Abstract

一种餐具回收系统和方法,该餐具回收系统包括餐具(100)、客户端模块(200)、回收模块(300);该餐具(100)包括餐具本体以及餐具本体上设置的识别码;客户端模块(200)包括用于采集识别码的客户端采集机构;回收模块(300)用于回收餐具本体;该方法使用上述餐具回收系统进行餐具回收,由持有者对餐具本体进行回收并在回收过程中采集识别码的信息,以便在回收过程中对持有者进行奖励。采用上述技术方案,提高了餐具持有者的回收积极性,提高了回收效率,保护了环境。

Description

餐具回收系统及餐具回收的商业方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种餐具回收系统,以及利用该回收系统进行餐具回收的商业模式。
背景技术
PP聚丙烯,具有极好的机械性能和热性能,一般情况下PP使用温度是-6至120℃,所以特别适合盛装热饭热菜。是现有的市场上一次性餐盒的主要材料,但是,PP由于需要在高温(大于280℃)或者是紫外线照射下才会发生分解,一般而言,在自然光条件下,PP的分解需要90天左右。由于一次性餐盒使用后一般都是作为生活垃圾被丢弃,而一般的生活垃圾很少会有条件在自然光下分解90天,更不会去进行紫外光分解或高温分解,往往只会进行简单的分拣后进行填埋操作,使得餐盒无法被及时分解,产生大量的固废。
随着固废填埋的成本越来越高,对固废中PP的回收利用也越来越受重视,PP的回收过程一般包括以下几个步骤:①来料的分选;②打碎、清洗、晒干;③拌色;④造粒。其中第②步需要先将分类好的PP原料放入打碎机中进行粉碎工序,然后粉碎后的碎片通过传输带送入清洗槽,经过高压水流的清洗以及清洗槽中的几道滚轮,进行反复的清洗,清洗后通过传送带,送入下一部工序,然后用甩水机甩干余水,然后进行晒干,备用。对于一次性餐盒而言,由于其往往是用于盛装各种外卖,会沾染各种油污,其清洗的过程需要用到大量的清洗剂和水,容易造成二次污染。
专利申请CN105844554A公开了一种餐盒回收云平台系统,包括回收装置、嵌入电子标签的餐盒和云平台管理中心;嵌入电子标签的餐盒包括:电子标签和餐盒,电子标签为无源电子标签,封装在餐盒内,餐盒外表面印制二维码;回收装置包括:MCU控制模块、光电传感器、RFID射频识别模块、无线网络 通信模块、电机及驱动模块、LCD显示屏、舱门和供电模块,回收装置用于存放自动回收的餐盒,通过所述无线网络通信模块与云平台管理中心通讯;光电传感器放置于所述回收装置入口处,用于感知餐盒存在,并将感知的信息传送给所述RFID射频识别模块,RFID射频识别模块读取所述嵌入电子标签的餐盒的电子标签,获取所述餐盒的身份信息;云平台管理中心存储管理回收装置及餐盒和用户的相关信息,通过无线网络与所述回收装置交换用户数据和借还使用信息。
该方案虽然解决了餐具在回收过程中的监控问题,但是还存在着这些问题:A.餐盒中需要封装无源电子标签,一方面,增加了餐盒的生产成本,另一方面,在回收餐盒后,如果要对回收的餐盒再利用,必须除去该无源电子标签;B.回收装置仅能收集餐盒,而且如果餐盒尺寸不一的话,非常容易将其装满(无法充分利用空间);C.餐盒的使用者缺乏使用这种回收系统的动力;D.餐盒回收后需要人工清洗,成本太高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种高效便捷的餐具回收系统,其能以较简单的改进,提高餐具使用者回收餐具的动力,提高餐具回收效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种餐具回收系统,包括餐具、客户端模块和回收模块;所述餐具包括:餐具本体,餐具本体上设置有识别码;客户端模块包括:用于采集识别码的客户端采集机构;回收模块用于回收餐具本体。
进一步的,所述餐具还包括可分离得复合在餐具本体上的防护层,防护层覆盖住餐具本体与食物接触的部分;所述识别码设置在餐具本体被防护层覆盖的位置,且防护层覆盖住识别码的部分为非透明的。
进一步的,餐具回收系统还包括云端模块以及商户端模块;云端模块包括能够与其余各模块进行信号交互的云端收发机构以及对信号进行处理的数据处理机构;商户端模块包括商户端采集机构以及用于与云端模块进行信息交互的 商户端收发机构;所述客户端模块包括用于与云端模块进行信息交互的客户端收发机构。
进一步的,所述回收模块包括回收桶;所述回收桶包括桶体、设置在桶体上的投入通道、设置在桶体内的容纳空间和压碎/扁机构;所述容纳空间与投入通道连通。
又进一步的,所述回收桶还包括验证码输入机构,所述投入通道与回收桶外设置有第一通道门。
更进一步的,投入通道与容纳空间之间设置有第二通道门,投入通道内设置有能够采集投入的餐具本体上识别码的回收桶采集机构。
进一步的,回收桶内还设置有能够监控容纳空间容量的容量监控机构。
进一步的,回收模块包括回收站;所述回收站包括采集识别码的回收站采集机构。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种利用上述餐具回收系统进行餐具回收的方法,提供一种全新的餐具回收商业模式。
为了解决该技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:首先建立上述的餐具回收系统,由持有者对餐具本体进行回收并在回收过程中采集识别码的信息,以便在回收过程中对持有者进行奖励。
采用上述技术方案之后,使得餐具的持有者(即持有餐具并进行回收餐具操作的人)能够通过采集识别码的信息而证明其进行了回收的操作,从而获得奖励,提高了餐具持有者的回收积极性,即使是餐具的原使用者不愿意回收餐具而将其丢弃,也会有拾得该餐具的第三人为了获得奖励而愿意进行回收作业。
进一步的,在持有者采集识别码的信息前,先将防护层从餐具本体分离,漏出识别码。
在餐具本体上复合防护层,其作用是:使得餐具的主要塑料结构在使用前中后,均被防护层保护,防止被餐盒中的油污污染,这样就使得后续的回收过程中,仅需将其从餐具本体上分离即可作为一般垃圾处理或者做进一步的回收, 餐具本体则进行后续的回收作业;而将识别码覆盖在非透明的防护层下方,使得持有者为了扫描识别码获得奖励,必须将防护层从餐具本体上分离,提高持有者将防护层分离的积极性;
进一步的,回收并进行奖励的过程包括以下步骤:
S201持有者通过客户端模块将识别码发送到云端模块;
S202云端模块通过接受到识别码的时间对识别码进行加密,得到验证码,并将验证码反馈到中的客户端模块;
S203在验证码输入机构中输入的验证码,打开第一通道门,向投入通道中投入待回收的餐具本体;
S204关闭第一通道门并通过回收桶采集机构采集S203中餐具本体的识别码信息,与验证码中的识别码信息进行核对,核对一致的,向S201的客户端模块发出第二回收奖励;并且打开第二通道门,将餐具本体送入容纳空间,由压碎/扁机构将餐具本体压碎或压扁。
如果不考虑成本,所有的餐具本体上的识别码各不相同,肯定是最方便后续的回收作业的,但是餐具本身的价值低,在每个餐具上分别设置不同的识别码,对整体的生产成本的提升幅度较高,为了节省成本,必须将部分餐具(如同一批次或者同一箱)的识别码做成相同的,采用上述优化后的技术方案,将识别码与扫描时间结合,得到用于回收的验证码,由于扫描时间(可以精确到毫秒甚至更短),不可能完全线条,因此就将同一的识别码转化为了不同一的验证码,节省餐具本身的生产成本。
另一方面,为了提高回收桶的回收效率,在回收桶中直接设置压碎/扁机构,将进入回收桶的餐具直接压扁或者压缩,提高其容纳空间的利用率。同时,这也就要求了回收桶中尽可能不进入非餐具本体的杂物,而第一通道门就起到了回收桶在非回收状态时避免杂物进入的作用,第二通道门与回收通道以及其内的回收桶采集机构一起配合,避免了回收桶回收作业时进入杂物。
进一步的,回收并获得奖励的过程也可以包括以下步骤:
S301由持有者将餐具本体送到回收站,由回收站直接采集识别码的信息并向将餐具本体送到回收站的人发出第三回收奖励。
将餐具本体在回收桶回收,虽然方便了持有者,但是不利于回收者(及将餐具本体的材料回收后在利用的人)得到回收料(需要由末端的回收桶向上端汇集),因此,未每若干个回收桶设置一个回收站,为了鼓励持有者直接将餐具本体会受到回收站(节省回收者的回收运输成本),对将餐具本体送到回收站的人发出第三回收奖励,且该第三回收奖励高于第二回收奖励。
进一步的,回收并获得奖励的过程还包括以下步骤:
S101商户在餐具使用通过商户端模块预先采集识别码的信息,并将使用该餐具的客户的客户端信息一起发送给云端模块;
S102由客户端模块采集识别码信息并发送给云端模块;
S103云端模块中将S101和S102的识别码信息以及客户端信息核对,如果都一致,则向S102的客户端模块发出第一回收奖励。
采用上述优化的技术方案,通过核对识别码与客户端信息,形成校验,若客户端扫描的结果与商户端输入的结果一致,则说明是购买商户产品的人分离了保护层。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。需要说明的是,实施例中所述的“在一个实施例中”、“在一个更优的实施例中”等类似语句,是指与所述实施例相关的特定特征、结构或特性至少可包含于本发明至少一个实现方式中。在本说明书中不同地方出现的“在一个实施例中”、“在一个更优的实施例中”并非必须都指同一个实施例,也不必须是与其他实施例互相排斥的单独或选择实施例。
在一个实施例中,本发明的一种餐具回收系统,包括餐具100、客户端模块200、回收模块300;该餐具100包括餐具本体101以及餐具本体101上设置的识别码103(可以是二维码,或者其它类似于二维码的能够被手机等移动设备识别的平面或立体码);客户端模块200包括用于采集识别码103的客户端采集机构;回收模块300用于回收餐具本体101。在一个实施例中,上述利用客户端模块200采集识别码103的方法可以是使用带有类似扫一扫功能的手机来完成,当然,在其它一些实施例中,也可以采用与之等同的其它设备以及其它方法。
在一个实施例中,餐具100还包括可分离得复合在餐具本体101上的防护层102,防护层102覆盖住餐具本体101与食物接触的部分;在一个更优的实施例中,识别码103设置在餐具本体101被防护层102覆盖的位置,且防护层102覆盖住识别码103的部分为非透明的。
在一个更优的实施例中,餐具回收系统还包括云端模块400以及商户端模块500(参考图1);所述云端模块400包括能够与其余各模块进行信号交互的云端收发机构以及对信号进行处理的数据处理机构;在一个更优的实施例中,所述商户端模块500包括商户端采集机构以及用于与云端模块400进行信息交互的商户端收发机构;客户端模块200包括用于与云端模块400进行信息交互的客户端收发机构。
在一个更优的实施例中,回收模块300包括回收桶310;回收桶310包括桶体311、设置在桶体311上的投入通道312、设置在桶体311内的容纳空间313和压碎/扁机构314(在一个实施例中,压碎/扁机构314可以采用设置在筒体顶 部的重锤,其能够在顶部的气缸等类似机构的作用下向下运动,压缩容纳空间313内的餐具本体101,使得其能够或被压扁,或被压缩;在一个优选的实施例中,容纳空间的底部还可以设置一些搅碎机构;在一个实施例中,压碎/扁机构314也可以是可以自由下落的重锤,并且顶部设置有牵引机构将其上提);容纳空间313与投入通道312连通(参考图2)。
在一个实施例中,所述回收桶310还包括验证码输入机构(图2中省略未画出。这里的验证码输入机构,类似于电影票网络购票的取票机,可以通过扫描客户端的验证码的方式进行输入,也可以由用户手工输入验证码的方式进行输入),所述投入通道312与回收桶310外设置有第一通道门316。
在一个更优的实施例中,所述投入通道312与容纳空间313之间设置有第二通道门317,投入通道312内设置有能够采集投入的餐具本体101上识别码103的回收桶采集机构(图2中省略未画出)。
在一个更优的实施例中,回收桶310内还设置有能够监控容纳空间313容量的容量监控机构(图2中省略未画出),该容量监控机构可以将容量数据上传至云端模块400,提醒回收者及时回收桶中的东西。
在一个更优的实施例中,回收模块300包括回收站;回收站至少需要一个采集识别码103的回收站采集机构,这里的回收站可以是菜鸟驿站、快点收/发点,也可以是便利店或餐饮店,或者类似的店面。
关于回收桶和回收站,需要说明的是,可以只有回收桶,也可以只有回收站,但是也不排斥回收桶和回收站的并存。
下面结合图3-8,以餐盒为例对餐具做进一步的的描述:
一种易回收餐盒:包括餐具本体101以及防护层102,该餐具本体101内侧设有若干粘合点(附图中省略),防护层102通过粘合点可撕开得粘合在餐具本体101内侧(在另一个实施例中,也可以是其它方式将防护层102可分离地复合在餐具本体101),使得该防护层102在餐具使用前和使用时能够固定在餐具本体101内,而在使用后则能够无损地从餐具本体101内部撕离。在本发明中, 餐具本体101由具有一定机械强度以便支撑整个容器的材料制成,如PP等;而防护层102优选具有一定柔性,且易降解的材料,如聚乳酸(PLA)制成。其加工过程一般为:首先制备餐具本体101部分,然后通过压塑的方式将防护层102复合在餐具本体101上,压塑时,通过高温在防护层102和餐具本体101之间形成粘合点。虽然称为粘合点,但是粘合点的形状并不限定为点状,而是根据容器的形成以及粘合部位来选择,一般而言,其可以为圆形,也可以是条形或环形,为圆形是,直径为0.1-5mm;条形或环形时,条宽或环宽为0.1-5mm。在一个实施例中,圆形餐盒的底部设有若干条环形粘合点,而侧壁则分布有若干条条形粘合点。为了使得防护层从餐盒本体剥离时候能够呈现逐渐剥离的效果,在一个实施方式中,每个粘合点之间的间距保持在2-8mm,粘合点及粘合点周围0.1-5mm的范围内的防护层的厚度为其余部分防护层厚度的1.5-2.5倍,以防止剥离时候的破损。
在一个更优的实施例中,上述防护层102的边缘设有收口机构,以便撕离后的防护层能够轻松地收口,将餐盒内的残留的食物残渣及汤水打包,减少遗撒。
在一个更优的实施例中,为了进一步的防止餐盒内的油污对餐具本体101造成污染,防护层102的边缘高出餐具本体101,所述收口机构设置在餐具本体的外侧。
上面所述的收口机构可以是常规的任何能实现膜状或袋状容器收口的机构。在一个实施例中,收口机构为松紧带104,在餐具使用前和使用中,防护层102的外延通过所述松紧带104与餐具本体101连接,在使用后撕开防护层后,则通过收紧松紧带104将防护层102收口(需要说明的是,本发明中所称的松紧带并不限于图5所示的绳状,也可以是条状等形状);在一个实施例中,收口机构为拉带106,防护层最外缘设有套环105,拉带106设置在套环105内,在撕开防护层102后,通过收紧拉带106使得防护层收口。
在一个更优化的实施例中,为了更方便防护层102的撕离在防护层102外 缘与餐具本体1连接处,设至撕拉口等撕拉机构107。
请参考图8,在撕掉保护层之后,可以看到,本发明的餐具本体内设有识别码103,识别码103可以是印刷在餐具本体101上的,也可以是复合等其它手段设置在餐具本体101上,其设置位置可以在餐具本体101的底部,也可以是其余任意地方。
本发明餐具回收的商业方法的一个实施方式为:首先建立上述实施例中的餐具回收系统,然后由持有者对餐具本体101进行回收并在回收过程中采集识别码103的信息,以便在回收过程中对持有者进行奖励。
在一个更优的实施例中,在持有者采集识别码103的信息前,需要先将防护层102从餐具本体101分离,漏出识别码103。
在一个实施例中,回收并进行奖励的过程具体包括以下步骤:
S201持有者通过客户端模块200将识别码103发送到云端模块400;
S202云端模块400通过接受到识别码103的时间对识别码103进行加密,得到验证码,并将验证码反馈到S201中的客户端模块200;
S203通过验证码进行餐具本体101的回收以及对持有者的奖励。
在一个具体的实施例中,S203为在验证码输入机构中输入S202的验证码,打开第一通道门316,向投入通道312中投入待回收的餐具本体101。
在一个更优的实施例中,S203步骤后还有S204步骤:关闭第一通道门316并通过回收桶采集机构采集S203中餐具本体101的识别码103信息,与验证码中的识别码信息进行核对,核对一致的,向S201的客户端模块发出第二回收奖励;并且打开第二通道门317,将餐具本体101送入容纳空间313。
在一个更优的实施例中,S204步骤最后还包括:由压碎/扁机构314将餐具本体101压碎或压扁。
在一个具体的实施例中,回收并进行奖励的过程具体也包括以下步骤:
S301由持有者将餐具本体101送到回收站,由回收站直接采集识别码103的信息并向将餐具本体101送到回收站的人发出第三回收奖励,一方面可以节 省回收者的运输成本,另一方面也方便持有者持有较多的餐具本体101时,能够更便捷得回收(无需输入验证码)。
在一个实施例中,上述回收并获得奖励的过程还可以在进行回收前实施以下步骤:
S101商户在餐具使用通过商户端模块500预先采集识别码103的信息,并将使用该餐具的客户的客户端信息一起发送给云端模块400;
S102由客户端模块200采集识别码103信息并发送给云端模块400;
S103云端模块400中将S101和S102的识别码103信息以及客户端信息核对,如果都一致,则向S102的客户端模块200发出第一回收奖励。
需要指出的是,上述涉及商业模式的实施例中,S101-S103步骤是可选步骤,而非必须步骤。而针对同一件餐具本体,S201-S204的回收桶回收与S301的回收站回收是互斥的,不能同时使用(并不排斥在餐具回收系统中回收桶和回收站的共存;也不排除不同的餐具本体中部分使用回收桶回收、部分使用回收站回收),一般而言,通过回收站得到的到的第三回收奖励的奖品应该优于通过回收桶回收得到的第二回收奖励。
上面所说的“奖励”可以是以返现形式的奖励,也可以是对持有者的积分的奖励(比如“信用积分”或者APP的使用积分等)
为了让人更容易理解上述回收的奖励模式,举例而言,假设一个饭盒的生产成本为0.5元,我们在客户购买外卖的时候,收取客户5.5元钱的饭盒使用费,并告知其中5元为押金,然后在客户将保护层撕掉之后,返现1元(用于奖励其分离,以便于后期的回收),然后客户如果选择将分离后的餐盒本体在回收桶回收,奖励2元;如果选择直接送到回收点,由于省去了回收者的运输成本,故直接奖励4元(实现了押金的全返还)。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护 范围之内。

  1. 一种餐具回收系统,其特征在于:包括餐具(100)、客户端模块(200)、回收模块(300);
    所述餐具(100)包括:餐具本体(101),所述餐具本体(101)上设置有识别码(103);
    所述客户端模块(200)包括:用于采集识别码(103)的客户端采集机构;
    所述回收模块(300)用于回收餐具本体(101)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具回收系统,其特征在于:所述餐具(100)还包括可分离得复合在餐具本体(101)上的防护层(102),所述防护层(102)覆盖住餐具本体(101)与食物接触的部分;
    进一步的,所述识别码(103)设置在餐具本体(101)被防护层(102)覆盖的位置,且防护层(102)覆盖住识别码(103)的部分为非透明的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具回收系统,其特征在于:还包括云端模块(400),所述云端模块(400)包括能够与其余各模块进行信号交互的云端收发机构以及对信号进行处理的数据处理机构;
    进一步的,餐具回收系统还包括商户端模块(500):所述商户端模块(500)包括商户端采集机构以及用于与云端模块(400)进行信息交互的商户端收发机构;所述客户端模块(200)包括用于与云端模块(400)进行信息交互的客户端收发机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐具回收系统,其特征在于:所述回收模块(300)包括回收桶(310);所述回收桶(310)包括桶体(311)、设置在桶体(311)上的投入通道(312)、设置在桶体(311)内的容纳空间(313)和压碎/扁机构(314);所述容纳空间(313)与投入通道(312)连通;
    进一步的,所述回收桶(310)还包括验证码输入机构,所述投入通道(312)与回收桶(310)外设置有第一通道门(316);
    进一步的,所述投入通道(312)与容纳空间(313)之间设置有第二通道 门(317),投入通道(312)内设置有能够采集投入的餐具本体(101)上识别码(103)的回收桶采集机构;
    进一步的,回收桶(310)内还设置有能够监控容纳空间(313)容量的容量监控机构。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种餐具回收系统,其特征在于:所述回收模块(300)包括回收站;所述回收站包括采集识别码(103)的回收站采集机构。
  6. 一种餐具回收的商业方法,其特征在于:建立权利要求1-5所述的餐具回收系统,由持有者对餐具本体(101)进行回收并在回收过程中采集识别码(103)的信息,以便在回收过程中对持有者进行奖励。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种餐具回收的商业方法,其特征在于:在持有者采集识别码(103)的信息前,先将防护层(102)从餐具本体(101)分离,漏出识别码(103)。
  8. 根据权利要求6的所述的一种餐具回收的商业方法,其特征在于:所述回收并进行奖励的过程包括以下步骤:
    S201持有者通过客户端模块(200)将识别码(103)发送到云端模块(400);
    S202云端模块(400)通过接受到识别码(103)的时间对识别码(103)进行加密,得到验证码,并将验证码反馈到S201中的客户端模块(200);
    S203在验证码输入机构中输入S202的验证码,打开第一通道门(316),向投入通道(312)中投入待回收的餐具本体(101);
    S204关闭第一通道门(316)并通过回收桶采集机构采集S203中餐具本体(101)的识别码(103)信息,与验证码中的识别码信息进行核对,核对一致的,向S201的客户端模块发出第二回收奖励;并且打开第二通道门(317),将餐具本体(101)送入容纳空间(313),由压碎/扁机构(314)将餐具本体(101)压碎或压扁。
  9. 根据权利要求6的所述的一种餐具回收的商业方法,其特征在于:所述回收并获得奖励的过程包括以下步骤:
    S301由持有者将餐具本体(101)送到回收站,由回收站直接采集识别码(103)的信息并向将餐具本体(101)送到回收站的人发出第三回收奖励。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9之一所述的一种餐具回收的商业方法,其特征在于:所述回收并获得奖励的过程还包括以下步骤:
    S101商户在餐具使用通过商户端模块(500)预先采集识别码(103)的信息,并将使用该餐具的客户的客户端信息一起发送给云端模块(400);
    S102由客户端模块(200)采集识别码(103)信息并发送给云端模块(400);
    S103云端模块(400)中将S101和S102的识别码(103)信息以及客户端信息核对,如果都一致,则向S102的客户端模块(200)发出第一回收奖励。
