Description

本发明涉及锁具领域,特别是一种挂锁。
背景技术
传统的机械锁具与解锁装置通常采用接触式连接结构,存在安全性低,故障率高,功能局限性大等缺点。随着电子锁具的研发,其已经普遍使用于现在社会中。锁芯是锁具中最重要的一个组件,锁具的开启和锁止的绝大部分动作都通过锁芯来完成。
图1所示为现有的一种智能挂锁的结构示意图。请参见图1、授权公告号CN205531813U的文献公开了一种电子挂锁,包括锁体、锁钩(锁梁)和锁芯组件,锁芯组件包括:闭锁弹珠(硬球),闭锁弹珠与锁钩凹槽配合;闭锁转轴,闭锁转轴可转动地装于锁体内,闭锁转轴具有第一转动位置和第二转动位置,当闭锁转轴转动至第一转动位置时将闭锁弹珠推入锁钩凹槽中,当闭锁转轴转动至第二转动位置时松开闭锁弹珠;电机驱动机构,电机驱动机构通过离合机构与闭锁转轴相连,电机驱动机构驱动闭锁转轴从第一转动位置转动至第二转动位置;弹性复位件,弹性复位件使闭锁转轴复位至第一转动位置;和电子部件,电子部件用于控制电机驱动机构。
但是该锁芯结构相对较为复杂,内部组件较多,导致安装相对复杂,生产成本较高;同时其闭锁解锁方式单一,已经无法满足多元化市场需要,无法实现同时具备机、电闭锁功能。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种挂锁,零件数量少。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种挂锁,包括锁体、U形的锁梁、钢球,该锁梁开设有与该钢球对应的配合凹陷,该挂锁还包括位于该锁体内的转动柱、驱动机构,该转动柱具有用于将该钢球限制在该配合凹 陷内的凸出部分和用于为该钢球提供脱离该配合凹陷空间的缺口部分;该转动柱下端具有朝向该驱动机构延伸的摆臂,该驱动机构用于和该摆臂配合带动该转动柱从该凸出部分朝向该钢球的锁定位置转动到该缺口部分朝向该钢球的解锁位置,以允许该钢球与该配合凹陷完全分离;该转动柱和该锁体之间设有用于将所述转动轴处于锁定位置的弹性保持部。
在本发明的挂锁的一个实施例中,所述锁体包括隔板,所述转动柱和所述摆臂之间具有穿过所述隔板的下转轴,所述隔板用于限制该转动轴沿轴线方向移动。

本发明的挂锁中,通过控制转动柱的凸出部分或缺口部分朝向钢球,实现挂锁的锁定或解锁,挂锁的结构简单,结构紧凑。

请参见图2、3,本发明第一实施例的挂锁,包括U形的锁梁1、锁体2、转动柱3、钢球4,驱动机构5。锁梁1、锁体2通过配合实现挂锁的锁定或开启。转动柱3、钢球4,驱动机构5都容纳在锁体2内。
锁梁1开设有与钢球4对应的配合凹陷10,优选的锁梁1与锁体2间具有锁梁压簧1t。锁梁1包括长锁杆11、弧形的连接杆12、短锁杆13。

请参见图7-9,转动柱3具有用于将钢球4限制在配合凹陷10内的凸出部分32和用于为钢球4提供脱离配合凹陷10空间的缺口部分31;向下延伸有圆形的下转轴33,优选的转动柱3向上延伸有圆形的上转轴34,锁壳21具有容纳上转轴34的上转轴孔,上转轴孔为盲孔。上转轴34和下转轴33的截面小于转动柱3截面,转动柱3下端具有朝向驱动机构延伸的摆臂34。转动柱3和锁体2之间设有用于将转动轴3处于锁定位置的弹性保持部3t。当转动柱3处于锁定位置时,摆臂34抵靠限制部221。摆臂34包括为分别朝向驱动机构5的第一锁芯、第二锁芯延伸的第一接触部341、第一接触部342。
凸出部分32为围绕转动柱3转动轴线C的圆弧形面。当凸出部分32朝向钢球4时,钢球4的球心A,E、凸出部分32与钢球的接触点B,D、转动轴线C位于同一平面,这是为了保证在挂锁锁定状态下,暴力向上拉动锁梁时,钢球对转动柱的压力方向朝向转动轴线C,防止转动柱受钢球压力产生转动。
钢球4的数量为两个,转动柱3位于两个钢球4之间。
请参见图10-12,驱动机构5用于带动转动柱3从凸出部分32朝向钢 球4的锁定位置转动到缺口部分31朝向钢球4的解锁位置,以允许钢球4与配合凹陷10完全分离。
驱动机构包括由第一锁芯驱动旋转的第一解锁部,摆臂具有与第一解锁部对应的第一接触部341,第一解锁部用于挤压第一接触部341使摆臂从与锁定位置对应的限制位置移动到与解锁位置对应的畅通位置。
驱动机构还包括由第二锁芯驱动旋转的第二解锁部,摆臂具有与第二解锁部对应的第一接触部342,第二解锁部用于挤压第一接触部342使活动板从与锁定位置对应的限制位置移动到与解锁位置对应的畅通位置。
第一锁芯51为电子锁芯,第二锁芯54为机械锁芯。第一解锁部52为偏心轴、第二解锁部55为凸轮。
请参见图10,挂锁还包括验证模块和控制模块,第一锁芯、验证模块均与控制模块电连接,该控制模块用于当验证模块通过验证后控制模块向第一锁芯供电。验证模块为蓝牙验证模块、密码输入模块、声音验证模块、人脸识别模块、指纹验证模块中的一种。
请参见图11第一解锁部、第二解锁部不挤压第一接触部341、第一接触部342,在弹性保持部的作用下,摆臂处于限制位置,这时转动柱的凸出部分朝向钢球,凸出部分将钢球限制在配合凹陷内,实现该锁体与该锁梁的锁定。
使用者通过与验证模块对应的方式输入验证信息,验证模块通过验证后,控制模块向第一锁芯供电,第一解锁部旋转挤压第一接触部341,摆臂从限制位置向畅通位置转动,使转动柱从锁定位置转动到解锁位置,同时弹性保持部储备了弹性势能。在锁梁压簧的作用下,钢球受到配合凹陷的挤压而脱离配合凹陷,锁梁移动到开启位置。这时控制器控制第一锁芯掉电,此后在弹性保持部的作用下转动柱、第一接触部341复位。
请参见图12,使用者使用机械钥匙,使第二解锁部的转动部分旋转挤压第一接触部342,摆臂从限制位置向畅通位置移动,使转动柱从锁定位置转动到解锁位置。在锁梁压簧的作用下,钢球受到配合凹陷的挤压而脱离配合凹陷,锁梁移动到开启位置。
锁梁移动到开启位置时,锁梁的长锁杆还留在锁梁孔内,长锁杆将限制钢球的移动范围,使转动柱处于解锁位置。
使用者需要再次将挂锁锁定时,使用者按压弧形连接杆使短锁杆进入锁梁孔,当配合凹陷的位置和钢球对应时在弹性保持部的作用下,转动柱的凸出部分朝向钢球,凸出部分将钢球挤压并限制在配合凹陷内,实现该锁体与该锁梁的锁定。本发明的挂锁中,通过控制转动柱的凸出部分或缺口部分朝向钢球,实现挂锁的锁定或解锁,挂锁的结构简单,结构紧凑。
以上,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化和修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挂锁,包括锁体、U形的锁梁、钢球,该锁梁开设有与该钢球对应的配合凹陷,其特征在于,该挂锁还包括位于该锁体内的转动柱、驱动机构,该转动柱具有用于将该钢球限制在该配合凹陷内的凸出部分和用于为该钢球提供脱离该配合凹陷空间的缺口部分;该转动柱下端具有朝向该驱动机构延伸的摆臂,该驱动机构用于和该摆臂配合带动该转动柱从该凸出部分朝向该钢球的锁定位置转动到该缺口部分朝向该钢球的解锁位置,以允许该钢球与该配合凹陷完全分离;该转动柱和该锁体之间设有用于将所述转动轴处于锁定位置的弹性保持部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述锁体包括隔板,所述转动柱和所述摆臂之间具有穿过所述隔板的下转轴,所述隔板用于限制该转动轴沿轴线方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括由第一锁芯驱动旋转的第一解锁部,所述摆臂具有与所述第一解锁部对应的第一接触部,所述第一解锁部用于挤压该第一接触部使该摆臂从与所述锁定位置对应的限制位置移动到与所述解锁位置对应的畅通位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括由第二锁芯驱动旋转的第二解锁部,所述摆臂具有与所述第二解锁部对应的第二接触部,所述第二解锁部用于挤压该第二接触部使该活动板从与所述锁定位置对应的限制位置移动到与所述解锁位置对应的畅通位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述弹性保持部为扭簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述第一锁芯为电子锁芯,所述第二锁芯为机械锁芯。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述钢球的数量为两个,所述转动柱位于两个所述钢球之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述锁梁与所述锁体间具有锁梁压簧,所述第一解锁部、所述第二解锁部为凸轮 或偏心轴。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述挂锁还包括验证模块和控制模块,所述第一锁芯、所述验证模块均与所述控制模块电连接,该控制模块用于当所述验证模块通过验证后所述控制模块向所述第一锁芯供电。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的挂锁,其特征在于,所述验证模块为蓝牙验证模块、密码输入模块、声音验证模块、人脸识别模块、指纹验证模块中的一种。
