Abstract

有機物の分解処理能力を、従来よりも一段と向上させることができる有機物分解処理用イオン生成装置及び有機物分解処理装置を提供する。有機物分解処理用イオン生成装置4は、対向配置された針電極12及び平板電極13と、正極性の直流電圧を針電極12に印加する直流電源部9と、を備える。直流電源部9には、直流電圧を所定の電圧値に設定し、大気圧中で針電極12及び平板電極13の間に正極性コロナ放電を発生させる電圧制御部10を有する。
