所述第一管路和/或第二管路具有局部弯折结构,所述局部弯折结构可积存液体形成液封。
所述局部弯折结构为U形弯管,所述U形弯管一端管体延伸向上,另一端管体再次弯折向下,所述U形弯管底部可积存液体形成液封;
优选地,所述U形弯管与所述第一管路和/或第二管路一体成型或分体密封连接。
所述洗干一体机包括壳体,所述烘干单元包括烘干筒,所述洗涤单元包括洗涤筒,所述烘干筒和洗涤筒上下设置于壳体内,所述烘干筒出水口与第一进水口通过所述第一进水管路连接,所述洗涤桶出水口与第二进水口通过第二进水管路连接。
所述烘干筒位于机体上部,所述洗涤筒位于机体下部,所述排水装置位于机体底部,所述第一进水口位于进水腔室顶部,所以第一进水管路具有液封结构,所述液封结构用于阻隔洗涤筒和烘干筒的水气互通。
所述管路管径与进水口/排水口口径匹配,所述管路通过管夹固定在进水口/排水口连接处。
所述排水装置还具有过滤装置,所述过滤装置插入所述进水腔室内部,过滤多个进水口的来水,所述过滤装置可从机体外拆卸。
所述进水腔室还具有流尽水口,所述流尽水口位于进水腔室底部,用于排尽残留液体。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1.排水装置的进水腔室具有多个水口,可容纳多路来水共用一个泵体,降低了洗干一体机的能耗;
2.管路上具有液封结构,可将洗涤单元和烘干单元的水气分离,互不干扰,既防止了洗涤水污染烘干的衣物,又增加了烘干过程中的热效率;
3.液封结构设置为U型弯管,结构简单,加工难度小,以洗涤或烘干过程中自然产生的水作为液封结构,不用进行电磁控制,不易损坏;
4.洗干一体机的洗涤单元和烘干单元分别具有单独的筒体,两者分别作业不影响洗涤效率。

本发明涉及一种洗干一体机,所述洗干一体机包括排水装置2和管路。
如图3所示,所述排水装置具有进水腔室21、泵体22和排水口23。
所述排水口23与排水管路4固定连接,用于将汇集后的机体内部出水全部排出机体外。
优选地,所述排水口23与所述排水管路4通过管夹5固定。
所述排水管路一端连接至排水装置,一端伸至壳体外部,将洗干过程中的水排出机体外,排水管路通过一定的连接结构固定与壳体1上,优选地,通过管夹固定。
所述排水装置还包括泵体22,所述泵体22位于排水装置一端,提供排水的动力。
所述进水腔室21具有多个进水口,多个进水口分别与不同进水管路进行连接。
优选地,所述进水腔室为圆柱形,内部中空,进水口及流尽水口分布于进水腔室的弧形面,进水腔室一端连接泵体,一端安装过滤装置。
所述进水腔室还具有流尽水口213,所述流尽水口位于进水腔室底部,用于排尽残留在进水腔室的液体。
所述流尽水口具有单独的排水管,所述排水管具有开闭结构,在排水装置运行时排水管为关闭状态,在排水装置不运行时,排水管可开启排出腔室内部的残留液体。
所述进水腔室还具有过滤装置24,所述过滤装置24位于排水装置一侧,插入进水腔室21内部,对各路来水进行过滤。
所述过滤装置24可从进水腔室21拆卸,所述过滤装置24与进水腔室21的一端密闭连接,在使用过程中液体不会从过滤装置处流出。
优选地,所述过滤装置24与进水腔室21接触处具有密封圈。
所述排水装置2安装在机体内部时,具有过滤装置的一侧靠近机体外壁,所述过滤装置24在洗干一体机完成工作后可从机体外进行拆卸清洗和更换。
所述洗干一体机还包括烘干单元11和洗涤单元12,所述洗干一体机的洗涤单元12具有洗涤出水口,所述烘干单元11具有烘干出水口。所述洗涤出水口的出水为洗涤过程的洗涤水,所述烘干出水口的出水为干燥过程的冷凝水,还可以包括冲刷线屑过滤器的冲洗水。
所述洗涤水中具有因添加洗涤剂而产生的泡沫。
所述进水腔室21至少具有第一进水口和第二进水口。所述第一进水口211用于接收烘干单元的出水,所述第二进水口212用于接收洗涤单元的出水。
所述第一进水口211和烘干出水口通过第一管路连通,所述第二进水口212和洗涤出水口通过第二管路连通。
其中,第一管路和/或第二管路具有液封结构。
具有液封结构的管路可呈现多种形状,优选地,所述第一管路和/或第二管路具有局部弯折结构,液体积存在局部弯折结构的底部,可封堵管路,使气体或泡沫等不能通过。
更优选地,所述局部弯折结构为U形弯管31,所述U形弯管31一端管体延伸向上,另一端管体再次弯折向下,所述U形弯管底部可积存液体形成液封。
优选地,所述U形弯管31与所述第一管路和/或第二管路一体成型或分体密封连接。
上述方案中,U形弯管作为局部弯折的结构,可以与管路一体成型,还可以作为单独的配件与管路进行装配,
U形弯管31作为单独的配件与管路进行装配时,所述U形弯管两端具有密封连接结构。
所述第一管路和/或第二管路包括局部弯折结构可以为硬质材料可以为可塑性的软质材料,软质材料需保证局部弯折结构的定型。
上述液封结构还可以替换为止回阀,在与烘干出水口连接的管路上设置止回阀,使烘干产生的冷凝水顺利排出而不使洗涤水或洗涤水中产生的泡沫流入冷凝管路,对烘干过程的衣物产生污染。
如图4所示,所述管路管径与进水口/排水口口径匹配,所述管路通过管夹5固定在进水口/排水口连接处。
所述进水口/排水口的孔径依据各自的功能及排水量进行设置。
所述烘干单元11产生的冷凝水量较小,可设置孔径小的管口;烘干单元11产生的冲洗水水量较大,可设置孔径较大的管口;所述洗涤单元产生的洗涤水水量较大,可设置孔径大的管路。
所述管路上设置有凸台35,凸台上具有安装结构,用于管路与壳体的固定。
优选地,所述凸台上具有螺孔351,壳体具有与螺孔对应的螺栓连接结构,将管路固定在壳体内部。
所述凸台可以与管路一体成型,也可以通过连接结构固定在管路上。
本发明洗干一体机还包括壳体1,所述壳体具有支撑框架。
洗干一体机可以为单一筒体,并具有烘干和洗涤功能。
洗干一体机还可以筒体分离,具体描述为上下堆叠设置的第一筒和第二筒;
在上述筒体分离的方案中,支撑框架包括水平放置的方形底座,底座的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁,前侧两竖梁向上延伸至超出第一筒的顶部,后侧两竖梁向上 延伸至第理筒与第一筒之间;相邻竖梁之间经至少一个水平延伸的横加强件相连接,以构成框架结构。
通过上述设置,使得两个筒可分别安装于支撑框架的上部和下部,并可为两个筒分别提供安装固定位置;同时,由于整个支撑框架的上中下部分别分别经加强件进行固定连接,使洗干一体机的支撑框架更为稳固、提高了整体框架的支撑系数。
上述方案中,第一筒和第二筒的衣物投放口均朝向支撑框架的前侧设置,处于衣物投放口一侧的两竖梁分别为前左竖梁和前右竖梁;优选的,自支撑框架的前侧向后侧方向为基准,前左竖梁和前右竖梁分别设于衣物投放口的左侧和右侧;优选的,第一筒设于第二筒的竖直上方;进一步优选的,第一筒的轴线和第二筒的轴线处于同一竖直面中,且该竖直面与底座中心相重合。
优选地,第一筒为仅具备烘干功能的烘干筒,第二筒具备洗涤功能的洗涤筒,以使得第一筒后端经后部竖直设置的后固定板安装于支撑框架上。后固定板包覆安装于支撑框架后侧,后固定板安装于后侧两竖梁上方、并对应覆盖前侧竖梁与后侧竖梁之间的高度,以令第一筒安装于支撑框架的上部区域。而下侧的第二筒经其上部所设的挂簧与左侧横加强件、右侧横加强件分别连接,和其下部所连接的支撑杆与底座分别相固定连接,以令第二筒安装于支撑框架的下部区域。
所述的支撑框架同一侧两竖梁上对应设有向洗衣机底座中心方向弯折的避让部,以形成供洗干一体机壳体的弯曲侧壁安装的避让空间。
通过在支撑框架的竖梁上设置由向内侧并行的两部分并经倾斜部相连接构成的避让部,使得支撑框架上形成向内弯折的折边结构,以形成避让洗干一体机壳体上所设圆弧弯折部的避让空间,令洗干一体机的壳体可对应贴合、并固定安装于支撑框架外侧。
实施例一
本实施例所述的洗干一体机为洗涤单元11和烘干单元12共用一个筒体结构,洗涤功能与烘干功能交替完成,不可同时进行。
所述烘干单元11在烘干过程中产生冷凝水及冲洗水,冷凝水及冲洗水通过烘干单元的烘干出水口进入排水装置。所述烘干出水口与排水装置通过第一管路连通;所述第一管路与烘干出水口相连的部分可以为一个管口,可以为两个管口分别排出冷凝水和冲洗水。
所述洗涤单元12在洗涤过程中产生洗涤水,洗涤水通过洗涤单元的洗涤出水口进入排水装置。所述洗涤出水口与排水装置通过第二管路连通。
在本实施例中,优选为洗涤出水口位于筒体下部,烘干出水口位于筒体上部,所述第一管路具有液封结构。
现有的洗干一体机的冷凝水和洗涤水通过同一条管路进入泵体内部,因而在洗涤过程中洗涤水携带的泡沫残留在管路中,在烘干过程中存在流入烘干单元污染衣物的可能。
所述液封结构可积存一定液体形成液封,阻挡洗涤水中产生的泡沫进入烘干单元;所述液封在烘干过程中,可拦截烘干过程中的热风,防止热风损失影响烘干效率。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别为本实施例所述的洗干一体机的洗涤单元和烘干单元筒体分离,即所述洗涤单元具有洗涤筒,所述烘干单元具有烘干筒。
筒体分离的洗干一体机,洗涤与烘干过程互不干扰,在洗涤后可将衣物放入烘干筒内,而洗涤筒可放入下一次需要洗涤的衣物,大大节省了衣物处理的时间,提高了效率。
所述洗涤筒具有洗涤出水口,位于洗涤筒下部,所述烘干筒具有烘干出水口,位于烘干筒上部。
所述洗涤筒和烘干筒在壳体1内部为上下设置。
所述洗干一体机的洗涤筒和/或烘干筒的出水口所连接的管路具有水封结构,防止洗涤水流入烘干筒并防止烘干热风进入洗涤桶产生损失。
实施例三
本实施例为上述实施例二的进一步限定,洗涤筒和烘干筒的上下设置进一步限定为所述的洗涤筒位于壳体1上部,所述洗涤出水口位于洗涤筒下部,所述烘干筒位于壳体1下部,所述烘干出水口位于烘干筒的上部。
所述洗涤出水口与烘干出水口距离较近,可节约壳体内部空间,令管路更加集中,结构更加紧凑。
所述洗涤出水口和烘干出水口通过管路与进水腔室进行连通。所述洗涤出水口通过第二管路与第二进水口连接,所述烘干出水口通过第一管路3与第一进水口连接。
所述第一管路和/或第二管路具有液封结构。
优选地,所述第一管路具有液封结构。
实施例四
本实施例为上述实施例二的进一步限定,本实施例与上述实施例三的区别在于:所述的 烘干筒位于壳体1上部,所述洗涤筒具有洗涤出水口,位于洗涤筒下部;所述洗涤筒位于壳体1下部,所述烘干筒具有烘干出水口,位于烘干筒上部。
本实施例如图1所示,烘干出水口位于壳体1上部,与洗涤出水口距离较远,烘干单元具有充分的空间形成弯折结构以达到液封的目的。
洗涤过程中,洗涤筒内具有大量洗涤水,而烘干过程中,仅剩衣物中残余的水。因而洗涤过程中洗涤筒所要承受的重量远大于烘干过程,将洗涤筒设置在壳体下部,可使工作过程中的重心下移,更加稳定。
所述烘干出水口通过第一管路3与第一进水口连接,所述洗涤出水口通过第二管路与第二进水口连接。
所述第一管路3具有液封结构,优选地,所述第一管路具有U形弯管31可形成液封,冷凝水集聚在U形管底部,使洗涤水或洗涤水的泡沫不可进入第一管路上部,从而防止洗涤水进入烘干筒内;还可在烘干作业时,不致使烘干风通过管路进入洗涤筒内造成热量损失,从而进一步提升了烘干环节的效率。
所述第一管路还具有避让结构32,由于管路较长,壳体1内部零部件较多,在安装过程中需要避让不可移动的零部件,因而管路还可设置有一定的避让结构,从而更加充分地利用洗干一体机内部空间。
所述第一管路具有冷凝水管口33,所述冷凝水管口用于连接烘干单元的冷凝水出水管路;所述第一管路还具有冲洗水管口34,所述冲洗水管口用于连接烘干单元中冲刷清理线屑过滤器产生的冲洗水。
所述冷凝水管口33口径小于冲洗水管口34。
所述排水装置位于洗干一体机的底部,所述进水口根据洗涤出水口和烘干出水口的位置进行设置。
优选地,所述第一进水口位于进水腔室的顶部,用于连接第一管路;所述第二进水口位于进水腔室的侧面,用于连接第二管路。
所述排水口23位于排水装置的顶部,并与排水管路固定连接。
所述洗干一体机具有支撑框架,所述排水装置安装于支撑框架底部,并位于底座中靠近洗干一体机前侧的端角位置。
所述第一管路3固定于支撑框架靠近排水装置的竖粱上;所述排水管路4在机体内部固定于底座,伸出机体外部后,通过卡箍等结构,固定于支撑框架的竖粱上。
所述支撑框架底部具有管孔,所述排水管路4通过管孔伸出机体外部。
本实施例中洗干一体机的洗涤单元在下部,烘干单元在上部,这样设置的有益效果为,洗涤环节具有较多的洗涤水,洗涤筒承受更多的重量,将洗涤单元设置在下部,可使洗干一体机的中心下移,使洗干过程中重心更稳。而烘干单元设置在上部,可使第一管路具有充分的空间设置水封结构,达到洗涤与烘干过程的水气分离。
以上实施例的有益效果可总结为:排水装置的进水腔室具有多个水口,可容纳多路来水共用一个泵体,降低了洗干一体机的能耗;管路上具有液封结构,可将洗涤单元和烘干单元的水气分离,互不干扰,既防止了洗涤水污染烘干的衣物,又增加了烘干过程中的热效率;液封结构设置为U型弯管,结构简单,加工难度小,以洗涤或烘干过程中自然产生的水作为液封结构,不用进行电磁控制,不易损坏;洗干一体机的洗涤单元和烘干单元分别具有单独的筒体,两者分别作业不影响洗涤效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗干一体机,包括排水装置和管路,其特征在于:所述排水装置具有进水腔室、泵体和排水口,所述进水腔室具有多个进水口,多个进水口分别与不同管路相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:包括洗涤单元和烘干单元,所述进水腔室至少具有第一进水口和第二进水口,所述第一进水口与烘干单元出水口连通,所述第二进水口与洗涤单元出水口连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述烘干单元出水口与所述第一进水口通过第一管路固定连接,所述洗涤单元出水口与所述第二进水口通过第二管路固定连接,第一管路和/或第二管路上具有液封结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述第一管路和/或第二管路具有局部弯折结构,所述局部弯折结构可积存液体形成液封。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述局部弯折结构为U形弯管,所述U形弯管一端管体延伸向上,另一端管体再次弯折向下,所述U形弯管底部可积存液体形成液封;
    优选地,所述U形弯管与所述第一管路和/或第二管路一体成型或分体密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:包括壳体,所述烘干单元包括烘干筒,所述洗涤单元包括洗涤筒,所述烘干筒和洗涤筒上下设置于壳体内,所述烘干筒出水口与第一进水口通过所述第一进水管路连接,所述洗涤桶出水口与第二进水口通过第二进水管路连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述烘干筒位于机体上部,所述洗涤筒位于机体下部,所述排水装置位于机体底部,所述第一进水口位于进水腔室顶部,所以第一进水管路具有液封结构,所述液封结构用于阻隔洗涤筒和烘干筒的水气互通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述管路管径与进水口/排水口口径匹配,所述管路通过管夹固定在进水口/排水口连接处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述排水装置还具有过滤装置,所述过滤装置插入所述进水腔室内部,过滤多个进水口的来水,所述过滤装置可从机体外拆卸。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的洗干一体机,其特征在于:所述进水腔室还具有流尽水口,所述流尽水口位于进水腔室底部,用于排尽残留液体。
