Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of architectural design, and provides a folding industrialized precast temporary house module, comprising: external windows, a floor, a roof, a side wallboard and a roof tarpaulin, wherein each of the floor, the roof and the side wallboard is provided with a window and a door as required. The arrangement of modular temporary dwelling units is realized in a standardization production mode adopting a high-strength external light thermal insulation wallboard, and meanwhile, the folding process in installation or removal is simplified to an optimal process. The temporary house module of the present invention realizes simple assembly, transportation, storage, recycling and reuse through the full industrialization production of modular units, greatly improves the dwelling function of temporary houses, and realizes the sustainable reuse of temporary houses, thereby meeting higher economic requirements.
Description
- The present invention belongs to the technical field of architectural design, and particularly relates to a folding industrialized precast temporary house module.
- With the increase in urban construction, emergency support and other public safety requirements, China puts forwards higher requirements for temporary houses. Temporary house products at the present stage have the problems of poor functions, low degree of industrialization, waste of time and energy during on-site installation, no recycling after use, and serious pollution of construction waste, and need to be improved in terms of function perfection, industrialization production, installation efficiency, economic costs and sustainable reuse.
- The present invention provides a folding industrialized precast temporary house module. The arrangement of modular expandable temporary dwelling units is realized in a standardization production mode adopting a high-strength external light thermal insulation wallboard, and meanwhile, the installation or removal process is simplified to an optimal process.
- The technical solution of the present invention is:
- A folding industrialized precast temporary house module, comprising:
external windows 1, a floor, a roof, a side wallboard and aroof tarpaulin 8, wherein each of the floor, the roof and the side wallboard is provided with a window and a door as required; - the floor includes three parts, i.e. a
left floor 2, aright floor 5 and an intermediate fixed floor, wherein theleft floor 2 and theright floor 5 are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediate fixed floor respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated floor; - the roof includes three parts, i.e. a
left roof 3, aright roof 6 and an intermediate fixed roof, wherein theleft roof 3 and theright roof 6 are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediate fixed roof respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated roof; - the side wallboard includes a left
rear side wallboard 4, a rightrear side wallboard 7, an intermediaterear side wallboard 9, a rightfront side wallboard 10, an intermediatefront side wallboard 11 and a leftfront side wallboard 12, wherein the leftrear side wallboard 4 and the rightrear side wallboard 7 are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediaterear side wallboard 9 respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated rear side wallboard; and the rightfront side wallboard 10 and the leftfront side wallboard 12 are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediatefront side wallboard 11 respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated front side wallboard; - after the floor, the roof, the front side wallboard and the rear side wallboard are unfolded, a main space of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is formed, the
external windows 1 are installed on both sides of the main space, the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is assembled; and the roof of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is covered with aroof tarpaulin 8. - In the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, a main fixed structure is formed by the intermediate fixed floor, the intermediate fixed roof, the intermediate
rear side wallboard 9 and the intermediatefront side wallboard 11, the front side wallboard, the rear side wallboard, the roof and the floor are folded in the main fixed structure in sequence, the main fixed structure is divided into an upper space and a lower space; and theexternal windows 1 are snap-fitted at both ends of the main fixed structure respectively to form a cube structure. - The folding industrialized precast temporary house module is divided into a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, and the three are supplementarily isolated by folding sealing plates to form relatively independent spaces; the bedroom is located at one end of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, the kitchen is located at the other end of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, and the bedroom and the kitchen respectively occupy a part of the space formed by the main fixed structure; the bathroom is located in the main fixed structure of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, the space thereof is less than the space formed by the main fixed structure, and a pedestal pan is fixed to the intermediate
rear side wallboard 9 and is located in the lower space of the main fixed structure; - the kitchen includes a basic stove which is foldable and is folded in the upper space of the main fixing structure; and
- the bedroom includes a folding bed which is folded in the main fixed structure.
- The folding industrialized precast temporary house module is externally provided with a high-strength external light thermal insulation wallboard of which the size is determined according to the house.
- A folding support is reserved on the external side surface of the floor to adjust the indoor ground to be level according to the site conditions.
- If there is a slit, the slit is sealed though a U-shaped or L-shaped interface and a rubber strip.
- The present invention has the advantageous effects that: the present invention realizes simple assembly, transportation, storage, recycling and reuse through the full industrialization production of modular units, greatly improves the dwelling function of temporary houses, and realizes the sustainable reuse of temporary houses, thereby meeting higher economic requirements.

- Specific embodiments of the present invention are further described below in combination with accompanying drawings and the technical solution.
- Before Use:
- While in use, the industrialized precast temporary house module in a folded state is unfolded. First, the stove is rotated 180 degrees around the shaft, and is fixed to the intermediate
rear side wallboard 9 through a reserved square hole; and then, the sealing plates are rotated around the shaft, to form respective closed bathroom and kitchen. An integrated water supply and sewage pipe is arranged in the bathroom, is reserved with an interface under the floor, and can be directly connected to the urban pipe network if qualified. If not qualified, light plastic water storage tank and waste storage tank are pre-stored in the bathroom to facilitate temporary use. The side wallboards folded at both ends through the shaft are unfolded in the order of bottom, top, left, right, to form the cube bedroom and kitchen. The unfolded side wallboards are fixed through bolts and latch devices, and the slit is sealed through a U-shaped or L-shaped interface and a pre-buried rubber strip. A folding support is reserved on the external side surface of the floor to adjust the indoor ground to be level according to the site conditions. Prefabricated plexiglass windows can be directly fixed at both ends of the unfolded building to form a lighting building end wall. A bed board that can be folded around the shaft is reserved on the external wall of the bathroom at the side close to the bedroom, and is unfolded to form bedroom furniture. So far, the entire temporary house is unfolded to the normal dwelling state. - After Use:
- First, the box cover type wallboards at both ends are removed, then, the enclosing plates are folded around the shaft and reset, to return to the state of the industrialized precast temporary house module in a folded state which has a size of 2.7 m×1.8 m×2.7 m (L×W×H), and the box cover type wallboards removed before use are used for sealing, packaging, sterilizing and storing at the two ends, and can be repeatedly used for many times.
Claims (8)
1. A folding industrialized precast temporary house module, comprising: external windows, a floor, a roof, a side wallboard and a roof tarpaulin, wherein each of the floor, the roof and the side wallboard is provided with a window and a door as required;
the floor includes three parts, including a left floor, a right floor and an intermediate fixed floor, wherein the left floor and the right floor are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediate fixed floor respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated floor;
the roof includes three parts, including a left roof, a right roof and an intermediate fixed roof, wherein the left roof and the right roof are foldable are located on both sides of the intermediate fixed roof respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated roof;
the side wallboard includes a left rear side wallboard, a right rear side wallboard, an intermediate rear side wallboard, a right front side wallboard, an intermediate front side wallboard and a left front side wallboard, wherein the left rear side wallboard and the right rear side wallboard are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediate rear side wallboard respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated rear side wallboard; and the right front side wallboard and the left front side wallboard are foldable, are located on both sides of the intermediate front side wallboard respectively, and are unfolded into an integrated front side wallboard;
after the floor, the roof, the front side wallboard and the rear side wallboard are unfolded, a main space of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is formed, and the external windows are installed on both sides of the main space the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is assembled; and the roof of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is covered with a roof tarpaulin; and
in the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, a main fixed structure is formed by the intermediate fixed floor, the intermediate fixed roof, the intermediate rear side wallboard and the intermediate front side wallboard, the front side wallboard, the rear side wallboard, the roof and the floor are folded in the main fixed structure in sequence, the main fixed structure is divided into an upper space and a lower space; and the external windows are snap-fitted at both ends of the main fixed structure respectively to form a cube structure.
2. The folding industrialized precast temporary house module according to claim 1 , wherein the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is divided into a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, and the three are supplementarily isolated by folding sealing plates to form relatively independent spaces; the bedroom is located at one end of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, the kitchen is located at the other end of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, and the bedroom and the kitchen respectively occupy a part of the space formed by the main fixed structure; the bathroom is located in the main fixed structure of the folding industrialized precast temporary house module, the space thereof is less than the space formed by the main fixed structure, and a pedestal pan is fixed to the intermediate rear side wallboard (9) and is located in the lower space of the main fixed structure;
the kitchen includes a basic stove which is foldable and is folded in the upper space of the main fixing structure; and
the bedroom includes a folding bed which is folded in the main fixed structure.
3. The folding industrialized precast temporary house module according to claim 1 , wherein the folding industrialized precast temporary house module is externally provided with a high-strength external light thermal insulation wallboard of which the size is determined according to the house.
4. The folding industrialized precast temporary house module according to claim 1 , wherein a folding support is reserved on the external side surface of the floor to adjust the indoor ground to be level according to the site conditions.
5. The folding industrialized precast temporary house module according to claim 3 , wherein a folding support is reserved on the external side surface of the floor to adjust the indoor ground to be level according to the site conditions.
6. The folding industrialized precast temporary house module according to claim 1 , wherein if there is a slit, the slit is sealed though a U-shaped or L-shaped interface and a rubber strip.
