本申请涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种消息处理方法、未读消息的显示方法、计算机终端。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,越来越多用户选择使用即时沟通工具(例如,QQ、微信)与他人沟通交流,但是,值得注意的是,现有的即时沟通工具仍然存在一些缺陷,例如,在用户参加一场会议之后,打开手机之后发现企业微信上显示有很多的未读消息,有群聊消息或者单聊消息,并且,可能每个群聊的消息都已经超过了99条,在该群聊的对话框上显示着“…”。在此情况下,用户很容易想到到底是打开看还是直接忽略掉?这些群聊的对话中的信息到底和我有没有关系?这些信息到底需不需要现在进行处理?紧急度如何?上述问题都会为用户带来困扰,影响用户的使用体验感。
为解决上述问题,现有技术中存在以下解决方案:现有方案一:在锁屏页面展示信息内容,并可直接右滑进行回复。但是该方案的缺点是:在收到多条群聊或单聊内容时,并不能确认内容主体,例如,并不清楚群聊中多条消息的内容以及发送主体,进而在当前状态下无法判断是否需要进一步操作。现有方案二:在聊天界面输入关键词,查找内容重点。但是该方案的缺点是:需要用户主动搜索查找定位关键词,这种行为是一种用户主动操作,效率较低。由上可知,上述现有的方案仍然无法有效解决用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,处理未读消息的效率较低的问题。
针对上述的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种消息处理方法、未读消息的显示方法、计算机终端,以至少解决用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,处理未读消息的效率较低的技术问题。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种消息处理方法,包括:获取对话消息中 的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种未读消息的显示方法,包括:获取指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数;比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小;在上述条数大于预设阈值时,对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到第二消息内容,其中,上述第二消息内容的字节数小于上述第一消息内容;显示上述第二消息内容。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,还提供一种计算机终端,用于提供人机交互界面,上述人机交互界面包括:第一控件,用于展示通信录界面;第二控件,设置于上述第一控件上,用于展示上述通信录界面中指定对象的全部未读消息的条数;第三控件,用于展示对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括后得到的第二消息内容。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种存储介质,上述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,在上述程序运行时控制上述存储介质所在设备执行以下功能:获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种处理器,上述处理器用于运行程序,其中,上述程序运行时执行以下功能:获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种终端,包括:处理器,用于获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;显示装置,与上述处理器连接,用于展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
在本申请实施例中,通过获取即时通讯工具的对话消息中的未读消息;并对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;进而可以展示上述概要消息内容给用户,达到了方便用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息的目的,从而实现了提高用户的使用体验感的技术效果,进而解决了用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,处理未读消息的效率较低的技术问题。

神经语言程序学(Neuro-Linguistic Programming,NLP):属于计算机科学与语音学中关注于计算机与人类语音间转换的领域,也意译为身心语法程式学,或者自然语言处理 学。是指人类的思维上及行为上的习惯,如同电脑中的程序可以透过更新软件进行改变。
企业微信:是指一种符合员工日常使用习惯的一款企业协作工具,在微信的基础上衍生,其优势主要为即时沟通功能。
对话框(dialog):又称为对话方块,在图形用户界面中,对话框是一种特殊的视窗,用于在用户界面中向用户显示信息,或者在需要的情况下获取用户的输入响应,使得计算机和用户之间构成了一个对话:通知用户一些信息,或者是请求用户的输入,或者两者兼有。
实施例1
根据本申请实施例,还提供了一种未读消息的显示方法实施例,需要说明的是,在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
在描述本申请的各实施例的进一步细节之前,将参考图1来描述可用于实现本申请原理的一个合适的计算机终端。
图1示出了一种用于实现路线的确定方法的计算机终端(或移动设备)的硬件结构框图。出于描述的目的,所绘结构仅为合适环境的一个示例,并非对本申请的使用范围或功能提出任何局限。也不应将该计算机终端,解释为对图1所示的任一组件或其组合具有任何依赖或需求。
本申请实施例一所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。图1示出了一种用于实现未读消息的显示方法的计算机终端(或移动设备)的硬件结构框图。如图1所示,计算机终端10(或移动设备10)可以包括一个或多个(图中采用102a、102b,……,102n来示出)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器104、以及用于通信功能的传输模块106。除此以外,还可以包括:显示器、输入/输出接口(I/O接口)、通用串行总线(USB)端口(可以作为I/O接口的端口中的一个端口被包括)、网络接口、电源和/或相机。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,计算机终端10还可包括比图1中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的配置。
应当注意到的是上述一个或多个处理器102和/或其他数据处理电路在本文中通常可以被称为“数据处理电路”。该数据处理电路可以全部或部分的体现为软件、硬件、固 件或其他任意组合。此外,数据处理电路可为单个独立的处理模块,或全部或部分的结合到计算机终端10(或移动设备)中的其他元件中的任意一个内。如本申请实施例中所涉及到的,该数据处理电路作为一种处理器控制(例如与接口连接的可变电阻终端路径的选择)。
存储器104可用于存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的未读消息的显示方法对应的程序指令/数据存储装置,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的应用程序的未读消息的显示方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置106用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
显示器可以例如触摸屏式的液晶显示器(LCD),该液晶显示器可使得用户能够与计算机终端10(或移动设备)的用户界面进行交互。
此处需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,上述图1所示的计算机设备(或移动设备)具有触摸显示器(也被称为“触摸屏”或“触摸显示屏”)。在一些实施例中,上述图1所示的计算机设备(或移动设备)具有图像用户界面(GUI),用户可以通过触摸触敏表面上的手指接触和/或手势来与GUI进行人机交互,此处的人机交互功能可选的包括如下交互:通信界面、收发电子邮件、通话界面、创建网页、绘图、文字处理、制作电子文档、游戏、视频会议、播放数字视频、播放数字音乐和/或网络浏览等、用于执行上述人机交互功能的可执行指令被配置/存储在一个或多个处理器可执行的计算机程序产品或可读存储介质中。
本申请实施例所提供的实施例可以广泛应用在互联网上,本申请中所提供的上述计算机终端10,可以用于提供人机交互界面,图2是根据本申请实施例的一种用于实现路线的确定方法的人机交互界面,如图2所示,上述人机交互界面包括:第一控件20、第 二控件22和第三控件24,其中,
第一控件20,用于展示通信录界面;第二控件22,设置于上述第一控件上,用于展示上述通信录界面中指定对象的全部未读消息的条数;第三控件24,用于展示对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括后得到的第二消息内容。
作为一种可选的实施例,上述人机交互界面可以但不限于为通信界面,例如,可以为通信录界面,其中,上述各个控件是指对方法和数据的封装,在计算机编程中,控件可以为一种图形用户界面元素,其显示的信息排列可以由用户改变,例如,视框、文本框、图标、按钮等基本的可视构件块,包含在应用程序中,控制着该程序处理的所有数据以及关于这些数据的交互操作。
需要说明的是,上述第一控件20可以为一种文本框、组合框(带有选单或下拉式选单的文本框)显示框或者视窗等类型的控件,可以用于在上述交互界面上展示通信录界面。上述第二控件22可以为在第一控件上设置的标签、图标、信息栏、状态栏等类型的控件,可以用于展示上述通信录界面中指定对象的全部未读消息的条数,其中,上述指定对象包括但不限于群组聊天对象、单人聊天对象。上述第三控件24可以为一种文本框、组合框(带有选单或下拉式选单的文本框)显示框或者视窗等类型的控件,可以用于展示对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括后得到的第二消息内容。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述第三控件24还可以包括以下至少之一:对上述全部未读消息进行回复的控件;对上述全部未读消息的未读状态进行调整的控件;对上述全部未读消息进行评价的控件。
随着通信技术的发展,越来越多用户选择使用即时沟通工具与他人沟通交流,并且,由于使用即时沟通工具进行沟通交流的方式已经深入人心,企业用户在此启发下,为寻求与即时沟通工具一致的沟通体验,丰富办公应用,企业用户倾向于选择使用企业微信等即时沟通工具进行沟通,具有熟悉的沟通体验,简单易用的优点,可以使得企业中的员工轻松使用企业专属的沟通工具。
在上述运行环境下,本申请提供了如图3所示的未读消息的显示方法。图3是根据本申请实施例的一种未读消息的显示方法的步骤流程图。
需要说明的是,本申请中的未读消息的显示方法的执行主体可以为图1中的计算机终端10,可以但不限于应用于各种类型的即时沟通工具上,例如,QQ、微信、旺旺等即时通信软件。如图3所示,上述未读消息的显示方法可以通过如下方法步骤实现:
步骤S202,获取指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数。
在上述步骤S202中,上述指定对象可以包括但不限于群组聊天对象(群聊对象)、单人聊天对象(单聊对象)。
在一种可选的实施例中,服务器可以在接收到用户通过用户终端发送的计数请求之后,获取与上述指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数,其中,用户可以通过点击或者触摸用户终端提供的人机交互界面中全部未读消息的计数图标,进而上述用户终端向服务器发送上述计数请求。上述用户终端可以为智能手机(例如,Android手机,iOS手机)、平板电脑(例如,iPAD)、计算机等终端设备。
步骤S204,比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小;
步骤S206,在上述条数大于预设阈值时,对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到第二消息内容,其中,上述第二消息内容的字节数小于上述第一消息内容;
步骤S208,显示上述第二消息内容。
在上述步骤S204中,上述预设阈值可以为即时通讯工具初始生成的一个合理化阈值,例如,为提高用户的未读消息的处理效率,可以初始设置为“7条”,但是,上述预设阈值还可以由用户根据需要进行个性化设置,例如,可以在即时通信工具中的“设置”中进行自定义,修改为“3条”、“5条”、“10条”等,例如,一些用户的联系好友、群组聊天比较多,在上述预设阈值为“7条”的情况下,仍然不能达到高效处理未读消息的目的,因而可以将上述预设阈值修改为更大的数值,例如:“10条”或者“15条”。此外,若另一些用户的联系好友、群组聊天比较少,不太容易出现较多的未读消息,在上述预设阈值为“7条”的情况下,用户可以选择将上述预设阈值修改为更小的数值,例如:“3条”或者“5条”。需要说明的是,以上分析仅为示意,并不局限于此,不应该理解为对本申请的具体限定。
在步骤S206中,上述第一消息内容为上述全部未读消息的所有消息;上述第二消息内容可以为通过NLP技术概括上述第一消息内容得到的概括消息,并且,上述第二消息内容的字节数小于上述第一消息内容。
作为一种可选的实施例中,在比较得到上述全部未读消息的条数大于上述预设阈值时,表明当前的全部未读消息的条数较多,或群组聊天对象中有较多的用户参与发言,进而可以利用NLP技术对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行计算概括,得出概括出的第二消息内容;此外,在上述全部未读消息的条数小于等于预设阈值,则可以优先选择向用户展示全部未读消息的原本的内容,不进行概括处理。
另外,在快速查看群聊消息的过程中,如果比较得出群聊消息条数的全部未读消息 的条数大于上述预设阈值,则抓取在当前信息中发言条数前三位的主要发言人,进而可以帮助用户判断群聊消息对自己的价值,缩短用户查看未读消息及回复消息的时间。
以下以一种企业版的即时通讯软件为例,对本申请中的一种可选实施方式进行举例说明:
在用户注册登录上述即时通讯软件之后,如图4a所示,通信录界面上显示有如“A讨论群”、“B培训讨论群”“设计组交流群”等多个群聊对象,以及“李虹”、“严泽明”、“喂料will”等单聊对象。在本申请实施例中,用户可以点击通信录界面上的计数图标(如图4a所示的右侧的椭圆图标)触发计数指令,上述用户终端在接收到用户触发的计数指令之后,向服务器发送计数请求,进而服务器获取与上述群聊对象或者单聊对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数。如图4a所示,如果当前用户需要得到单聊对象“喂料will”中的全部未读消息的条数,则用户可以点击图4a中的“喂料will”对话框右侧的椭圆图标,进而可以获取得到如图4b所示的与“喂料will”对话框所对应的全部未读消息的条数“12”,并生成一个可以快速查看消息的指定显示区域,并且在获取到的全部未读消息的条数大于预设阈值的情况下,可以利用NLP技术对全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到概括出的第二消息内容,并在如图4b所示的指定显示区域上的“梗概”区域显示上述概括出的第二消息内容。
基于上述实施例所限定的方案可以获知,通过获取指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数;并比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小;在上述条数大于预设阈值时,对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到第二消息内容,其中,上述第二消息内容的字节数小于上述第一消息内容;进而显示上述第二消息内容。
通过本申请上述实施例所提供的方案,达到了方便用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息的目的,从而实现了提高用户的使用体验感的技术效果,进而解决了用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,处理未读消息的效率较低的技术问题。
在一种可选的实施例中,显示上述第二消息内容,包括:在上述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容,其中,上述指定显示区域为叠加在上述通信录界面上的显示区域。
作为一种可选的实施例,可以将上述第二消息内容显示在通信录界面的指定显示区域,如上述图4b至4d所示,上述指定显示区域为叠加在上述通信录界面上的显示区域,进而可以实现突出显示上述第二消息内容的技术效果,便于用户及时高效的查看上述第二类型的消息,达到了方便用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息的目 的,从而实现了提高用户的使用体验感的技术效果。
在一种可选的实施例中,在上述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容之前,上述方法还包括:接收用户对上述全部未读消息的计数图标的触发指令,其中,该触发指令用于触发显示上述指定显示区域。
仍如图4a所示,如果当前用户需要得到单聊对象“喂料will”中的全部未读消息的条数,则用户可以点击图4a中的“喂料will”对话框右侧的椭圆图标,进而可以获取得到如图4b所示的与“喂料will”对话框所对应的全部未读消息的条数“12”,并生成一个可以快速查看消息的指定显示区域,例如,叠加在上述通信录界面上的对话框。
在一种可选的实施例中,图5是根据本申请实施例的一种可选的未读消息的显示方法的步骤流程图,如图5所示,在显示上述第二消息内容之后,还包括:
步骤S402,在上述指定显示区域接收对上述全部未读消息的操作指令;
步骤S404,依据上述操作指令对上述全部未读消息进行与上述操作指令对应的操作。
在上述步骤S302至步骤S304所提供的可选实施例中,在叠加在上述通信录界面上的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容之后,上述指定显示区域还可以接收用户的操作指令,例如:“回复”、“标为已读”、“点赞”等操作指令,作为一种可选的实施例,用户可以通过点击或者触摸的方式触发上述操作指令。
在一种可选的实施例中,依据上述操作指令对上述全部未读消息进行与上述操作指令对应的操作,包括以下至少之一:
对上述全部未读消息进行回复;可选地,该过程可以表现为在上述指定显示区域进行回复,也可以表现为:在接收到上述操作指令后,跳转到上述全部未读消息所在的对话页面,并在对话页面的对话框中进行回复。
对上述全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;例如,将未读状态修改为已读状态,并在修改为已读状态后,关闭上述指定显示区域。
对上述全部未读消息进行评价,例如,对全部未读消息进行点赞等操作。
需要说明的是,在上述实施例中,可以通过点击、触摸或滑动如图4b至4d所示的“标为已读”的图标,对上述全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;可以通过点击、触摸或滑动如图4b至4d所示的“点赞”的图标,对上述全部未读消息进行点赞。
通过上述实施例可知,如图4b至4d所示,用户只需点击、触摸或滑动计数图标,即可快速查看未读消息内容,且无需打开消息对话框,用户即可进行点赞、标为已读、 或回复等操作,缩短了缩短用户查看未读消息、回复消息以及点赞的操作路径,便于用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述指定对象包括:群组对象;在上述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容时,上述方法还包括:
在上述指定显示区域显示上述群组对象中指定发言对象的发言次数,其中,上述指定发言对象包括上述群组对象中优先级最高的发言对象,或者,上述群组对象中发言最多的前N个发言对象,其中,N为不小于1的自然数。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述优先级最高的发言对象可以为群聊对象中的群主、领导或领队等,但不限于此,在本申请中,可以对发言对象的优先级进行设置,例如,若当前群组对象为企业群聊,则群主的优先级可以设置为最高,其次为企业的总经理、副经理等级别较高的领导,再次为普通用户。
图4d显示的为全部未读消息的条数大于预设阈值且为群聊对象的通信录界面(消息列表界面)图,如图4d所示,本申请实施例可以对群聊对象中发言最多的前三位发言对象进行计数,并根据发言的条数对前三位发言对象进行排列,进而可以缩短在有多个未读消息对话时,用户获取各个对话中未读消息内容的路径,同时也缩短了缩短用户查看未读消息、回复消息以及点赞的操作路径,便于用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述方法还包括:在上述条数小于预设阈值时,在上述指定显示区域显示上述第一消息内容。
作为一种可选的实施例,图4c显示的为全部未读消息的条数小于等于预设阈值的情况下的通信录界面图,如图4c所示,可以将全部未读消息进行展示给用户,无需进行概括处理。
在一种可选的实施例中,图6是根据本申请实施例的一种可选的未读消息的显示方法的步骤流程图,如图6所示,在上述指定显示区域显示上述第一消息内容时,上述方法还包括:
步骤S502,在上述指定显示区域接收对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容的选择指令;
步骤S504,依据上述选择指令确定在上述指定显示区域显示的第一消息内容。
如图4b至4d所示,本申请上述实施例中,用户还可以通过点击或触摸通信录界面上的“上一条”图标或者“下一条”图标,对多条未读消息的第一消息内容进行上下切 换,例如,用户可以点击如图4b所示的通信录界面上的“上一条”图标,查看上一条未读消息,还可以点击如图4b所示的通信录界面上的“下一条”图标,查看下一条未读消息。
基于上述步骤S502至步骤S504所提供的可选实施例,用户可以通过在指定显示区域点击或触摸通信录界面上的“上一条”图标或者“下一条”图标,对多条未读消息的第一消息内容进行上下切换,便于用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息的目的,从而实现了提高用户的使用体验感的技术效果。
在一种可选的实施例中,在上述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容之后,上述方法还包括:接收用户在上述通信录界面中的其他区域的点击指令。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述其他区域为上述通信录界面中除上述指定显示区域之外的区域;在上述点击指令的触发下,关闭上述指定显示区域。

步骤S602,打开即时通讯软件,进入通信录界面。
在上述步骤S602中,上述即时通讯软件可以但不限于为用户终端上的即时沟通工具,例如:QQ、微信、旺旺等,上述通信录界面可以为上述即时通讯软件中的消息列表界面,可以但不限于以图4a至图4d中所显示的界面的形式进行展示。
其中,上述用户终端可以为智能手机(例如,Android手机,iOS手机)、平板电脑(例如,iPAD)、计算机等终端设备。
步骤S604,通过点击计数图标,获取指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数。
在上述步骤S604中,上述指定对象可以包括但不限于群组聊天对象(群聊对象)、单人聊天对象(单聊对象)。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以点击通信录界面上的计数图标触发计数指令,上述用户终端在接收到用户触发的计数指令之后,向服务器发送计数请求,进而服务器获取与上述群聊对象或者单聊对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数。
在一种可选的实施例中,服务器可以在接收到用户通过用户终端发送的计数请求之后,获取与上述指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数,其中,用户可以通过点击或者触摸用户终端提供的人机交互界面中全部未读消息的计数图标,进而上述用户终端向服务器发送上述计数请求。
步骤S606,在指定显示区域显示上述全部未读消息的对话框。
在上述步骤S604之后,可以比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小,并在上述条数大于预设阈值时,对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到第二消息内容,并将上述第二消息内容显示在通信录界面的指定显示区域,如上述图4b至4d所示,上述指定显示区域为叠加在上述通信录界面上的显示区域,具体的,在上述步骤S606所提供的可选实施例中,可以为用于显示上述全部未读消息的查看对话框。进而可以实现突出显示上述第二消息内容的技术效果,便于用户及时高效的查看上述第二类型的消息。
其中,需要说明的是,上述第一消息内容为上述全部未读消息的所有消息;上述第二消息内容可以为通过NLP技术概括上述第一消息内容得到的概括消息,并且,上述第二消息内容的字节数小于上述第一消息内容。
步骤S608,判断上述对话框中的消息是否需要处理。
在上述步骤S608中,若判断结果为需要对上述对话框中的消息进行处理,则执行步骤S616;若判断结果为不需要对上述对话框中的消息进行处理,则执行步骤S610。
步骤S610,是否需要查看其它对话的未读消息。
在上述步骤S610中,判断是否需要查看其它对话的未读消息,若判断结果为需要查看其它对话的未读消息,则执行步骤S614;若判断结果为不需要查看其它对话的未读消息,则执行步骤S612。
步骤S612,点击上述通信录界面中的其他区域,上述对话框消失。
在上述步骤S612中,上述用户终端可以接收用户在上述通信录界面中的其他区域的点击指令,并且可以在上述点击指令的触发下,清除上述通信录界面中的指定显示区域,也即上述对话框消失。
步骤S614,通过点击或触摸通信录界面上的“上一条”图标或者“下一条”图标,对多条未读消息的第一消息内容进行上下切换。
在上述步骤S614中,如图4b至4d所示,本申请上述实施例中,用户还可以通过点击或触摸通信录界面上的“上一条”图标或者“下一条”图标,对多条未读消息的第一消息内容进行上下切换,例如,用户可以点击如图4b所示的通信录界面上的“上一条” 图标,查看上一条未读消息,还可以点击如图4b所示的通信录界面上的“下一条”图标,查看下一条未读消息。
步骤S616,判断上述对话框中的消息是否需要回应。
作为一种可选的实施例,在叠加在上述通信录界面上的指定显示区域显示上述第二消息内容之后,上述指定显示区域还可以接收用户的操作指令,例如:“回复”、“标为已读”、“点赞”等操作指令,作为一种可选的实施例,用户可以通过点击或者触摸的方式触发上述操作指令,进而判断上述对话框中的消息是否需要处理。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述处理的方式可以为以下至少之一:对上述全部未读消息进行回复;对上述全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;对上述全部未读消息进行评价。
若上述步骤S616中的判断结果为是,则执行如下步骤S620;若上述步骤S616中的判断结果为否,则执行如下步骤S618。
步骤S618,点击“标记已读”图标,对话框消失且对话页面中的计数图标消失。
在上述步骤S618中,可以通过点击或触摸如图4b至4d所示的“标为已读”的图标,对上述全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;并且,在点击“标记已读”图标之后,对话框消失且对话页面中的计数图标消失。
步骤S620,判断是否需要进入对话页面进行回复;
步骤S622,进入对话页面。
在上述步骤S620中,若判断结果为需要进入对话页面进行回复,则执行步骤S622,也即进入对话页面;若判断结果为不需要进入对话页面进行回复,则表明用户进行回应的方式不是进行回复,而是通过点赞进行评价,执行步骤S624。
步骤S624,点击“点赞”图标,对话框消失并在对话页面显示“赞”。
在上述步骤S624中,可以通过点击或触摸如图4b至4d所示的“点赞”的图标,对上述全部未读消息进行点赞,并在点赞之后,对话框消失并在对话页面显示“赞”。
通过上述实施例可知,如图4b至4d所示,用户只需点击或触摸计数图标,即可快速查看未读消息内容,且无需打开消息对话框,用户即可进行点赞、标为已读、或回复等操作,缩短了缩短用户查看未读消息、回复消息以及点赞的操作路径,便于用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本申请,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本申请所必须的。

本申请实施例还提供了一种如图9所示的消息处理方法。图9是根据本申请实施例的一种消息处理方法的步骤流程图,需要说明的是,本申请所提供的一种消息处理方法的执行主体可以为图1中的计算机终端10,该方法可以但不限于应用于各种类型的即时沟通工具上,例如,QQ、微信、旺旺等即时通信软件。如图9所示,本申请提供的消息处理方法可以通过如下方法步骤实现:
步骤S902,获取对话消息中的未读消息。
在上述步骤S902中,上述对话消息可以包括但不限于群组聊天对象(群聊对象)、单人聊天对象(单聊对象)中的对话消息;上述未读消息为用户未读取的对话消息。
在一种可选的实施例中,服务器可以但不限于在接收到用户通过用户终端发送的计数请求之后,获取对话消息中的未读消息,其中,用户可以通过点击或者触摸用户终端提供的人机交互界面中全部未读消息的计数图标,进而上述用户终端向服务器发送上述计数请求。上述用户终端可以为智能手机(例如,Android手机,iOS手机)、平板电脑(例如,iPAD)、计算机等终端设备。
此外,服务器还可以自动获取对话消息中的未读消息,例如,在预设的多个时间点或者设定的一个或多个时间段之后,自动获取对话消息中的未读消息。
步骤S904,对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容。
作为一种可选的实施例中,在比较得到上述未读消息的条数大于一个预设阈值时,表明当前的全部未读消息的条数较多,或群组聊天对象中有较多的用户参与发言,进而可以利用NLP技术对上述未读消息进行计算概括,得到概要消息内容;此外,在上述未读消息的条数小于等于上述预设阈值,则可以优先选择向用户展示全部未读消息的原本的内容,不进行概括处理。
需要说明的是,上述概要消息内容可以为通过NLP技术概括上述未读消息内容得到的概括消息,并且,上述概要消息内容的字节数小于上述未读消息内容。
另外,在快速查看群聊消息的过程中,如果比较得出群聊消息条数的未读消息的条数大于上述预设阈值,则抓取在当前信息中发言条数前三位的主要发言人,进而可以帮助用户判断群聊消息对自己的价值,缩短用户查看未读消息及回复消息的时间。
步骤S906,展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
作为一种可选的实施例,在得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容的同时,还可以生成一个可以供用户在用户终端上快速查看上述概要消内容的指定显示区域,并在上述指定显示区域上展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
基于上述实施例所限定的方案可以获知,通过获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
通过本申请上述实施例所提供的方案,达到了方便用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息的目的,从而实现了提高用户的使用体验感的技术效果,进而解决了用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,处理未读消息的效率较低的技术问题。
在一种可选的实施例中,展示上述概要消息内容,包括:在指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述概要消息内容,其中,上述指定显示区域为叠加在上述通信录界面上的显示区域。

对全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;例如,将未读状态修改为已读状态,并在修改为已读状态后,关闭上述指定显示区域。
对全部未读消息进行评价,例如,对全部未读消息进行点赞等操作。
作为一种可选的实施例,展示上述概要消息内容给用户时,上述方法还包括如下方法步骤:
步骤S1102,确定对话消息所属群组中的指定发言对象,其中,上述指定发言对象包括上述群组对象中优先级最高的发言对象,或者,上述群组对象中发言次数最多的前N个发言对象,其中,N为不小于1的自然数;
步骤S1104,对上述指定发言对象在上述群组中的发言次数进行统计;
步骤S1106,展示上述指定发言对象的发言次数。
在一种可选的实施例中,上述优先级最高的发言对象可以为群聊对象中的群主、领导或领队等,但不限于此,在本申请中,可以对发言对象的优先级进行设置,例如,若当前群组对象为企业群聊,则群主的优先级可以设置为最高,其次为企业的总经理、副经理等级别较高的领导,再次为普通用户。
本申请实施例还可以但不限于对群聊对象中发言最多的前三位发言对象进行计数,并根据发言的条数对前三位发言对象在对话框中的排列位置进行排列,进而可以缩短在有多个未读消息对话时,用户获取各个对话中未读消息内容的路径,同时也缩短了缩短用户查看未读消息、回复消息以及点赞的操作路径,便于用户在使用即时通讯工具的过程中,高效处理未读消息。
此外,在本申请实施例中,本申请可以但不限于以图标或者角标的方式向用户展示上述指定发言对象的发言次数。
作为一种可选的实施例,对上述未读消息进行概括处理之前,上述方法还包括:
步骤S1202,获取上述对话消息所属群组的未读消息的条数;
步骤S1204,比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小;
步骤S1206,依据比较结果确定是否触发对上述未读消息进行概括处理,其中,在上述比较结果指示上述条数大于上述预设阈值时,触发对上述未读消息进行概括处理。

可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:在上述指定显示区域接收对上述全部未读消息的第一消息内容的选择指令;依据上述选择指令确定在上述指定显示区域显示的第一消息内容。
可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:接收用户在上述通信录界面中的其他区域的点击指令,其中,上述其他区域为上述通信录界面中除上述指定显示区域之外的区域;在上述点击指令的触发下,关闭上述指定显示区域。
在本实施例中,存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:在指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示上述概要消息内容,其中,上述指定显示区域为叠加在上述通信录界面上的显示区域。
可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:在上述指定显示区域接收对上述未读消息的操作指令;并依据上述操作指令对上述未读消息进行与上述操作指令对应的操作。
可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:确定对话消息所属群组中的指定发言对象,其中,上述指定发言对象包括上述群组对象中优先级最高的发言对象,或者,上述群组对象中发言次数最多的前N个发言对象,其中,N为不小于1的自然数;对上述指定发言对象在上述群组中的发言次数进行统计;展示上述指定发言对象的发言次数。
可选的,上述存储介质还可以被设置为存储用于执行如下步骤的程序代码:获取上述对话消息所属群组的未读消息的条数;比较上述条数与预设阈值的大小;并依据比较结果确定是否触发对上述未读消息进行概括处理,其中,在上述比较结果指示上述条数大于上述预设阈值时,触发对上述未读消息进行概括处理。

另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种消息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取对话消息中的未读消息;
    对所述未读消息进行概括处理,得到所述未读消息的概要消息内容;
    展示所述概要消息内容给用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,展示所述概要消息内容,包括:在指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示所述概要消息内容,其中,所述指定显示区域为叠加在所述通信录界面上的显示区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,展示所述概要消息内容之后,还包括:在所述指定显示区域接收对所述未读消息的操作指令;并依据所述操作指令对所述未读消息进行与所述操作指令对应的操作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,依据所述操作指令对所述未读消息进行与所述操作指令对应的操作,包括以下至少之一:
    对全部所述未读消息进行回复;对全部所述未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;对全部所述未读消息进行评价。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,展示所述概要消息内容给用户时,所述方法包括:
    确定所述对话消息所属群组中的指定发言对象,其中,所述指定发言对象包括群组对象中优先级最高的发言对象,或者,所述群组对象中发言次数最多的前N个发言对象,其中,N为不小于1的自然数;
    对所述指定发言对象在所述群组中的发言次数进行统计;
    展示所述指定发言对象的发言次数。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述未读消息进行概括处理之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述对话消息所属群组的未读消息的条数;
    比较所述条数与预设阈值的大小;并依据比较结果确定是否触发对所述未读消息进行概括处理,其中,在所述比较结果指示所述条数大于所述预设阈值时,触发对所述未读消息进行概括处理。
  7. 一种未读消息的显示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取指定对象所对应的全部未读消息的条数;
    比较所述条数与预设阈值的大小;
    在所述条数大于预设阈值时,对所述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括,得到第二消息内容,其中,所述第二消息内容的字节数小于所述第一消息内容;
    显示所述第二消息内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,显示所述第二消息内容,包括:在所述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示所述第二消息内容,其中,所述指定显示区域为叠加在所述通信录界面上的显示区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,显示所述第二消息内容之后,还包括:在所述指定显示区域接收对所述全部未读消息的操作指令;并依据所述操作指令对所述全部未读消息进行与所述操作指令对应的操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,依据所述操作指令对所述全部未读消息进行与所述操作指令对应的操作,包括以下至少之一:
    对所述全部未读消息进行回复;对所述全部未读消息的未读状态或已读状态进行调整;对所述全部未读消息进行评价。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示所述第二消息内容之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户对所述全部未读消息的计数图标的触发指令,其中,该触发指令用于触发显示所述指定显示区域。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定对象包括:群组对象;在所述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示所述第二消息内容时,所述方法还包括:
    在所述指定显示区域显示所述群组对象中指定发言对象的发言次数,其中,所述指定发言对象包括所述群组对象中优先级最高的发言对象,或者,所述群组对象中发言最多的前N个发言对象,其中,N为不小于1的自然数。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述条数小于预设阈值时,在所述指定显示区域显示所述第一消息内容。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述指定显示区域显示所述第一消息内容时,所述方法还包括:
    在所述指定显示区域接收对所述全部未读消息的第一消息内容的选择指令;依据所述选择指令确定在所述指定显示区域显示的第一消息内容。
  15. 根据权利要求8至14中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述指定对象所在通信录界面的指定显示区域显示所述第二消息内容之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户在所述通信录界面中的其他区域的点击指令,其中,所述其他区域为所述通信录界面中除所述指定显示区域之外的区域;在所述点击指令的触发下,关闭所述指定显示区域;
    在所述点击指令的触发下,关闭所述指定显示区域。
  16. 一种计算机终端,用于提供人机交互界面,其特征在于,所述人机交互界面包括:
    第一控件,用于展示通信录界面;
    第二控件,设置于所述第一控件上,用于展示所述通信录界面中指定对象的全部未读消息的条数;
    第三控件,用于展示对所述全部未读消息的第一消息内容进行概括后得到的第二消息内容。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机终端,其特征在于,所述第三控件包括以下至少之一:对所述全部未读消息进行回复的控件;对所述全部未读消息的未读状态进行调整的控件;对所述全部未读消息进行评价的控件。
  18. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,在所述程序运行时控制所述存储介质所在设备执行以下功能:获取对话消息中的未读消息;对所述未读消息进行概括处理,得到所述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示所述概要消息内容给用户。
  19. 一种处理器,其特征在于,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行以下功能:获取对话消息中的未读消息;对所述未读消息进行概括处理,得到所述未读消息的概要消息内容;展示所述概要消息内容给用户。
  20. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于获取对话消息中的未读消息;对上述未读消息进行概括处理,得到上述未读消息的概要消息内容;
    显示装置,与上述处理器连接,用于展示上述概要消息内容给用户。
