本申请适用于终端技术领域,提供了一种发送求救信息的方法、终端设备及计算机可读存储介质。其中,一种发送求救信息的方法,通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。

技术领域
本申请属于终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种发送求救信息的方法、终端设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着终端的普及,社交应用已经成为人们工作和生活中必不可少的辅助工具。
现有手机智能化程度很高,虽然可以根据不同的解锁密码进入不同的模式,例如,当用户输入第一解锁手势时,解锁并进入正常使用模式,用户可以在该模式下启用所有应用;当用户输入第二解锁手势时,解锁并进入访客模式,在访客模式中,部分应用被禁止启用,但是当操作方遭遇突发情况,如被人挟持说出手机的密码时,并不能及时发出求救信息。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种发送求救信息的方法、终端设备及计算机可读存储介质,以解决现有的语音识别技术中存在不能及时发出求救信息的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例的第一方面提供了一种发送求救信息的方法,包括:
获取当前解锁方式;
若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;
将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对;
若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,所述求救信息包括所述生物特征信息。

本申请实施例通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。

为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
参见图1,是本申请实施例提供一种发送求救信息的方法的实现流程图,本实施例中发送求救信息的方法的执行主体为终端,如手机、电脑等。如图1所示发送求救信息的方法可包括:
S11:获取当前解锁方式。
在步骤S11中,当前解锁方式可以为终端所具备的解锁方式中任一种解锁方式。终端可以同时具备多种解锁方式,例如,密码解锁方式、指纹解锁方式、人脸解锁方式、声纹解锁方式以及虹膜解锁方式等。
在本实施例中,用户对终端进行解锁的过程中,当终端处于锁屏状态时,用户可以通过点亮屏幕或者不点亮屏幕对终端进行解锁。
例如,当用户使用密码解锁方式、人脸解锁方式或者虹膜解锁方式对终端进行解锁时,可以先通过点亮屏幕,再输入密码、令终端采集人脸信息或者虹膜信息,以对终端进行解锁。
再例如,当用户使用指纹解锁方式或者声纹解锁方式对终端进行解锁时,可以在不点亮屏幕的情况下,输入指纹或者声纹对终端进行解锁。
需要说明的是,在对终端进行解锁操作的过程中,无论当前解锁方式为哪一种解锁方式,都需要将输入的解锁信息与参考信息进行比对。在实际中,可以通过获取终端从锁屏状态至解锁状态过程中所生成的任务信息,由于该任务信息中包含了将输入的解锁信息与参考信息进行比对的内容,因此可以根据该任务信息确定出当前解锁方式。
S12:若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息。
在步骤S12中,目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。生物特征信息为当前操作方在对终端进行操作的过程中采集到的生物特征信息。
在本施例中,生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息或者虹膜信息。获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,可以在当前操作方在使用终端的过程中,通过调用终端上用于采集指纹的传感器、用于采集图像信息的摄像头、麦克风以及虹膜摄像头,分别采集当前操作方的指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息。
需要说明的是,当前解锁方式只能为一种解锁方式,目标解锁方式可以为一种、两种或者多种预设解锁方式,当目标解锁方式为两种或者多种预设解锁方式时,如果当前解锁方式为两种或者多种预设解锁方式中任一种,则将当前解锁方式被识别为目标解锁方式;如果当前解锁方式不是两种或者多种预设解锁方式中的任一种,则将当前解锁方式被识别不是目标解锁方式。
可以理解的是,在获取操作方生物信息的过程,为了避免操作方强行终止任务或者禁止终端发送信息,获取当前操作方的生物特征信息为后台操作任务,由终端后台执行该任务,也即在终端的当前操作界面中不显示任何关于获取生物特征信息的内容。
S13:将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对。
在步骤S13中,预设操作放信息可以为终端解锁操作过程中,用于与输入的生物信息进行比对的生物参考信息,例如,指纹参考信息、人脸图像参考信息、虹膜图像参考信息、声纹参考信息。
在本申请的所有实施例中,将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对时,不在终端屏幕上显示相关比对过程或结果,即生物特征信息与预设操作方信息的比对作为后台任务,不在屏幕上显示现关的比对过程或结果。
需要说明的是,不同的生物特征信息,与预设操作方信息进行比对的方式也可以不同。
例如,如果生物特征信息为指纹信息,生物特征信息与预设操作方的指纹信息进行比对,可以是以预设操作方的指纹信息为参考指纹,判断指纹信息中是否存在与参考指纹相同的特征纹路。
再例如,如果生物特征信息为当前操作方的人脸图像信息,生物特征信息与预设操作方的人脸图像信息进行对比,可以是以预设操作方的人脸图像为参考,通过提取当前操作方的人脸图像中的特征点,与预设操作方的人脸图像中的特征点进行比对,进而判断当前操作方的人脸图像与预设操作方的人脸图像是否匹配。
再例如,如果生物特征信息为当前操作方的虹膜图像信息,生物特征信息与预设操作方的虹膜图像信息进行对比,可以是以预设操作方的虹膜图像为参考,通过提取当前操作方的虹膜图像信息中的斑点、细丝、冠状、条纹或者隐窝,与预设操作方的虹膜图像中的斑点、细丝、冠状、条纹或者隐窝进行比对,进而判断当前操作方的虹膜图像与预设操作方的虹膜图像是否匹配。
还例如,如果生物特征信息为操作方语音信息,生物特征信息与预设操作方的参考语音进行对比,获取当前操作方语音信息对应的声纹特征,将该声纹特征与参考语音的声纹特征进行对比,判断当前操作方语音信息的声纹特征与预设操作方的参考语音的声纹特征是否匹配。
S14:若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息。
在步骤S14中,当比对结果为不匹配,则可以确定当前操作终端的用户不是终端的合法用户。求救信息可以包括固定文字内容和/或生物特征信息。
在本实施例中,预设联系人可以为终端上已安装的通信应用中的联系人,其中,通信应用可以为即时通信应用或者非即时通信应用。预设联系人可以为用户预先在通信应用中进行设定的联系人。
当比对结果为不匹配时,通过调用终端上已安装的通信应用,通过该通信应用向预设联系人发送求救信息。
需要说明的是,为了避免操作方强行终止求救信息的发送,在终端的显示界面中,禁止显示通过通信应用向预设联系人发送求救信息的过程,由终端通过后台启动该通信应用,并通过该通信应用向预设联系人发送求救信息。
以上可以看出,本申请实施例通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。
参见图2,图2是本申请另一实施例提供一种发送求救信息的方法的示意流程图。本实施例是在上一实施例的基础上,对判断当前操作方式是否为目标解锁方式的步骤之前做进一步地限定。如图2所示,本申请另一实施例提供的发送求救信息的方法还包括:
S21:获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数。
S22:根据所述解锁方式数据确定所述目标解锁方式,所述目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。
在本实施例中,解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对终端进行解锁的次数,也即每种解锁方式被使用的次数。解锁方式数据可以通过监听终端的解锁操作,基于解锁操作过程中调用的参考数据,统计每种解锁方式被使用的次数。
例如,在监听对终端进行解锁的预设操作时,获取终端系统调用的参考数据,识别该参考数据对应的解锁方式,进而对解锁方式数据进行更新,其中,如果参考数据为指纹参考数据,则对应的解锁方式为指纹解锁方式,对解锁方式数据进行更新,则是对指纹解锁方式的被使用的次数进行加一操作。
在实际应用中,为了避免目标解锁方式被修改,在确定目标解锁方式的过程中,除了统计每种解锁方式的被使用次数以外,还统计终端的被解锁的总次数,其中,每种解锁方式被使用的次数之和等于终端被解锁的总次数;若目标解锁方式被修改,则禁止解锁操作。
可以理解的是,修改目标解锁方式,可以通过增加解锁方式数据中非目标解锁方式的被使用次数,当解锁方式数据中非目标解锁方式的被使用次数增加后,终端被解锁的总次数不变,则每种解锁方式被使用的次数之和必然不等于终端被解锁的总次数,因此当检测到每种解锁方式被使用的次数之和不等于终端被解锁的总次数时,则可以确定目标解锁方式被修改。
作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,在上述各个实施例的基础上,对获取当前解锁方式的方式做进一步地限定。如图3所示,步骤S11具体包括:
S111:若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息。
S112:根据所述API信息,从预设的解锁方式列表中确定当前解锁方式。
需要说明的是,应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)信息包括API标识,该API标识可以是API接口的编号。不同的解锁方式对应不同的API接口,也即对应不同的编号。
在本实施例中,预设的解锁方式列表中的信息用于描述API信息与解锁方式之间的对应关系。终端处于锁屏状态下,如果检测到用于解锁的操作指令,则根据该操作指令分配相应的API接口,以执行该操作指令。通过识别终端为操作指令分配的API接口的编号,再根据该API编号从预设的解锁方式列表中查找出相应的解锁方式,并将该解锁方式识别为当前解锁方式。
作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,在上述各个实施例的基础上,对获取当前操作方的生物特征信息的方式做进一步地限定。如图4所示,步骤S12具体包括:
S121:当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
在步骤S121中,预设应用可以包括用于资源支付和/或与联系人进行通信的应用。资源可以包括:货币,或者能够与货币进行兑换的虚拟资源。
在本实施例中,当操作方通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息的过程中,操作方需要面对终端并通过终端上显示的虚拟按键输入信息,此时,通过预设应用调用终端上的传感器、摄像头或者麦克风,对操作方的生物特征信息进行采集。
例如,当操作方通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,显示用于对操作方进行面部信息采集的登录界面,同时调用终端上的摄像头采集操作方的人脸图像信息或者虹膜图像信息。
再例如,当操作方通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,显示用于对操作方进行密码输入的登录界面,在操作方通过终端上的虚拟按键输入密码时,调用终端屏幕上的指纹识别传感器,获取操作方的指纹信息。
还例如,当操作方通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,显示登录界面,同时调用终端的麦克风获取登录过程中的语音信息。
可以理解的是,在实际应用中,通过预设应用获取操作方的生物特征信息,还可以是在操作方启动预设应用时,通过显示该预设应用对应的登录界面,以采集操作方的生物特征信息。
作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,在上述各个实施例的基础上,对将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对的方式做进一步地限定。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息。
如图5所示,步骤S13具体包括:
S131:将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对。
S132:若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配。
S133:若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
在本实施例中,由于生物特征信息是在操作方启用预设应用,并通过预设应用进行资源消费或者信息发送,其中,通过预设应用进行一系列的操作为连续事件,因此,可以通过增加比对项,排除操作方对终端的误操作事件,进而防止求救信息被误发。
需要说明的是,预设参考信息存储在终端中,生物特征信息中不同的生物信息对应不同的预设参考信息。
在实际中,为了避免终端的误操作,用户都会为终端设置锁屏密码,当用户需要请求他人进行代操作时,根据解锁习惯先将终端进行解锁,再由他人进行代操作。而当用户遇到紧急情况,如被挟持,用户可以通过与平时解锁方式不同的解锁方式进行解锁,再由挟持方作为操作方对终端进行操作。当操作方通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过获取操作方的生物特征信息,并将生物特征信息中的至少两种生物信息与预设参考信息进行比对,如果每种生物信息与其相应的预设参考信息相匹配,则标识当操作方为该终端的合法操作方,即不需要发送求救信息。如果有一种生物信息与其相应的预设参考信息不匹配,则表示需要发送请求信息,也即可以确定当前操作终端的用户不是终端的合法用户,则通过调用终端上已安装的通信应用,向预设联系人发送求救信息。
可以理解的是,将每种生物信息与相应的预设参考信息进行比对的过程,与根据生物信息对终端进行解锁的过程类似,故此处不赘述。
以上可以看出,本申请实施例通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。
通过将被使用次数最多的解锁方式识别为目标解锁方式,基于当前解锁方式与目标解锁方式之间的关系,确定获取当前操作方的生物特征信息的时机,使得用户在不操作终端的情况下,可以通过获取到的生物特征信息与预设参考信息进行比对的结果发送求救信息。
参见图6,图6是本申请实施例提供的一种发送求救信息的装置的示意性框图。本实施例的一种发送求救信息的装置30包括的各单元用于执行图2对应的实施例中的各步骤,具体请参阅图2及图2对应的实施例中的相关描述,此处不赘述。本实施例的一种发送求救信息的装置30包括:第一获取单元31、第二获取单元32、对比单元33以及发送单元34。具体地:
第一获取单元31,用于获取当前解锁方式。
第二获取单元32,用于若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息。
对比单元33,用于将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对。
发送单元34,用于若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息。
进一步,发送求救信息的装置30还包括:第三获取单元301和确定单元302。
第三获取单元301,用于获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数。
确定单元302,用于根据所述解锁方式数据确定所述目标解锁方式,所述目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。
进一步,作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,第一获取单元31具体用于,若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息;根据所述API信息,从预设的解锁方式列表中确定当前解锁方式,所述解锁方式列表中的信息用于描述所述API信息与所述解锁方式之间的对应关系。
进一步,作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,第二获取单元32具体用于,当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
进一步,作为本实施例一种可能实现的方式,生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息;比对单元33具体用于,将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对;若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配;若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
以上可以看出,本申请实施例通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。
通过将被使用次数最多的解锁方式识别为目标解锁方式,基于当前解锁方式与目标解锁方式之间的关系,确定获取当前操作方的生物特征信息的时机,使得用户在不操作终端的情况下,可以通过获取到的生物特征信息与预设参考信息进行比对的结果发送求救信息。
参见图7,是本申请另一实施例提供的一种终端示意框图。如图所示的本实施例中的终端设备400可以包括:一个或多个处理器401;一个或多个输入设备402,一个或多个输出设备403和存储器404。上述处理器401、输入设备402、输出设备403和存储器404通过总线405连接。存储器404用于存储,计算机可读指令包括指令,处理器401 通过调用存储器404存储的计算机可读指令执行如下操作:
处理器401用于:获取当前解锁方式。
处理器401用于:若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息。
处理器401用于:将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对。
处理器401用于:若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,所述求救信息包括所述生物特征信息。

应当理解,在本申请实施例中,所称处理器501可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
输入设备402可以包括触控板、指纹采传感器(用于采集用户的指纹信息和指纹的方向信息)、麦克风等,输出设备403可以包括显示器(LCD等)、扬声器等。
该存储器404可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器401 提供指令和数据。存储器404的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,存储器404还可以存储设备类型的信息。
具体实现中,本申请实施例中所描述的处理器401、输入设备402、输出设备403可执行本申请实施例提供的一种发送求救信息的方法的第一实施例和第二实施例中所描述的实现方式,也可执行本申请实施例所描述的设备的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
在本申请的另一实施例中提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现:
获取当前解锁方式;
若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;

若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
以上可以看出,本申请实施例通过获取当前解锁方式,判断当前解锁方式是否为目标解锁方式,如果当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,通过将生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,根据比对结果确定是否向预设联系人发送求救信息,如果比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,使得在非法操作方使用终端时,可以向预设联系人发送求救信息。
通过将被使用次数最多的解锁方式识别为目标解锁方式,基于当前解锁方式与目标解锁方式之间的关系,确定获取当前操作方的生物特征信息的时机,使得用户在不操作终端的情况下,可以通过获取到的生物特征信息与预设参考信息进行比对的结果发送求救信息。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是前述任一实施例所述的设备的内部存储单元,例如计算机的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是所述设备的外部存储设备,例如所述设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述设备的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述计算机可读存储介质还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种发送求救信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取当前解锁方式;
    若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;
    将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对;
    若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,所述求救信息包括所述生物特征信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数;
    根据所述解锁方式数据确定所述目标解锁方式,所述目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前解锁方式,包括:
    若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息;
    根据所述API信息,从预设的解锁方式列表中确定当前解锁方式,所述解锁方式列表中的信息用于描述所述API信息与所述解锁方式之间的对应关系。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,包括:
    当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息;
    所述将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,包括:
    将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对;
    若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配;
    若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
  6. 一种发送求救信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取当前解锁方式;
    第二获取单元,用于若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;
    对比单元,用于将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对;
    发送单元,用于若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三获取单元,用于获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数;
    确定单元,用于获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取单元具体用于,若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息;根据所述API信息,从预设的解锁方式列表中确定当前解锁方式,所述解锁方式列表中的信息用于描述所述API信息与所述解锁方式之间的对应关系。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,第二获取单元具体用于,当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息;
    比对单元具体用于,将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对;若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配;若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
  11. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    获取当前解锁方式;
    若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;
    将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对;
    若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,所述求救信息包括所述生物特征信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数;
    根据所述解锁方式数据确定所述目标解锁方式,所述目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取当前解锁方式,包括:
    若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息;
    根据所述API信息,从预设的解锁方式列表中确定当前解锁方式,所述解锁方式列表中的信息用于描述所述API信息与所述解锁方式之间的对应关系。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取当前操作方的生物特征信息,包括:
    当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息;
    所述将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,包括:
    将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对;
    若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配;
    若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取当前解锁方式;
    若所述当前解锁方式不是目标解锁方式,则获取当前操作方的生物特征信息;
    将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对;
    若比对结果为不匹配,则向预设联系人发送求救信息,所述求救信息包括所述生物特征信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    获取终端的解锁方式数据,所述解锁方式数据用于描述用户使用每种解锁方式对所述终端进行解锁的次数;
    根据所述解锁方式数据确定所述目标解锁方式,所述目标解锁方式为用户使用次数最多的解锁方式。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:若在锁屏状态下监听到用于解锁的操作指令,则获取当前操作指令调用的应用程序编程接口API信息;

    当检测到通过预设应用进行资源消费或者发送信息时,通过所述预设应用获取所述生物特征信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述生物特征信息包括指纹信息、图像信息、语音信息以及虹膜信息中的至少两种生物信息;
    所述将所述生物特征信息与预设操作方信息进行比对,包括:
    将每种所述生物信息分别与相应的预设参考信息进行比对;
    若每种所述生物信息均与其相应的所述预设参考信息相匹配,则将比对结果识别为匹配;
    若有一种所述生物信息与其相应的所述预设参考信息不匹配,则将比对结果识别为不匹配。
