Description

一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吸烟者用品,具体地是一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
电子烟是一种对卷烟进行模仿的电子产品,具有与普通卷烟相同的烟雾、味道和感觉,其通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后给用户吸食的产品。目前市场上存在的电子烟产品主要由雾化器和电池组件构成,雾化器下方的电极柱旋入电池组件中与电源电路接通,不同厂家、不同型号的雾化器和电池组件多数情况可以实现电路兼容使用。但是不同厂家、不同型号,甚至是同一厂家不同阶段的雾化器和电池组件之间,在尺寸上不一定完全贴合,特别是一些长方体状或其他棱柱状的雾化器,在电极柱旋紧后,由于尺寸的不匹配会出现雾化器错位的情况,使电子烟整体外形不美观,还有额外的破坏风险。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的电子烟雾化器外观上普适性不强的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,使得长方体或其他棱柱状的雾化器在通过螺纹旋紧电极柱后能进一步扭转边的角度,调整雾化器本体位置,使其能够与多种型号的电池组件在外观上匹配。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,包括烟嘴、烟油仓、雾化芯,烟嘴在烟油仓上,雾化芯在烟油仓内部。其中,雾化芯上沿其周围有齿状部,齿状部下方沿其周围有凸边,雾化芯最下方为电极柱;烟油仓内部沿其内壁有齿状承接台,齿状承接台上有凹陷位,凹陷位与雾化芯上的齿状部的各个齿对应;雾化芯凸边的下方套入弹簧;还包括有中空的下盖,下盖位于整体的下方,将弹簧收纳在内部,并将电极柱暴露出外面。
优选方式是,下盖通过卡接方式接入烟油仓,即烟油仓下方有卡接槽,下盖内侧有卡接销,通过旋扭下盖将卡接销推入卡接槽内固定。
优选的,烟油仓下方有若干沿侧面布置的内气孔,下盖与烟油仓之间有活动环,活动环上有外气孔,活动环可以在内气孔的分布带处旋转,通过外气孔选择不同的内气孔进行气压调节。各个内气孔的形状和尺寸可以不一致。
上述结构可以使雾化器在旋入电池组件后,向上拉动雾化器本体,使弹簧进行压缩状态,雾化芯上的齿状部脱离烟油仓内部的齿状承接台,可进一步旋转调整雾化器的位置,调整完毕后放松雾化器本位,在弹簧作用下雾化芯上的齿状部重新落入烟油仓内部的齿状承接台。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以使雾化器在通过螺纹接入电池组件后可以进一步扭转边的角度,调整雾化器本体位置,特别是使得长方体状、其他棱柱状或有其他造型要求的雾化器可以实现与电池组件在外观上的完美对接,使得使用者在更换电池组件时不必担心形状不匹配问题,增强了实用性,同时也有效避免了生产误差带来的问题。

具体实施方式
一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,包括烟嘴1、烟油仓2、雾化芯3,烟嘴1在烟油仓2上,雾化芯3在烟油仓2内部。烟油仓2内部沿其内壁分布有齿状承接台21,齿状承接台21上有凹陷位211;雾化芯3上沿其周围有齿状部31,齿状部31的齿对应齿状承接台21上的凹陷位211分布,齿状部31下方为沿其周围分布的凸边32,雾化芯3最下方为电极柱33;雾化芯3的凸边32的下方套入弹簧4;烟油仓2下方为中空的下盖5,烟油仓2下方有卡接槽22,下盖5内侧有卡接销51,通过旋扭下盖5将卡接销51推入卡接槽22内固定,同时可将弹簧4收纳于内部,并将电极柱33暴露在外面。
下盖5与烟油仓2之间有活动环6,活动环6上有外气孔61,活动环6可以旋转;烟油仓2上位于活动环6处有若干个内气孔23。各个内气孔23的形状和尺寸不一致。

  1. 一种可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,包括烟嘴(1)、烟油仓(2)、雾化芯(3),其特征在于:烟嘴(1)在烟油仓(2)上,雾化芯(3)在烟油仓内部(2);烟油仓(2)内部沿其内壁分布有齿状承接台(21),齿状承接台(21)上有凹陷位(211);雾化芯(3)上沿其周围有齿状部(31),齿状部(31)下方为沿其周围分布的凸边(32),雾化芯(3)最下方为电极柱(33);雾化芯(3)的凸边(32)的下方套入弹簧(4);烟油仓(2)下方为中空的下盖(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:烟油仓(2)下方有卡接槽(22),下盖(5)内侧有卡接销(51)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:烟油仓(2)下方有若干沿侧面布置的内气孔(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:各个内气孔(23)形状和尺寸不一致。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的可调节位置的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:下盖(5)与烟油仓(2)之间有活动环(6),活动环(6)上有外气孔(61),活动环(6)位于内气孔(23)的分布带。
