技术领域
本发明属于机械加工技术领域,特别涉及机床平衡机构技术领域。
背景技术
当机床的进给机构垂直于地面进给时,由于进给机构自重大,因此会严重影响滚珠丝杆等承重零件的工作寿命,并且进给机构自重大也会影响加工零件的精度,造成其质量问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种平衡机构,所述平衡机构设置在安装板上,通过所述平衡机构平衡设置在安装板上进给机构的部分自重,因此可以延长进给机构中如滚珠丝杆等承重零件的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案。
一种平衡机构,包括两组固定支架,两组固定支架相对设置在安装板上,两组固定支架上设有轮组,所述轮组包括导向滑轮、卷线轮及卷轮轴,所述导向滑轮设置在固定支架前端,所述卷线轮设置在固定支架中部位置,所述卷轮轴连接两组固定支架上的卷线轮,卷轮轴的一端依次连接减速器和电机,钢丝绳绕设在卷线轮上,然后所述钢丝绳通过导向滑轮导向,所述钢丝绳末端与设置在安装板上的固定装置连接固定。
进一步地,所述固定装置包括钢丝绳夹、楔形接头、吊耳及固定件,所述固定装置通过固定件固定在安装板上,所述固定件连接吊耳,所述吊耳连接楔形接头,所述楔形接头连接钢丝绳夹,所述钢丝绳夹夹紧所述钢丝绳的末端。
进一步地,所述电机为伺服电机。
进一步地,所述两组固定支架上的卷线轮分别设置在两组固定支架相对的一侧。
进一步地,两组钢丝绳的预紧拉力大小相同。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述平衡机构设置在安装板上,通过所述平衡机构平衡设置在安装板上进给机构的部分自重,因此可以延长进给机构中如滚珠丝杆等承重零件的使用寿命。本发明用于稳定机床,用于平衡机床的自重。

参照图1~图4,一种平衡机构,包括两组固定支架2,两组固定支架2相对设置在安装板8上,两组固定支架2上设有轮组,所述轮组包括导向滑轮3、卷线轮5及卷轮轴4,所述导向滑轮3设置在固定支架2前端,所述卷线轮5设置在固定支架2中部位置,所述卷轮轴4连接两组固定支架2上的卷线轮5,卷轮轴4的一端依次连接减速器6和电机7,所述电机7用于控制收放钢丝绳1,且与进给机构的电机7同步工作,实现加工机构的动态平衡,钢丝绳1绕设在卷线轮5上,然后所述钢丝绳1通过导向滑轮3导向,所述钢丝绳1末端与设置在安装板8上的固定装置连接固定。
进一步地,所述固定装置包括钢丝绳夹11、楔形接头12、吊耳13及固定件14,所述固定装置通过固定件14固定在安装板8上,所述固定件14连接吊耳13,所述吊耳13连接楔形接头12,所述楔形接头12连接钢丝绳夹11,所述钢丝绳夹11夹紧所述钢丝绳1的末端。
进一步地,所述电机7为伺服电机。
进一步地,所述两组固定支架2上的卷线轮5分别设置在两组固定支架2相对的一侧。
进一步地,两组钢丝绳1的预紧拉力大小相同。

  1. 一种平衡机构,其特征在于,包括两组固定支架,两组固定支架相对设置在安装板上,两组固定支架上设有轮组,所述轮组包括导向滑轮、卷线轮及卷轮轴,所述导向滑轮设置在固定支架前端,所述卷线轮设置在固定支架中部位置,所述卷轮轴连接两组固定支架上的卷线轮,卷轮轴的一端依次连接减速器和电机,钢丝绳绕设在卷线轮上,然后所述钢丝绳通过导向滑轮导向,所述钢丝绳末端与设置在安装板上的固定装置连接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平衡机构,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括钢丝绳夹、楔形接头、吊耳及固定件,所述固定装置通过固定件固定在安装板上,所述固定件连接吊耳,所述吊耳连接楔形接头,所述楔形接头连接钢丝绳夹,所述钢丝绳夹夹紧所述钢丝绳的末端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平衡机构,其特征在于,所述电机为伺服电机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种平衡机构,其特征在于,所述两组固定支架上的卷线轮分别设置在两组固定支架相对的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的一种平衡机构,其特征在于,两组钢丝绳的预紧拉力大小相同。
