具体地,所述第一固定件132为铆钉,所述钣金边框11上设有与所述铆钉相配合的第一通孔114,所述第一连接部1311上设有与所述第一通孔114相连通的第二通孔1313。
所述第一通孔114设于所述弯折板113上,在安装所述连接件131时,首先使所述第一通孔114与所述第二通孔1313相连通,然后将铆钉同时穿过并铆接至第一通孔114与第二通孔1313上即可。
进一步地,所述第一连接部1311与所述弯折板113中的一个上凸设有至少一个凸柱15,另一个上设有用以收容所述凸柱15且与至少一个所述凸柱15一一对应的收容孔16,一方面,在将所述连接件131安装至所述钣金边框11上之前,首先将所述凸柱15收容于所述收容孔16内,能够预先定位,使所述第一通孔114与所述第二通孔1313相连通,便于所述铆 钉的固定;另一方面,在将所述连接件131通过所述铆钉固定于所述钣金边框11上后,所述凸柱15能够定位所述连接件131,防止所述连接件131绕所述铆钉转动,从而增强所述连接件131连接于所述钣金边框11上的稳定性。
所述连接件131固定于所述钣金边框11的上下两端的端部,从而便于上下侧的两个所述端盖12与所述连接件131的固定连接。
具体地,所述第二固定件为螺钉;所述第二连接部1312上设有与所述螺钉相配合的螺孔1314,所述端盖12上设有用以供所述螺钉穿过的穿孔121。
所述螺孔1314沿上下方向延伸,以便于用户通过所述螺钉来实现所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11的固定。
在固定所述端盖12时,首先将所述连接件131固定至所述钣金边框11上,然后将所述端盖12装配至所述钣金边框11上并使所述穿孔121与所述螺孔1314相连通,最后将所述螺钉穿过所述穿孔121并螺纹连接至所述螺孔1314内,即可实现所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11的固定,且所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11之间的固定比较牢靠。
在所述钣金边框11与所述端盖12相固定连接后,所述钣金边框11与所述端盖12围设形成所述门体框架2。
所述端盖12上与所述钣金边框11相配合的部分设有朝向所述钣金边框11突伸的侧翻边123,所述侧翻边123的形状与所述钣金边框11的形状相匹配,在将所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11装配后,所述侧翻边123贴靠于所述钣金边框11的内侧,一方面,能够预先定位,使所述穿孔121与所述螺孔1314相连通,便于所述螺钉的装配;另一方面,能够增强所述钣金边框11与所述端盖12的连接的密封性,防止发泡料自所述钣金边框11与所述端盖12之间的连接处泄露,且在发泡料自液态变为固态后,在固态的所述发泡料的挤压力的作用下能够增强所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11之间的连接强度。
具体地,所述侧翻边123上与所述连接件131相对应的位置处向内凹设有用以收容所述连接件131的收容腔1231,同时所述侧翻边123上与所述弯折板113相对应的位置处向内凹设有用以收容所述弯折板113的收纳部1232,所述收纳部1232与所述收容腔1231相连通,在将所述端盖12与所述钣金边框11装配后,所述弯折板113收容于所述收纳部1232内,同时,所述连接件131收容于所述收容腔1231内,以进一步增强预先定位的准确性以及钣金边框11与端盖12之间的连接强度。
进一步地,所述端盖12上还设有与所述侧翻边123间隔设置且位于所述侧翻边123外侧的包边124,所述包边124与所述侧翻边123围设形成供所述钣金边框11插入的插槽125, 在将所述端盖12装配至所述钣金边框11上后,所述钣金边框11的端部位于所述插槽125内,同时,所述侧翻边123贴靠于所述钣金边框11的内侧,所述包边124贴靠于所述钣金边框11的外侧,保证所述钣金边框11的端部不易被湿气侵蚀,从而防止钣金边框11的端部腐蚀生锈。
进一步地,所述包边124的长度不小于2mm,以使所述钣金边框11的端部能够稳定地固定于所述插槽125内。
具体地,本实施方式中,所述包边124的长度为5mm,一方面,使所述钣金边框11的端部能够稳定地固定于所述插槽125内;另一方面,有利于所述冰箱门体1的整体外观。
所述包边124包括与所述侧板111相配合的侧包边以及与位于所述侧板111后端的端板112相配合的后包边,一方面,以防影响所述玻璃面板14的装配;另一方面,在所述玻璃面板14贴设于所述门体框架2上后,遮蔽了所述钣金边框11远离箱体的部分,同时所述钣金边框11远离箱体的部分也不易被箱体内的湿气侵蚀,故所述端盖12上与位于所述侧板111前端的端板112相配合的部分可以不设置所述包边124。
进一步地,所述端盖12的前侧还设置有与所述玻璃面板14相配合的前翻边126,在将所述端盖12安装至所述钣金边框11上后,所述前翻边126以及位于前端的所述端板112位于同一平面,在所述玻璃面板14贴设于所述门体框架2上后,所述玻璃面板14贴设于所述前翻边126以及位于前侧的所述端板112上,从而使所述玻璃面板14能够紧密贴设于所述门体框架2的前侧,且能够增强所述玻璃面板14与所述门体框架2的连接强度。
进一步地,所述前翻边126与所述侧翻边123相连接,且所述端盖12一体成型,便于加工。
进一步地,所述端盖12上与所述玻璃面板14的边缘相配合的边缘部凸设有向前延伸的遮边127,所述遮边127向前凸伸的长度不大于所述玻璃面板14的厚度,一方面,能够在贴设所述玻璃面板14时使所述玻璃面板14预先定位;另一方面,在将所述玻璃面板14贴设于所述门体框架2的前侧后,所述遮边127遮蔽至少部分所述玻璃面板14的边缘,以防止产生闪缝,影响所述冰箱门体1的外观。
综上所述,本发明中的冰箱门体1,一方面,边框采用钣金边框11,降低所述冰箱门体1的成本且增强所述冰箱门体1的外观效果;另一方面,设置包边124,在将所述端盖12装配至所述钣金边框11上后,所述包边124贴靠于所述钣金边框11的外侧,保证所述钣金边框11的端部不易被湿气侵蚀,从而防止钣金边框11的端部腐蚀生锈。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立 的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱门体,包括门体框架,其特征在于:所述门体框架包括位于左右两侧的钣金边框以及位于上下两侧的端盖,所述端盖上与所述钣金边框相配合的部分设有朝向所述钣金边框突伸的侧翻边,所述侧翻边的形状与所述钣金边框的形状相匹配;所述端盖上还设有与所述侧翻边间隔设置且位于所述侧翻边外侧的包边,所述包边与所述侧翻边围设形成供所述钣金边框插入的插槽;在将所述端盖与所述钣金边框装配后,所述侧翻边贴靠于所述钣金边框的内侧,所述包边贴靠于所述钣金边框的外侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述钣金边框包括侧板、自所述侧板的前后两端沿与所述侧板所在的平面相垂直的方向同向延伸的端板,所述包边包括与所述侧板相配合的侧包边以及与位于所述侧板后端的端板相配合的后包边。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述包边的长度不小于2mm。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:位于所述侧板前端的所述端板的延伸长度大于位于所述侧板后端的所述端板的延伸长度。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述钣金边框还包括自所述端板远离所述侧板的一侧向内弯折形成的弯折板,所述侧翻边上与所述弯折板相对应的位置处向内凹设有用以收容所述弯折板的收纳部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述端盖的前侧还设置有前翻边,在将所述端盖安装至所述钣金边框上后,所述前翻边及位于前端的所述端板位于同一平面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述前翻边与所述侧翻边相连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述冰箱门体还包括贴设于所述门体框架前侧的玻璃面板,所述玻璃面板贴设于所述前翻边以及位于前侧的所述端板上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述端盖上与所述玻璃面板的边缘相配合的边缘部凸设有向前延伸的遮边;所述遮边向前凸伸的长度不大于所述玻璃面板的厚度。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于:所述端盖一体成型。
