需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接在”另一元件“上”时,不存在中间元件。本文所使用的术语 “垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
请参考图1至图3,为本发明第一实施例的清洁装置,用于对地面垃圾污水100进行清理;该清洁装置包括主动辊10、从动辊20、套设在主动辊10和从动辊20上的柔性环形清洁带30、张紧辊40、设置在清洁带30一侧的垃圾回收盒50、安装在垃圾回收盒50上方的毛刷60、以及设置在清洁带30侧边的污水收集槽70、清水槽80和挤水辊90。
主动辊10的一端连接有驱动电机,主动辊10在驱动电机驱使下带动清洁带30传动,在本实施例中,清洁带30逆时针传动,清洁带30贴着地面而行,清洁带30对地面上的垃圾往垃圾回收盒50方向拖扫;清洁带30由吸水性及吸附力强的柔性材质制成,揉性材质可以是胶棉等,从而清洁带30能够吸附地面上的污水及灰尘。为加强清洁带30的清洗效果,清洁带30的表面可以设成波浪状。张紧辊40位于主动辊10与从动辊20之间,清洁带30绕经张紧辊40,张紧辊40用于调整清洁带30的松紧度,在本实施例中,张紧辊40的数量为两个。
垃圾回收盒50用于收集垃圾,垃圾回收盒50靠近清洁带30的一端设置有导向板51,且导向板51为弧形设置,导向板51与清洁带30的外侧对应,导向板51与清洁带30的配合下将垃圾导向至垃圾回收盒50内;导向板51远离垃圾回收盒50的一端为尖角设置,更有易于将垃圾导向至垃圾回收盒50内。垃圾回收盒50下方还设置有承重轮52,具体地,承重轮52位于圾回收盒50与导向板51连接处的下方,工作时,承重轮52沿地面滚动,承重轮52更易于移动该清洁装置。
毛刷60位于清洁带30的一侧,毛刷60用于将吸附在清洁带30上的垃圾扫刷至垃圾回收盒50内;在本实施例中,毛刷60为滚刷,毛刷60套设在一转动辊61上,转动辊61的一端连接有旋转电机,转动辊61在旋转电机的驱使下带动毛刷60转动,从而毛刷60快速地将在清洁带30上的垃圾扫刷下来,本实施例中,毛刷60逆时针转动。
污水收集槽70沿所述清洁带30的运动方向位于垃圾回收盒70的下游, 在本实施例中,污水收集槽70位于清洁带30的下方,污水收集槽70用于储存污水。请一并参考图3,污水收集槽70朝向清洁带30的一侧设有进水孔71,清洁带30上的污水从进水孔71进入至污水收集槽70内,污水收集槽70的一端还设有排水口72,污水收集槽70内的污水从出水口72排出。
清水槽80沿所述清洁带30的运动方向位于垃圾回收盒50的下游,清水槽80位于清洁带30远离污水收集槽70的一侧,且清水槽80与污水收集槽70对应,清水槽80用于储存干净水。请一并参考图2,清水槽80朝向清洁带30的一侧设有出水孔81,清水槽80内的清水从出水孔81流向清洁带30上,用于清洗清洁带30;清水槽80的一端设有入水口82。
挤水辊90与污水收集槽70对应,在本实施例中,挤水辊90的数量为两个,两个挤水辊90分别位于清洁带30的相对两侧,且两个挤水辊90之间的距离小于清洁带30的自由状态下的厚度,两个挤水辊90互相作用以将清洁带30上的脏水及多余的水挤压至污水收集槽70内。
请参考图4,为本发明第二实施例的清洁装置,包括主动辊10a、从动辊20a、套设在主动辊10a和从动辊20a上的柔性清洁带30a、张紧辊40a、设置清洁带30a一侧的垃圾回收盒50a、安装在垃圾回收盒50a上方的毛刷60a、以及设置在清洁带30a侧边的污水收集槽70a、清水槽80a和挤水辊90a。与第一实施例不同点在于,污水收集槽70a和清水槽80a均位于清洁带30a的上方,且污水收集槽70a沿清洁带30a位于清水槽80a的下游,污水收集槽70a连接有抽水器,抽水器与清洁带30a的表面对应,清水槽80a内的水对清洁带30a进行清洗后,通过抽水器将清洁带30上污水及多余的水抽至污水收集槽70a内。与第一实施例不同点还在于,污水收集槽70a朝向清洁带30的一侧具有凸起部71a,挤水辊90a的数量为一个,且挤水辊90a位于清洁带30相对污水收集槽70a的另一侧,且挤水辊90a与凸起部71a对应,且挤水辊90a与凸起部71a之间的距离小于清洁带30自由状态下的厚度,通过挤水辊90a与凸起部71a的相互作用以将清洁带30a上的脏水及多余的水挤压至污水收集槽70a内。
该清洁装置对地面进行清洁时,主动辊10在驱动电机驱使下带动清洁带30传动,清洁带30贴着地面而行,清洁带30对地面上的垃圾往垃圾回收盒50方向拖扫,清洁带30与导向板51配合将垃圾导向至垃圾回收盒50内;毛刷60用于将吸附在清洁带30上的较轻的垃圾扫刷至垃圾回收盒50内;清水槽80的清水对清洁带30进行清洗,通过挤水辊90将污水及多余的水挤压至污水收集槽70内;通过调节张紧轮的位置可调整调整清洁带30的松紧度,即调节清洁带30的干湿度。
本发明的清洁装置通过设置污水收集槽70和清水槽80,在该清洁装置进行清洁工作时,同时清水槽80流向清洁带30对清洁带30进行清洗,通过挤水辊40将清洁带30上的污水及多余的水挤压至污水收集槽70内,保持清洁带30清洁及保证清洁带30的湿度,不需人工进行清洁清洁带30,有利于降低劳动强度;可一次性完成对地面的清洁,缩短清洁时间,有利于提高该清洁装置的清洁效率;污水收集槽70用于储存清洗清洁带30后的污水,清水槽80用于储存干净的水,可保证清洁带30的清洁度,有利于保证地面的清洁效果;且通过将清洁带设置成环形状,有利于提高清洁效果,使用寿命延长。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,包括主动辊、从动辊、套设在所述主动辊和所述从动辊上的柔性清洁清洁带、设置在所述清洁带一侧的垃圾回收盒、安装在所述垃圾回收盒上方的毛刷、以及设置在所述清洁带侧边的污水收集槽、清水槽和挤水辊;所述垃圾回收盒靠近所述清洁带的一端设置有导向板,所述导向板与所述清洁带的外侧对应;所述污水收集槽和所述清水槽均沿所述清洁带的运动方向位于所述垃圾回收盒的下游,所述挤水辊与所述污水收集槽对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:还包括张紧辊,所述张紧辊位于所述主动辊与所述从动辊之间,所述清洁带绕经所述张紧辊。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述张紧辊的数量为两个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述垃圾回收盒下方还设置有承重轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述毛刷为滚刷。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述毛刷套设在一所述转动辊上,所述转动辊的一端连接有旋转电机。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽位于所述清洁带的下方,所述清水槽位于所述清洁带远离所述污水收集槽的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽和清水槽均位于所述清洁带的上方,且所述污水收集槽沿所述清洁带的运动方向位于所述清水槽的下游。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽连接有抽水器,所述抽水器与所述清洁带的表面对应。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽朝向所述清洁带的一侧设有进水孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽的一端设有排水口。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清水槽朝向所述清洁带的一侧设有出水孔,所述清水槽的一端设有入水口。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述挤水辊的数量为两个,两个所述挤水辊分别位于所述清洁带的相对两侧。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述污水收集槽朝向所述清洁带的一侧具有凸起部;所述挤水辊的数量为一个,且所述挤水辊位于所述清洁带相对所述污水收集槽的另一侧,且所述挤水辊与所述凸起部对应。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述导向板远离所述垃圾回收盒的一端为尖角设置。
  16. 根据权利要求1或15所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述导向板为弧形设置。
