Description

一种快速互换治具底座 技术领域
本实用新型涉及CNC设备技术领域,具体为一种快速互换治具底座。
背景技术
CNC又叫做电脑锣、CNCCH或数控机床其实是香港那边的一种叫法,后来传入大陆珠三角,其实就是数控铣床,在广,江浙沪一带有人叫“CNC加工中心,一般CNC加工通常是指精密机械加工、CNC加工车床、CNC加工铣床、CNC加工镗铣床等,数控车床进给加工路线指车刀从对刀点(或机床固定原点)开始运动起,直至返回该点并结束加工程序所经过的路径,包括切削加工的路径及刀具切入、切出等非切削空行程路径。精加工的进给路线基本上都是沿其零件轮廓顺序进行的,因此,确定进给路线的工作重点是确定粗加工及空行程的进给路线。
市场上许多的产品都是通过CNC加工制成,CNC给制造产品提供了极大的便利,但因为产品的多样化,导致CNC治具的置换变得繁琐,不同的产品对应着不同的治具,因此提出一种快速互换治具底座,使得治具底座可快速互换,提供了便利,提高了生产效率。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种快速互换治具底座,具备可快速互换等优点,解决了上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种快速互换治具底座,包括底座板,所述底座板的中部开设有中孔,所述底座板上端的中部开设有第一缺口,所述底座板下端的中部开设有第二缺口,所述第一缺口和第二缺口的两侧均开设有第二通槽,所述通槽内贯穿有第二固定螺栓,所述底 座板的两侧均开设有第一通槽,所述第一通槽远离中孔的一侧开设有定位孔,所述定位孔内贯穿有第一固定螺栓,所述底座板通过第一固定螺栓固定安装有固定块,所述固定块的中部固定连接有位块。
优选的,所述第二通槽的数量为四个,且四个所述第二通槽以矩形阵列的形式设置在底座板的表面。
优选的,所述底座板的表面位于中孔的一侧开设有横排定位孔,所述横排定位孔的数量为四个。
优选的,所述底座板的表面位于中孔的另一侧开设有竖排定位孔,所述竖排定位孔的数量为四个。
优选的,所述横排定位孔的上表面设置有第一卡块。
优选的,所述竖排定位孔的上表面设置有第二卡块。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种快速互换治具底座,具备以下

1、该快速互换治具底座,通过第一通槽、第二通槽、第一固定螺栓和第二固定螺栓的设置,使得治具底座可通过螺栓的松紧进行快速的置换,置换方便,且操作简单,起到快速互换的作用。
2、该快速互换治具底座,通过横排定位孔、竖排定位孔和中孔的设置,使得治具底座的表面可通过横排定位孔、竖排定位孔和中孔来安装固定辅助卡块,用于装载不同型号的治具。

请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种快速互换治具底座,包括底座板1,底座板1的表面位于中孔2的一侧开设有横排定位孔12,横排定位孔12的数量为四个,底座板1的表面位于中孔2的另一侧开设有竖排定位孔13,竖排定位孔13的数量为四个,横排定位孔12的上表面设置有第一卡块14,竖排定位孔13的上表面设置有第二卡块15,底座板1的中部开设有中孔2,底座板1上端的中部开设有第一缺口3,底座板1下端的中部开设有第二缺口4,第一缺口3和第二缺口4的两侧均开设有第二通槽5,通槽5内贯穿有第二固定螺栓6,第二通槽5的数量为四个,且四个第二通槽5以矩形阵列的形式设置在底座板1的表面,底座板1的两侧均开设有第一通槽7,第一通槽7远离中孔2的一侧开设有定位孔8,定位孔8内贯穿有第一固定螺栓9,该快速互换治具底座,通过第一通槽7、第二通槽5、第一固定螺栓9和第二固定螺栓6的设置,使得治具底座可通过螺栓的松紧进行快速的置换,置换方便,且操作简单,起到快速互换的作用,底座板1通过第一固定螺栓9固定安装有固定块10,固定块10的中部固定连接有位块11。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
综上所述,该快速互换治具底座,通过第一通槽7、第二通槽5、第一固定螺栓9和第二固定螺栓6的设置,使得治具底座可通过螺栓的松紧进行快速的置换,置换方便,且操作简单,起到快速互换的作用,通过横排定位孔 12、竖排定位孔13和中孔2的设置,使得治具底座的表面可通过横排定位孔12、竖排定位孔13和中孔2来安装固定辅助卡块,用于装载不同型号的治具。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速互换治具底座,其特征在于:所述第二通槽(5)的数量为四个,且四个所述第二通槽(5)以矩形阵列的形式设置在底座板(1)的表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速互换治具底座,其特征在于:所述底座板(1)的表面位于中孔(2)的一侧开设有横排定位孔(12),所述横排定位孔(12)的数量为四个。
