高优惠券的转化率。
图7示出了可以应用本发明实施例的为用户提供优惠券的方法或为用户提供优惠券的装置的示例性系统架构700。
如图7所示,系统架构700可以包括终端设备701、702、703,网络704和服务器705。网络704用以在终端设备701、702、703和服务器705之间提供通信链路的介质。网络704可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户可以使用终端设备701、702、703通过网络704与服务器705交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备701、702、703上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如购物类应用、网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备701、702、703可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器705可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对用户利用终端设备701、702、703所浏览的购物类网站提供支持的后台管理服务器。后台管理服务器可以对接收到的搜索关键字等数据进行分析等处理,并将与用户匹配的优惠券反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所提供的为用户提供优惠券的方法一般由服务器705执行,相应地,为用户提供优惠券的装置一般设置 于服务器705中。
应该理解,图7中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面参考图8,其示出了适于用来实现本发明实施例的终端设备的计算机系统800的结构示意图。图8示出的终端设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图8所示,计算机系统800包括中央处理单元(CPU)801,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)802中的程序或者从存储部分808加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)803中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 803中,还存储有系统800操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 801、ROM 802以及RAM 803通过总线804彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口805也连接至总线804。
以下部件连接至I/O接口805:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分806;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分807;包括硬盘等的存储部分808;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分809。通信部分809经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器810也根据需要连接至I/O接口805。可拆卸介质811,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器810上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分808。
特别地,根据本发明公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本发明公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分809从网络上被下载和安装, 和/或从可拆卸介质811被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)801执行时,执行本发明的系统中限定的上述功能。
需要说明的是,本发明所示的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本发明中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本发明中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

作为另一方面,本发明还提供了一种计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以是上述实施例中描述的设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该设备中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被一个该设备执行时,使得该设备包括:
获取用户输入的搜索关键字;
当所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。
上述具体实施方式,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员应该明白的是,取决于设计要求和其他因素,可以发生各种各样的修改、组合、子组合和替代。任何在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种为用户提供优惠券的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户输入的搜索关键字;
    当所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券包括:
    在所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券;
    将所述匹配的优惠券输出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券包括:
    分别计算优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征与所述用户的用户画像的匹配度,以确定其中与所述用户匹配的优惠券。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断预定义的触发关键字集中是否存在所述搜索关键字,若是,则确定所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字;
    所述触发关键字集通过下述步骤获得:
    在历史搜索关键字中选择至少一个搜索关键字作为候选关键字,并在候选关键字的搜索结果中选择至少一个搜索结果作为该候选关键字的主要搜索结果;
    若候选关键字的曝光量满足第一预定义数量,且该候选关键字的与指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量满足第二预定义数量,则确定该候选关键字为触发关键字。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获得触发关键字集的步骤还包括:
    为触发关键字设置扩展信息,将设置的扩展信息加入触发关键字集。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集通过下述步骤获得:
    获取触发关键字的所有主要搜索结果所关联的优惠券,以组成该触发关键字对应的优惠券集。
  7. 一种为用户提供优惠券的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户输入的搜索关键字;
    输出模块,用于当所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字,基于所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集输出优惠券。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块进一步用于在所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集中为所述用户匹配优惠券,然后将所述匹配的优惠券输出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块进一步用于分别计算优惠券集中的每一个优惠券的特征与所述用户的用户画像的匹配度,以确定其中与所述用户匹配的优惠券。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断预定义的触发关键字集中是否存在所述搜索关键字,若是,则确定所述搜索关键字为预定义的触发关键字;
    筛选模块,用于通过下述步骤获得所述触发关键字集:
    在历史搜索关键字中选择至少一个搜索关键字作为候选关键字, 并在候选关键字的搜索结果中选择至少一个搜索结果作为该候选关键字的主要搜索结果;
    若候选关键字的曝光量满足第一预定义数量,且该候选关键字的与指定的优惠券相关联的主要搜索结果的数量满足第二预定义数量,则确定该候选关键字为触发关键字。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述筛选模块进一步用于为触发关键字设置扩展信息,将设置的扩展信息加入触发关键字集。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    优惠券集获取模块,用于通过下述步骤获得所述触发关键字对应的预配置的优惠券集:获取触发关键字的所有主要搜索结果所关联的优惠券,以组成该触发关键字对应的优惠券集。
  13. 一种提供优惠券的电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的方法。
