进一步地,上述立式空调室内机还包括:第一风扇电机和第二风扇电机。第一风扇电机用于驱动第一贯流风扇旋转,第二风扇电机用于驱动第二贯流风扇旋转。第一风扇电机和第二风扇电机单独开启/关闭。在本发明中,第一贯流风扇和第二贯流风扇可以根据用户的使用需求分别单独开启,当然也可以同时开启。当其中某个贯流风扇关闭时,其对应的送风系统可以保持关闭。当用户需要室内机大风量送风时,可以同时开启两个贯流风扇,当需要室内机小风量送风时,可以单独开启一个贯流风扇,因此本发明的立式空调室内机具有多种出风模式,进一步提高了用户使用体验。
更进一步地,当第一转动蜗壳转动至连通第一出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与第一出风风道相同;当转动至连通第三出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与第一支路风道相同。本发明室内机的转动蜗壳的形状与出风风道和支路风道弯曲形状相适配,因此转动蜗壳连接任意出风口,气流均能够顺畅流通。
根据下文结合附图对本发明具体实施例的详细描述,本领域技术人员将会更加明了本发明的上述以及其他目的、优点和特征。

具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种立式空调室内机,如图1、图2、图3所示。该空调室内机包括:壳体100、第一贯流风扇210、第二贯流风扇220、一室内机换热器300、第一转动蜗壳410和第二转动蜗壳420。
壳体100由前板、后板和左右两侧板组成,该立式空调室内机的截面近似成矩形。壳体100前板开设有位于左右两侧的第一出风口101和第二出风口102,壳体100的左右两侧板分别开设有第三出风口103和第四出风口104,上述四个出风口101、102、103、104均沿立式空调的竖向延伸。优选地,第一出风口101和第二出风口102左右对称设置,第三出风口103和第四出风口104左右对称设置。壳体100的后板和左右两侧板的至少部分还开设有进风口105、106,在本实施例中,进风口105形成于壳体100的背板以及左侧板和右侧板靠近背板的部分上。优选地,进风口105、106处还可以设置进风格栅。
壳体100内部具有左右两套独立的送风系统。具体地,壳体100内部形成左右两个腔室,左腔室用于容纳第一送风系统,右腔室用于容纳第二送风系统。第一送风系统包括第一贯流风扇210、室内机换热器300的左半部分和第一转动蜗壳410;第二送风系统包括第二贯流风扇220、室内机换热器300的右半部分和第二转动蜗壳420。第一贯流风扇210和第二贯流风扇220分别沿空调室内的竖向延伸设置于壳体100内部的左右两侧的腔室内,第一贯流风扇210和第二贯流风扇220的大小长度均相同,而且贯流风扇的长度101、102、103、104与四个出风口的长度相适配。
室内机换热器300设置于两个贯流风扇210、220和进风口105之间,用于与进风口105的进风气流进行热交换。贯流风扇210、220将与换热器300换热后的气流吹往出风口。室内机换热器300沿室内机的竖向延伸设置,其截面呈U形,并部分包围两个贯流风扇210、220。本实施例中,换热器300具有三部分,其中一部分位于两个贯流风扇的后方,另外两个小部分位于两个贯流风扇210、220的左侧和右侧。在现有技术中,一般立式空调的室内机换热器仅设置于风扇后方,而本实施例的室内机增加了室内机换热器300位于贯流风扇210、220两侧面(即高风速区)的面积,从而提升换热效率。
第一转动蜗壳410设置于壳体100内部左侧的腔室内。第一贯流风扇210 位于第一转动蜗壳410的入口处,第一转动蜗壳410配置成可控地绕平行于空调室内机竖向的一条直线转动,以将其出口连通第一出风口101或第三出风口103。在本实施例中,立式空调室内机还包括第一旋转电机411,该第一旋转电机411连接第一转动蜗壳410,用于驱动第一转动蜗壳410转动。
第二转动蜗壳420设置于壳体100内部右侧的腔室内。第二贯流风扇220位于第二转动蜗壳420的入口处,第二转动蜗壳420配置成可控地绕平行于空调室内机竖向的一条直线转动,以将其出口连通第二出风口102或第四出风口104。立式空调室内机还包括第二旋转电机421,该第二旋转电机421连接第二转动蜗壳420,用于驱动第二转动蜗壳420转动。在本实施例中,优选地,上述两个转动蜗壳410、420大小、形状均相同,且设置位置对称。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第一旋转电机411和第二旋转电机421同步反向动作,以使得第一转动蜗壳410和第二转动蜗壳420做镜像转动。用户可以使用空调遥控器操纵两个转动蜗壳410、420转动至出口分别连通壳体100前板上的两个出风口(即第一出风口101和第二出风口102),实现室内机前向出风(气流方向如图1中的箭头所示)。用户还可以操纵两个转动蜗壳410、420转动至出口分别连通壳体100侧板上的两个出风口(即第三出风口103和第四出风口104),以实现室内机的侧向出风(气流方向如图2中的箭头所示)。在本发明另外一些实施例中,用户还可以控制第一转动蜗壳410连通第一出风口101,控制第二转动蜗壳420连通第四出风口104,以实现室内机部分前向出风、部分侧向出风。
在本实施例中,立式空调室内机还包括:第一出风风道111和第二出风风道112。第一出风风道111形成于壳体100内部左侧的腔室内,其沿空调室内机的前后方向延伸,且连通进风口105的左半部分和第一出风口101。第一出风风道111的出风路径上开设有通往第三出风口103的第一支路风道121,第一转动蜗壳410设置于第一出风风道111和第一支路风道121的交汇区域内。第二出风风道112形成于壳体100内部右侧的腔室内,其沿空调室内机的前后方向延伸,且连通进风口105的右半部分和第二出风口102。第二出风风道112的出风路径上开设有通往第四出风口104的第二支路风道122,第二转动蜗壳420设置于第二出风风道112和第二支路风道122的交汇区域内。
在本实施例中,优选地,第一出风风道111、第一支路风道121分别与 第二出风风道112、第二支路风道122左右对称设置。
当第一转动蜗壳410转动至连通第一出风口101时,其弯曲延伸方向与第一出风风道111的部分区段的弯曲延伸方向相同;当第二转动蜗壳420转动至连通第二出风口102时,其弯曲延伸方向与第二出风风道112的部分区段的弯曲延伸方向相同。当第一转动蜗壳410转动至连通第三出风口103时,其弯曲延伸方向与第一支路风道121相同;当第二转动蜗壳420转动至连通第四出风口104时,其弯曲延伸方向与第二支路风道122相同。本发明室内机的转动蜗壳的形状与相应的出风风道和支路风道弯曲形状相匹配,因此转动蜗壳连接任意出风口,气流均能够顺畅流通。
具体地,以第一转动蜗壳410为例,当第一转动蜗壳410转动至连通第一出风口101时,靠近室内机中间部分的蜗壳壁贴靠第一出风风道111的内侧壁,第一出风风道111开启,同时远离室内机中间部分的蜗壳壁封闭第一支路风道121,防止气流由第一支路风道121吹出(如图1所示)。当第一转动蜗壳410转动至连通第三出风口103时,靠近室内机中间部分的蜗壳壁封闭第一出风风道111,防止气流由第一出风风道111吹出,同时远离室内机中间部分的蜗壳壁对接第一支路风道121的风道壁(如图2所示)。第二转动蜗壳420的转动模式与第一转动蜗壳410相类似,这里不再赘述。
上述立式空调室内机还包括:第一风扇电机211和第二风扇电机221。第一风扇电机211连接第一贯流风扇210的一端,用于驱动第一贯流风扇210旋转。第二风扇电机221连接第二贯流风扇220的一端,用于驱动第二贯流风扇220旋转。第一风扇电机211和第二风扇电机221可以单独开启/关闭。在本实施例中,第一贯流风扇210和第二贯流风扇220可以根据用户的使用需求分别单独开启,当然也可以同时开启。
立式空调室内机还包括分别于设置每个出风口处的四个导风板组。第一导风板组510设置于第一出风口101处,用于开闭第一出风口101;第二导风板组520,设置于第二出风口102处,用于开闭第二出风口102;第三导风板组530,设置于第三出风口103处,用于开闭第三出风口103;第四导风板组540设置于第四出风口104处,用于开闭第四出风口104。每个导风板组均包含至少两块沿空调室内机竖向延伸的导风板。每个导风板还能够沿室内机竖向的一条直线转动,以调节对应出风口的出风方向。
本领域技术人员应理解,在没有特别说明的情况下,本发明实施例中所 称的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“横”、“竖”、“前”、“后”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语是以空调室内机的实际使用状态为基准而言的,这些用语仅是为了便于描述和理解本发明的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或部件必须具有特定的方位,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种立式空调室内机,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的前板开设有位于左右两侧的第一出风口和第二出风口,所述壳体的左侧板和右侧板分别开设有第三出风口和第四出风口,所述壳体的后板和左右两侧板的至少部分还开设有进风口;
    第一贯流风扇和第二贯流风扇,沿所述空调室内的竖向延伸设置于所述壳体内部的左右两侧;
    一室内机换热器,设置于两个贯流风扇与所述进风口之间;
    第一转动蜗壳,设置于所述壳体内部左侧,所述第一贯流风扇位于所述第一转动蜗壳的入口处,所述第一转动蜗壳配置成可控地绕平行于所述空调室内机竖向的一条直线转动,以将其出口连通所述第一出风口或所述第三出风口;和
    第二转动蜗壳,设置于所述壳体内部右侧,所述第二贯流风扇位于所述第二转动蜗壳的入口处,所述第二转动蜗壳配置成可控地绕平行于所述空调室内机竖向的一条直线转动,以将其出口连通所述第二出风口或所述第四出风口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式空调室内机,还包括:
    第一旋转电机,连接所述第一转动蜗壳,用于驱动所述第一转动蜗壳转动;和
    第二旋转电机,连接所述第二转动蜗壳,用于驱动所述第二转动蜗壳转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立式空调室内机,其中
    所述第一旋转电机和所述第二旋转电机同步反向动作,以使得所述第一转动蜗壳和所述第二转动蜗壳做镜像转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的立式空调室内机,还包括:
    第一出风风道,沿所述空调室内机的前后方向连通所述进风口的左半部分和所述第一出风口,其出风路径上开设有通往所述第三出风口的第一支路风道;
    第二出风风道,沿所述空调室内机的前后方向连通所述进风口的右半部分和所述第二出风口,其出风路径上开设有通往所述第四出风口的第二支路风道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的立式空调室内机,其中
    所述第一出风风道、第一支路风道分别与所述第二出风风道、第二支路风道左右对称。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的立式空调室内机,其中
    所述第一转动蜗壳设置于所述第一出风风道与所述第一支路风道的交汇区域内;
    所述第一转动蜗壳转动至连通所述第一出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与所述第一出风风道相同;
    所述第一转动蜗壳转动至连通所述第三出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与所述第一支路风道相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的立式空调室内机,其中
    所述第二转动蜗壳设置于所述第二出风风道与所述第二支路风道的交汇区域内;
    所述第二转动蜗壳转动至连通所述第二出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与所述第二出风风道相同;
    所述第二转动蜗壳转动至连通所述第四出风口时,其弯曲延伸方向与所述第二支路风道相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的立式空调室内机,还包括:
    第一风扇电机,连接所述第一贯流风扇的一端,用于驱动所述第一贯流风扇旋转;和
    第二风扇电机,连接所述第二贯流风扇的一端,用于驱动所述第二贯流风扇旋转;其中
    所述第一风扇电机和所述第二风扇电机单独开启或同时开启。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的立式空调室内机,还包括:
    第一导风板组,设置于所述第一出风口处,用于开闭所述第一出风口;
    第二导风板组,设置于所述第二出风口处,用于开闭所述第二出风口;
    第三导风板组,设置于所述第三出风口处,用于开闭所述第三出风口;
    第四导风板组,设置于所述第四出风口处,用于开闭所述第四出风口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的立式空调室内机,其中
    每个所述导风板组均包含至少两块沿所述空调室内机竖向延伸的导风板。
