本发明涉及厨房用具,尤其涉及一种气炸烤箱。
背景技术
在现有技术中,气炸烤箱通常利用气流的控制来实现对锅内食物的各个位置的加热,但该方式依然有食物的一些部位例如底部不能得到有效加热,因而不能保证食物的加热均匀度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种气炸烤箱,能够保证食物加热均匀度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供了一种气炸烤箱,所述气炸烤箱包括锅体及食物承载架,所述锅体具有一用于对食物进行加工的气炸腔,所述气炸腔具有相对的两个侧壁,两个所述侧壁上均设置有支架,所述食物承载架的两端分别放置于两个所述支架上;所述锅体内设置有气炸加热组件及驱动电机,所述气炸加热组件位于所述气炸腔的上方;所述驱动电机设置于一侧壁,所述驱动电机与所述食物承载架的一端可拆卸连接,用以驱动所述食物承载架转动,所述食物承载架的转动轴向为水平向。
其中,所述支架为长条形,其长度方向为水平向且垂直于所述食物承载架的转动轴向。

驱动电机14设置于一侧壁10a、10b,驱动电机14与食物承载架200的一端可拆卸连接,用以驱动食物承载架200转动,食物承载架200的转动轴向为水平向。通过驱动电机14可以带动食物承载架200进行转动,使得食物承载架200上的食物各个位置可以均匀受热,同时实现烧烤功能。
为了便于描述,两个侧壁10a、10b分别为第一侧壁10a和第二侧壁10b,第一侧壁10a上设置的支架为第一支架11,第二侧壁10b上设置的支架为第二支架12。
第一支架11和第二支架12均为长条形,其长度方向为水平向且垂直于食物承载架200的转动轴向。利用第一支架11和第二支架12的长度,可以形成滑轨,使得食物承载架200自气炸烤箱的入口处滑入到转动位置,方便食物承载架200的装入和取出。
第一支架11和第二支架12的两端与侧壁10a、10b固定连接,中部与侧壁10a、10b之间形成有间隙。利用间隙可以为食物承载架200的端部滑动留出空间。
第一支架11上设置有承载槽110,食物承载架200的一端转动设置于承载槽110中。承载槽110可以限制食物承载架200一端的位置,利于其进行转动。在使用时,将食物承载架200的一端放置在第一支架11的承载槽110即可,取出时,将食物承载架200抬起取出即可,方便实现食物承载架200与第一侧壁10a之间的可拆卸地转动连接。
如图2所示,更具体的,第一支架11为板状,其板面为竖直向。第一支架11的两端与第一侧壁10a固定连接。如图5所示,第一支架11的上端面凹陷形成所述承载槽110。在装入或取出食物承载架200时,可以沿第一支架11的长度进行滑动,以利于将食物承载架200的一端装入至承载槽110中。此外,在其他实施方式中,第一支架11还可以为杆状,其轴向垂直于所述食物承载架200的转动轴向。第一支架11的两端与第一侧壁10a固定连接。第一支架11的向下弯曲形成所述承载槽110。
如图1所示,驱动电机14设置在第二侧壁10b上。如图5所示,第二支架12上设置有限位凸起120,限位凸起120与驱动电机14相对设置,用于限 制食物承载件另一端的位置,使得食物承载件的另一端能够与驱动电机14相配合连接。本实施例中,第二支架12亦为板状,其板面平行于竖直向。当然在其他实施例中,第二支架12也可以为杆状。
在上述实施方式中,第一支架11与第二支架12均可以为板状或者杆状,在其他实施方式中,第一支架11和第二支架12也可以为侧壁10a、10b向气炸腔10内凸起形成的凸筋等结构。
如图5所示,食物承载架200包括承载架主体21和两个连接端22,承载架主体21可以装载食物,两个连接端22用于将食物承载架200装入至气炸腔10中,两个连接端22能够分别放置于第一支架11、第二支架12上,其中一个连接端22与驱动电机14可拆卸式相连,以实现食物承载架200整体的转动。
两个连接端22的结构相同,均为柱状,使得食物承载架200的两端均可以与驱动电机14进行传动连接,以方便将食物承载架200装入到气炸腔10中。此外,在其他实施方式中,两个连接端22的结构形状也可以不同。
连接端22包括第一限位柱221、圆柱220、及第二限位柱222,第一限位柱221及第二限位柱222分别位于圆柱220的两端,第二限位柱222相对第一限位柱221远离承载架主体21。第一限位柱221与第二限位柱222之间形成有环状的限位槽,限位槽的槽底面为圆柱220的外表面。第一支架11及第二支架12能够伸入至所述限位槽中并与圆柱220相抵接。利用圆柱220的圆弧形表面与第一支架11或第二支架12的配合可以实现食物承载架200的整体转动。第一支架11或第二支架12可以卡接在限位槽中,第一限位柱221及第二限位柱222分别位于第一支架11或第二支架12的两侧处。以限定食物承载架200在气炸腔10内的轴向位置。第二限位柱222可以用于与驱动电机14进行可拆卸式装配连接。
如图4及图5所示,驱动电机14的输出轴上设置有转接轴套141,转接轴套141沿轴向滑动连接于驱动电机14的输出轴,且二者周向定位;当转接轴套141滑动至第一位置处时,转接轴套141套设于连接端22,且连接端22与转接轴套141周向定位;当转接轴套141滑动至第二位置处时,转接轴套141与连接端22相分离。利用转接轴套141的滑动,可以实现驱动电机14与食物承载架200之间的可拆卸连接,且使用方便。此外,在其他实施方式中, 还可以利用其他方式,例如卡接、插接等结构实现驱动电机14与食物承载架200之间的可拆卸连接。
具体地,在本实施例中,转接轴套141与连接端22的第二限位柱222相配合连接。进一步,第二限位柱222为方柱状,转接轴套141上设置有方孔,利用方孔与方柱的配合可以使得第二限位柱222与转接轴套141周向固定。此外,在其他实施方式中,也可以是第二限位柱222为三角柱状,转接轴套141上设置有三角孔;或者转接轴套141与第二限位柱222为其他形状的配合,使得二者周向定位即可。同理,驱动电机14的输出轴与转接轴套141也可以为方柱与方孔的配合。
锅体100上设置有用于带动转接轴套141滑动的触发组件15。利用触发组件15可以驱动转接轴套141滑动,以方便装入或取出食物承载架200。触发组件15可以是电动触发组件15,利用电磁机构带动转接轴套141滑动,或者利用气缸或气体可以实现直线运动的电动组件。触发组件15也可以是手动机械机构,使用者对触发组件15施力,以使得转接轴套141进行滑动。
本实施例中,触发组件15包括触发件151及扭簧152,触发件151的中部与锅体100转动连接,触发件151的一端与转接轴套141相连,当触发件151转动时,触发件151带动转接轴套141滑动;扭簧152设置在触发件151与锅体100之间,用于提供弹力使得触发件151转动进而使得转接轴套141保持在第一位置处。需要装载或者取出食物承载装置时,使用者拨动触发件151的另一端,使得触发件151转动,触发件151的另一端带动转接轴套141滑动,使得转接轴套141与食物承载架200的第二限位柱222相分离,此时便可以将食物承载架200从气炸腔10中取出或者装入。利用扭簧152可以使得触发件151恢复至初始状态,以使得转接轴套141可以保持在第一位置处,无需使用者施加外力,转接轴套141与第二限位柱222保持在连接状态,从而利于驱动电机14驱动食物承载架200转动。此外,在其他实施方式中,触发组件15还可以包括触发件151和弹簧,触发件151滑动连接于锅体100,弹簧连接在触发件151与锅体100之间,用于提供弹力使得触发件151滑动进而使得转接轴套141保持在第一位置处。需要装载或者取出食物承载装置时,使用者按动触发件151使得转接轴套141移动至第二位置即可。
在本实施例中,食物承载架200的承载架主体21可以为杆状,其上设置有叉具25,可以利用叉具25固定食物。此处,在其他实施例中,食物承载架200的承载架主体21还可以为金属转笼状,如图6所示,承载架主体21包括金属转笼21a、端板21b及端盖21c,端板21b固定连接至金属转笼21a的一端,端盖21b可拆卸地罩设于金属转笼21a的另一端;两个连接端22分别固定连接至所述端板21b与所述端盖21c的外表面。食物可以收容至金属转笼21a内,在使用时,可以打开端盖21c,待加工的食物放入至金属转笼21a与端板21b形成的空间中,再盖上端盖21c,在将整个食物承载架200放入到气炸腔的第一支架和第二支架上。加工过程中,热量可以从金属转笼21a的网格空隙中进入到内部对食物进行加热,在驱动电机14的带动下,食物可以在金属转笼21a内翻转,使其受热均匀。食物承载架的具体结构并不局限于上述实施例,在其他实施方式中,食物承载架200还可以为其他可以容纳食物的形状。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述气炸烤箱包括锅体及食物承载架,所述锅体具有一用于对食物进行加工的气炸腔,所述气炸腔具有相对的两个侧壁,两个所述侧壁上均设置有支架,所述食物承载架的两端分别放置于两个所述支架上;所述锅体内设置有气炸加热组件及驱动电机,所述气炸加热组件位于所述气炸腔的上方;所述驱动电机设置于一侧壁,所述驱动电机与所述食物承载架的一端可拆卸连接,用以驱动所述食物承载架转动,所述食物承载架的转动轴向为水平向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述支架为长条形,其长度方向为水平向且垂直于所述食物承载架的转动轴向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述支架的两端与侧壁固定连接,所述支架的中部与侧壁之间形成有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述支架为板状,其板面平行于竖直向;或者所述支架为杆状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,两个所述侧壁分别为第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁上设置的支架为第一支架,所述第二侧壁上设置的支架为第二支架;所述第一支架上设置有承载槽,所述食物承载架的一端转动设置于所述承载槽中;所述驱动电机设置在第二侧壁上,所述第二支架上设置有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述驱动电机相对设置,用于限制所述食物承载件另一端的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述食物承载架包括承载架主体和两个连接端,两个所述连接端分别固定于所述承载架主体的两端;两个所述连接端的结构相同,均为柱状;两个所述连接端能够分别放置于两个所述支架上,所述连接端能够与所述驱动电机可拆卸式连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述连接端包括第一限位柱、圆柱、及第二限位柱,所述第一限位柱及所述第二限位柱分别位于所述圆柱的两端,所述第一限位柱与所述第二限位柱之间形成有环状的限位槽,所述限位槽的槽底面为所述圆柱的外表面;所述支架能够伸入至所述限位槽中 并与所述圆柱相抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述承载架主体包括金属转笼、端板及端盖,所述端板固定连接至所述金属转笼的一端,所述端盖可拆卸地罩设于所述金属转笼的另一端;两个所述连接端分别固定连接至所述端板与所述端盖的外表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述驱动电机的输出轴上设置有转接轴套,所述转接轴套沿轴向滑动连接于所述驱动电机的输出轴,且二者周向定位;所述食物承载架的另一端设置有传动轴;当所述转接轴套滑动至第一位置处时,所述转接轴套套设于所述传动轴,且所述传动轴与所述转接轴套周向定位;当所述转接轴套滑动至第二位置处时,所述转接轴套与所述传动轴相分离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气炸烤箱,其特征在于,所述锅体上设置有用于带动所述转接轴套滑动的触发组件;所述触发组件包括触发件及扭簧,所述触发件的中部与所述锅体转动连接,所述触发件的一端与所述转接轴套相连,当所述触发件转动时,所述触发件能够带动所述转接轴套滑动;所述扭簧设置在所述触发件与所述锅体之间,用于提供弹力使得触发件转动进而使得所述转接轴套保持在第一位置处。
