在现有技术中,在对手机进行贴膜时,通常都是人工进行效率较低,且贴合效果较差,气泡不容易处理,粉尘也不容易处理,不同经验的贴膜人员贴合效果差异较大。

进一步的,在贴膜完成后,由于各种原因往往会有气泡,现有技术中主要采用人工使用卡片进行挤压气泡,费时费力小较低,长时间受容易酸痛,且在挤压的过程中气泡飘忽不定,移动的方向和轨迹也不定,容易导致气泡反而没有挤压出去被挤压到了膜的中部,适得其反。而本申请中的除气泡结构则可以解决上述问题,在除气泡时,将气泡放置在第一按压杆与第二按压杆的夹角内,然后按压弹簧柱,利用第一按压杆、第二按压杆进行挤压,使得气泡只能够在夹角的范围内朝夹角端点外移动,避免了气泡到处飘逸的可能,保障气泡去除的效果和效率,且利用弹簧柱可以对手机屏幕进行保护。
进一步的,所述固定片表面设有保护层,所述保护层采用橡胶制成。利用保护层可以对手机外壳进行保护。
进一步的,圆盘下表面设有导热硅胶层。利用导热硅胶层可以导热的同时避免损坏手机屏幕。
进一步的,所述底座下表面设有带刹脚轮。利用带刹脚轮便于移动。
进一步的,所述装置还包括照明结构,所述照明结构包括:第六波纹软管、LED照明灯,第六波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第六波纹软管另一端与LED照明灯连接。利用照明结构可以补充光线便于在贴膜的时候贴合更加准确。
进一步的,所述底座内设有空腔,所述空腔内安装有蓄电池。
本申请提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:
解决了现有的手工贴膜存在的问题,实现了装置能够辅助用户进行贴膜,贴膜效率较低,贴膜效果较好,不需要丰富的贴膜经验也可快速较好的完成贴膜的技术效果。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种基于双目立体视觉的接触网几何参数检测测量系统,解决了现有的基于单目视觉的检测方法存在先天的误差的技术问题,实现了测量系统设计合理,几何参数检测测量结果准确的技术效果。
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在相互不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述范围内的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
请参考图1-图6,本申请提供了一种电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,所述装置包括:
底座1、操作台面2、4个固定结构、加热结构、撕膜结构、清洁结构、4个贴膜结构、除气泡结构;
所述操作台面固定在所述底座上表面,所述4个固定结构均匀分布在所述操作台面上,所述固定结构包括:固定板3、丝杆4、旋转手柄5、固定片6;固定板下表面与操作台面固定连接,固定板中部设有螺孔,丝杆一端穿过螺孔向操作台面中部延伸与固定片连接,丝杆另一端与旋转手柄连接;加热结构包括:第一波纹软管7、电加热棒8、圆盘9;圆盘内设有空腔,第一波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第一波纹软管另一端穿过圆盘上表面与电加热棒连接,第一波纹软管与圆盘固定连接,电加热棒悬空固定在圆盘的空腔内,电加热棒通过开关与电源连接;所述撕膜结构包括:第二波纹软管10、镊子;第二波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第二波纹软管另一端与镊子连接,镊子包括第一镊头11和第二镊头12,第一镊头与第二镊头铰链连接,第一镊头的端头内表面固定有刀片13,第二镊头的端头内表面固定有固定钉14;所述清洁结构包括:第三波纹软管15、清洁板16、橡胶球17、水管18;第三波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第三波纹软管另一端与清洁板上表面连接,清洁板下表面从右到左依次固定有:第一海绵19、软质毛刷20、第二海绵21、拭镜布22,橡胶球固定在清洁板上表面,水管一端与橡胶球连通,水管另一端延伸至第一海绵内,橡胶球内存储有清洁液;所述4个贴膜结构均匀分布在操作台面上,贴膜结构包括:第四波纹软管23、夹子24;第四 波纹软管一端与操作台面侧边连接,第四波纹软管另一端与夹子连接;所述除气泡结构包括:第五波纹软管25、弹簧柱26、第一按压杆27、第二按压杆28;第五波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第五波纹软管另一端与弹簧柱上端连接,第一按压杆的一端和第二按压杆的一端均与弹簧柱下端连接,第一按压杆和第二按压杆位于同一水平面内,第一按压杆与第二按压杆的夹角为30度。
其中,本发明的原理为:本申请中的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置包括:底座、操作台面、4个固定结构、加热结构、撕膜结构、清洁结构、4个贴膜结构、除气泡结构;用户坐在底座旁,在操作台面上完成手机贴膜,首先利用固定结构将手机进行固定,固定稳固便于贴合的效果,然后利用加热结构对收集屏幕进行预热,预热的目的是使得原有的膜与手机屏幕脱离便于撕掉,加热完成后利用撕膜结构将原有的膜撕去,然后利用清洁结构将手机屏幕进行清洁,避免灰尘和粉尘导致贴膜出现污点或气泡和其他不良效果,然后贴膜完成后当发现气泡可以利用初气泡结构进行气泡快速去除,整个装置能够完成贴膜的一系列操作,且贴膜效率较高,贴膜效果较好。
进一步的,本申请中利用4个固定结构进行固定的具体方式为:将手机放置在操作台面中部,手机屏幕朝上,然后转动旋转手柄,使得丝杆前进,丝杆带动固定片向手机移动,4个固定片分别从4个方向对手机进行挤压固定,固定稳固,便于后面的操作。
进一步的,本申请利用加热结构进行加热具体为:首先打开开关利用电加热棒对圆盘内的空气进行加热,然后圆盘表面升温,利用圆盘加热屏幕表面,电加热棒悬空固定在圆盘的空腔内可以避免圆盘温度过高,利用波纹软管的可弯曲变形便于移动圆盘对屏幕的不同位置进行加热。
进一步的,本申请中利用撕膜结构可以快速的将原有的膜去除,具体为利用第一镊头的端头的刀片从侧面切入原有的膜下面,然后按压第一镊头与第二镊头,利用固定钉插入原有的膜中,然后拉拽将膜撕下,能够快速的将膜撕下。
进一步的,本申请中能够利用清洁结构快速的完成屏幕表面清洁,且清洁效果较好,具体为首先按压橡胶球,使得橡胶球内的清洁液通过水管流入第一海绵内,然后操作清洁板,首先利用带有清洁液的海绵对触摸屏表面进行擦拭,然后软质毛刷进行清洁,然后第二海绵进行清洁并吸收掉屏幕表面的大部分水分,最后利用拭镜布完成残留液体和杂质的清洁;清洁快速,不需要像传统人工使用毛巾反复擦拭,节省人力,效率较高且效果较好。
进一步的,在清洁完后就可以进行贴膜了,传统的贴膜是用户双手进行贴合,很不容易对准,且需要反复尝试,而本申请利用4个贴膜结构可以快速的进行贴合,将4个贴膜结构中的夹子分别夹住膜的4个角,然后分别移动第四波纹软管,利用第四波纹软管的可弯曲定 型便于将膜与屏幕对准,对准完成后就可以机械能贴合,避免了传统的手工对准时手容易抖动导致无法快速对准。

进一步的,所述固定片表面设有保护层,所述保护层采用橡胶制成。利用保护层可以对手机外壳进行保护。
进一步的,圆盘下表面设有导热硅胶层。利用导热硅胶层可以导热的同时避免损坏手机屏幕。
进一步的,所述底座下表面设有带刹脚轮。利用带刹脚轮便于移动。

  1. 一种电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    底座、操作台面、4个固定结构、加热结构、撕膜结构、清洁结构、4个贴膜结构、除气泡结构;
    所述操作台面固定在所述底座上表面,所述4个固定结构均匀分布在所述操作台面上,所述固定结构包括:固定板、丝杆、旋转手柄、固定片;固定板下表面与操作台面固定连接,固定板中部设有螺孔,丝杆一端穿过螺孔向操作台面中部延伸与固定片连接,丝杆另一端与旋转手柄连接;加热结构包括:第一波纹软管、电加热棒、圆盘;圆盘内设有空腔,第一波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第一波纹软管另一端穿过圆盘上表面与电加热棒连接,第一波纹软管与圆盘固定连接,电加热棒悬空固定在圆盘的空腔内,电加热棒通过开关与电源连接;所述撕膜结构包括:第二波纹软管、镊子;第二波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第二波纹软管另一端与镊子连接,镊子包括第一镊头和第二镊头,第一镊头与第二镊头铰链连接,第一镊头的端头内表面固定有刀片,第二镊头的端头内表面固定有固定钉;所述清洁结构包括:第三波纹软管、清洁板、橡胶球、水管;第三波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第三波纹软管另一端与清洁板上表面连接,清洁板下表面从右到左依次固定有:第一海绵、软质毛刷、第二海绵、拭镜布,橡胶球固定在清洁板上表面,水管一端与橡胶球连通,水管另一端延伸至第一海绵内,橡胶球内存储有清洁液;所述4个贴膜结构均匀分布在操作台面上,贴膜结构包括:第四波纹软管、夹子;第四波纹软管一端与操作台面侧边连接,第四波纹软管另一端与夹子连接;所述除气泡结构包括:第五波纹软管、弹簧柱、第一按压杆、第二按压杆;第五波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第五波纹软管另一端与弹簧柱上端连接,第一按压杆的一端和第二按压杆的一端均与弹簧柱下端连接,第一按压杆和第二按压杆位于同一水平面内,第一按压杆与第二按压杆的夹角为30度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,所述固定片表面设有保护层,所述保护层采用橡胶制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,圆盘下表面设有导热硅胶层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,所述底座下表面设有带刹脚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括照明结构,所述照明结构包括:第六波纹软管、LED照明灯,第六波纹软管一端与底座侧面连接,第六波纹软管另一端与LED照明灯连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备屏幕保护膜贴合辅助装置,其特征在于,所述底座内 设有空腔,所述空腔内安装有蓄电池。
