Description

第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32均为磁铁。驱动机身20直立时,第二磁吸件32在机身20的驱动下靠近第一磁吸件31,第二磁吸件32从第一磁吸件31的一侧侧向切入第一磁吸件31的磁场中,同时第一磁吸件31也从第二磁吸件32的一侧侧向切入第二磁吸件32的磁场中,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁通量在彼此磁场的影响下逐渐变大,当第二磁吸件32正对于第一磁吸件31时,第二磁吸件32停止运动,这时机身20直立,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁通量均达到最大,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁吸力也达到最大,使得机身20能很好地锁定于清洁头10上。通过该运动方式实现第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的吸附,当分离第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32时,可以使第一磁吸件31在机身20的驱动下切割磁场线侧向离开第二磁吸件32,直至运动至第二磁吸件32的一侧,这样可以不用克服第一磁吸件31的磁极和第二磁吸件32的磁极正向过大的磁吸力,使得第一磁吸件31更易离开第二磁吸件32,达到轻易倾斜机身20的目的。
第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32均呈长方体状或圆柱体状,若第一磁吸 件31和第二磁吸件32均呈长方体状,当第二磁吸件32吸附于第一磁吸件31上时,第二磁吸件32的端面正对于第一磁吸件31的端面,或,第二磁吸件32的侧面正对于第一磁吸件31的侧面;若第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32均呈圆柱状,当第二磁吸件32吸附于第一磁吸件31上时,第二磁吸件32的端面正对于第一磁吸件31的端面,或,第二磁吸件32的外圆周面正对于第一磁吸件31的外圆周面。在本实施例中,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32均呈长方体状,且当第二磁吸件32吸附于第一磁吸件31上时,第二磁吸件32的侧面正对于第一磁吸件31的侧面。
第一磁吸件31可拆卸安装于清洁头10上,第二磁吸件32可拆卸安装于机身20上,例如,第一磁吸件31通过螺钉连接清洁头10,第二磁吸件32也通过螺钉连接清洁头10。
上述的清洁装置,通过设置锁定机构30包括安装于清洁头10上的第一磁吸件31和安装于机身20上的第二磁吸件32,使得直立的机身20能通过第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32间的磁吸力锁定于清洁头10上,相对于传统的用于锁定机身和清洁头的锁定机构,本发明的清洁装置的锁定机构30是通过第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁吸力实现,故不易失效,提高了锁定机构的寿命。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的不同点在于:当第二磁吸件32吸附于第一磁吸件31上时,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32无间隔设置,所以第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32吸附时会产生碰撞。第一磁吸件31和/或第二磁吸件32的表面设有减噪层,用于减小第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32相撞时产生的噪声。在本实施例中,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的表面均设有减噪层,减噪层除了减噪的作用外,还可以包括第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32不受外界环境的伤害。
在本实施例中,减噪层采用布料制成。在其他实施例中,减噪层可以采 用弹性材料制成,用于缓冲第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32之间的撞击力,例如弹性材料为橡胶。
实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一的不同点在于:第一磁吸件31为磁铁,第二磁吸件32为铁块。当驱动机身20直立时,第二磁吸件32通过从第一磁吸件31的一侧侧向切入第一磁吸件31的磁场中,在第一磁吸件31的磁场的作用下,第二磁吸件32的磁通量逐渐变大,当第二磁吸件32正对于第一磁吸件31时,第二磁吸件32停止运动,这时机身20直立,第二磁吸件32的磁通量达到最大,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32间的磁吸力也达到最大,使得机身20能很好地锁定于清洁头10上。当后拉机身20分离第二磁吸件32和第一磁吸件31时,第二磁吸件32侧向离开第一磁吸件31,不用克服第一磁吸件31的磁极和第二磁吸件32的磁极正向过大的磁吸力,使得第一磁吸件31更易离开第二磁吸件32。
实施例四:

本实施例与实施例一的不同点在于:第一磁吸件31为电磁铁,第二磁吸件32为铁块。驱动机身20直立时,先给第一磁吸件31通电产生磁场,然后驱动机身20直立,第二磁吸件32通过从第一磁吸件31的一侧切入第一磁吸件31的磁场中,在第一磁吸件31的磁场的作用下,第二磁吸件32的磁通量逐渐变大,当第一磁吸件31正对于第一磁吸件31时,第二磁吸件32停止运动,这时机身20直立,第二磁吸件32的磁通量达到最大,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁吸力也达到最大,使得机身20能更好地锁定于清洁头10上。当后拉机身20分离第二磁吸件32和第一磁吸件31时,先断开供应给第一磁吸件31的电源,这时第一磁吸件31的磁场消失,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32之间不存在磁吸力,第二磁吸件32能轻易地与第一磁吸件31分离。
实施例六:
本实施例与实施例一的不同点在于:第一磁吸件31为铁块,第二磁吸件32为电磁铁。驱动机身20直立时,先给第一磁吸件31通电产生磁场,然后驱动机身20直立,第二磁吸件32靠近第一磁吸件31,第一磁吸件31相对于第二磁吸件32从第二磁吸件32的一侧切入第二磁吸件32产生的磁场中,在第二磁吸件32的磁场的作用下,第一磁吸件31的磁通量逐渐变大,当第二磁吸件32正对于第一磁吸件31时,第二磁吸件32停止运动,这时机身20直立,第一磁吸件31的磁通量达到最大,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32的磁吸力也达到最大,使得机身20能很好地锁定于清洁头10上。当后拉机身20分离第二磁吸件32和第一磁吸件31时,先断开供应给第二磁吸件32的电源,这时第二磁吸件32的磁场消失,第一磁吸件31和第二磁吸件32之间不存在磁吸力,第二磁吸件32能轻易地与第一磁吸件31分离。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (15)
- 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,包括机清洁头、机身和锁定机构,所述机身铰接所述清洁头,所述锁定机构包括设于所述清洁头上的第一磁吸件以及设于所述机身上的第二磁吸件,当机身直立时,所述第二磁吸件靠近并吸附所述第一磁吸件,所述机身通过第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间的磁吸力锁定于所述清洁头上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述机身远离所述清洁头的一端设有手柄。
- 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述手柄外表面上设有弹性层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件的数量相等,且一一对应设置,所述第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件的数量均为一个,且均位于所述清洁头的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件的数量相等,且一一对应设置,所述第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件的数量均为二个,且均分别位于清洁头的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件件和第二磁吸件均呈长方体状。
- 根据权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,当第二磁吸件吸附于第一磁吸件上时,所述第二磁吸件的端面正对于所述第一磁吸件的端面,或,所述第二磁吸件的侧面正对于所述第一磁吸件的侧面。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件件和第二磁吸件均呈圆柱体状。
- 根据权利要求8所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,当第二磁吸件吸附于第一磁吸件上时,所述第二磁吸件的端面正对于所述第一磁吸件的端面,或,所述第二磁吸件的外圆周面正对于所述第一磁吸件的外缘周面。
- 根据权利要求1的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸件吸附于所述第一磁吸件上时,所述第一磁吸件和所述第二磁吸件间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸件吸附于所述第一磁吸件上时,所述第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件无间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件和/或第二磁吸件的表面设有减噪层。
- 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述减噪层采用布料制成。
- 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述减噪层采用弹性材料制成。
- 根据权利要求14所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述弹性材料为橡皮材料。
