Description

简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置。
背景技术
工业生产中,有很多通过法兰连接实现可拆装的设备。在被连接的两部分的装拆或拆装过程中,需用起重设备(行车、汽车吊、倒链等)。特别是在装置检修期间,由于受到道路、装置的高度、空间等等的限制,在装置现场拆装极其麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决目前法兰连接设备拆装时需要用到起重设备,存在成本高、拆装费时费力、不方便的缺陷,提供一种简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置,其拆装不再需要起重设备而又省时省力省钱。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
即一种简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置,其特征在于包括涡轮丝杆升降器,蜗轮丝杠升降器的升降丝杆为直杆,升降丝杆上套装有3个轴套,涡轮丝杆升降器和3个轴套的内侧均设有连接板。
本发明的升降蜗杆上最外侧的轴套处设有锁紧螺母。增强安全性。
作为本发明的一个方案:本发明的蜗轮丝杠升降器和靠近它的轴套连接为一体,剩余两个轴套连接为一体。减少轴套的数量,装配更加简便。
本发明的涡轮丝杆升降器是由蜗轮蜗杆组合,蜗轮内螺纹与丝杆配合做轴向运动,主要用来将旋转运动变换为直线运动或将直线运动变换为旋转运动从 而完成物体的升降、推拉等。蜗轮丝杆升降器的最大特点就是具有自锁功能,当蜗杆的导程角小于啮合轮齿间的当量摩擦角时,机构具有自锁性,可实现反向自锁,即只能由蜗杆带动蜗轮,而不能由蜗轮带动蜗杆。自锁功能可以很好的保护设备安全运转。
本发明将涡轮丝杠升降器和靠近涡轮丝杠升降器的第一轴套分别通过连接杆固定在法兰一侧的第一筒体(壳体)上,剩余第二、第三轴套分别通过连接杆固定在法兰另一侧的第二筒体(壳体)上,松开法兰上的螺栓,通过涡轮丝杠升降器使两个筒体(壳体)分离,轻推第二筒体(壳体)即可以相对于第一筒体(壳体)旋转,拆装无需起重设备。
当法兰连接设备允许焊接时,连接板可以采用直接焊接的方式固定到设备上;
当法兰连接设备不允许焊接时,可以在设备外部设置卡箍或龙门架,将连接板焊接在卡箍或龙门架上。
本发明所述的立式法兰连接设备,包括但不限于热交换设备(加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸汽发生器、余热锅炉、换热器式反应器等等)、开式反应器等。
本发明具有结构简单、成本低、使用灵活方便、效率高的优点。使用本发明,无需使用起重设备,大大降低拆装成本;本发明体积小,受道路、装置的高度、空间限制小,在装置现场拆装极为方便,可以大大提高拆装效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示:法兰连接设备为新立式换热器,其包括壳程和管箱两部分,管箱在下,壳程在上,涡轮丝杆升降器6竖向设置,其升降丝杆上设有第一轴套4、第二轴套3和第一轴套2,涡轮丝杆升降器6通过连接板1焊接在壳程筒体上,第一轴套4通过连接板1焊接在管板法兰上,第二轴套3通过连接板1焊接在管箱法兰上,第一轴套2通过连接板1焊接在管箱筒体上,第一轴套4处设有锁紧螺母7。
本实施例的新立式换热器现场检修先拆再回装时过程如下:
①将本发明如图所示焊于换热器外壳。
②拧紧锁紧螺母7。
③松开并卸掉管箱法兰与壳程管板法兰之间的连接螺栓。
④转动手轮使管箱略微下落至脱离法兰连接止口。
⑤轻轻推动管箱旋至一侧。
⑥待检修完毕后,再推回至原位找正后,反转手轮使管箱完全复位并上紧
螺栓。
实施例2
法兰连接设备为新立式换热器,其包括壳程和管箱两部分,管箱在上,壳程在下,其他同实施例1。
本实施例的新立式换热器现场检修先拆再回装时过程与实施例1相同,只是拆时转动手轮使管箱略微上升至脱离法兰连接止口。
实施例3
法兰连接设备为旧立式换热器,其允许焊接,其他同实施例1。
本实施例现场检修先拆再回装时与实施例1完全相同。
实施例4
法兰连接设备为旧立式换热器,其允许焊接,其他同实施例2。
本实施例现场检修先拆再回装时与实施例2完全相同。
实施例5
法兰连接设备为旧立式换热器,其不允许焊接,其他同实施例1。
本实施例现场检修先拆再回装时,如图3所示,先预制一卡箍8并将卡箍8套紧在设备上,然后再将连接板1焊到卡箍上,其余完全同实施例1。
实施例6
法兰连接设备为旧立式换热器,其不允许焊接,其他同实施例1。
本实施例现场检修先拆再回装时,如图4所示,先预制一龙门架9,然后将连接板1焊接到龙门架的立柱上,其余完全同实施例1。
本发明实施例中的旧立式换热器指现仍然在用的换热器。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置,其特征在于包括涡轮丝杆升降器,蜗轮丝杠升降器的升降丝杆为直杆,升降丝杆上套装有3个轴套,涡轮丝杆升降器和3个轴套的内侧均设有连接板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置,其特征在于升降蜗杆上最外侧的轴套处设有锁紧螺母。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的简便的立式直臂法兰连接设备的拆装装置,其特征在于蜗轮丝杠升降器和靠近它的轴套连接为一体,剩余两个轴套连接为一体。
