本申请涉及信息监控领域,尤其涉及一种业务自助办理方法、装置、存储介质和智能设备。
目前市场上所使用的ATM机多为某一个银行专属使用的,一方面,虽然现有的ATM支持银联卡跨行交易,但需收取一定的手续费,并且不同银行之间进行交易、转账时存在数据延迟等不同程度的麻烦。另一方面,目前人们办理金融业务,部分业务需要去到银行网点柜台办理,且只能办理该网点所属银行的业务。
综上所述,现有业务办理方法只能满足少量的用户需求,对于跨行和跨地域性的交易操作会造成用户更多的时间和金钱浪费,给用户们带来诸多不便,从而导致业务办理效率不高的问题。
本申请实施例提供了一种业务自助办理方法、装置、存储介质和智能设备,以解决现有业务办理方法只能满足少量的用户需求,对于跨行和跨地域性的交易操作会造成用户更多的时间和金钱浪费,给用户们带来诸多不便,从而导致业务办理效率不高的问题。
本申请实施例的第一方面提供了一种业务自助办理方法,包括:
接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;
获取所述用户待办理的业务类型,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务;
若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;
若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
本申请实施例的第二方面提供了一种业务自助办理装置,包括:
信息处理单元,用于接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;
业务处理单元,用于获取所述用户待办理的业务类型,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务;
第一业务单元,用于若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;
第二业务单元,用于若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
本申请实施例的第三方面提供了一种智能设备,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;
获取所述用户待办理的业务类型;
若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;
若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
本申请实施例的第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;
获取所述用户待办理的业务类型;
若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;

实施例1
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的业务自助办理方法的实现流程,该方法流程包括步骤S101至S104。各步骤的具体实现原理如下:
S101:接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型。
在本申请实施例中,接收用户输入的用户信息包括身份信息和预约信息。根据所述用户信息确定所述用户信息的类型为手机号、身份证号还是交易卡号。可选地,用户信息可由用户通过数字键盘手动输入,还可以将身份证或者交易卡等卡片置于自助服务终端的指定区域。由自助服务终端对指定区域处的卡片进行识别。当自助服务终端的指定区域检测到卡片时,对检测到的卡片进行扫描,读取并提取出卡片的文本信息,进而获取所述文本信息中的数字序列。
进一步地,在接收用户输入的用户信息之后,根据所述用户信息对用户进行身份验证,验证所述用户是否为预约用户。用户事先通过智能终端如手机、电脑在网络上预约时发送的信息,包括自助服务终端的地址、预约时间。用户可通过手机号、身份证号或者交易卡号三者之一进行预约。当用户的身份验证通过之后,点亮屏幕等待用户操作。具体地,将用户输入的用户信息与自助服务终端中的用户预约时发送的用户信息进行比对,若比对通过,则身份验证通过。
可选地,用户通过智能终端在网络上预约成功后,自助服务终端发送预约码至用户的智能终端,该预约码为根据自助服务终端的地址、预约时间生成的随机数,具有唯一性,且一次有效。用户在输入用户信息的同时输入预约码,从而避免用户信息被他人使用恶意预约,提高预约的安全性与有效性。
作为本申请的一个实施例,如图2所示,上述S101具体包括:
A1:接收用户输入的用户信息。
A2:基于所述用户信息进行文本识别,获取文本信息。
A3:提取文本信息中的数字序列,并确定所述数字序列的数字位数。
A4:根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息映射表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。
在本申请实施例中,根据预设的位数信息映射表与从用户信息中提取的数字序列,确 定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。其中,所述位数信息映射表中包括位数与位数对应的信息类型。
具体地,作为本申请的一个实施例,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的业务自助办理方法步骤A4的具体实现流程,详述如下:
A41:预先建立位数信息映射表,所述位数信息对照表中存有数字序列的数字位数与用户信息类型的映射关系。
A42:若所述数字序列的数字位数为第一数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为手机号。
A43:若所述数字序列的数字位数为第二数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为交易卡号。
A44:若所述数字序列的数字位数为第三数量位数,根据预设算法对所述数字序列进行计算,根据计算结果确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型是交易卡号还是身份证号。
其中,数量位数表示数字序列中存在的数字的个数。例如,第一数量位数对应11位,第二数量位数对应19位,第三数量位数对应18位。示例性地,包含第一数量位数数字序列的用户信息对应手机号,包含第二数量位数数字序列的用户信息对应交易卡号,包含第三数量位数数字序列的用户信息对应预设算法,根据预设算法可确定所述第三数量位数的数字序列对应的用户信息为交易卡号还是身份证号码。例如,11位的数字序列对应手机号,13至17位以及19位的数字序列对应交易卡号,18位的数字序列对应预设算法。11位的数字序列对应手机号,13至17位以及19位的数字序列对应交易卡号,18位的数字序列对应预设算法。当所述数字序列的数据位数为18位时,根据预设算法对所述数字序列进行计算,根据计算结果确定所述数字序列对应的是交易卡号还是身份证号码。
在本申请实施例中,若所述第三数量位数具体为N位,N为正整数,则将所述数字序列的前N-1位采用预设算法进行计算,将计算结果与数字序列的第N位进行比较,若相同,则判定所述数字序列为交易卡号,即所述第三数量位数对应的数字序列为交易卡号。

N相同,则判 定所述数字序列为交易卡号。若不相同,则对所述数字序列进行解析,判断所述数字序列是否满足身份证号生成规则。若满足,则判定所述数字序列对应的用户信息的信息类型为身份证号。
进一步的,若所述第三数量位数具体为N位,N为正整数,将所述数字序列的前N-1位分别与指定系数相乘。将1~N-1位与不同指定系数分别相乘的结果求和,再将求和结果除以指定除数得到余数,根据余数对照表查找上述余数对应的数字。若根据余数对照查找到上述对应的数字与所述第三数量位数对应的数字序列的对应的第N位数字相同,则判定所述第三数量位数对应的数字序列为身份证号。需说明的是,在本实施例中,分别与数字序列中各位上的数相乘的指定系数可能相同,也可能不同。
示例性地,N为18。将所述第三数量位数对应的数字序列的前17位数字分别与指定系数相乘,其中,将第1位数字与7相乘;将第2位数字与9相乘;将第3位数字与10相乘;将第4位数字与5相乘;将第5位数字与8相乘;将第6位数字与4相乘;将第7位数字与2相乘;将第8位数字与1相乘;将第9位数字与6相乘;将第10位数字与3相乘;将第11位数字与7相乘;将第12位数字与9相乘;将第13位数字与10相乘;将第14位数字与5相乘;将第15位数字与8相乘;将第16位数字与4相乘;将身份证号码的第17位数字与2相乘。将上述1~17位与不同系数分别相乘的结果求和,求和结果除以11,从而出现余数为0,余数为1,余数为2,余数为3,余数为4,余数为5,余数为6,余数为7,余数为8,余数为9,余数为10共11种可能性。最后,根据余数对照表查找上述余数对应的数字。在余数对照表中,如果余数为0,那对应的身份证最后一位的号码为1;如果余数为1,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为0;如果余数为2,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为X;如果余数为3,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为9;如果余数为4,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为8;如果余数为5,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为7;如果余数为6,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为6;如果余数为7,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为5;如果余数为8,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为4;如果余数为9,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为3;如果余数为10,那对应的最后一位身份证的号码为2。若根据余数对照查找到上述对应的数字与数字序列中的第18位数字相同,则判定所述第三数量位数对应的数字序列为身份证号。
本申请实时中,在确定用户信息的信息类型是为交易卡号还是身份证号的同时,还能对交易卡号或身份证号的真伪进行验证,从而可提高自助服务办理的效率。
可选地,当所述用户信息的信息类型为交易卡号时,判断所述交易卡号的发卡交易机构是否属于预设的交易机构群组,其中,预设的交易机构群组包括支持用户联合办理业务的交易机构。
S102:获取所述用户待办理的业务类型。
其中,所述用户待办理的业务类型包括开户业务和为除开户业务以外的其他业务。
S103:若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表。
在本申请实施例中,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务。当用户输入开户指令时,显示可办理开户的交易机构图标供用户参考,进入用户选择的交易机构的开户界面,接收用户资料信息办理开户业务。
作为本申请的一个实施例,图4示出了本申请实施例提供的业务自助办理方法S103的具体实现流程,详述如下:
B1:若所述用户信息的信息类型为身份证号,则根据所述身份证号读取所述用户的生源地信息。
B2:基于所述生源地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于生源地的地区交易机构进行推荐显示。
B3:若所述用户信息的信息类型为手机号,则读取所述手机号的归属地信息。
B4:基于所述归属地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于所述归属地的交易机构进行推荐显示。
在本申请实施例中,根据用户的手机号获取归属地信息,或者根据用户的身份证号获取生源地信息,进而基于生源地信息或归属地信息为用户推荐开户交易机构,以便用户开户后方便使用。
S104:若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
在本申请实施例中,除开户业务以外的其他业务包括修改资料、存取款交易等,根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,自助服务终端为支持不同交易机构,存在多个插卡口,当自助服务终端的检测到交易卡片时,判断检测到交易卡片的插卡口对应的交易机构群组,根据读取的交易卡片信息,从插卡口对应的交易机构群组中查找该交易卡片对应的交易机构后台,以便及时对用户办理业务过程中的交易数据进行记录或清算。示例性地,当用户要修改交易卡片绑定信息时,根据交易卡片插入的插卡口,从插卡口对应的交易机构群组中查找该交易卡片对应的交易机构后台,用户输入修改交易卡片绑定信息时,该交易卡片对应的交易机构后台直接获取修改的绑定信息,从而立即更新该交易卡片的绑定信息。
作为本申请的一个实施例,在所述步骤S103之后还包括S105。
S105:当所述用户选择不止一个交易机构进行开户时,对所述用户选择的交易机构开 户所需的资料汇总,进入综合开户界面,以便用户填写开户信息办理开户。
作为本申请的一个实施例,如图5所示,上述步骤S105包括
C1:获取所述用户选择的交易机构中每一个交易机构的机构代码。
C2:根据交易机构代码确定每一个交易机构开户所需资料的类型
C3:将所述用户选择的不止一个交易机构分别所需资料的类型进行汇总,整合出用户同时办理开户至少所需的资料的类型。
C4:根据整合结果生成资料填写页面供用户输入开户所需资料。
C5:在获取所述用户输入的开户所需资料之后,根据所述用户选择开户的交易机构的机构代码,从获取的开户所需资料中选取各个交易机构所需的资料,分别发送至各个交易机构的后台,以便各个交易机构的后台办理开户。
进一步地,自助服务终端预先从自助服务终端支持同时办理开户的交易机构的后台获取各个交易机构所需的资料类型,并根据交易机构的交易机构代码与开户所需资料类型建立资料对照表,将所述对照表存储在自助服务终端本地,备份在云智能设备,以便在用户使用自助服务终端同时办理多个交易机构开户时可从自助服务终端本地查询同时办理这多个交易机构开户至少需要的资料类型并生成资料填写页面,从而加快办理速度。
示例性地,用户需要同时办理1、B、C三个交易机构的开户,自助服务终端根据A、B、C三个交易机构的机构代码从本地存储的资料对照表中查找这三个交易机构所需的开户资料类型,例如,从资料对照表得知A交易机构需要身份证信息与开户人手机号,B交易机构需要身份证号码、开户人手机号与联系地址,C交易机构需要身份证号码、开户人手机号、紧急联系人及紧急联系人手机号,从而统计可知用户此次同时办理开户所需的最少的资料类型包括:身份证号码、开户人手机号、联系地址、紧急联系人及紧急联系人手机号,根据同时办理开户所需的最少的资料类型生成的资料填写界面供用户填写,并在获取用户填写的这些资料后按资料对照表按照A、B、C三个交易机构分别所需的资料发送至A、B、C三个交易机构的后台保存。
可选地,根据用户填写的资料,在判断资料满足开户需求后,提示用户进行密码设置,当用户同时办理多家交易机构的开户时,可统一设置密码,或者,按顺序分别设置密码。
可选地,在提示用户进行秘密设置之前,通过自助服务终端的摄像头获取的用户头像,根据用户填写的资料中的身份证号码连接公安系统或云智能设备获取所述身份证号码对应的头像;将通过公安系统或云智能设备获取的头像与通过自助服务终端的摄像头获取的用户头像进行匹配比对,若相似度高于指定阈值,则认为匹配成功,确认开户人为本人,进而提示用户进行密码设置。通过确认本人开户避免个人身份信息被他人盗取利用,提高交易的安全性。优选地,获取用户的人体生物特征(如指纹)与云智能设备存储的用户身份 证号对应的人体生物特征比对(如指纹),判断开户用户是否为本人。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,当用户在交易过程中出现交易异常或者不会操作等问题时,提供智能客服进行解答。其中,智能客服包括可以解答预设常见问题的机器人客服,还包括远程人工客服。
具体地,用户在交易过程中出现交易异常或者不会操作可选择机器人客服或者远程人工客服协助解决问题。当选择了人工客服时,调取当前操作界面,将该操作界面发送至远程服务中心,接收远程服务中心发送的语音信息,以便用户接收远程服务中心的人工客户的语音信息解决异常,从而顺利完成业务办理。
本申请实施例中,用户办理业务之前,进行严格的身份验证,提高交易的安全性,在用户完成身份验证并通过之验证之后,才允许用户对自助服务终端进行操作。通过接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型,获取所述用户待办理的业务类型,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务,若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则显示可开户交易机构名称的列表,若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台,支持用户在一台自助服务终端上跨行、跨地域的办理多家交易机构的业务,避免多地奔波,节省时间和金钱,并且用户只需输入一次资料便可同时完成多家交易机构的开户,提高自助服务办理的效率。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

图7是本申请一实施例提供的智能设备的示意图。如图7所示,该实施例的智能设备7包括:处理器70、存储器71以及存储在所述存储器71中并可在所述处理器70上运行的计算机可读指令72,例如业务自助办理程序。所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各个业务自助办理方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至104。或者,所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图6所示模块61至64的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令72可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或 者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器71中,并由所述处理器70执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令72在所述智能设备7中的执行过程。
所述智能设备7可以为自助交易终端。所述智能设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器70、存储器71。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7仅仅是智能设备7的示例,并不构成对智能设备7的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述智能设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所述处理器70可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器71可以是所述智能设备7的内部存储单元,例如智能设备7的硬盘或内存。所述存储器71也可以是所述智能设备7的外部存储设备,例如所述智能设备7上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器71还可以既包括所述智能设备7的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器71用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述智能设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器71还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。

Claims (20)
- 一种业务自助办理方法,其特征在于,包括:接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;获取所述用户待办理的业务类型;若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型的步骤,包括:接收用户输入的用户信息;基于所述用户信息进行文本识别,获取文本信息;提取文本信息中的数字序列,并确定所述数字序列的数字位数;根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息映射表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息对照表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型的步骤,包括:预先建立位数信息映射表,所述位数信息对照表中存有数字序列的数字位数与用户信息类型的映射关系;若所述数字序列的数字位数为第一数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为手机号;若所述数字序列的数字位数为第二数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为交易卡号;若所述数字序列的数字位数为第三数量位数,根据预设算法对所述数字序列进行计算,根据计算结果确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型是交易卡号还是身份证号。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述数字序列的数字位数为第三数量位数,根据预设算法对所述数字序列进行计算,根据计算结果确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型是交易卡号还是身份证号的步骤,包括:所述第三数量位数具体为N位,N为正整数,将所述数字序列表示如下:x 1x 2x 3…x i…x N,其中,i为正整数,x i表示数字序列中第i位对应的数字,按如下公式对所述数字序列进行计算:若根据上述公式计算得到的Q的值与所述数字序列中第N位对应的数字x N相同,则判定所述数字序列为交易卡号;若不相同,则对所述数字序列进行解析,判断所述数字序列是否满足身份证号生成规则;若满足,则判定所述数字序列对应的用户信息的信息类型为身份证号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表的步骤,包括:若所述用户信息的信息类型为身份证号,则根据所述身份证号读取所述用户的生源地信息;基于所述生源地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于生源地的地区交易机构进行推荐显示;若所述用户信息为手机号的信息类型,则读取所述手机号的归属地信息;基于所述归属地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于所述归属地的交易机构进行推荐显示。
- 一种业务自助办理装置,其特征在于,包括:信息处理单元,用于接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;业务处理单元,用于获取所述用户待办理的业务类型,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务;第一业务单元,用于若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;第二业务单元,用于若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息处理单元包括:信息接收模块,用于接收用户输入的用户信息;文本获取模块,用于基于所述用户信息进行文本识别,获取文本信息;位数确定模块,用于提取文本信息中的数字序列,并确定所述数字序列的数字位数;信息类型确定模块,用于根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息映射表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述类型确定模块包括:映射表建立子模块,用于预先建立位数信息映射表,所述位数信息对照表中存有数字序列的数字位数与用户信息类型的映射关系;第一映射子模块,用于若所述数字序列的数字位数为第一数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为手机号;第二映射子模块,用于若所述数字序列的数字位数为第二数量位数,则包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型为交易卡号;第三映射子模块,用于若所述数字序列的数字位数为第三数量位数,根据预设算法对所述数字序列进行计算,根据计算结果确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息的信息类型是交易卡号还是身份证号。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一业务单元包括:信息推荐模块,用于根据所述用户信息的信息类型,选择与所述用户信息对应的交易机构进行推荐显示;第一读取模块,用于若所述用户信息的信息类型为身份证号,则根据所述身份证号读取所述用户的生源地信息;第一推荐模块,用于基于所述生源地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于生源地的地区交易机构进行推荐显示;第二读取模块,用于若所述用户信息为手机号的信息类型,则读取所述手机号的归属地信息;第二推荐模块,用于基于所述归属地信息,从预设的交易机构群组中选择位于所 述归属地的交易机构进行推荐显示。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;获取所述用户待办理的业务类型;若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则根据所述用户信息的信息类型显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型的步骤,包括:接收用户输入的用户信息;基于所述用户信息进行文本识别,获取文本信息;提取文本信息中的数字序列,并确定所述数字序列的数字位数;根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息映射表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。

- 一种智能设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型;获取所述用户待办理的业务类型,基于所述用户信息的信息类型与所述用户待办理的业务类型,为用户办理业务;若所述待办理的业务类型为开户业务,则显示可开户交易机构名称的列表;若所述用户待办理的业务类型为除开户业务以外的其他业务,则根据所述用户信息连接所述用户信息对应的交易机构后台。
- 根据权利要求16所述的智能设备,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的用户信息,确定所述用户信息的信息类型的步骤,包括:接收用户输入的用户信息;基于所述用户信息进行文本识别,获取文本信息;提取文本信息中的数字序列,并确定所述数字序列的数字位数;根据所述数字位数以及预设的位数信息映射表,确定包含所述数字序列的用户信息对应的信息类型。
