一种可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，包括外窗(1)、底板、顶板、侧墙板和屋顶苫布(8)，底板、顶板、侧墙板均为可折叠式，底板、顶板、侧墙板展开后形成模块的主体空间，主体空间的两侧安装外窗(1)，顶板上加盖屋顶苫布(8)。该住房模块可模块化、全工业化生产，方便运输、储备、组装、回收及再利用，经济环保。

Description

一种可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块 技术领域
本发明属于建筑设计技术领域，特别涉及一种可折叠的工厂化预制的临时住房模块。
 背景技术
随着城市建设和应急保障等公共安全需求的增加，我国对临时住房有更高标准的要求。现阶段的临时住房产品存在功能简陋、工业化程度不高、现场安装费时费力、使用后无法回收、建筑垃圾污染严重等问题。功能完善、工业化生产、安装效率、经济成本和可持续再利用等方面都亟待提高。
 技术问题
本发明提供一种可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块。采用高强度外皮轻质保温墙板，通过标准化生产模式实现模块化可拓展式的临时居住单元设置,同时将安装拆卸过程简化至最优。
 技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案：
一种可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，包括外窗1、底板、顶板、侧墙板和屋顶苫布8；根据需求，底板、顶板和侧墙板开有窗户和门；
所述的底板包括三部分，左底板2、右底板5和中间固定底板；左底板2和右底板5为可折叠式，分别位于中间固定底板两侧，展开为一体底板；
所述的顶板包括三部分，左顶板3、右顶板6和中间固定顶板；左顶板3和右顶板6为可折叠式，分别位于中间固定顶板两侧，展开为一体顶板；
所述的侧墙板包括左后侧墙板4、右后侧墙板7、中间后侧墙板9、右前侧墙板10、中间前侧墙板11和左前侧墙板12，左后侧墙板4和右后侧墙板7为可折叠式，分别位于中间后侧墙板9两侧，展开为一体后侧墙板；右前侧墙板10和左前侧墙板12为可折叠式，分别位于中间前侧墙板11两侧，展开为一体前侧墙板；
所述的底板、顶板、前侧墙板和后侧墙板展开后，形成工厂化预制临时住房模块的主体空间，主体空间的两侧安装外窗1，组装成可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块；可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的顶板上加盖屋顶苫布8。
所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块以中间固定底板、中间固定顶板、中间后侧墙板9和中间前侧墙板11为主体固定结构，按照前侧墙板、后侧墙板、顶板和底板的顺序依次折叠于主体固定结构内，主体固定结构分隔为上层空间和下层空间两部分；外窗1分别卡扣于主体固定结构的两端，形成正方体结构。
所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块分为卧室间、厨房间和卫生间，三者间通过折叠密封板材补充隔离，形成相对独立的空间；卧室间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的一端，厨房间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的另一端，卧室间和厨房间分别占用部分主体固定结构形成的空间；卫生间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的主体固定结构内，其空间少于主体固定结构形成的空间，坐便器固定在中间后侧墙板9，位于主体固定结构的下层空间内；
所述的厨房间包括基本灶具，其为可折叠式，折叠于主体固定结构的上层空间内；
所述的卧室间包括折叠床，折叠于主体固定结构内。
所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的外部设有高强度外皮轻质保温墙板，其尺寸根据房屋而定。
所述的底板外侧面预留折叠式支座，根据场地情况调整室内地面保持水平。
若存在缝隙通过U型或L型接口和胶条配合进行密封。
 有益效果
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过模块化单元的全工业化生产，实现了简便组装、运输、储备、回收及再利用，极大地完善了临时住房的居住功能，实现了临时住房的可持续重复使用，从而满足更高的经济性要求。

 本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图和技术方案，进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
使用前：
需要使用时，将折叠状态的工厂化预制临时住房模块展开。首先，将灶具绕轴件旋转180度，通过预留方孔，固定于中间后侧墙板9上；然后密封板材绕轴件旋转，形成各自封闭的卫生间和厨房间。卫生间内设置一体化上水及排污管道，预留接口于底板下，如具备条件可直接接入城市管网。如不具备条件，卫生间中预存轻质塑料储水箱和储污箱，方便临时使用。两端通过轴件折叠的侧墙板按照下、上、左、右的顺序以此打开，形成方体卧室间及厨房间。展开侧墙体之间通过螺栓和插销装置进行固定，缝隙通过U型或L型接口和预埋胶条进行密封。底板外侧面预留折叠式支座，可根据场地情况调整室内地面保持水平。预制有机玻璃窗，可直接固定于展开建筑体两端，形成可采光的建筑端部墙面。卫生间靠卧室一侧外墙预留可绕轴折叠的床板，展开后形成卧室家具。至此，将整套临时住房展开至正常居住使用状态。
使用后：
首先移除两端箱盖型墙板，然后按照展开顺序依次将各围护板材绕轴折叠归位，重新回到尺寸为2.7m×1.8m×2.7m（长×宽×高）的预制折叠状态的工厂化预制临时住房模块状态，再使用之前移除的箱盖型墙板进行两端的密封包装，消毒储存，可多次循环重复使用。

  1. 一种可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块包括外窗(1)、底板、顶板、侧墙板和屋顶苫布(8)；根据需求，底板、顶板和侧墙板开有窗户和门；
    所述的底板包括三部分，左底板(2)、右底板(5)和中间固定底板；左底板(2)和右底板(5)为可折叠式，分别位于中间固定底板两侧，展开为一体底板；
    所述的顶板包括三部分，左顶板(3)、右顶板(6)和中间固定顶板；左顶板(3)和右顶板(6)为可折叠式，分别位于中间固定顶板两侧，展开为一体顶板；
    所述的侧墙板包括左后侧墙板(4)、右后侧墙板(7)、中间后侧墙板(9)、右前侧墙板(10)、中间前侧墙板(11)和左前侧墙板(12)，左后侧墙板(4)和右后侧墙板(7)为可折叠式，分别位于中间后侧墙板(9)两侧，展开为一体后侧墙板；右前侧墙板(10)和左前侧墙板(12)为可折叠式，分别位于中间前侧墙板(11)两侧，展开为一体前侧墙板；
    所述的底板、顶板、前侧墙板和后侧墙板展开后，形成工厂化预制临时住房模块的主体空间，主体空间的两侧安装外窗(1)，组装成可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块；可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的顶板上加盖屋顶苫布(8)；
    所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块以中间固定底板、中间固定顶板、中间后侧墙板(9)和中间前侧墙板(11)为主体固定结构，按照前侧墙板、后侧墙板、顶板和底板的顺序依次折叠于主体固定结构内，主体固定结构分隔为上层空间和下层空间两部分；外窗(1)分别卡扣于主体固定结构的两端，形成正方体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块分为卧室间、厨房间和卫生间，三者间通过折叠密封板材补充隔离，形成相对独立的空间；卧室间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的一端，厨房间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的另一端，卧室间和厨房间分别占用部分主体固定结构形成的空间；卫生间位于可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的主体固定结构内，其空间少于主体固定结构形成的空间，坐便器固定在中间后侧墙板(9)，位于主体固定结构的下层空间内；
    所述的厨房间包括基本灶具，其为可折叠式，折叠于主体固定结构的上层空间内；
    所述的卧室间包括折叠床，折叠于主体固定结构内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块的外部设有高强度外皮轻质保温墙板，其尺寸根据房屋而定。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，所述的底板外侧面预留折叠式支座，根据场地情况调整室内地面保持水平。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，所述的底板外侧面预留折叠式支座，根据场地情况调整室内地面保持水平。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或5所述的可折叠的工厂化预制临时住房模块，其特征在于，若存在缝隙通过U型或L型接口和胶条配合进行密封。
