Description

运货助人双功能电动爬楼车 技术领域:
本发明推出一种新型爬楼车,此车运货为主,可载货约150kg,助人为辅,可助人爬楼时减轻腿力30kg左右,还能减轻水平拉车体力。有利人员上楼后的强体力后续作业。
背景技术:
现有技术中,运货电动爬楼车都采用人倒走拉车单功能方式,速度慢,视野反向,开倒车,易摔倒。人员体力消耗大,不能爬过高的楼,影响后续强体力作业,如高楼失火救生、停电急修设备等。
发明内容:
本发明需要解决的技术问题是:
1.人员采用正向骑车操控方式
2.本爬楼车是运货为主,同时助人一脚之力的双功能。
3.增加车的水平方向推力,再次减轻人员体力。
4.简化操作,增加功能,开关少而精,使用体现人性化。
5.正常停车时,旋转腿倾斜位置可人为设定,方便下次启动。
6.突发事故或人为需要时,该车能立刻自动停机刹车。
7.下楼时,该车只有慢速功能,并可无级调速。
8.楼梯拐弯处,楼面宽大于1.1m可骑车直上,宽度小于1.1m大于0.9m,人员须下车操作拐弯。该宽度小于0.9m,本车不能使用。

具体实施方式:
1.人员正向行走控车方式
在车前部设置传统自行车座位,结构相似,车头改低改小(图2,图3:1;3),实现人员正向骑行控车。车座的仰俯,升降,前后均可调。能前后移动的滑轨采用扁钢管,上焊扁钢板,(图2:4图3:4.1;4.2)钢板二侧宽边压在滑槽内,滑槽用前后二组左右各二个小压板结构,焊在车座后第一第三车框架下方(图3:4.3)。第三框架上的另一组压板被电池遮住【图3:7.1(被滑轨遮挡):7.2】。滑轨左右限位,前后可滑动调整,再用圆销钉插孔中定位(图2:5.3;图3:5.3)。圆销钉底部有横孔,穿开口销(图3:6)。控制电线总线从扁管中穿过,用航空插头插座与电器箱联结(图3:8.3)。电机,电池及图2中5.41&5.42的电线,也用几个航空插头插座与电箱连接(图中未标出)。销售运输中,车座部件可整体抽出另外装箱。
2.助人抬升力方案:
本发明将车下部按设计最佳值加长,车下部小轮与大轮胎同时着地时,车架与地面倾斜角度约为40°±5°(图3),大于常规楼梯坡度。该爬楼车上升时,旋转腿端部搭在楼梯台阶上,成为临时中心支点,与整车重心,人员重心,三者形成跷跷板原理和效果,整车重心偏后,对人员有30kg抬升力。抬升力大小可在使用前预先设定。当车上爬时,人员顺势单腿用力,跨上一级台阶,腿力可减轻约30kg,并保持控车能力。抬升力设定得太大,人会飘,不稳定(见本说明书7)。
3.助人水平方向推力方式
本发明采用“有水平推力的电动爬楼车旋转腿”(图8),其滚轮不能滚动。选用适当软硬度的胶质滚轮,扩大与地面接触面积,可产生适当抓地力。当旋转腿向后转动阶段,整车便有向前推力。可再次减轻使用者体力。
4.控制开关及用车方法:
车座下面,装一块翻边底板(图2:2),底板前端焊一段方管(图2:2.1,图3:2.1)方管中部横穿一根实心铝棒,做前把手(图2:2.2),可左右灵活滑动,拐弯时可滑动让位。方管前面,上部左边装一只黄色旋钮,管慢速-中速无级调速功能(图2:2.13;图9:3)。方管上部右边,装一只绿色旋钮,管中速-快速无级调速功能(图2:2.14;图9:4),方管中部,装一只黄色按钮开关,管慢速下楼功能(图2:2.15;图3:2.15;图9:7),由左上角2.13黄色旋钮实现下楼的无级调速。方管前面下部,装一只橡皮防撞垫(图2;图3:2.16;图9:9)。方管上顶部装一块小平板(图2:2.17;图3:2.17;图9:1)。小平板左边,装一只黄色按钮开关(图2:2.11;图9:5),管整车启停。右边装一只绿色按钮开关(图2:2.12; 图9:6),管快慢速功能转换。小平板中上部装一只带红色电源指示灯带自锁按钮型安全开关(图2:2.10;图9:11),关闭时停止一切操作功能。如要开车,首先打开安全开关。但是不能先按小平台绿色快慢速功能开关(设计成无效),只能先按小平台黄色启停开关,就能慢速启动。启动后,随时可按下绿色快慢速转换开关,立刻转快速。如再松开绿色按钮开关,1秒后又转慢速,可如此反复。慢速调速可在开车状态下调整,快速调速可在慢速或停车状态下调整,因为只有在此状态下右手可以另做动作。每层楼梯上下二头,用慢速上爬,中间可快速。所有黄色绿色按钮开关均无自锁功能。
5.正常停车方法:
在快速功能下要停车,应该先改为慢速功能,即先松开右边绿色按钮开关(图2:2.12;图9:6)。约1~2秒后,再松开左边黄色启停按钮开关(图2:2.11;图9:5),之后由接近开关控制断电,停车,涡轮箱阻尼刹车。旋转腿停在预设角度位置上,不使重启有麻烦。在慢速功能下要停车,松掉图2中2.11黄色启停开关即可,后面程序如上所述。
6.紧急停车方法:
在快速爬楼时,如有突发情况,可紧急停车,而且无需人员操作,由设计的程序自动控制。具体介绍如下:突发情况是人快速爬楼时绊脚或者滑倒,这时候人体条件反射,本能地双手立刻脱离开关,前伸撑地自我保护。本设计只要在快速功能下,二只按钮开关(图2:2.11;2.12图9:5;6)同时松开,便能立刻断电停机,阻尼刹车。这时人员前扑撑地,双腿还夹着车头及左右前把手,车头方向不会偏,加上阻尼刹车,抓地力固位,大轮腾空,可使事故最小化。(绊脚或滑到一般发生在车上升阶段,此时大轮腾空)。快速时如需人为紧急停车,不松绿色按钮开关,仅松开黄色按钮开关,也能实 现紧急停车。
7.抬升力设定方法:
这是紧急停车功能的人为需要使用方法:
装货时,将车靠楼梯,下部预先搁在角铁上,再放在家用体重计上(图3:01;011),人站楼梯上,操作如下:第一步:①按黄色按钮开关启动慢速上爬(图2:2.11)。②立刻按绿色按钮开关,转快速功能(图2:2.12;图9:6)。③当大轮胎离地大半个台阶,立刻松开二只开关,或单独松开黄色启停开关,实现紧急停车。④立刻读数体重计。所示重量乘工厂指定系数便是抬升力大小(图3:01)。更换图3中1.1-1.4各货箱位置或箱内货物,可改变体重计读数,使达到30kg左右。如大轮胎运动较快来不及读数,可由另一人读数。如来不及上述操作,可调慢快速旋钮的车速(图2:2.14图9:4)。第二步,大轮着地,体重计读数调整在1~5kg,这样可使运动中车头不下垂。第一第二步互有影响,重复调整几次即可都达标。
8.座位调整
①按图3,设定完抬升力后,可马上调整自行车座仰俯;车座高低仰俯由使用者试坐,使车框与楼梯大致平行或上翘一点即可,调整车座前后应以靠后为好。
②按图6,乘员的座位架用绳索先固定在合适位置上,座位板是摆动型的(图6:1、2、3.1、3.2),乘员须随车的角度变化,随时移动身体,并用脚配合,保持平衡。
9.下楼操作方法:
如上楼作业完成,撤离首选恢复正常的电梯,其次选择自行下楼功能。方法 如下:先将电器箱上专用开关扳至“下楼”功能(图2:8.2),操作人员双手握住前把手(图2:2.2),大拇指按住下楼用的黄色按钮开关(图2:2.15图3:2.15图9:7),便能慢速下楼。车速由方管上方黄色旋钮调节(图2:2.13;图9:3)。这时人员不骑车,扶车下楼。
10人员上下车方法:
人员若从车左边上车,先用右手掌心向前握住车座后把手,防撞垫压在地面上(图3:3.3)。左腿站稳,右腿从车头前跨至车右边落地,并骑上车座,再双手握车前左右把手,提起车头,便可开车爬楼。人员如从右边上车,同理。下车反程序操作。
11.小半径转弯方法:
楼梯拐弯处平台宽度大于1.1m,人可骑车直上顶楼,无需下车。该处宽度小于1.1m大于0.9m时,人要下车操控拐弯。方法如下:先提前一级台阶慢速停车在台阶上,人左边下车后,右手握车座后面第一根框架底下方管拉手(图2:5.51),左手握车座升降管(图2:3),右手大拇指短促点动一次方管拉手上黄色慢速上爬按钮开关(图2:5.1),使车爬上最后一级台阶并关车,稍往前拖,抬车头至小轮着地仅稍压地面便可转弯。人右边下车同理操作,双手作用对换。
当拐弯处宽度小于0.9m,本车不能使用。
12.后续使用或练习中,在确保人员控车能力前提下,可尽量提高助人抬升力。
13.控制总线(图2:8.31),左右拐弯开关电线(装在左右框架管内,电箱前穿出管外)(图2:5.41,5.42),锂电池电线(图中未标出),电机电线(图 中未标出),可用多种类型插头插座与电器箱连接(图3:8.3)。多个插头插座图中未标出。

Claims (9)

  1. 本发明车架前部采用自行车方式(图1),车架下部适当加长,使装货后整车重心后移,当旋转腿端部搭上楼梯台阶上升时,端部成为临时中心支点,与整车重心,人员重心三者形成跷跷板原理(图4;图5;图6),对人有抬升力,暂定30kg。这是本发明核心,要求重点保护。

  3. 本发明采用人员正向驾车方式(图4;图5;图6)视野正常,爬楼更快,更安全,有异常情况反应处置迅速。这是本发明主要特点。
  4. 本爬楼车采用小型操控台,设计专用的组合开关,少而精,多功能,易操作,人性化。要求重点保护电路和操控台结构及零部件布局(图9)。
  5. 正常停车时,旋转腿停止位置由接近开关控制,停在规定位置,以便再次启动。
  6. 突发事件时,该车自动立刻断电停机刹车,无需人员手动操作,可使事故最小化。
  7. 电箱左边有锂电池直流输出插座,装货时可带交流逆变器,便可输出220v或110v交流电,供后续作业使用。
  8. 助人抬升力可人为预先设定(图3;“说明书”7)。
  9. 车座后横框架下部,斜装左右拐弯用方管拉手,左右方管外侧正面装左右拐弯开关。
