本说明书实施例有益效果如下:
通过本发明实施例提供的身份识别方法,将用户生物特征识别与触碰事件识别相联系,只有用户生物特征与触碰事件的执行用户是同一个当前用户的情况下,才进行对当前用户的身份识别,并进行后续的依据生物特征进行支付等操作。这可有效避免在人多场景下仅依靠生物特征进行身份识别而无效的问题。
以一个具体应用场景说明,例如,在公交车刷脸支付的场景,如果单凭刷脸可能由于人多识别不出哪个是当前用户,因此在刷脸基础上,增加了触碰事件的识别,在确定人脸与触碰事件的执行用户是同一个当前用户的情况下,才进行对当前用户的刷脸支付。

为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面通过附图以及具体实施例对本说明书实施例的技术方案做详细的说明,应当理解本说明书实施例以及实施例中的具体特征是对本说明书实施例技术方案的详细的说明,而不是对本说明书技术方案的限定,在不冲突的情况下,本说明书实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
参见图1,为本说明书实施例身份识别应用场景示意图。在用户侧包括监控设备10、触碰设备20;在网络侧包括身份识别装置30。监控设备10可以是摄像设备,用于监控用户生物特征及行为,并将监控视频流实时上报给身份识别装置30。触碰设备20可以是为用户提供触碰的一个按钮等形式的设备,用于被用户触碰从而执行触碰事件,触碰设备20可以与身份识别装置30。身份识别装置30可以是位于网络侧的识别管理系统(服务器),用于识别出触碰事件并确定执行触碰事件的用户的用户生物特征,根据用户生物特征进行身份识别。
第一方面,本说明书实施例提供一种身份识别方法,用于根据用户侧设置的触碰设备和监控设备,在网络侧的身份识别装置对用户侧的多个用户中的第一用户进行身份识别,其中用户侧的场景为:刷脸支付和/或虹膜支付场景、刷脸进入和/或虹膜进入场景、刷脸上车和/或虹膜上车场景等。
请参考图2,上述方法包括S201-S203。
S201:识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件,并获取监控设备对多个用户拍摄的视频流。
触碰设备可以是按钮等形式存在的一个设备。当用户按下按钮时即执行了触碰事件。该触碰事件可以由触碰设备直接报告给身份识别装置,也可以由身份识别装置基于监控设备上报的视频流(监控设备对用户在触碰设备上的触碰行为进行监控)进行图像分析后识别出触碰事件。
S202:基于视频流,锁定执行触碰事件的用户为第一用户,并获取第一用户的生物特征。
监控设备监控用户并将监控的视频流实时发送给身份识别装置。身份识别装置基于 监控设备的视频流,进行图像分析及处理等操作后,可获取执行触碰事件的用户的用户生物特征。用户生物特征包括但不限于用户人脸、用户虹膜、用户行为特征等。例如,获取第一用户的生物特征的过程为:对第一用户对应的视频流进行图像分析,得到第一用户的图像;基于第一用户的图像进行生物特征提取,得到第一用户的生物特征。
在一种实现方式中,识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件的过程为:当用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件之后,由触碰设备将触碰事件报告给身份识别装置;相应的,基于所述视频流锁定执行触碰事件的用户为第一用户的方式为:根据所述触碰设备上报的触碰事件,确定触碰事件时间戳;从监控设备上报的视频流中查找与时间戳对应的视频流,识别出时间戳对应的视频流中的用户为第一用户;基于监控设备对多个用户拍摄的视频流。
在另一种实现方式中,识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件的过程为:由监控设备监控用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件的行为,并向身份识别装置上报包括触碰事件执行行为的视频流;相应的,基于所述视频流锁定执行触碰事件的用户为第一用户的过程为:通过对包括触碰事件执行行为的视频流的图像分析,确定执行触碰事件的用户为第一用户。
S203:根据第一用户的生物特征对第一用户进行身份识别。
在获取到第一用户的生物特征之后,通过将获取的第一用户的生物特征与预存的用户身份特征进行比对,如果第一用户的生物特征包括在预存的用户身份特征中,则确定第一用户为预存用户。
在进行身份识别之后,还可以对身份识别结果进行确认,并进行身份识别结果的信息传达。例如通过声音或文字等形式的方式提示识别完成。比如,当用户身份识别结果为预存用户(例如合法用户、有权限用户或有余额用户)时,通过声音播放如“合法用户”或“支付完成”(如在刷脸支付场景下)等信息。
参见图3,为本说明书实施例第一方面提供的身份识别的方法示例一实现示意图。该示例一中示出了如何根据触碰设备与监控设备、在身份识别装置实现对用户的身份识别的过程;其中在该示例一中,触碰设备与身份识别装置具有通信功能,当用户执行触碰事件时,由触碰设备将触碰事件报告给身份识别装置。
首先,监控设备监控到当前用户的用户生物特征;几乎同时,用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件。当然,“监控设备监控到当前用户的用户生物特征”与“用户在触碰设备上 执行触碰事件”可以有先后顺序,哪个在先哪个在后对本发明实施例的实现没有影响。
然后,触碰设备识别出触碰事件并将触碰事件报告给身份识别装置;几乎同时,监控设备将监控到的当前用户的用户生物特征的视频流上报给身份识别装置。当然,“触碰设备识别出触碰事件并将触碰事件报告给身份识别装置”与“监控设备将监控到的当前用户的用户生物特征的视频流上报给身份识别装置”可以有先后顺序,哪个在先哪个在后对本发明实施例的实现没有影响。
接着,身份识别装置在接收到触碰设备的触碰事件报告后,确定触碰事件时间戳,并根据时间戳从监控设备上报的视频流中对应查找用户生物特征,确定出执行触碰事件的用户的用户生物特征。例如通过时间戳确定触碰事件发生时间是16:05:30;则按照该时间查找对应视频流;也可以在该时刻的前后一定时间段内查找对应的视频流,例如查找前后5s的视频流即查找16:05:25-16:06:35时间段的视频流。通过视频流的图像分析及处理,可获取到用户生物特征。
最后,身份识别装置通过将获取的所述用户生物特征与预存的用户身份特征进行比对,识别用户。在进行身份识别之后,还可以对身份识别结果进行确认,并进行身份识别结果的信息传达。例如通过声音或文字等形式的方式提示识别完成。比如,当用户身份识别结果为合法用户时,通过声音播放如“合法用户”或“支付完成”(如在刷脸支付场景下)等信息。
参见图4,为本说明书实施例第一方面提供的身份识别的方法示例二实现示意图。该示例二中示出了如何通过触碰设备与监控设备的联动、在身份识别装置实现对用户的身份识别的过程;其中在该示例二中,监控设备不但对用户的生物特征进行监控并且对用户在触碰设备的触碰行为进行监控,当用户执行触碰事件时,由身份识别装置通过分析监控设备上报的视频流进行触碰事件的识别。
首先,监控设备监控用户,并且对用户在触碰设备的触碰行为进行监控;几乎同时,用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件。当然,“监控设备监控”与“用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件”可以有先后顺序,哪个在先哪个在后对本发明实施例的实现没有影响。
然后,监控设备将监控到的包含当前用户的用户生物特征及用户在触碰设备上的触碰行为的视频流上报给身份识别装置。
接着,身份识别装置通过对视频流的图像分析,识别出用户的触碰事件;并通过对视频流的图像分析,识别出用户的触碰事件的同时,识别出执行触碰事件的用户的用户 生物特征。例如,通过对视频流的图像分析,可锁定执行触碰时间的当前用户,然后获取该当前用户的生物特征。
最后,身份识别装置通过将获取的所述用户生物特征与预存的合法用户身份特征进行比对,识别出用户是否合法。在进行身份识别之后,还可以对身份识别结果进行确认,并进行身份识别结果的信息传达。例如通过声音或文字等形式的方式提示识别完成。比如,当用户身份识别结果为合法用户时,通过声音播放如“合法用户”或“支付完成”(如在刷脸支付场景下)等信息。
可见,通过本发明实施例提供的身份识别方法,将用户生物特征识别与触碰事件识别相联系,只有用户生物特征与触碰事件的执行用户是同一个当前用户的情况下,才进行对当前用户的身份识别,并进行后续的依据生物特征进行支付等操作。这可有效避免在人多场景下仅依靠生物特征进行身份识别而无效的问题。
以一个具体应用场景说明,例如,在公交车刷脸支付的场景,如果单凭刷脸可能由于人多识别不出哪个是当前用户,因此在刷脸基础上,增加了触碰事件的识别,在确定人脸与触碰事件的执行用户是同一个当前用户的情况下,才进行对当前用户的刷脸支付。再比如,在门禁场景下,如果人多情况,可以在刷脸基础上,增加触碰事件的识别,在确定人脸与触碰事件的执行用户是同一个当前用户的情况下,才进行对当前用户的允许进入。
第二方面,基于同一发明构思,本说明书实施例提供一种身份识别装置,用于根据用户侧设置的触碰设备和监控设备,在网络侧的身份识别装置对用户侧的多个用户中的第一用户进行身份识别,参见图5,所述身份识别装置包括:
触碰事件识别单元501,用于识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件;
视频流获取单元502,用于获取监控设备对所述多个用户拍摄的视频流
用户锁定单元503,用于基于所述视频流,锁定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户;
用户生物特征获取单元504,用于基于所述视频流,获取所述第一用户的生物特征;
身份识别单元505,用于根据所述第一用户的生物特征对第一用户进行身份识别。

第四方面,基于与前述实施例中身份识别方法同样的发明构思,本发明还提供一种服务器,如图7所示,包括存储器704、处理器702及存储在存储器704上并可在处理器702上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器702执行所述程序时实现前文所述身份识别方法的任一方法的步骤。
其中,在图7中,总线架构(用总线700来代表),总线700可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线700将包括由处理器702代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器704代 表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线700还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口706在总线700和接收器701和发送器703之间提供接口。接收器701和发送器703可以是同一个元件,即收发机,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。处理器702负责管理总线700和通常的处理,而存储器704可以被用于存储处理器702在执行操作时所使用的数据。

  1. 一种身份识别的方法,用于根据用户侧设置的触碰设备和监控设备,在网络侧的身份识别装置对用户侧的多个用户中的第一用户进行身份识别;所述方法包括:
    识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件,并获取监控设备对所述多个用户拍摄的视频流;
    基于所述视频流,锁定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户,并获取所述第一用户的生物特征;
    根据所述第一用户的生物特征对第一用户进行身份识别。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件包括:
    当用户在触碰设备上执行所述触碰事件之后,由所述触碰设备将触碰事件报告给身份识别装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述基于所述视频流,锁定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户,包括:
    所述身份识别装置根据所述触碰设备上报的触碰事件,确定所述触碰事件时间戳;
    所述身份识别装置从监控设备上报的视频流中查找与所述时间戳对应的视频流,识别出所述时间戳对应的视频流中的用户为所述第一用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件,包括:
    由监控设备监控用户在触碰设备上执行触碰事件的行为,并向身份识别装置上报包括触碰事件执行行为的视频流。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述基于所述视频流,锁定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户,包括:
    所述身份识别装置通过对所述包括触碰事件执行行为的视频流的图像分析,确定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的方法,所述基于监控设备对多个用户拍摄的视频流,获取所述第一用户的生物特征,包括:
    对所述第一用户对应的视频流进行图像分析,得到所述第一用户的图像;
    基于所述第一用户的图像进行生物特征提取,得到所述第一用户的生物特征。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,所述根据所述第一用户的生物特征对第一用户进行身份识别包括:
    将获取的所述第一用户的生物特征与预存的用户身份特征进行比对;
    如果所述第一用户的生物特征包括在所述预存的用户身份特征中,则确定所述第一 用户为预存用户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
    对身份识别结果进行确认,并进行身份识别结果的信息传达。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,所述用户侧的场景为:刷脸支付和/或虹膜支付场景、刷脸进入和/或虹膜进入场景、刷脸上车和/或虹膜上车场景。
  10. 一种身份识别装置,用于根据用户侧设置的触碰设备和监控设备,在网络侧的身份识别装置对用户侧的多个用户中的第一用户进行身份识别,所述身份识别装置包括:
    触碰事件识别单元,用于识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件;
    视频流获取单元,用于获取监控设备对所述多个用户拍摄的视频流
    用户锁定单元,用于基于所述视频流,锁定执行所述触碰事件的用户为第一用户;
    用户生物特征获取单元,用于基于所述视频流,获取所述第一用户的生物特征;
    身份识别单元,用于根据所述第一用户的生物特征对第一用户进行身份识别。

    所述监控设备,用于获取多个用户的视频流并向身份识别装置上报视频流;
    所述身份识别装置,用于识别出用户在触碰设备上的触碰事件,并基于监控设备的视频流,锁定执行触碰事件的第一用户并获取第一用户的用户生物特征,以及,根据所述用户生物特征进行身份识别。

  25. 根据权利要求19-24任一项所述的系统,所述身份识别装置具体用于:将获取的所述第一用户的生物特征与预存的用户身份特征进行比对;如果所述第一用户的生物特征包括在所述预存的用户身份特征中,则确定所述第一用户为预存用户。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的系统,所述身份识别装置还用于:对身份识别结果进行确认,并进行身份识别结果的信息传达。
  27. 根据权利要求19-24任一项所述的系统,所述用户侧的场景为:刷脸支付和/或虹膜支付场景、刷脸进入和/或虹膜进入场景、刷脸上车和/或虹膜上车场景。
  28. 一种服务器,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计 算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现权利要求1-9任一项所述方法的步骤。
  29. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-9任一项所述方法的步骤。
