Abstract
식기 세척기와 통신하는 서버가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 식기 세척기와 통신하는 서버는, 하나 이상의 식기 세척기와 통신하는 통신부, 복수의 불량 발생 원인들 및 상기 복수의 불량 발생 원인들에 각각 대응하는 동작 정보를 이용하여 획득한 학습 결과를 저장하는 메모리, 및, 상기 하나 이상의 식기 세척기 중 특정 식기 세척기로부터 상기 특정 식기 세척기의 동작 정보를 수신하고, 상기 특정 식기 세척기의 동작 정보 및 상기 학습 결과를 이용하여 상기 특정 식기 세척기의 불량 발생 원인을 획득하는 프로세서를 포함하고, 상기 학습 결과는, 상기 복수의 불량 발생 원인들과 상기 동작 정보 사이의 관계에 상응하는 관계 파라미터를 포함한다.
