模式4:如图2所示,车载终端采用侦听(sensing)+预留(reservation)的传输方式。车载终端在资源池中通过侦听的方式获取可用的传输资源集合,终端从该集合中随机选取一个资源进行数据的传输。由于车联网系统中的业务具有周期性特征,因此终端通常采用半静态传输的方式,即终端选取一个传输资源后,就会在多个传输周期中持续的使用该资源,从而降低资源重选以及资源冲突的概率。终端会在本次传输的控制信息中携带预留下次传输资源的信息,从而使得其他终端可以通过检测该用户的控制信息判断这块资源是否被该用户预留和使用,达到降低资源冲突的目的。
对于载波聚合(CA:carrier aggregation),支持数据复制传输(data  duplication)的方案利用PDCP的复制数据功能,使复制的PDCP PDU分别传输到两个RLC entity(两个不同的逻辑信道),并最终保证复制的PDCP PDU能够在不同物理层聚合载波上传输,从而达到频率分集增益以提高数据传输可靠性。具体的协议结构如图3所示。
上述现有技术的问题在于,如何让发送端知道,对于目标业务是进行复制传输还是非复制传输?
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法及其设备,以决定对于目标业务是否进行复制传输。
为了解决上述问题,本申请公开了一种通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,包括:
获取包含目标业务的可靠性要求的第一指标和第一配置;
根据该第一指标和该第一配置,确定用户设备是否对该目标业务的数据进行复制传输,其中,
该第一配置包含目标业务的可靠性要求和是否进行复制传输的第一对应关系。
在一优选例中,该第一配置包括第一门限,其中,如果该第一指标高于该第一门限,则确定该用户设备对该目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
在一优选例中,如果该第一指标低于该第一门限,则确定该用户设备对该目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
在一优选例中,该第一指标包括该通信系统的信道繁忙率。

本申请实施方式与现有技术相比,使得发送端可以根据配置,为不同的目标业务选择合适的传输方式。基于现有技术,网络设备无法针对不同情况区别确定是否需要进行数据复制传输。一方面,若对于所有业务都进行数据复制,虽然所有业务的可靠性都可以提高,但是会消耗大量资源;另一方面,对于有些业务来说,并不需要提高可靠性。通过使用本发明,网络控制用户针对特定业务开启数据复制,从而在业务可靠性和资源有效性之间进行有效平衡。

本申请的技术方案可以应用于各种终端到终端通信系统,例如车联网等。
本发明第一实施方式涉及一种通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法。图4是该通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法的流程示意图。该方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤401中,用户设备获取包含目标业务的可靠性要求的第一指标和第一配置,其中第一配置包含目标业务的可靠性要求和是否进行复制传输的第一对应关系。
在步骤402中,根据所获取的第一指标和第一配置,确定用户设备是否对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标和配置的方式可以是多种多样的,下面举几个实施例。
实施例1:预先设定一个可靠性要求门限(即第一门限),当目标业务的可靠性要求高于该门限(即代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标高于第一门限),则用户设备进行数据复制传输。或者如果第一指标低于第一门限, 则确定用户设备对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。其中,代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标可以是误码率、误比特率、误块率、正确传输概率等。
实施例2:第一配置可以结合通信系统的信道繁忙率channel busy ratio(CBR)设定。
可选地,可以当CBR变化时,改变第一配置。例如某个用户设备的当前配置为进行数据复制传输,当CBR变化时,网络侧将该用户设备的当前配置改变为不进行数据复制传输。
可选地,配置一个表(即第二对应关系,该表包括信道繁忙率与是否进行复制传输的对应关系)。在步骤402中,用户设备根据自身测量得到的信道繁忙率值,查询第二对应关系,根据查询结果确定是否对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
可选地,配置一个门限(即第二门限),在步骤402中,如果用户设备自身测量得到的信道繁忙率值低于第二门限,则对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
实施例3:依据不同的可靠性要求设定的第一配置可以根据目标业务的优先级PPPP(prose per packet priority)不同而不同。
可选地,配置一个表(即第三对应关系,其中包括信道繁忙率与是否进行复制传输的对应关系),在步骤402中,用户设备根据自身测量得到的目标业务的优先级,查询第三对应关系,根据查询结果确定是否对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
可选地,配置一个门限(即第三门限),在步骤402中,如果用户设备自身测量得到的目标业务的优先级值低于第三门限,则对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
可选地,配置包括一个集合,在步骤402中,如果用户设备自身测量 得到的目标业务的优先级值属于集合,则对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。

当配置可以根据目标业务的优先级PPPP不同而不同时,可以更进一步地配置复制数据的逻辑信道和载波的映射关系。

上面描述了3个实施例,但本申请并不限于这3个实施例。而且这3个实施例即可独立地实施,也可以将3个实施例中三种设置条件以任意方式组合来体现可靠性要求。可选地,可以在设置中包括误码率、CBR和PPPP的一个或多个组合条件,当某个组合条件满足时,对目标业务的数据进行(或不进行)复制传输。可选地,可靠性要求是CBR和PPPP的配置的特定组合,当该组合的可靠性要求得到满足,则对目标业务的数据进行复制传输,该特定组合可以是根据实际需要设置,例如CBR低于一个门限并且PPPP低于另一个门限,又如CBR低于一个门限并且PPPP被映射到多于一个的载波,再如CBR处于一个预定的范围中并且PPPP属于一个预先设定的集合,等等。
本发明第二实施方式涉及一种通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备。该设备包括:
获取单元,用于获取包含目标业务的可靠性要求的第一指标和第一配置,其中第一配置包含目标业务的可靠性要求和是否进行复制传输的第一对应关系。可选地,配置可以存储在用户设备的存储器中,控制单元可以是一个处理器或逻辑控制电路。
控制单元,用于根据所述第一指标和所述第一配置,确定用户设备是否对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标和配置的方式可以是多种多样的,下面举几个实施例。
实施例4:在第一配置中预先设定一个可靠性要求门限(即第一门限),控制单元进行判断,当目标业务的可靠性要求高于该门限(即代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标高于第一门限),则进行数据复制传输;当目标业务的可靠性要求低于该门限(即代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标高于第一门限),则不进行数据复制传输。其中,代表目标业务可靠性要求的指标可以是误码率、误比特率、误块率、正确传输概率等。
实施例5:第一配置可以结合系统的CBR设定。
可选地,可以当CBR变化时,改变配置。例如某个用户设备的当前配置为不进行数据复制传输,当CBR变化时,网络侧将该用户设备的当前配置改变为进行数据复制传输。
可选地,配置一个表(即第二对应关系,该表包括信道繁忙率与是否进行复制传输的对应关系)。控制单元根据用户设备自身测量得到的信道繁忙率值,查询第二对应关系,根据查询结果确定是否对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
可选地,配置一个门限(即第二门限),控制单元判断,如果用户设备自身测量得到的信道繁忙率值低于第二门限,则对目标业务的数据进行复制传输。

    配置复制数据的RLC实体和载波的映射关系。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述配置复制数据的RLC实体和载波的映射关系包括:
    对于不同的目标业务的优先级,分别配置RLC实体和载波的映射关系。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述配置复制数据的RLC实体和载波的映射关系包括:
    对于不同的目标业务的优先级,分别配置逻辑信道和载波的映射关系。
  16. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置是针对每个资源池的单独配置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一配置的可靠性要求被满足时,用户设备可以使用所述资源池进行数据复制传输。
  18. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置是针对每个载波的单独 配置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一配置的可靠性要求被满足时,用户设备可以使用所述载波进行数据复制传输。
  20. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括:固化在所述用户设备中的预配置。
  21. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括:网络广播的配置。
  22. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括:网络给特定用户设备的专用配置。
  23. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述通信系统是终端到终端通信系统。
  24. 一种通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取包含目标业务的可靠性要求的第一指标和第一配置;
    控制单元,用于根据所述第一指标和所述第一配置,确定用户设备是否对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输,其中所述第一配置包含目标业务的可靠性要求和是否进行复制传输的第一对应关系。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括第一门限,其中,如果所述第一指标高于所述第一门限,则所述用户设备对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输 的设备,其特征在于,如果所述第一指标低于所述第一门限,则所述用户设备对所述目标业务的数据不进行复制传输。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述指标包括所述通信系统的信道繁忙率。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括信道繁忙率与是否进行复制传输的第二对应关系;并且,
    所述控制单元用于:所述用户设备根据测量的信道繁忙率值,以及所述第二对应关系,确定是否对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括第二门限;
    所述控制单元用于:如果所述用户设备的信道繁忙率值低于所述第二门限,则确定对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  30. 根据权利要求24所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述指标包括所述目标业务的优先级
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括所述业务的优先级与是否进行复制传输的第三对应关系;
    所述控制单元用于:根据所述用户设备的所述目标业务的优先级,以及所述第三对应关系,确定是否对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括第三门限;
    所述控制单元用于:如果所述用户设备的所述目标业务的优先级值低于所述第三门限,则确定对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括一个集合;
    所述控制单元用于:如果所述用户设备的所述目标业务的优先级值属于所述集合,则对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  34. 根据权利要求30所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述第一配置包括所述目标业务的优先级和载波的映射关系。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述控制单元用于:如果根据所述用户设备的所述目标业务的优先级值和所述映射关系,判定所述目标业务的优先级值被映射到多于一个载波,则确定对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输。
  36. 根据权利要求34所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述控制单元用于:根据所述目标业务的优先级值和所述映射关系,确定可以对所述目标业务的数据进行复制传输的载波。
  37. 根据权利要求24至36中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,还包括映射关系配置单元,用于配置复制数据的RLC实体和载波的映射关系。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述映射关系配置单元进一步用于,对于不同的目标业务的优先级,分别配置RLC实体和载波的映射关系。
  39. 根据权利要求37所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的设备,其特征在于,所述映射关系配置单元进一步用于,对于不同的目标业务的优先级,分别配置逻辑信道和载波的映射关系。
  40. 根据权利要求24至36中任一项所述的通信系统中控制用户设备 进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,所述第一配置是针对每个资源池的单独配置。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的通信系统中控制用户设备进行复制传输的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一配置的可靠性要求被满足时,用户设备可以使用所述资源池进行数据复制传输。
