进一步的,还包括:跨店铺融合单元,与商品分析单元的大数据数据库互通,根据客流与销售相关信息将该大数据数据库存储的商品信息显示,供购买人员购买本店铺没有的商品。
进一步的,还包括:互动导购设备,通过读写设备用于扫描商品RFID标签获取商品信息;系统平台将采集的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上显示该商品的商品信息,并能将生成的商品扫描码链接至支付单元完成支付。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的技术方案,提出通过识别、显示和分析的技术手段实现商品的自助购买导航,一方面让购买人员对选购的商品有更多了解,提高购买效率,还能提高购买环境的创意,让顾客有更好的购物体验;另一方面可大大的减少管理人员,减少销售人员,用智能的导购系统进行有效管理,降低成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图1至附图3对本发明做进一步的说明,但不应以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
参照图1。本发明一种智能销售导购系统,其包括第一识别单元11、互动显示单元12和支付单元13,该第一识别单元11、互动显示单元12和支付单元13通过网络连接系统平台14,各自之间实现数据的传输和交换。
第一识别单元11,用于识别购买人员的体感姿态以获取第一指令。具体,当购买人员做出一个特定的动作时,该第一识别单元11便能够获取该特定的动作的图像,然后分析该特定的动作的图像的轮廓,与存储于其内部的特定数据进行比对,当符合设定要求时,该第一识别单元11便能够输出第一指令。当然,需要说明的是,上述第一识别单元11可以是现有技术中能够实现对特定动作进行分析比对的识别系统。亦或者说,该第一识别单元11就是一个CCD。另外,系统平台有动作提示,操作人员按照系统平台动作提示和普通人员都理解的动作与系统进行交互,互动显示单元上显示交互的情况和结果,方便操作人员检查自身动作和所做动作能被系统正确识别。
互动显示单元12,用于响应第一指令并显示所述系统平台14存储的商品信息,其中,该商品信息至少包括商品介绍和扫描码。当第一识别单元11输出了一个第一指令之后,互动显示单元12将会做出反应。第一指令可以由第一识别单元11通过网络连接经由系统平台14反馈给互动显示单元12,亦可以由于第一识别单元11与互动显示单元12连接,而由第一识别单元11直接传输给互动显示单元12。当接收第一指令的时候,互动显示单元12将会与系统平台14链接,根据第一指令的信息,获取系统平台14存储的与第一指令匹配的商品信息,然后该商品信息被传输至互动显示单元12,由互动显示单元12将商品信息倒映在互动显示单元12的投影银幕上。具体的,该商品信息应当至少包括商品介绍和扫描码,该商品介绍可以包括图片和文字说明,扫描码可以是二维码。当然,该互动显示单元12可以是常用的具有网络连接功能的投影仪。另外,需要说明的是,在本实施例中,互动显示单元12的投影银幕是以商店中的橱柜玻璃作为显示器,这样能够提高通用性,而且便捷。
另外,为了提高多功能化,在互动显示单元12投影出来的图像中,还应当呈现同款商品 不同颜色的颜色选择框,可以通过红外遥控器指定相关颜色后,在红外线的作用下反射给互动显示单元12,由互动显示单元12选定购物人员需要的颜色。当然,此处说到的这个功能,可以使用现有技术中的红外反馈技术,本领域的人员应当是可以理解的。亦或者,如果用户需要确定要购买的时候,做出一个特定的动作,由第一识别单元11进行识别,然后反馈该系统平台14进行后续的操作。
当选定了商品之后,即进入支付环节。在本实施例中,通过支付单元13进行支付。该支付单元响应在线支付操作,通过扫描所述的扫描码实现在线支付购买。应当理解,在上述的互动显示单元12中,投影到互动显示单元12的投影银幕处的图像包括有扫描码,该扫描码可以是二维码。此时,购买人员可以通过智能终端扫描该二维码进行支付,该支付方式可以是微信或者支付宝方式。此处不进行赘述,但是根据描述,这是清楚的。
支付完毕后,就完成了整个导购、买卖过程。通过本实施例的技术方案,方便购买人员选购,而且不需要有销售人员的陪同,通过这种个性化的导购,满足特别是年轻人的个性需求,并且能够减少现场业务人员,降低成本。
参见图2。在本技术方案中,还具有另外一个实施方式。具体即还包括试衣单元15,该试衣单元15包括:第二识别模块151和显示模块152。
在导购的过程中,当购买人员喜欢某件衣服的时候,一般都会试穿,但是现有的做法是直接拿到更衣室进行更换,这样的做法非常不便,尤其很多时候人太多的时候或天气较冷的时候,排队时间太长,影响了购买的欲望。因此,在本实施例中,实现了在线自动试穿。第二识别模块151对操作人员进行实时视频抓取,还可以提供服饰的样板图形和图像,将抓取的视频在显示单元152上转换成三维显示,操作人员对着显示单元152进行操作,系统对抓取的视频结合系统提供的图形和图像进行处理,在显示单元上显示处理结果,实现三维试衣的目的。
另外也可以通过如下方式实现。第二识别模块151用于识别操作人员做出的要求试衣的姿态动作以获取第二指令和操作人员的图像。即,当需要试穿的时候,操作人员做出一个示意要试穿的动作,然后该第二识别模块151将获得该动作的图像,经过图像的分析,获取图像信号,这些图像信号与存储在该第二识别模块151内的比对信息进行比对,当该动作符合规定时,该第二识别模块151输出一个第二指令和操作人员的图像。详细的,第二识别模块151具有体感器,用于感应识别人体信息,将感应识别到的人体信息通过试衣软件和矫正后的视频图像融合显示,然后进行3D建模,得到试衣软件需要的3D服饰模型。
获取第二指令和购买人员的图像后,该第二指令和图像被传输至显示模块152。该显示模块152用于响应该第二指令,将购买人员的图像显示于试衣单元的屏幕并自动给三维图像 置换指定的服饰。
例如,在本实施例中第二识别单元151包括建模机、建模计算机、图像采集设备、全白平衡镜、单色背景布、建模模特及光源,所述的建模机、图像采集设备通过数据线连接建模计算机;建模模特直立置于建模机上,建模模特包括红、绿、蓝三种颜色标准模特架;光源为图像采集设备提供灯光效果,全白平衡镜与图像采集设备配套使用,图像采集设备通过全白平衡镜定义当前灯光下的白平衡,实现服饰色彩还原;所述的建模计算机内设有建模软件,建模软件按要求驱动建模机原地任意角度转动、或驱动图像采集设备围绕置于建模机上的建模模特任意角度转动以供图像采集设备进行服饰图像采集,并将图像采集设备采集的服饰图像生成3D服饰模型,存储到建模计算机中。建模计算机通过有线、无线网络传输方式或拷贝方式将3D服饰模型导入到试衣软件中。该3D建模装置可脱离3D智能试衣系统单独实现3D模型建立。
另外的,该第二识别模块151可以是具有体感器的现有的设备。
本实施例的技术方案,商品分析单元16,识别到店铺人员身份信息,将获取到的到店铺人员信息并上传系统平台14,供系统平台14统计到店铺人员信息并推送相关商品信息;其中,到店铺人员身份信息通过人脸识别或者扫描购买人员的身份码或者识别购买人员的移动终端获取得到;其中,到店铺人员信息是根据到店铺人员身份信息匹配系统平台存储的信息及根据数据特定的算法进行数据分析得到;其中,推送相关商品信息是通过将到店铺人员信息和大数据数据库匹配得到,并且,该大数据数据库为不同店铺上传给系统平台后进行整体分而建立的商品信息。
需要说明的是,系统平台14对每个店铺提供的商品信息进行整体分类,建立商品信息的大数据数据库,购买人员在任意店铺的互动导购设备上都可以找到系统平台的商品信息。
本实施例中,还包括跨店铺融合单元17,与商品分析单元16的大数据数据库互通,根据客流与销售相关信息将该大数据数据库存储的商品信息显示,供购买人员购买本店铺没有的商品。
需要说明的是,跨店铺融合单元17包括客流统计单元,该客流统计单元获取通过视频、红外、微波、蜂窝网络、蓝牙、iBeacon、WiFi、RF等方式统计的到店铺人员数量信息和时间信息,将收集到的信息传送至系统平台14;系统平台14根据采集到的到店铺人员数量信息信息、时间信息与销售情况进行综合分析,得出客流与销售的相关信息,并输出结果。
为了更好的给用户提供服务,互动导购设备18,通过读写设备用于扫描商品RFID标签获取商品信息;系统平台14将采集的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上显示该商品的商品信息,并能将生成的商品扫描码链接至支付单元完成支付。
该互动导购设备18有多种形态,橱窗形、桌形、茶几形、展示架形、地面形、墙壁形、天花形等各种形态,有的用体感方式互动、有的用触摸方式互动、有的用物品比划操作。
以桌形为例子进行说明,该桌形的互动导购设备18内置了用于扫描商品RFID标签的读写设备,将采集到的商品信息回传给互动导购设备;其中,互动导购设备与系统平台的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上以视频、图形图像、文字等形式显示该商品的商品信息,并能将生成的商品扫描码链接至支付单元完成支付在本实施例中,即通过互动导购设备18提供另外一种导购形式。能够在图像识别导购的前提下,实现更多方式的导购。互动导购设备分为店内、店外和移动式,移动式的互动导购设备可以收纳在航空箱中,方便搬运。包括显示部分、互动操作部分和支架组成。组组装好后可放置在室内外,可以联机或脱机运行,采用体感或触摸操作,结合系统的互动软件展示商品,并能通过系统生成的商品扫描码链接至支付单元完成支付。
具体的,由于每个商品上均具有RFID标签,该RFID标签包括了一个商品的详细介绍,供到店铺人员了解,另外该RFID标签还能提供该商品的二维码信息。当需要使用的时候,商品被置于读写设备前端,通过该读写设备对RFID标签的读取,获取了该商品的详细信息和二维码。如果到店铺人员喜欢该商品,便可通过智能终端扫描该二维码实现支付,支付时,可以使用微信支付或者支付宝支付。
另外,相应由系统平台14提供的商品信息是这样实现的,由于系统平台14存储了大量的商品信息,通过互动导购设备18能够实现点击和购买。具体,互动导购设备18是具有供到店铺人员操作的显示部分,通过该显示部分的操作界面点击感兴趣的商品内容。系统平台14能够分门别类的显示商品资源,购买人员通过进一步点击显示该商品或其它商品更多的内容,并给出商品在店铺的位置指引,方便购买人员在店铺内的找到想要的商品。
本实施例的一种智能导购系统,包括了上述的多个单元,通过每个单元运作,实现了对实体店铺进行智慧化,解决线下实体店铺生存困难的问题。
对照图3,该图示出了一种智能销售导购方法的原理示意图。
一种智能销售导购方法,包括如下步骤:识别购买人员的体感姿态以获取第一指令;响应第一指令,将系统平台存储的商品信息显示于互动显示单元,并且该商品信息至少包括商品介绍和扫描码;响应在线支付操作,通过扫描扫描码实现在线支付购买。在响应在线支付操作之前,识别购买人员做出的要求试衣的姿态动作获取第二指令和购买人员的图像;响应该第二指令,将购买人员的图像显示于试衣单元屏幕并自动给图像置换指定的服饰。
还包括如下步骤:识别到店铺人员身份信息,将获取到的到店铺人员信息并上传系统平台,供系统平台统计到店铺人员信息并推送相关商品信息;其中,到店铺人员身份信息是通 过人脸识别或者扫描到店铺人员的身份码或者识别到店铺人员的移动终端获取得到;其中,到店铺人员信息是根据到店铺人员身份信息匹配系统平台存储的信息及根据数据特定的算法进行数据分析得到;其中,所述推送相关商品信息是通过系统平台将到店铺人员信息和系统平台的大数据数据库匹配得到,并且,该大数据数据库为不同店铺上传给系统平台后进行整体分而建立的商品信息。
另外也包括步骤:客流统计单元获取统计的到店铺人员数量信息和到店铺人员到店铺的时间信息,将到店铺人员数量信息和相应的时间信息传送至系统平台;系统平台根据采集到的到店铺人员数量信息和相应的时间信息与销售情况进行综合分析,得出客流与销售的相关信息,并输出结果。
进一步的,还包括如下步骤:响应互动导购设备的商品信息,并上传该商品信息至所述系统平台;其中,该系统平台将采集的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上显示该商品的商品信息;响应购买人员输入的购买指令并生成扫描码,通过扫描扫描码实现在线支付购买。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能销售导购方法,其特征在于,包括:识别购买人员的体感姿态以获取第一指令;响应第一指令,将系统平台存储的商品信息显示于互动显示单元,并且该商品信息至少包括商品介绍和扫描码;响应在线支付操作,通过扫描扫描码实现在线支付购买。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种智能销售导购方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:在响应在线支付操作之前,识别购买人员做出的要求试衣的姿态动作获取第二指令和购买人员的图像;响应该第二指令,将购买人员的图像显示于试衣单元屏幕并自动给图像置换指定的服饰。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种智能销售导购方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:识别到店铺人员身份信息,将获取到的到店铺人员信息并上传系统平台,供系统平台统计到店铺人员信息并推送相关商品信息;其中,到店铺人员身份信息是通过人脸识别或者扫描到店铺人员的身份码或者识别到店铺人员的移动终端获取得到;其中,到店铺人员信息是根据到店铺人员身份信息匹配系统平台存储的信息及根据数据特定的算法进行数据分析得到;其中,所述推送相关商品信息是通过系统平台将到店铺人员信息和系统平台的大数据数据库匹配得到,并且,该大数据数据库为不同店铺上传给系统平台后进行整体分而建立的商品信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种智能销售导购方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:客流统计单元获取统计的到店铺人员数量信息和到店铺人员到店铺的时间信息,将到店铺人员数量信息和相应的时间信息传送至系统平台;系统平台根据采集到的到店铺人员数量信息和相应的时间信息与销售情况进行综合分析,得出客流与销售的相关信息,并输出结果。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种智能销售导购方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:响应互动导购设备的商品信息,并上传该商品信息至所述系统平台;其中,该系统平台将采集的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上显示该商品的商品信息;响应购买人员输入的购买指令并生成扫描码,通过扫描扫描码实现在线支付购买。
  6. 一种智能销售导购系统,其特征在于,包括:第一识别单元,用于识别和分析操作人员的体感姿态并获取第一指令;互动显示单元,用于响应第一指令并显示所述系统平台存储的商品信息,其中,该商品信息至少包括商品介绍和扫描码;以及支付单元,响应操作人员的在线支付操作,通过扫描扫描码实现在线支付购买。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种智能销售导购系统,其特征在于,还包括:试衣单元,该试衣单元包括:第二识别模块,用于识别操作人员做出的要求试衣的姿态动作以获取第二指令和操作人员的图像;显示模块,用于响应该第二指令,显示操作人员的图像并自动给图像置换指定的服饰。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种智能销售导购系统,其特征在于,还包括:商品分析单元, 识别到店铺人员身份信息,将获取到的到店铺人员信息并上传系统平台,供系统平台统计到店铺人员信息并推送相关商品信息;其中,到店铺人员身份信息通过人脸识别或者扫描购买人员的身份码或者识别购买人员的移动终端获取得到;其中,到店铺人员信息是根据到店铺人员身份信息匹配系统平台存储的信息及根据数据特定的算法进行数据分析得到;其中,推送相关商品信息是通过将到店铺人员信息和大数据数据库匹配得到,并且,该大数据数据库为不同店铺上传给系统平台后进行整体分而建立的商品信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种智能销售导购系统,其特征在于,还包括:跨店铺融合单元,与商品分析单元的大数据数据库互通,根据客流与销售相关信息将该大数据数据库存储的商品信息显示,供购买人员购买本店铺没有的商品。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的一种智能导购系统,其特征在于,还包括:互动导购设备,通过读写设备用于扫描商品RFID标签获取商品信息;系统平台将采集的商品信息与存储的信息匹配,并在互动显示单元上显示该商品的商品信息,并能将生成的商品扫描码链接至支付单元完成支付。
