通过本申请实施例,使得第一用户可以通过投放的方式获得售货机的使用权,售货机在硬件结构上可以实现标准化,在软件上,则可以通过开放平台公开API的方式,使得开发者可以开发符合第一用户需求的互动应用程序,并更新到第一用户所投放的售货机中。这样,第一用户无需使用定制化的售货机硬件结构,便可以实现与第二用户之间的深入互动,可以降低第一用户的使用成本。从售货机角度而言,可以提高每台售货机的使用率,降低资源长时间闲置等情况的发生概率。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,提供了一种新型的售货机,这种售货机不仅能够实现收货的功能,还能够与用户进行深入的互动,并且这种互动也可以是由品牌方等第一用户结合自己的产品、活动等进行深度定制。但是,在实现上述功能的过程中,却不需要品牌方(在本申请实施例中,也可以称为“第一用户”,但为了便于理解,在本说明书中更多的采用“品牌方”的形式进行介绍)定制专属于自己的售货机,也即,在售货机的硬件方面可以实现标准化,品牌方可以通过“租赁”等方式获得售货机的使用权,并且,可以自行开发或者委托第三方开发具体的互动应用程序程序,售货机可以通过运行中互动应用程序程序,使其在具体品牌方的租赁期内成为该品牌方的专属售货机,消费者用户可以通过该售货机购买该品牌方的商品对象,还可以通过该售货机进行互动,等等。
为了达到上述目的,参见图1,本申请实施例提供了新型的售货机,以及相关联的开放式系统。其中,对于该售货机而言,具体可以包括用于展示互动界面的显示屏,另外,与现有技术中的售货机最大的区别在于,该售货机能够与开放式系统进行对接,能够通过植入式的方式接收开放式系统推送的互动应用程序,并通过信息处理器进行运行。其中,可以由运维团队等通过多种摆放渠道,将各个售货机部署到预置的位置,例如, 可以在一些商场、超市、电影院、办公楼等位置分别部署售货机。具体的品牌方可以根据自己的活动需求等,租赁具体一个或者多个点位上的售卖机,并通过开发者开发互动应用程序,向选中的目标售卖机中进行具体互动应用程序信息的投放,这样,被选中的目标售卖机可以通过运行这种互动应用程序,向消费者用户提供相应的互动界面,实现与消费者用户之间的互动。其中,对于某售货机而言,在无品牌方投放的状态下,可以处于暂停使用状态,或者,也可以通过显示屏播放一些默认的界面,包括对开放式系统的宣传文案等等。
而对于所述开放式系统而言,参见图2,具体可以包括服务器、第一客户端、第二客户端等,其中,服务器具体可以对外公开一些API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口)接口,包括抽奖接口,关注接口,加入购物车的接口,支付接口,等等,以用于进行互动应用程序的开发。另外,由于售货机可能会不断的处于被品牌方租赁或者租赁到期等状态,因此,服务器还可以对各个售货机的使用状态信息进行维护,在有品牌方提交新的投放请求时,可以根据各售货机的状态信息,提供可选的售货机信息,包括售货机具体所在的地理位置信息等。品牌方可以根据自己的活动需求等,选择所需的目标售货机,另外,还可以向服务器提交所需的互动需求信息。服务器则可以将互动需求信息提供给相应的第二客户端。其中,第二客户端可以是开放式系统自行提供的应用开发端,或者,也可以是与平台具有合作关系的第三方开发者,等等。第二客户端在接收到具体的互动需求信息后,可以根据服务器公开的API等进行互动应用程序的开发。之后,服务器便可以将开发好的互动应用程序,按照具体的使用时间段信息,向需要投放的目标售货机推送该互动应用程序。此时,这种目标售货机便可以为该品牌方所使用,直到租赁期结束。当然,在品牌方自己具有开发能力,或者,具有合作的应用开发者,则也可以在提交投放请求之前,预先开发好具体的互动应用程序,然后直接提交给服务器。其中,这种品牌方自行开发或者自行在线下委托其他开发者开发的互动应用程序,同样可以是根据服务器公开的API进行开发的,以使得具体的应用能够正常的在售货机中运行。
另外,品牌方在与平台达成投放协议后,还可以将具体需要通过售货机销售的货品配送至指定的仓库,之后,便可以由仓库的运维人员按照具体的使用时间段,将货品放入对应的目标售货机中。这样,消费者用户便可以在该品牌方的使用时间段内,通过这种目标售货机进行互动,具体的互动方案是由该品牌方提供或者设计的,并且,还可以在互动的过程中,通过目标售货机直接对感兴趣的商品直接进行购买操作。具体实现时, 还可以为仓库方提供第三客户端,具体可以用于从服务器获得相关的入库单信息,或者,向服务器更新入库单状态信息,等等。
下面分别从不同的角度,对本申请实施例提供的具体技术方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
在该实施例一中,本申请实施例首先提供了一种售货机,参见图3,该售货机具体可以包括:
显示屏301,用于进行展示互动界面信息;
程序更新接口302,用于在所述售货机被第一用户选择为投放对象的状态下,将相应的互动应用程序更新到所述售货机中,所述互动应用程序是根据承租用户的互动需求而开发的;
信息处理器303,用于通过运行所述互动应用程序生成互动界面,并输出到所述显示屏进行展示。
其中,所述互动应用程序就可以是根据品牌方所提出的互动需求进行开发的,具体在进行开发时,可以使用服务器公开的API进行开发,以使得具体的互动应用程序能够在售货机中正常运行。当然,具体实现时,该售货机还可以包括壳体,所述显示屏、信息处理器等可以位于壳体内。
具体实现时,服务器可以根据品牌方提交的投放请求,生成对应的投放订单,其中可以保存具体需要投放的售货机的标识,以及具体的使用日期等信息。如果品牌方在提交投放需求时,还同时提交的互动应用程序,则还可以保存投放订单与互动应用程序之间的对应关系。如果品牌方不具备自行开发的能力,也无法自行联系第三方开发者为其完成互动应用程序的开发,则服务器还可以在提交投放请求时,为品牌方提供用于提交互动需求的操作选项,品牌方可以将其具体的互动需求提交给服务器,服务器可以将其发送给具有开发能力的第二客户端,帮助品牌方完成具体的开发任务。
在售货机通过所述程序更新接口接收到某个品牌方的互动应用程序后,可以更新到售货机中,信息控制器便可以通过执行该互动应用程序,向显示屏输出具体的互动界面。在当前品牌方申请的租赁期结束后,服务器还可以向该售货机发送结束通知消息,此时,信息处理器可以将该互动应用程序进行卸载或者删除等处理,等到下一个品牌方租赁该售货机时,会接收到新的互动应用程序,然后依然按照前述方式向用户提供互动界面,以此类推。也就是说,售货机中的具体互动界面如何展示,是与具体的品牌方相关的,同一售货机在被不同的品牌方租赁时,显示屏中展示的互动界面内容会是不同的。例如, 具体可以包括发放优惠券,或者进行新品介绍,等等,用户可以执行关注、加入购物车、购买等操作。
具体实现时,所述显示屏可以是触摸屏,这样,用户可以通过这种触摸屏发出互动指令,通过在触摸屏上进行点击、滑动等方式进行互动。另外,在具体实现时,还可以在售货机中提供其他的传感器,以用于提供更为丰富多样的互动方式,或者对用户进行身份认证等。例如,具体的,售货机中还可以包括图像采集器,用于采集用户的人脸图像信息,以用于进行身份认证。也就是说,消费者用户在使用这种售货机进行互动或者选购具体的商品时,还可以是在登录状态下进行的,例如,可以使用手机端安装的相关应用程序进行扫码等方式实现登录。而为了避免手机等移动终端设备或者账户被冒用等情况,该售货机还可以对用户的人脸图像进行采集,这样,可以根据预先保存的实名认证等信息,对用户进行身份认证,判断是否是用户本人在操作。
另外,售货机中还可以设有声纹识别器,用于通过用户的声纹信息,确定用户的身份特征信息。例如,具体可以根据用户说话声音的频率等,判断用户的性别、大致的年龄,等等,进而可以进行个性化的互动。在互动过程中,也可以通过语音等方式发出互动指令。再者,售货机中还可以包括手势识别器,用于识别用户手势,并将其转换为预置的互动指令,这样,可以实现通过手势的方式进行互动,而不限于通过触摸屏互动这一种方式,等等。
另外,售货机还可以设有货柜,用于存放与所述互动应用程序相关的货品。具体实现时,品牌方在成功租赁到目标售货机之后,还可以将相关的货品配送至指定的仓库,关于仓库的地址等信息,可以由服务器来提供。其中,如果存在多个仓库,则服务器还可以根据品牌方选择的目标售货机所在的位置等信息,从中选择一个仓库,并通知第一客户端,将具体的货品配送至该选择的仓库。之后,可以由仓库的运维人员将具体的货品送至目标售货机,并存放在具体的货柜中。另外,售货机中还可以包括出货控制器,在互动的过程中,如果用户产生了购买需求,则可以通过这种售货机进行下单,此时,如果售货机中存在对应的货品,则信息处理器可以向出货控制器发送出货处理指令,该出货控制器可以对相应的货品进行出货处理。
也就是说,通过本申请实施例提供的售货机,可以通过标准的硬件系统,来支持不同品牌方的使用需求,品牌方可以通过租赁这种售货机等方式来获得对售货机的使用权,并在售货机中运行品牌方定制的互动应用程序,来实现与消费者用户的深度互动。通过这种方式,能够提高售货机的使用率,降低品牌方的使用成本。
实施例二
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种售货机投放信息处理系统,其中,该系统可以包括:
多台售货机,用于分别部署于预置的地理位置;
第一客户端,用于向服务器提交投放请求;
服务器,用于提供公开的应用程序编程接口API,并维护所述售货机的投放状态信息,根据接收到的所述第一客户端的投放请求,确定待投放的目标售货机,以及关联的互动应用程序,并将所述互动应用程序更新到所述目标售货机中。
另外,在具体实现时,该系统还可以包括:
多个可选的第二客户端,用于开发所述互动应用程序;
所述服务器还用于,确定目标第二客户端,将所述第一客户端提交的互动需求信息提供给所述目标第二客户端进行互动应用程序的开发。
下面分别从服务器、第一客户端、第二客户端等多个角度分别对具体的实现方式进行详细介绍。
实施例三
该实施例三主要从开放平台服务器的角度,提供了一种售货机投放信息处理方法,参见图4,该系统具体可以包括:
S401:服务器提供公开的应用程序编程接口API,并维护所述售货机的状态信息;其中,所述售货机为多台,分别部署于预置的地理位置;
具体实现时,服务器提供的API可以是包括抽奖接口、关注接口、用于将指定数据对象加入购物车的接口、支付接口,等等,可以通过接口文档说明等形式提供给开发者。
另外,服务器还可以维护售货机的状态信息,例如,具体实现时,可以通过以下方式进行保存:

其中,由于通常需要提前向服务器申请租赁具体的售货机,因此,如果已经与服务器达成租赁协议,则对应的售货机可以处于已预约状态。换言之,如果某售货机处于已预约状态,则证明该售货机已经被某品牌方选择,括号中的数字可以表示使用时间段信息,例如,上述例子中,该品牌方预约的使用时间段是12月15日到12月30日,也就意味着,如果有其他品牌方在此时也需要在该时间段内使用售货机,则该售货机对于该品牌方而言是不可选的。当然,在具体实现时,不排除存在多个品牌方共用同一台售货机的情况,具体可以根据实际的需求而定,这里不做限定。
S402:接收第一客户端提交的售货机投放请求;
第一客户端中可以提供用于发起投放请求的操作选项,品牌方可以在需要租赁售货机时,可以通过第一客户端向服务器发起投放请求。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,所述第一客户端具体可以通过应用程序的形式来实现,或者也可以通过Web页面、H5页面等形式来实现,其中,所述应用程序可以是独立的专用于进行售货机投放的应用程序,或者,还可以是集成在其他的综合性应用程序中,例如,“天猫”、“淘宝”等。
在第一客户端提供的用于发起投放请求的界面中,还可以提供用于输入或者选择所需的使用时间段信息的操作选项,这样,可以将使用时间段信息写在投放请求中提交到服务器。例如,品牌方想要在12月30日至1月1日举办活动,届时需要租赁若干台售货机,则可以通过该第一客户端向服务器发起请求,并且在提交请求之前,可以首先将使用时间段设定为12月30日至1月1日,等等。服务器在接收到具体的投放请求后,可以提供可选的售货机信息,此时,就可以根据所述所需的使用时间段信息,将该时间段内未被预约的售货机信息提供给品牌方供其进行选择。
或者,还可以提供用于指定目标地理范围的操作选项,可以在提交具体的投放请求时,携带上目标地理范围信息,这样,服务器在提供可选的售货机时,可以仅提供该地理范围内的售货机,然后,由品牌方进行具体售货机点位的选择。其中,具体在提供用于指定目标地理范围的操作选项时,还可以结合地图或者商圈信息等来实现,例如,在地图的方式下,可以根据品牌方所在或者选择的城市等,提供该城市的地图,品牌方可以通过在地图上进行圈选的方式来确定目标地理范围信息。或者,在提供商圈信息的方式下,可以提供多个可选的商圈名称等信息,品牌方可以对具体的商圈进行选择,后续在提供可选的售货机时,可以仅提供选定的商圈范围内的售货机,等等。
或者,在另一种方式下,提交投放请求之前还可以同时携带上述使用时间段信息以及目标地理范围信息这样两种信息,这样,服务器可以将位于地理范围内,且在该时间 段内未被预约的售货机信息提供给品牌方供其选择。
其中,具体在提供可选的售货机信息时,可以提供售货机所在的地理位置信息,这样,品牌方可以根据自己的活动需求,或者目标用户群体的特征等,从中选择目标点位上的目标售货机。例如,如果某品牌方的目标用户群体是上班族,则可以将一些办公楼内部署的售货机选择为目标售货机;另一品牌方主要是想吸引到线下商场或者超市购物的消费者用户,则可以选择部署在商场或者超市中的售货机作为目标售货机,等等。具体实现时,品牌方可以选择一个或多个目标售货机,例如,可以根据具体预估的销量、目标用户群体的规模等信息,确定目标售货机的数量。
S403:根据所述投放请求生成投放订单,并获得对应的互动应用程序;所述投放订单中保存有请求投放的目标售货机信息以及使用时间段信息;所述互动应用程序是根据所述第一客户端关联的第一用户所提出的互动需求,利用所述API进行开发生成的,用于推送到所述目标售货机中进行运行,以提供互动信息。
在确定出目标售货机以及使用时间段信息后,可以生成具体的投放订单,在订单中保存具体的目标售货机信息以及使用时间段信息。另外,还可以获得具体的互动应用程序,也即利用服务器所公开的API接口开发的,符合品牌方需求的互动应用程序。其中,具体获得互动应用程序的方式可以有多种,其中一种方式下,如果品牌方在提交具体的投放请求之前,已经预先开发生成了互动应用程序,包括可能是自行开发,或者线下委托第三方进行开发等等,在这种情况下,可以通过第一客户端提供用于提交互动应用程序的操作选项,第一客户端在选择具体的目标售货机之前或者之后,可以提交这种互动应用程序。也就是说,对于服务器而言,可以接收第一客户端提交的互动应用程序。
或者,另一种更常见的情况是,品牌方自己往往不具备应用程序开发能力,也没有相应的资源能够获取到第三方开发者的信息,等等,此时,针对这种情况,本申请的优选实施例中,还可以在用户提交了具体的投放请求后,向用户提供用于提交互动需求的操作选项,品牌方可以将需求提交给服务器,服务器可以将这种需求信息发送给具有开发能力的开发者所使用的第二客户端,由第二客户端完成具体的开发任务。其中,所述需求信息可以通过需求文档等方式进行提交。
其中,具体实现时,所述开发者可以是开放平台内部的开发者,或者,更多的情况下,可以是合作的第三方开发者,并且,这种第三方开发者的数量通常会比较多,这样,可以满足多个品牌方的开发需求,避免造成长时间的等待,以至于延误了时间,等等。在这种存在多个开发者,也即多个第二客户端的情况下,不同的开发者所擅长的领域可 能会有所不同,而不同的品牌方所提出的互动需求也可能不尽相同,因此,还可以在两者之间进行匹配,以使得品牌方获得更优质的服务。
例如,对于开发者而言,有些开发者可能擅长3D建模,有些开发者则擅长H5类型的开发,有些开发者具有提供创意的能力,而有些开发者则不具备该能力,只能在已有创意的基础上进行代码的编写操作,等等。对于,品牌方的互动需求方面,对于不同的品牌方,或者同一品牌方对不同活动的投放需求而言,通常可以会对应不同类型,如,需要进行3D建模的AR类型,普通H5类型等等;或者,有些品牌方的需求很明确,已经有了具体的创意,此时,开发需求中可以将具体的创意方案介绍清楚,开发者只需要按照已有的创意进行开发即可;而有些品牌方则可以尚未有明确的创意想法,此时,需要开发者帮助其提创意方案,进而再进行后续的开发工作,等等。
因此,在具体实现时,还可以预先根据各个开发者的能力等信息,对开发者进行分类,第一客户端在提交具体的互动需求信息时,还可以提供一些用于填写具体互动类型、是否已有创意等信息的操作选项,品牌方可以进行相应的填写,之后,服务器可以根据填写的结果,提供与之相匹配的候选开发者。例如,某品牌方提交的互动需求中,互动类型是H5,已有创意,则可以将擅长H5开发的开发者信息提供给该品牌方,另外还可以提供各个开发者所需的开发工时、报价等信息,品牌方可以根据自己的需求或者预算等,从中选择一个开发者。或者,假设另一个品牌方所需的互动类型是AR,尚未有明确的创意,则可以将擅长AR开发,且具有提供创意方案能力的开发者信息提供给该品牌方,供品牌方进行选择,等等。
在确定出具体的开发者后,服务器可以将品牌方的互动需求文档等信息提供给对应的第二客户端,之后,第二客户端便可以根据具体的互动需求,使用服务器开放的API接口进行具体互动应用程序的开发操作,开发完成后,可以提交到服务器。其中,为了更好的将品牌方的投放订单与互动应用程序进行关联,也即,在第二客户端提交互动应用程序时,服务器需要识别出是与哪个投放订单相对应的,服务器在向第二客户端提供具体的互动需求之前,还可以首先根据所述互动需求信息生成开发订单,并记录所述投放订单的标识与所述开发订单的标识之间的关联关系,之后,可以通过所述开发订单将所述互动需求提供给所述第二客户端。这样,第二客户端在开发完成后,提交互动应用程序时,可以在具体的开发订单界面中进行操作,其中,该界面中可以提供用于执行提交操作的操作选项,通过该操作选项可以将互动应用程序提交到服务器,并携带具体的开发订单标识信息。这样,服务器在收到互动应用程序后,就可以根据携带的开发订单 标识,确定出关联的投放订单标识,并记录所述投放订单与所述互动应用程序之间的对应关系。
在生成了具体的投放订单,并获取到具体的互动应用程序后,还可以将互动应用程序安装到目标售货机中。具体的方式可以有多种,例如,一种方式下,可以是通过将互动应用程序复制到移动存储介质中,然后,由相关的运维人员携带到目标售货机所在的位置处,通过目标售货机的相关接口,将互动应用程序拷贝到目标售货机中。或者,另一种方式下,还可以由服务器监控各个投放订单的使用时间段信息,并根据所述投放订单对应的使用时间段信息,将所述互动应用程序推送到所述目标售货机。也就是说,售货机中可以带有远程通信接口,服务器发现某投放订单对应的使用时间段即将开始时,可以将该订单关联的互动应用程序推送至目标售货机,这样,也可以节省人力成本,提高效率。
至此,售货机已经可以与用户进行互动,包括查看具体的新品介绍信息,领取优惠券等等。另外,在互动过程中,还可能会产生对具体商品对象进行购买的需求,而售货机本身又可以具有基本的售货功能,因此,还可以实现直接从售货机中进行取货。具体的,由于具体互动应用程序中所展示的数据对象通常是具体品牌方自己的数据对象,因此,品牌方在与服务器生成具体的投放订单后,还可以执行具体的备货处理。但是,在本申请实施例中,由于售货机并不是品牌方所有,品牌方可能无权对售货机进行开启等操作,并且售货机所在的位置又可能比较分散,品牌方即使有权对售货机进行各种操作,可能也会耗费很大的精力,来完成向各个目标售货机进行配货的操作。为此,在本申请的优选实施例中,还可以提供用于对具有投放请求的品牌方需要在售货机售卖的货品进行存放的仓库,品牌方可以将具体的货品配送至这种仓库中,之后,可以由运维人员将具体的货品配送至目标收货所在的位置,并放置到具体的售货机中。
其中,具体实现时,服务器在生成具体的投放订单后,还可以将仓库的地址等信息提供给第一客户端,这样,品牌方可以按照这种地址将货品送至具体的仓库。其中,仓库可能会有多个,此时,服务器还可以根据具体品牌方所选择的目标售货机所在的地理位置等信息,为其选择具体的目标仓库。例如,某品牌方所选择的目标售货机主要集中在北京市东城区,则可以要求品牌方将具体的货品送至东城区的仓库,等等。如果某品牌方所选择的目标售货机分布在多个区,则可以要求品牌方分别向多个区各自对应的仓库进行配货,等等。
具体在进行配货时,品牌方可以自行将货品送至指定的仓库,或者,还可以通过选 择物流服务方来完成从品牌方仓库到服务器所指定仓库的货品配送。在这种情况下,第一客户端还可以将具体快递单号、物流单号等物流标识信息,以及具体的货品清单等信息提交给服务器,服务器可以根据上述信息生成入库订单,并建立投放订单与该入库订单、物流标识信息与入库订单之间的关联关系。另外,为了便于仓库方管理,还可以为仓库方运维人员配备第三客户端,服务器生成的这种入库订单还可以提供给对应仓库的第三客户端。这样,仓库中的工作人员便可以获知即将有一批货品运送至该仓库,并且与售货机投放相关,还可以获知与该入库订单关联的物流标识信息。仓库方在收到具体的快递包裹后,可以根据具体的物流标识信息,确定出具体的入库单信息,并从中获取到具体的货品清单信息,然后可以根据该货品清单信息,对收到的快递包裹中的货品进行验货。在确认无误后,可以进行正式的入库出库,并且,可选的方式下,还可以将入库订单的状态修改为已入库,并且可以向服务器发送状态修改通知消息。
在具体的货品配送至仓库之后,可以由仓库的运维人员将具体的货品配送至目标售货机所在的位置,并放置到目标售货机中。具体实现时,服务器还可以根据所述投放订单关联的使用时间段信息,向所述第三客户端发送配送指令,以用于将所述关联的入库订单对应的货品从所述仓库配送至所述目标售货机。也就是说,可以在具体的投放订单的使用时间段即将开始之前,向第三客户端发送配送指令,由仓库的运维人员完成具体的配送等后续处理。
至此,完成了向目标售货机中的配货,之前的介绍中可以完成对互动应用程序的安装,这样,在具体的使用时间段内,消费者用户就可以通过具体的互动应用程序进行互动。具体的互动形式可以根据品牌方的需求进行多种形式的设定,例如,可以包括发放优惠券,或者对感兴趣的数据对象进行关注、加入购物车或者直接购买等操作。在具体执行领取优惠券,或者关注、加入购物车、购买等操作时,还可以获取到用户的账户信息,具体的,可以通过扫码等方式来实现,例如,可以在售货机上提供扫码口,用户可以打开其手机等私有终端设备中安装的相关联的应用程序,并打开会员码等界面,然后,通过扫码口对该会员码进行扫码,以使得服务器获得用户的账户信息。或者,也可以由互动应用程序提供图形码,用户通过手机中安装的关联应用程序对该图形码进行扫码,也可以使得服务器获得用户的账户信息。再一种方式下,如果用户之前进行了实名认证,在服务器中预留了自己的人脸图像等生物体征信息,则还可以通过售货机中的图像采集装置采集用户的人脸图像,并提交到服务器,这样,服务器可以通过识别具体的人脸,确定出对应的账户信息。当然,还可以将扫码与人脸图像采集的方式相结合,使得两种 信息之间的相互认证。
其中,如果在互动的过程中,用户选择立即购买某数据对象,则互动应用程序可以将具体的购买请求提交到服务器,由服务器根据用户的账户信息以及所选择的数据对象信息生成交易订单,用户可以基于这种交易订单执行具体的支付等操作。另外,在可选的实施方式中,服务器还可以在所述使用时间段内维护所述目标售货机中的数据对象库存信息,这样,在接收到对所述目标售货机中的指定数据对象的购买请求时,可以根据所述指定数据对象在该目标售货机中的库存信息,确定出货方式。例如,如果该指定数据对象在该目标售货机中有库存,可以将出库方式确定为从售货机进行出货,此时,服务器还可以向该目标售货机发送出货指令,售货机可以对具体的数据对象对应的货品进行出货处理,之后,消费者用户可以直接取走自己所选购的数据对象对应的货品。如果用户所选购的数据对象在当前售货机中已经没有库存,或者库存不足,则还可以将出货方式确定为通过快递进行配送,由于用户的账户信息关联有具体的收货地址等信息,因此可以据此确定出配送地址,或者,还可以将具体的交易订单推送至用户的终端设备,用户可以在其终端设备中对具体的收货地址等信息进行配置或者修改等操作。
为了更好的理解本申请实施例所提供的技术方案中各端之间的交互方式,下面通过一个具体应用中的例子,进行更详细的介绍。首先需要说明的是,在该例子中,假设品牌方在提交投放请求之前,未自行或者委托开发者完成互动应用程序的开发,而是需要通过服务器提供的相关服务来开发自己的互动应用程序。另外,在该例子中,仓库方可以部署有第三客户端,可以与服务器之间进行信息交互。
具体的,参见图5,具体的交互流程可以包括:
1、第一客户端可以接收第一用户(品牌方等)设置的投放条件,例如,可以包括使用时间段,和/或地理位置范围等,并提交到服务器;
2、服务器根据具体的投放条件,向第一客户端提供可选的售货机信息,具体可以包括各个售货机所在的地理位置等信息;
3、第一客户端接收到第一用户选中的目标售货机信息后,将目标售货机的信息提交给服务器;
4、第一客户端还可以向服务器提交互动需求信息,具体可以包括互动的类型、是否需要开发者提供创意,等;
5、服务器根据所述互动需求的类型、是否需要开发者提供创意等信息,提供可选的第二客户端信息,其中还可以包括各个第二客户端的预计工期、报价等信息;
6、第一客户端接收到第一用户选定的第二客户端信息后,可以将被选中的目标第二客户端信息提交给服务器;
7、服务器生成投放订单,其中可以包括第一用户标识、目标售货机标识、使用时间段信息,等等;
8、生成开发订单,并且可以将开发订单的标识与投放订单的标识进行关联;
9、将开发订单提供给所述目标第二客户端,其中携带有具体的互动需求文档等信息;
10、第二客户端根据第一用户的互动需求进行互动应用程序的开发,期间可能会需要用到服务器公开的API接口,包括抽奖接口,关注接口,支付接口等等;
11、第二客户端将开发完成的互动应用程序提交给服务器,服务器可以根据具体的开发订单,确定出关联的投放订单标识,并从中确定出目标售货机的标识;
12、服务器可以根据具体投放订单中的使用时间段信息,将互动应用程序推送至对应的目标售货机,例如,可以是在投放时间即将开始之前,执行上述推送操作;
13、售货机可以将具体的互动应用程序更新到自己的系统内;
14、另一方面,服务器还可以向第一客户端提供仓库的地址信息,该步骤可以在步骤9之前或者之后或者与之同步进行;
15、在第一用户通过物流服务方向仓库进行配货的情况下,第一客户端还可以将具体的物流标识信息,以及具体的货品清单信息提交给服务器;
16、服务器生成入库订单,其中可以保存有具体的物流标识以及货品清单信息,并且可以建立投放订单与入库订单之间的关联关系;
17、将入库订单发送给仓库的第三客户端;
18、仓库方在收到具体的货品后,可以根据入库订单中的信息进行验货;
19、在验货确认无误后,第三客户端可以向服务器提交修改入库订单状态的通知,例如,可以修改为已入库状态,等等;
20、服务器根据投放订单关联的使用时间段信息,向第三客户端提供向是售货机进行配货的指示;之后,可以由运维人员从仓库中取货,并配送至具体目标售货机所在的位置,放入目标售货机中;之后,便可以与第二用户(消费者用户等)之间进行互动,包括向第二用户发放优惠券,播放新品介绍信息,第二用户可以对感兴趣的数据对象进行关注、加入购物车、购买等操作。如果用户所选择购买的数据对象在售货机内存在对应的库存,则可以直接从售货机进行出货,否则可以生成线上的订单,通过快递的形式 将货品配送至用户指定的收货地址,等等。
总之,通过本申请实施例,使得第一用户可以通过投放的方式获得售货机的使用权,售货机在硬件结构上可以实现标准化,在软件上,则可以通过开放平台公开API的方式,使得开发者可以开发符合第一用户需求的互动应用程序,并更新到第一用户所投放的售货机中。这边,第一用户无需使用定制化的售货机,便可以实现与第二用户之间的深入互动,可以降低第一用户的使用成本。从售货机角度而言,可以提高每台售货机的使用率,降低资源长时间闲置等情况的发生概率。
实施例四
该实施例四是与实施例三相对应的,从第一客户端的角度,提供了一种售货机投放信息处理方法,参见图6,该方法具体可以包括
S601:第一客户端向服务器提交投放请求,所述投放请求中携带有使用时间段信息;
S602:根据服务器提供的可选的售货机信息,向服务器提交选定的目标售货机信息,以用于根据所述使用时间段以及所述目标售货机信息生成投放订单;

S701:第二客户端接收服务器提供的开发订单信息,所述开发订单信息中包括互动需求信息;
S702:利用所述服务器公开的API,开发符合所述互动需求的互动应用程序;
S703:将所述互动应用程序提交给服务器,以用于更新到关联的第一用户所投放的目标售货机中,以提供互动信息。
其中,所述方法之前还可以将所擅长开发的互动类型信息,和/或是否具有提供创意方案能力的信息,提供给所述服务器。服务器在接收到第一客户端提交的互动需求后,可以根据具体的互动类型以及是否已有创意方案等,向第一客户端提供可选的第二客户 端的信息,以便第一用户进行选择。

该实施例六也是与实施例二相对应的,从第三客户端,也即仓库方的客户端角度,提供了一种入库信息处理方法,参见图8,该方法具体可以包括:

    第二客户端接收服务器提供的开发订单信息,所述开发订单信息中包括互动需求信息;
    利用所述服务器公开的API,开发符合所述互动需求的互动应用程序;
    将所述互动应用程序提交给服务器,以用于更新到关联的第一用户所投放的目标售 货机中,以提供互动信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法之前还包括:
    将所擅长开发的互动类型信息,和/或是否具有提供创意方案能力的信息,提供给所述服务器。
  30. 一种入库信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第三客户端接收服务器提供的入库订单信息,所述入库订单信息中包括物流标识信息以及货品清单信息;所述物流标识信息以及货品清单信息是由第一客户端提供给服务器的,所述第一客户端在向所述服务器提交售货机投放请求并由服务器生成投放订单后,接收服务器提供的仓库的地址信息,以用于将需要在售货机中售卖的货品配送至所述仓库;
    接收到货品并按照所述货品清单信息进行核验后,向服务器发送更新所述入库订单的状态的通知消息。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的配送指令,以用于将入库订单对应的货品从所述仓库配送至目标售货机,所述配送指令是根据投放订单关联的使用时间段信息发送的。
  32. 一种售货机投放信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    信息维护单元,用于提供公开的应用程序编程接口API,并维护所述售货机的投放状态信息;其中,所述售货机为多台,分别部署于预置的地理位置;
    请求接收单元,用于接收第一客户端提交的售货机投放请求;
    订单信息确定单元,用于根据所述投放请求生成投放订单,并获得对应的互动应用程序;所述投放订单中保存有请求投放的目标售货机信息以及使用时间段信息;所述互动应用程序是根据所述第一客户端关联的第一用户所提出的互动需求,利用所述API进行开发生成的,用于更新到所述目标售货机中进行运行,以提供互动信息。
  33. 一种售货机投放信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第一客户端,包括
    请求提交单元,用于向服务器提交投放请求,所述投放请求中携带有使用时间段信息;
    售货机信息提交单元,用于根据服务器提供的可选的售货机信息,向服务器提交选定的目标售货机信息,以用于根据所述使用时间段以及所述目标售货机信息生成投放订单;
    应用程序信息提交单元,用于向服务器提交互动应用程序相关信息,以用于确定互动应用程序,所述互动应用程序是根据所述第一客户端关联的第一用户所提出的互动需求,利用服务器提供的API进行开发生成的,用于更新到所述目标售货机中进行运行,以提供互动信息。
  34. 一种互动应用程序开发装置,其特征在于,应用于第二客户端,包括:
    开发订单信息接收单元,用于接收服务器提供的开发订单信息,所述开发订单信息中包括互动需求信息;
    程序开发单元,用于利用所述服务器公开的API,开发符合所述互动需求的互动应用程序;
    程序提交单元,用于将所述互动应用程序提交给服务器,以用于更新到关联的第一用户所投放的目标售货机中,以提供互动信息。
  35. 一种入库信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第三客户端,包括:
    入库订单信息接收单元,用于接收服务器提供的入库订单信息,所述入库订单信息中包括物流标识信息以及货品清单信息;所述物流标识信息以及货品清单信息是由第一客户端提供给服务器的,所述第一客户端在向所述服务器提交售货机投放请求并由服务器生成投放订单后,接收服务器提供的仓库的地址信息,以用于将需要在售货机中售卖的货品配送至所述仓库;
    状态更新单元,用于接收到货品并按照所述货品清单信息进行核验后,向服务器发送更新所述入库订单的状态的通知消息。
