9 and 10 show a third display example using a bar graph. As shown in FIG. 9A, a simple display method using a bar graph is a basic display.
When inputting information such as fixed costs and variable costs, there is a method of displaying a breakdown of fixed costs and variable costs as shown in FIG. 9B. In this case, there is an advantage that the rent income of the face value, the real rent as its breakdown, fixed costs, variable costs, etc. can be grasped immediately.
When it is desired to compare with the past, a plurality of bar graphs can be displayed side by side as shown in FIG. By displaying in this way, it is possible to immediately grasp how the rent income has increased compared to the past. In addition, in the figure, the predicted value for January is indicated by a dotted line, but the predicted value can be calculated from the input information and displayed.
FIG. 10D shows a method of displaying information for each category such as by apartment, by region, or by branch when a plurality of real estate property information is input. There is an advantage that the status of rent income in each category can be easily compared. Even in this case, it is possible to combine with a method of displaying an expected value or displaying a fixed cost, a variable cost, or the like.
FIG. 10E shows a method for inputting and displaying a target value. In this case, it is also possible to display the achievement rate obtained by dividing the actual accumulatedrent income 66 by the target value.
