Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine selbstfurchende Schraube (10), umfassend einen Grundkörper (12, 20), der einen Antrieb und einen Schraubenschaft umfasst, wobei der Schraubenschaft ein Gewinde (13) trägt, das einen Furchbereich (14) und einen tragenden Bereich besitzt, wobei der Grundkörper (12, 20) aus einem Grundmaterial ausgebildet ist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Gewinde (13) wenigstens im Furchbereich (14) durch ein zum Grundmaterial unterschiedliches Auftragsmaterial (18) gebildet ist, das durch Auftragsschweißen auf das Grundmaterial aufgebracht ist.
Description
Gewindefurchende Schraube und Herstellung derselben
Die Erfindung betrifft eine gewindefurchende Schraube gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung gemäß Anspruch 13.
Die DE 10 2004 053 803 B4 offenbart ein gewindefurchende Schraube, bei der über den Furchbereich der Schraube einzelne Schneidmittel eingesetzt sind, die durch Schweißgut ausgebildet sind.
Grundsätzlich ist es bekannt, gewindefurchende Schrauben in Zweistahlausführung herzustellen, um eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit des tragenden Bereichs bzw. des Kopfes zu erreichen und gleichzeitig eine große Härte der furchenden Gewindegänge zu erreichen.
Eine solche Schraube ist beispielsweise aus der DE 20 2006 000 606 U1 bekannt
Diese Art der Herstellung hat den Nachteil, dass zwei Bolzenteile aus Vollmaterial miteinander verbunden werden müssen. Bei der Verbindung von beiden Bolzenteilen entsteht ein Mittenversatz, der durch einen separaten Walzarbeitsgang wieder ausgeglichen werden muss.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine gewindefurchende Schraube mit geringer Korrosionsneigung zu schaffen, die es ermöglicht, in Bauteile mit höherer Festigkeit ein Gewinde zu furchen, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derselben anzugeben.
Die Aufgabe wird für die gewindefurchende Schraube durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 und für das Herstellungsverfahren durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 13 gelöst.
Die weiteren Unteransprüche bilden vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
ln bekannter Weise umfasst eine gewindefurchende Schraube einen Grundkörper, umfassend einen Antrieb und einen Schraubenschaft, wobei der Schraubenschaft ein Gewinde trägt. Das Gewinde weist einen Furchbereich und einen tragenden Bereich auf, wobei der Furchbereich dazu dient, einen Gewindegang in das Material des Bauteils zu furchen, in welchen dann im weiteren Verlauf das Gewinde des tragenden Bereichs eingreift.
Der Grundkörper, der den Schraubenschaft umfasst, ist aus einem Grundmaterial gebildet, welches bevorzugt nicht korrosive Eigenschaften aufweist, also insbesondere ein rost- und säurebeständiger Stahl, im weiteren Edelstahl genannt. Die Begriffe Material und Werkstoff sind synonym verwendet.
Erfindungsgemäß ist das Gewinde im Furchbereich durch ein zum Grundmaterial unterschiedliches Auftragsmaterial gebildet, wobei das Auftragsmaterial insbesondere härter als das Grundmaterial ist.
Beispielsweise kann das Auftragsmaterial auch ein härtbares Material sein, welches während des Auftragschweißens oder nachträglich zum Auftragsschweißen einem Flärteprozess unterzogen wird.
Diese Gestaltung hat den Vorteil, dass durch Aufbringen des Gewindes im Furchbereich, keine Aussparungen in die vorgefertigten Gewindegänge eingebracht werden müssen, wenn das Gewinde im Furchbereich aus Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist.
So kann eine Schraube bereitgestellt werden, deren Gewinde im Furchbereich eine größere Härte aufweist als das Grundmaterial.
Das Auftragsmaterial wird bei der erfindungsgemäßen Schraube insbesondere durch
Auftragsschweißen oder thermische Spritzverfahren auf den aus Grundmaterial gebildeten Grundkörper aufgebracht.
Beim Auftragsschweißen wird Volumen aufgebaut, indem ausschließlich Schweißzusatzstoffes in die Schweißverbindung eingebracht wird, was dann das Auftragsmaterial darstellt.
Auf diese Weise wird eine Schraube bereitgestellt, die Gewindegänge höherer Härte wenigstens im Furchbereich aufweist.
Der Furchbereich endet ausgehend von der Schraubenspitze dort, wo das Muttergewinde vollständig hergestellt ist. Die Länge des Furchbereichs beträgt wenigstens eine halbe Windung.
Der Grundkörper kann auch aus einer Leichtmetalllegierung, z.B. Aluminiumlegierung, bestehen und der Auftragswerkstoff kann eine unterschiedliche Metalllegierung oder ein Legierungsgemisch sein.
Das Grundmaterial kann bevorzugt ein austenitischer Edelstahl, beispielsweise 1 .4301 oder 1 .4401 , sein.
Das Auftragsmaterial ist bevorzugt als martensitischer härtbarer Stahl ausgebildet.
Das Auftragsmaterial kann auch ein Materialgemisch sein, zum Beispiel umfassend Edelstahl,
Hartstoffe, wie Karbide oder Keramiken und andere Komponenten mit spezifischen Eigenschaften.
Durch die Verwendung von Materialgemischen kann verschiedenen anwendungstechnischen
Anforderungen bezüglich der Schraubenbeschaffenheit auf flexible Weise Rechnung getragen werden.
Bevorzugt können die Auftragswerkstoffe während des Schweißprozesses gemischt werden. So können über die Länge des Gewindes auch unterschiedliche Zusammensetzungen des Auftragsmaterials vorliegen.
Auf diese Weise kann auch ein tragender Bereich des Gewindes durch Auftragsschweißen hergestellt werden, wobei der tragende Bereich eine andere Zusammensetzung aufweist als der Furchbereich.
So kann der beispielsweise der Furchbereich aus einem nicht korrosionsbeständigen,
kohlenstoffreichen und härtbaren Stahl, insbesondere mit einem Kohlenstoffanteil von mehr als 0,4 %, erzeugt werden, wobei der tragende Bereich wenigstens teilweise durch ein korrosionsbeständigen Werkstoff gebildet wird, um dort einer Korrosion vorzubeugen, falls entweder Feuchtigkeit eindringt oder kondensiert.
Ferner kann der Hartstoffanteil im Furchbereich größer sein als im tragenden Bereich des Gewindes. Ein Material mit hohem Hartstoffanteil hat naturgemäß eine geringe Zähigkeit, aber eine hohe
Festigkeit. Diese Zähigkeit kann durch ein Abnehmen des Hartstoffanteils im tragenden Teil des Gewindes vergrößert werden, so dass Gewindeanrisse durch Schwingungen im Gebäude verringert werden und so eine höhere technische Sicherheit gewährleistet werden kann. Diese Ausgestaltung eignet sich besonders für die Verwendung als Betonschraube.
Die Schichtdicke, nämlich die Aufbaudicke des Auftragsmaterials beträgt bevorzugt wenigstens 5% des Schaftdurchmessers. Insbesondere wird die Schichtdicke mit einer Auftragsschicht hergestellt.
Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer vorbeschriebenen Schraube, die einen Antrieb und einen Schraubenschaft mit einem Gewinde aufweist. Das Gewinde weist einen tragenden Bereich und einen Furchbereich auf. Der Schraubenschaft besteht aus einem Grundmaterial.
Der Grundkörper wird zuerst aus dem Grundmaterial gepresst, welcher im Bereich des Furchbereichs des Gewindes mit einem Auftragsmaterial beschichtet wird, indem es auf das Grundmaterial auftragsgeschweißt wird. Das Gewinde im Furchbereich wird wenigstens am Rand durch das
Auftragsmaterial gebildet.
Die Form des Grundkörpers kann zylindrisch oder unrund, insbesondere gleichdickförmig, elliptisch oder profiliert sein.
Gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung kann das Gewinde direkt auf das Grundmaterial aufgebracht werden. Dies geschieht insbesondere dadurch, dass eine Raupe in einer für Schrauben üblichen Helix- Form um den Schaft herum aufgeschweißt wird.
Dadurch kann direkt mit Aufschweißen des Gewindes ein selbstfurchendes Gewinde erzeugt werden. Dadurch können Gewinde insbesondere mit einem stumpfen Flankenwinkel oder verrundeten
Gewindeflanken erzeugt werden.
Dies lässt sich besonders gut für grobe Gewinde umsetzen, wie sie beispielsweise für Betonschrauben benötigt werden. Betonschrauben definieren sich wie nachfolgend beschrieben.
Das ausschließlich durch Auftragsschweißen auf den Schraubenschaft aufgebrachte Gewinde weist eine raue Struktur an seiner Oberfläche auf, so dass die Gewindeflanke abrasive Eigenschaften zum Erzeugen des Gegengewindes aufweist.
Das Gewinde kann bevorzugt hergestellt werden, indem der Schraubenrohling so gepresst wird, dass dieser im zu beschichtenden Bereich eine geringere radiale Ausdehnung als im nicht zu beschichtenden Bereich aufweist.
Das Auftragsmaterial wird auf das Grundmaterial aufgeschweißt, wodurch der Grundkörper aus Grundmaterial mit auftragsgeschweißtem Auftragsmaterial beschichtet ist. Insbesondere erfolgt die Beschichtung derart, dass der Schraubenschaft durchgehend den gleichen Außendurchmesser besitzt. Der mit dem Auftragsmaterial beschichtete Schraubenrohling wird dann gewalzt, so dass er sein selbstfurchendes Gewinde erhält.
Auf diese Weise können selbstfurchende Gewinde mit einem definierten Flankenwinkel hergestellt werden, indem das aufgeschweißte Material nachträglich in eine solche Form gebracht wird.
Auf diese Weise kann eine gewindefurchende Schraube bereitgestellt werden, die eine hohe Zähigkeit auch im Bereich des Furchgewindes besitzt, daneben gute Korrosionseigenschaften im tragenden Bereich des Gewindes und des Kopfes besitzt und dennoch harte Gewindeflanken, um selbstfurchend auch in Bauteile großer Härte eingeschraubt werden zu können.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung kann das Auftragsmaterial in Punkten, Raupen oder flächig, insbesondere vollflächig, umhüllend auf den aus Grundmaterial gebildeten Grundkörper aufgetragen werden.
Die Raupen können helixförmig, ringförmig oder linear, insbesondere parallel zur Schraubenachse, aufgebracht werden.
Bevorzugt kann insbesondere bei parallel zur Schraubenachse aufgebrachten Raupen eine Verdrallung des Schraubenschafts, insbesondere des Furchbereichs, erfolgen, um eine Gewindestruktur zu erzeugen.
Der Auftrag des Auftragsmaterials kann derart erfolgen, dass nur im Furchbereich das Auftragsmaterial aufgeschweißt wird. Dadurch ergibt sich eine Zweistahlschraube, die im Furchbereich ein Furchgewinde aus vergütetem Stahl und im tragenden Bereich ein Gewinde aus Edelstahl aufweist.
Dies führt zu verbesserten Halte- und Korrosionseigenschaften bei sehr guten Furcheigenschaften.
So kann eine Schraube bereitgestellt werden, deren Gewinde sowohl im auftragsgeschweißten Furchbereich, als auch im Haltebereich gewalzt ist.
Alternativ kann auch eine Schraube entstehen, deren Gewinde im Haltebereich gewalzt und im Furchbereich lediglich durch das mechanisch unbehandelte auftragsgeschweißte Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist.
Der Auftragswerkstoff kann in Form von Draht, Pulver oder als Formteil vorliegen.
Das Auftragsmaterial kann auch derart aufgetragen werden, dass das Gewinde im Furchbereich aus einem ersten Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist und das Gewinde im tragenden Bereich wenigstens teilweise aus einem zweiten Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist. Das erste Auftragsmaterial weist insbesondere eine größere Härte als das zweite Auftragsmaterial auf.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung in Verbindung mit den in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen.

Fig. 1 a zeigt einen aus dem Grundmaterial Edelstahl gepressten Grundkörper 12 mit einem Antrieb 15, bei dem der Durchmesser im Furchbereich 14 geringer ist als im nicht beschichteten Bereich 16. Auf den zu beschichtenden Furchbereich 14 wird, wie in Fig. 1 b dargestellt, durch Auftragsschweißen ein härteres Material als das Grundmaterial oder ein durch eine abschließende Wärmebehandlung härtbares Material als Auftragsmaterial 18 aufgebracht. Dies erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch
Auftragsschweißen. Der derart beschichtete Grundkörper 12 wird anschließend gewalzt, damit er sein furchendes Gewinde 13 erhält. Die gewindefurchende Schraube 10 mit gehärtetem Furchbereich ist in Fig. 1 c dargestellt.
Fig. 2a zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Seitenansicht eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels mit einer Beschichtungsvariante, bei weicher auf einen, wie in Fig. 1 a dargestellten Grund körper 20 mit reduziertem Durchmesser im Furchbereich 16, parallel zur Schraubenachse verlaufend, Raupen 26 aus Auftragsmaterial aufgeschweißt sind.
Fig. 2b zeigt den Querschnitt durch den Furchbereich des Grundkörpers 20.
Fig. 3a zeigt ausschnittsweise eine Seitenansicht eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels mit einem Grundkörper 20. Der Grundkörper 20 weist im Furchbereich 22 Axialnuten 24 auf. In den Nuten wird das Auftragsmaterial 26 aufgeschweißt.
Fig. 3b zeigt eine Schnittansicht eines mit einem Auftragsmaterial 26 beschichteten Grundkörpers 20 gemäß Fig. 3a.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße gewindefurchende Schraube 30, bei der auf einen Schaft 32, der aus einem rost- und säurebeständigen Stahl besteht, eine Gewinderaupe 34 in Helixform aufgeschweißt ist. Die Schraube 30 ist als Betonschraube ausgebildet.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine schematische Schnittansicht einer erfindungsgemäße Schaube 50 mit einer
Gewinderaupe 34, bei der das Gewinde im Furchbereich 36 durch ein auftragsgeschweißte
Gewinderaupe aus einem Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist, wobei der tragende Bereich wenigstens teilweise aus einem gewalzten Gewinde 38 gebildet ist.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine schematische Schnittansicht einer weiteren Ausführung einer erfindungsgemäßen Schraube 60 mit die Gewinderaupe 34, im Furchbereich 36 durch ein erstes Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist, und im tragenden Bereich wenigstens teilweise durch ein zweites Auftragsmaterial 40, das unterschiedlich zum ersten Auftragsmaterial ist. So weist der Furchbereich des Gewindes eine größere Härte als der tragende Bereich auf.
Claims
1. Gewindefurchende Schraube (10), umfassend einen Grundkörper (12, 20), der einen Antrieb (15) und einen Schraubenschaft umfasst, wobei der Schraubenschaft ein Gewinde (13) trägt, das einen Furchbereich (14) und einen tragenden Bereich besitzt, wobei der Grundkörper (12, 20) aus einem Grundmaterial ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (13) wenigstens im Furchbereich (14) durch ein zum Grundmaterial unterschiedliches Auftragsmaterial (18) gebildet ist, das durch Auftragsschweißen auf das Grundmaterial aufgebracht wird.
2. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennziechnet, dass das
Gewinde im Furchbereich härter als das Grundmaterial ist.
3. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das
Grundmaterial ein rost- und säurebeständiger Stahl ist.
4. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach Anspruch3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rost- und säurebeständige Stahl ein austenitischer Edelstahl ist.
5. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundmaterial eine Aluminiumlegierung ist und das Auftragsmaterial (18) eine
unterschiedliche Metalllegierung oder ein Legierungsgemisch ist.
6. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragsmaterial (18) ein härtbarer Stahl ist.
7. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragsmaterial (18) eine Schichtdicke von wenigstens 5% des Schaftdurchmessers des Schraubenschafts (20, 32) besitzt.
8. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde im tragenden Bereich gewalzt und im Furchbereich lediglich durch das mechanisch unbehandelte auftragsgeschweißte Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist.
9. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde im Furchbereich aus einem ersten Auftragsmaterial gebildet ist und im tragenden Bereich ein zweites Auftragsmaterial aufweist, das zum ersten Auftragsmaterial unterschiedlich ist.
10. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach Anspruch 9, dass das erste Auftragsmaterial einen
höheren Hartstoffanteil als das zweite Auftragsmaterial aufweist.
11 . Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (13, 34) einen stumpfen Flankenwinkel besitzt oder verrundet ist.
12. Gewindefurchende Schraube nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (10, 30) eine Betonschraube ist.
13. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer gewindefurchenden Schraube (10, 30) nach einem der
vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Grundmaterial des Schraubenschafts (20, 32) wenigstens teilweise durch Auftragsschweißen mit einem
Auftragsmaterial (18) beschichtet wird, und dass aus dem Auftragsmaterial (18) das Gewinde (13, 34) im Furchbereich (14) gebildet wird.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (13, 34)
hergestellt wird, indem das Auftragsmaterial (18) in Helixform auf den Schaft (20, 32) derart aufgetragen wird, dass unmittelbar nach dem Auftrag des Auftragsmaterials (18) das Gewinde (13, 34) hergestellt ist.
15. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde im tragenden Bereich wenigstens teilweise gewalzt wird, wonach anschließend das Gewinde bis zur Schraubenspitze, umfassend den Furchbereich, durch
Auftragsschweißen vervollständigt wird.
16. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde im Furchbereich durch Auftragsschweißen mit einem ersten Auftragsmaterial gebildet wird und das Gewinde im tragenden Bereich wenigstens teilweise durch
Auftragsschweißen eines zweiten Auftragsmaterials, das zum ersten Auftragsmaterial unterschiedlich ist gebildet ist.
17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das
Auftragsschweißen mittels Laserauftragsschweißen, Laserpulverauftragsschweißen, Lichtbogenschweißen oder Plasmapulverauftragsschweißen erfolgt.
18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (13, 34) hergestellt wird, indem, nachdem das Auftragsmaterial (18) auf den Schraubenschaft (20, 32) aufgetragen wurde, ein Gewinde (13) auf den Schraubenschaft (20, 32) aufgewalzt wird.
19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raupen parallel zur
Schraubenachse oder in Windungen um den Schraubenschaft (20, 32) verlaufen.
