Description

一种电梯用安全轿厢 技术领域
本发明属于轿厢技术领域,具体涉及一种电梯用安全轿厢。
背景技术
轿厢是电梯用以承载和运送人员和物资的箱形空间。轿厢一般由轿底、轿壁、轿顶、轿门等主要部件构成。是电梯用来运载乘客或货物及其他载荷的轿体部件。吊顶通常为镜面不锈钢材料;轿底为2mm厚PVC大理石纹地或20mm厚大理石拼花。轿厢内部净高度不应小于2m,使用人员正常出入轿厢入口的净高度不应小于2m,对于轿厢的凹进和凸出部分,也不管其是否有单独门保护,在计算轿厢最大有效面积时均必须算入,当门关闭时,轿厢入口的任何有效面积也应计入。
电梯作为一种机械设备就难免会发生故障,虽然大多数电梯轿厢在底面都安装有减震弹簧,但由于落下高度较高并不能起到很好的保护作用,没有任何保护措施的情况下电梯轿厢内部的人员很容易受到损害,因此设计了一种电梯用安全轿厢,该电梯用安全轿厢操作方便,安全性能高,具有很强的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电梯用安全轿厢,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电梯用安全轿 厢,包括底座和保护机构,所述底座上表面通过高压弹簧固定连接有厢体,所述厢体内部底面前端贯通连接有滑槽,所述滑槽上滑动连接有轿厢门,所述厢体内壁中部安装有扶手,所述厢体上表面中部镶嵌连接有逃生门,所述保护机构包括储氮罐、电动阀门、氮气软管和安全气囊,所述储氮罐与底座内部上表面固定连接,所述储氮罐底面中心处安装有电动阀门,所述电动阀门底端通过氮气软管与安全气囊连通,所述厢体左侧内壁顶端安装有电动阀门控制器,所述底座左侧内壁底端固定连接有电源。
优选的,所述厢体左右两侧内壁上端均转动连接限位销,且在轿厢门上贯通连接有与限位销相对应的限位槽。
优选的,所述厢体内部安装有增强保护层,且增强保护层由双层5mm玻璃纤维组成。
优选的,所述储氮罐内部安装有保温层,且在储氮罐与底座内壁之间填充有缓冲海绵。
优选的,所述安全气囊内壁粘接有密封橡胶,且在安全气囊上安装有安全阀。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该电梯用安全轿厢,通过限位销可以固定住轿厢门,避免轿厢门在下降过程中被打开以至于电梯内部人员掉出该电梯用安全轿厢,通过密封橡胶提高安全气囊的气密性,同时安全阀起到泄气的作用避免安全气囊因快速充气引发爆炸,通过电动阀门控制器可以打开电动阀门,以此给安全气囊充气在落地时安全气 囊可以起到很好的缓冲作用,大大提高了轿厢的安全性能,该电梯用安全轿厢操作方便,安全性能高,具有很强的实用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明的结构示意图,一种电梯用安全轿厢,包括底座1和保护机构8,所述底座1上表面通过高压弹簧2固定连接有厢体3,所述高压弹簧2至少安装有16个,且高压弹簧2以矩形均匀分布在底座1上表面,通过高压弹簧有效缓冲轿厢下降时所受到的冲击力,增强轿厢的安全性,所述厢体3内部安装有增强保护层,且增强保护层由双层5mm玻璃纤维组成,通过双层玻璃纤维大大提高了厢体3的牢固性,所述厢体3内部底面前端贯通连接有滑槽4,所 述滑槽4上滑动连接有轿厢门5,所述厢体3左右两侧内壁上端均转动连接限位销,且在轿厢门5上贯通连接有与限位销相对应的限位槽,通过限位销可以固定住轿厢门5,避免轿厢门5在下降过程中被打开以至于电梯内部人员掉出该电梯用安全轿厢,所述厢体3内壁中部安装有扶手6,所述扶手6上安装有防滑套,且扶手6距厢体3内部底面1米,所述厢体3上表面中部镶嵌连接有逃生门7,所述厢体3左侧内壁顶端安装有电动阀门控制器9,所述电动阀门控制器9为BFC-3A型智能电动阀门控制器,所述底座1左侧内壁底端固定连接有电源10。
请参阅图1和图2,图2为本发明中保护机构的结构示意图,所述保护机构8包括储氮罐81、电动阀门82、氮气软管83和安全气囊84,所述储氮罐81与底座1内部上表面固定连接,所述储氮罐81内部安装有保温层,且在储氮罐81与底座1内壁之间填充有缓冲海绵,所述储氮罐81底面中心处安装有电动阀门82,所述电动阀门82底端通过氮气软管83与安全气囊84连通,所述安全气囊84内壁粘接有密封橡胶,且在安全气囊84上安装有安全阀,通过密封橡胶可以提高安全气囊84的气密性,同时安全阀起到泄气的作用避免安全气囊84因快速充气引发爆炸。
请参阅图1和图3,图3为本发明的电路原理图,包括电动阀门82、电动阀门控制器9和电源10,所述电源10通过导线与电动阀门控制器9电性连接,所述电性阀门控制器9通过导线与电动阀门82电性连接,所述电动阀门82通过导线与电源10电性连接,通过电动 阀门控制器9可以打开电动阀门82,以此给安全气囊84充气。
工作原理:当电梯发生故障不断下降时,首先通过电动阀门控制器9打开电动阀门82,以此给安全气囊84充气,在落地时安全气囊84可以起到很好的缓冲作用,大大提高了轿厢的安全性能,再通过限位销固定住轿厢门5,避免轿厢门5在下降过程中被打开以至于电梯内部人员掉出该电梯用安全轿厢,同时用手抓牢扶手6,防止摔倒,然后下坠停止时打开逃生门7踩着扶手6逃出。

  1. 一种电梯用安全轿厢,包括底座(1)和保护机构(8),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上表面通过高压弹簧(2)固定连接有厢体(3),所述厢体(3)内部底面前端贯通连接有滑槽(4),所述滑槽(4)上滑动连接有轿厢门(5),所述厢体(3)内壁中部安装有扶手(6),所述厢体(3)上表面中部镶嵌连接有逃生门(7),所述保护机构(8)包括储氮罐(81)、电动阀门(82)、氮气软管(83)和安全气囊(84),所述储氮罐(81)与底座(1)内部上表面固定连接,所述储氮罐(81)底面中心处安装有电动阀门(82),所述电动阀门(82)底端通过氮气软管(83)与安全气囊(84)连通,所述厢体(3)左侧内壁顶端安装有电动阀门控制器(9),所述底座(1)左侧内壁底端固定连接有电源(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯用安全轿厢,其特征在于:所述厢体(3)左右两侧内壁上端均转动连接限位销,且在轿厢门(5)上贯通连接有与限位销相对应的限位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯用安全轿厢,其特征在于:所述厢体(3)内部安装有增强保护层,且增强保护层由双层5mm玻璃纤维组成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯用安全轿厢,其特征在于:所述储氮罐(81)内部安装有保温层,且在储氮罐(81)与底座(1)内壁之间填充有缓冲海绵。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯用安全轿厢,其特征在于: 所述安全气囊(84)内壁粘接有密封橡胶,且在安全气囊(84)上安装有安全阀。
